bjective: To study the effect of minimally invasive drilling and drainage on the short-term curative effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection and hematoma re-enlargement. Methods: 81 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected. According to the random number table, they were divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=39). The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy and hematoma removal, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive drilling and drainage. Observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups, the amount of hematoma, myelin basic protein (MBP), central nervous system specific protein S100 levels, NIHSS, GCS scores, and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [92.86% (39/42) vs 69.23% (27/39)] (P<0.05); hematoma volume, MBP, and S100 levels were significantly lower Control group [(9.32±2.70) m L vs (15.51±3.01) m L, (3.65±0.52) μg/L vs (4.20±0.71) μg/L, (0.98±0.26) μg/L vs (1.39±0.35) )Μg/L] (P<0.05); NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group [(3.90±2.71) points vs (6.34±1.42) points (P<0.05); GCS score was significantly higher than the control group [(14.84±3.52) ) Points vs (10.69±3.98) points] (P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group [9.52% (4/42) vs 38.46% (15/39)] (P<0.05). Conclusion: The short-term curative effect of minimally invasive drilling and drainage in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant. Objective: To explore the clinical effect and safety of posterior interbody fusion under percutaneous hollow pedicle screws on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 174 patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2009 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method,137 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by the channel of Quadrant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw hollow intervertebral fusion, and the control group was imposed by the open intervertebral fusion after into the road. The visual analogue scoring system(VAS) pain scores, Oswestry disability index(ODI) preoperation and at the end of follow-up visit and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results: No significant difference was found in the difference preoperation, on discharge and at the end of 1st follow-up visit between two groups(P>0.05). The operative incision length,postoperative hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the operation time was significantly longer(P<0.01). 20(22.99%) cases of nerverootinjury, 3 cases of intervertebral space infection were observed in the control group after operation, the total incidence rate of complications was 26.44%, while only 3(3.45%) cases of nerverootinjury were observed in the observation group, the incidence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Posterior interbody fusion under percutaneous hollow pedicle screws had positive effect on lumbar disc herniation, which could reduce the wound, control the occurrence of postoperative complications, and had high clinical application value. Objective: To retrospectively compare the clinical efficacy of transoral oral vestibular approach and transthoracic breast approach in the treatment of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC). Methods: The clinical data of 141 patients with unilateral PTMC who were admitted to Department of Thyroid and Vascular Surgery, Nanhai Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into group A ( n = 83 transthoracic breast approach) and group B (n=58, transoral oral vestibular approach) according to the different approaches. The operation-related indicators, traumatic stress indicators, cosmetic satisfaction, complications and follow-up prognosis were compared in the two groups. Results: The operation time in the group B was longer than that in the group A, the number of central lymph nodes dissected was more than that in the group A, the drainage volume on 1 d after operation and intraoperative blood loss were less than those in the group A, the neck VAS score on 1 d after operation and the total length of incision were less than those in the group A, and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in the group A (P < 0.05) . There were no significant differences in white blood cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), prostaglandin E2(PGE) and cortisol (Cor) between the two groups before operation and 2 d after operation (P > 0.05) . 0.2d after operation, the levels of WBC, PGE2, CRP and Cor in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05) . The cosmetic satisfaction rate in the group B was higher than that in the group A ( p < 0 . 05). There was no difference in the incidence of complications in the two groups (P>0.05). At 1-year postoperative follow-up, the rates of death, recurrence, and cervical lymph node metastasis were 0 in both groups, with no differences between the two groups (P > 0.05) Conclusion: Transoral oral vestibular approach can achieve the same surgical effect as transthoracic breast approach in the treatment of PTMC. Objectives: To explore the effect of the Tibetan medicine ErShiwei Chenxiang Pill on the regulation of rat behavior and 5-HT1AR in PTSD model after stroke. Methods: 48 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Ershiwei Chenxiang pill group and paroxetine group. There are 12 rats in each group. The rats that did not die at the observation time after modeling were excluded from this study, and the qualified rats were screened out and the animals were supplemented by the principle of random sampling. After the model was established, the corresponding drugs or saline were given intragastrically every day. 2 weeks later, the behavioral changes of the remaining rats in each group were detected by open field test. Each group has its own The changes of 5-HT1AR gene and protein in hippocampus were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. Results: Compared with the sham group, data of the model group, the total distance (P<0.01), the single maximum movement distance (P<0.05), times of spanning lattice (P <0.01), vertical activity (P <0.01), the vertical time (P <0.01), the time of modification (<0.01) and the number of modification (P <0.05) were of statistical significance. The expression level of 5-HT1AR gene was of statistical significance (<0.05), and the level of protein expression was decreased. Compared with the model group, the data of the ESWCX, the total distance (P<0.05), times of spanning lattice (P<0.05) the vertical time (P <0.05) and vertical activity (P<0.01), and the expression of 5-HT1AR gene (P<0.05) and protein level were increased. Compared with the model group, paroxetine group had a statistically significant difference in the number of times of penetration (P <0.05), the total distance (P<0.05), and the vertical time (P<0.05). The gene of 5-HT1AR (P <0.01) and the level of protein expression were increased. Conclusion: This experiment has successfully copied the PTSD model after stroke, and the selected Chinese medicine Ershiwei Chenxiang pill can be used to improve the anxiety-like behavior of the PTSD model in the post-stroke PTSD model, the utility is similar to that of the western medicine paroxetine, and the mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of 5-HT1AR. The activities of proteins are controlled by their spatial configuration and post-translational modifications. With the development of chemistry and biology, researchers created different methods to introduce unnatural amino acids (UAA) into proteins to change the properties of proteins, such as chemical modification and synthesis, in vitro expression system and genetic code expansion.
