This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of online opening excellent experiment course in our country, such as few of open videos of the experimental training class, single mode, lack of systematicness and diversity of course types, and difficulty in construction, etc. In this paper, the construction of high-quality video open course of "biochemistry experiment" was treated as an example in order to elaborate the strategies of building the experiment course. It is necessary to arouse teachers' enthusiasm. The teaching content, teaching method and video style were meticulously optimized and designed to construct excellent experiment course by starting with the accurate positioning of the construction goal, the establishment of the construction team and the writing of the shooting script, outline, and lecture. The video contents of the experimental course should be elaborated by carefully shooting video materials, attaching importance to the post-production of video, and strictly checking the quality. An important issue faced by device management in today's colleges is to implement open sharing of large-scale equipment management, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these equipment. This paper has studied the management of large-scale equipment from four aspects which involve overall planning and construction norms, strengthen the technical team building and management experiment, the implementation of paid use and foster consumer market for a series of problems include university resources for large equipment supply and demand imbalance, lack of a sound experimental technical team and operation and management mechanism ring true. Additional, the paper has made a point that only close connection with market demand, optimizing the allocation of resources of large equipment, supporting the establishment of stable experimental team, giving full play to the dynamic role of laboratory personnel, carrying out the implementation of paid use and expanding user groups, it is can establish service and protect using of large equipment in a virtuous circle, to give better serves for the teaching and research. This paper analyses in detail the laboratory information management system from four aspects, i. e. the laboratory team management, equipment resource management, data management of experimental teaching and public service management. We focus on sharing experimental resource, and build the information system for laboratory about economics and management based on J2EE software architecture by analyzing the various business processes and data management. We design a variety of interfaces for various departments by fully understanding the actual demand of laboratory information management system in economics and management area for resource management and public service management. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of laboratory management and service, the key technologies and implementation of the system are discussed in this paper. So far, the system has been running for two semesters. The performance of system is very stable and effective. To make the teaching mode practical and operable, the paper explored new mode of microbiology experiment teaching in higher vocational education. Taking the job requirements as a key point, the paper proposed to create project teaching carrier. According to working process, a teaching method based on the task-driven approach was put forward to focus on ability cultivation. A multi-dimensional experimental evaluation system is established. After three years of research and practice, a microbiological experiment teaching mode based on working process had been established in authors' college and started to yield results. With the development of experimental teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, laboratory safety management is playing an increasingly important role. Problems such as rigid system, outdated equipment and weak safety awareness are main factors which could cause accidents during the process of laboratory management. To ensure that the experimental environment meets the standards of practical teaching, laboratory equipment needs to be regularly updated and the management system that contradicts the concrete operation should also be adjusted. This paper discusses the combination of PDCA and laboratory safety management, followed by a discussion of its strengths and weaknesses. In the PDCA, the laboratory safety management is divided into four sections with various tasks, so that the entire process can be a sustainable cycle . At present, in the postgraduate teaching of control theory and control engineering in many universities of China, multiple control courses and system identification courses are simultaneously set up. In order to meet the demand of high-level talents in oil and gas storage and operation industry for offshore oil and gas development, the paper designed and constructed a six-degree-of-freedom motion test platform to simulate the hull motion of FLNG (LNG Floating Production Storage and of Floating Unit ). During the teaching process, students have guided to carry out innovation experiments and the changes of performance and process parameters of offshore oil and gas installations, and different sloshing conditions have been compared. The results show that the platform sloshing experiment deepens the students' understanding of offshore oil and gas storage and transportation knowledge, improves the ability of scientific: research innovation and solving practical problems, realizes the effective integration and virtuous circle of laboratory resources, and achieves well scientific: research and teaching results. With the improvement of scientific research ability and technical level, the proportion of self-made equipment is rapid growth. It leads to the increase of management problems. Mobile Library symbolizes a new direction of digitalized library, it combines the system of mobile communication network and digital library, and use the end mobile to extend and develop the traditional library. This paper aims at the emerging field of mobile library, sums up the development of China' s mobile library by reviewing previous studies and analyzing the implementation of existing mobile library. The paper finds that slow transmission of information, information insecurity, data redundancy, non-conformant of document j reading software and ignorance of staff-retraining in mobile library are the major problems of mobile library in China. Since 2005, the nationwide universities have raised a high tide of experimental teaching demonstration center construction. After eight years of construction, the overall appearance of university laboratories have taken place remarkable changes. However, from the aspect of meeting the social demands and improving the students' learning, practical and innovation ability, there are still lots problems in constructing the coordination mechanism of theoretical teaching and practical teaching system, deepening the connotation construction of experimental teaching demonstration center. These problems are worthy of long-term exploration and practice. This paper takes Guangxi University as a case, from the school level, to introduce how to regard intensification, construct platform and reform course system. From the college level, we should encourage experiment center bringing forth more top-notch and creating features according to its own advantages, boosting the connotation construction and development of demonstration center. Construction of exquisite-characteristics projects can enhance the demonstration center's function at cultivating students' learning, practical and innovative ability, also at deepening the connotation construction of experimental teaching demonstration center. Based on the case of the construction and reform of province-level electrical and electronics experimental teaching demonstration center of Xiangnan University, the paper points out that in the process of cultivation of application-oriented talents, we have to carry out the practice teaching depending on the different forming stage of students practical ability and the law of knowledge development.
