The article analyzes the possible occurrence of a new civil war in Congo as the conflict between government forces and rebel groups intensifies. The conflict is attributed to corruption allegations against the administration of President Joseph Kabila and his decision to delay the supposed election in 2016. Also discussed is the intervention by the United Nations (UN) peacekeeping force in the conflict.
