Abstract

Production technologies of developing high strength wear-resistanting double-layer check pattern fabric on air-jet loom were summarized. JC 14.5 texX2 ply was selected as warp, C 27.8 tex yarn was selected as covering weft and C 83 tex rotor spinning yarn was selected as ground weft.Technology measures and processes in warping, sizing, drawing - in, reeding and weaving processes were summarized, successful production of products was ensured.The results showed that loom - state fabric warp density was 679.5 ends/10 cm, weft density was 281.5 ends /10 cm, warp strength was 1 465.2 N, weft strength was 820.7 N, width was 160.5 cm and actual dry weight without size mixture was 402 g/m2.It is considered that the produced fabric has higher strength and better three-dimensional appearance, which can be used for car seats, cushions of home decoration items.
