Studies of Open Sharing Management of Large Instruments and Equipment.

An important issue faced by device management in today's colleges is to implement open sharing of large-scale equipment management, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these equipment. This paper has studied the management of large-scale equipment from four aspects which involve overall planning and construction norms, strengthen the technical team building and management experiment, the implementation of paid use and foster consumer market for a series of problems include university resources for large equipment supply and demand imbalance, lack of a sound experimental technical team and operation and management mechanism ring true. Additional, the paper has made a point that only close connection with market demand, optimizing the allocation of resources of large equipment, supporting the establishment of stable experimental team, giving full play to the dynamic role of laboratory personnel, carrying out the implementation of paid use and expanding user groups, it is can establish service and protect using of large equipment in a virtuous circle, to give better serves for the teaching and research.
