Antibacterial finishing effect of quaternarized/N-halamine chitosan on cotton fabric was studied. Cotton fabric was treated by butane tetracarboxylic acid as cross-linking agent and quaternarized/N-halamine chitosan as antibacterial agent by leaching, baking and chlorination. The related properties of the fabric were tested and studied. The results showed that the finished cotton fabric had better crease recovery and antibacterial properties. The chlorinated fabric achieved higher efficiency and rapid sterilization. The preparation method and property of silver-loaded cotton fiber were researched. Silver-loaded cotton fibers were prepared by in-situ self-assembly method. The morphology of silver-loaded cotton fiber was observed by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and infrared spectrometer. The moisture absorption regain, breaking strength and antibacterial property of cotton fibers with different silver loads were tested. The results showed that silver particles were uniformly distributed on the surface and inside of the cotton fiber after treatment. The utilization rate was the highest when concentration of silver nitrate solution was 2.5 mmol/L. The load of silver particles makes the moisture absorption regain of cotton fiber decrease slightly. The lowest silver content of silver-loaded cotton fiber was 0.43 mg/g, the antibacterial rate was above 90% at this time, the antibacterial property was still better after 50 times of standard washing. The properties of flame retardant blended yarns with different blending ratios and their fabrics were discussed. Aramid 1313, flame retardant viscose, modacrylic were used as raw materials.Five kinds of blending ratio were designed for single yarn and ply. The breaking strength & elongation of single yarn and ply, the thickness of plain woven fabrics and twill fabrics with different blending ratios, warp density & weft density, breaking strength, TPP value and so on were tested. The test results showed that the TPP value of twill fabrics were all larger than those of plain woven fabrics when the blending ratio was same.It meant twill fabrics had better thermal protective property.It is considered that the thermal protective property of twill fabric with the blending ratio of 3 is the best. Standard of GB/T 406--2018 Cotton Grey Fabric was analyzed. Compared with 2008 version standard, main technology changes of GB/T 406--2018 Cotton Grey Fabric were introduced. Classification of standard test items, cooperation of evaluation items requirements and specification limits, test of fabric breaking strength and application of trade standard, all these were analyzed and discussed. Corresponding suggestions were put forward. It is considered that according to trade standard rules, it is a more scientific, reasonable and economical method to formulate different fabric breaking strength assessments according to specific use and specific requirements of textiles. The modification effect of pineapple leaf nanocellulose cooperating with SiO2 gel on linen blended fabric was studied. The thickness, breaking strength, bending property, air permeability and creasy recovery angle of linen blended fabric before and after the modification of pineapple leaf nanocellulose cooperating with SiO2 gel with different concentrations were tested. The test results showed that the thickness of Nano SiO2 gel modified linen blended fabric was increased as the increase of the mass fraction for pineapple leaf nanocellulose. The breaking strength and creasy recovery angle was increased first then decreased. The bending property was strengthened and the air permeability were decreased. It is considered that the modification effect on fabric overall properties is better when 0. 5 % mass fraction pineapple leaf nanocellulose cooperating with SiO2 gel is adopted for the improvement of linen blended fabric. Production technologies of developing high strength wear-resistanting double-layer check pattern fabric on air-jet loom were summarized. JC 14.5 texX2 ply was selected as warp, C 27.8 tex yarn was selected as covering weft and C 83 tex rotor spinning yarn was selected as ground weft.Technology measures and processes in warping, sizing, drawing - in, reeding and weaving processes were summarized, successful production of products was ensured.The results showed that loom - state fabric warp density was 679.5 ends/10 cm, weft density was 281.5 ends /10 cm, warp strength was 1 465.2 N, weft strength was 820.7 N, width was 160.5 cm and actual dry weight without size mixture was 402 g/m2.It is considered that the produced fabric has higher strength and better three-dimensional appearance, which can be used for car seats, cushions of home decoration items.
