In this paper, we mainly discusses the important role of MATLAB software in mathematical modeling, so as to raise the understanding of MATLAB and the efficiency of mathematical modeling with MATLAB software, and then improve the ability to solve practical problems. This paper explains the general process of mathematical modeling, studies the function and characteristic of MATLAB and its application in mathematical modeling. There are analysis of the key technologies and solutions required in the development process. Practice has proved that the MATLAB mathematical modeling can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of mathematical modeling, enriching the ways and means of mathematical modeling, and has great effect on the teaching of mathematical modeling course.

This paper presents a new type of actuator that uses the properties of a magnetorheological fluid. This actuator allows you to control the speed of a mechanical element and its positioning .The paper shows the conceptual model of the item, the schedule of experiments and their results. There are piston-cylinder type actuators that use magnetic fluid and have internal parts in relative motion. We propose an actuator does not have internal parts in relative motion and neither internal seals. There are shown the results obtained for the mechanical parameters of a new type of actuator with elastic elements, with linear motion. This actuator uses magnetorheological fluid properties. There are presented the constructive elements of the actuator, the properties of the magnetorheological fluid, the calculation procedure of the hydraulic and mechanical parameters and the obtained results. The results confirm the possibility of using it in various technical applications.

This paper presents a novel approach to detect unattended and removed objects from a single fixed camera video for surveillance applications. In this paper two backgrounds rather than any tracking information are employed to detect static foregrounds. Each of the backgrounds is modeled by three Gaussian mixtures. We make a subtraction between two foregrounds extracted by the background subtraction method to initially determine the static regions. Then the region-level density analysis and texture information are combined to remove false static foreground regions caused by illumination changes and objects that are in the static-moving transitions. Finally, classification of the unattended and removed is determined by a method that compares color histograms of the static foreground zone and its extended areas in current frame. Experimental results show that our method can work well in simple scenario as well as complex environments with an unsmooth background.

Image fusion algorithm is very important in image fusion process. Image fusion algorithm based on pyramid decomposition was reviewed in this paper. Pyramid decomposition algorithm mainly includes Contrast pyramid, Gradient Pyramid, Laplacian Pyramid and Ratio Pyramid. The fusion algorithms based on pyramid decomposition were respectively applied in multi-focus images, advantage and disadvantage were summarized and application was given. Fusion results were given by MATLAB simulation. Objective evaluation index including of mean, standard deviation, entropy and average gradient was calculated in this paper. Image fusion algorithm should be selected according to the information extracted and the aim of fusion.

The paper provides a set of constraint specifications. These constraint specifications of RBSCM are organized to form a construction, and an enact process is proposed to make it scalable and flexible to meet the need of diversified service application systems.

The construction of financial management system, which is of digitization and informationization, becomes more and more comprehensive. How to determine the "optimal cash holdings" is the key and difficult decision for financial management in modern enterprises. This paper firstly discusses the development status of modern computer financial management technology, and then makes comparative analysis of the existing four kinds of optimal cash holdings models. On this basis, it has constructed the optimal cash holdings model with Baumol by the aid of computer technology, and the model has been carried out computer simulation and analysis in this paper. The results show that the constructed optimal cash holdings model can help enterprise finance make reasonable decision, which is very helpful to improve the efficiency of financial management.

With the gradual development of Cloud Computing, the model of work and business will fundamentally change in the future. Current market trading mechanism under the cloud computing environment is lacking in flexibility and most of companies adopt a fixed-rate pricing model, which is difficult to meet the different needs of users. Based on cloud bank model, this paper introduces economic theory to provide a theoretical basis for the development of resource prices and propose a dynamic pricing strategy and maximize utility resource selection strategy based on market supply and demand and credit for cloud bank. In the last part of this paper, we use simulation platform to do a simple experiment to test this dynamic pricing strategy. Experiment result shows the pricing strategy could adjust computing resource prices automatically under the general market price rule conditions and maximize utility resource selection strategy could get the max utility for resource consumers.

The paper researches a recognition algorithm of modulation signal and modulation modes. The modulation modes to be recognized include 2ASK, 2FSK, 2PSK, 4ASK, 4FSK and 4PSK modulation. There are two methods recognizing modulation modes of digital signal, method based on decision theory and pattern-recognition method based on feature extraction. The method based on decision theory is not suitable for recognition with multiple modulation modes. The core of pattern recognition based on feature extraction is selection of feature parameters. So the paper uses the feature parameters with simple calculation, easy to be implemented and high recognition rate as the core. The extraction of feature parameters is based on instant feature of modulation signal after Hilbert transformation.

This paper discusses the selection of window function for signal processing in microwave imaging brain tumor detection. Most of the window functions are non-negative bell-shaped curves. This paper proposed a superposition windowing function for better time series data analyses and enhancement. The performance of the selected five window functions (Hamming, Blackman-Harris, Parzen, Chebyshev and Bartlett-Hanning) and the proposed superposition window were compared and evaluated. The results show the superposition window function is potentially reduce the unwanted noise and preserve important information of the signals.

The transformation of loss rate analysis for the Bi-directional cable TV network is becoming more and more important. In this paper, the authors employ the double queue single server system to the information of Bi-directional cable TV network in the analysis of information packet. The information of Bi-directional cable network packets are calculated and analyzed theoretically and the loss rate of the information packet is also simulated by computer in this paper. Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and simulation are consistent. And the network of Bi-directional information packet using double queue single server modeling of cable television in the transformation of loss rate analysis provides reference to the theoretical analysis and computer simulation.

This paper puts forward a scheme of solving quantum complex network transmission - network seepage flow. Traditional network seepage flow protocol scheme is the CEP network seepage flow agreement, but this solution has a certain limitation. The paper carries out the "target-swap" operation to CEP network seepage flow protocol, and obtains the QEP seepage flow protocol, and the superiority of this kind network seepage flow is proved through experimental network.

To address the problem of high occupancy of resources and slow response of current scheduling of cloud computing resources, this paper proposes a scheduling optimization algorithm based improved ant colony algorithm. It makes resource reservation through migration of virtual machine, uses dynamic trend prediction algorithm to forecast the load changes of data center, and puts forward the concrete complement to adjust reduction. Experiments show that the combination algorithm proposed in this paper are efficient to improve the performance of data center, accelerate the response speed and increase the precision.

In order to solve these two problems, this paper presents a method for video redirection parameters optimization based on hierarchical genetic optimization strategy. This paper adopts hierarchical mutation operator and local crossover operator. The result shows that the hierarchical genetic optimization algorithm which is used in video tracking has a very good effect.

With the constant development of information technology and the strengthening of safety awareness, people study more and more on the earthquake. In this paper, it conducts analysis of the earthquake at fault by the GIS. First, a detailed description of the data organizational form in the spatial database and the data pretreatment is given; secondly, it discusses the buffer principle and the superposition principle of the seismic correlation, and describes the establishing process of the earthquake buffer and seismic activity; finally, according to the theory, it realizes the system by software. This paper has a positive effect for the geological workers.

QC-LDPC can bring a higher coding gain to the FSO system, but the complexity of the decoding algorithm restricted its application in high-speed FSO system.In this paper, it adopts an improved Modified Min-sum Algorithm (MMSA) to reduce the decoding complexity and save decoding time. In this paper, the author programs the decoder with VHDL Hardware Description Language and analyzes the static time of the design with Synplify Pro and QuartusII to verify the correctness. Moreover, each functional unit is downloaded to the EP3C16Q240C8 chip produced by ALTERA Company and encapsulated into the IP core. Finally, we used MATLAB software to build the FSO system for testing decoder performance. The results show that the QC-LDPC decoder based on FPGA has higher reliability in FSO system.

Previous researches on remanufacturer behavior in the supply chain only considered that the products were transferred between the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) and remanufacturer. This paper is a comparative study of the impact of different remanufacturing models on technology transfer in remanufacturing market. Our results showed that when the waiting time of consumers was zero, the proportion of technology transfer under BR model (buyback and remanufacturing model) is higher than that under ER model (Entrusting and remanufacturing model). When the waiting time of consumer was not zero, the characteristic of technology transfer depends on the license fee, the cost of waiting time, the cost of collecting and remanufacturing. In this paper, through mathematical simulation, the influences of waiting time and lead time on the decisions of OEM and the remanufacturer are discussed.

At the same time, this paper discusses some key techniques of audio retrieval.

A web service is a software function provided at a network address over the web or the cloud. Conventional web service is described by WSDL. As for the conventional web services, it has problems of discovering and selecting the most suitable web service. Semantic web service can solve these problems, and it is described by OWL-S. In this paper, we propose a method of automatic generation of documents from WSDL to OWL-S. To accomplish this, we first translate XML document to OWL document through the relationship between XML Schema and the ontology. We use a mapping rule from XML Schema to Schema tree and Element tree. As for the WSDL document is written by XML. And OWL-S document is written by OWL. We translate WSDL document to OWL-S document based on mapping between XML document and OWL document. At present, most of web service is described by WSDL. According to this method, we can not only translate from WSDL document to OWL-S document easily, but also make the generation more efficient. Thus, we provide support for extensive of web services and service composition and discovery. Through the use of an example, the paper verifies the method is feasible and effective.

This paper aims at the difficulty that lack of observation model and high-dimensional sampling in video tooning, proposes a method based on key frame matching and dual-directional Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling of video motion redirection. At first, after extracting the key frame of a given video, By affine transformation and linear superposition, the subject initializes the video’s space-time parameters and forms the observation model; Secondly, in each space-time, based on the bi-directional Markov property of each frame, This paper proposed a dual-directional Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling particle filter structure and takes full advantage of the relationship of the front and back frame of the parameters to estimate motion redirection parameters. At the same time, for high-dimensional sampling problem, the subject according to the directional parameters’ correlation implements classification of skeleton parameters-morphological parameters-physical parameters, proposes a hierarchical genetic strategy to optimize the output parameters and improves the efficiency of the algorithm. The research of this paper will produce an efficient and prominent animation expressive video motion redirection method and play an important role on video animation of the development.

This paper investigates the design methodology of low Earth inclined circular orbits for remote sensing satellites to satisfy certain mission requirements and constrains such as coverage, resolution, illumination conditions and attitude maneuvers capabilities. Although sun synchronous orbit (SSO) proved to be a good candidate for most remote sensing applications due to its constant lighting conditions and global coverage, low inclined orbits are distinguished by long ground track especially if the target area of concern has horizontal rectangular border. With that respect, low inclined orbits may lead to improvement of the satellite imaging accessibility to the target area per day or reduction of satellite revisit time compared to SSO. This paper exploits these characteristics for low inclined orbits. The target area considered in simulation is between 220 and 320 N latitude lines with 2.5 m ground sample resolution. The satellite maximum rolling capability is 350 and the sun elevation angle is constrained between 300 and 700 for purpose of maximizing the quality of the obtained images. Matlab and STK software are employed to define the initial orbital parameters to meet these conditions for a low inclined orbit.

This paper discusses the relevant theoretical problems of ant colony algorithm, analyzes the defects of the traditional ant colony algorithm, and proposed an improved ant colony algorithm to solve these problems. Wireless sensor network routing should satisfy both to ensure data transmission and reduce the amount of communication requirements. The paper presents development of routing protocol for wireless sensor network based on improved ant colony algorithm technology. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this algorithm.

This paper researches on the existing certificateless proxy signature scheme, there is almost no certificateless proxy signature scheme based on discrete logarithm up till now. Combining the knowledge of discrete logarithm over finite field and the advantages of certificateless cryptography, this paper proposes an efficient certificateless proxy signature scheme based on the discrete logarithm without bilinear pairings. To avoid the key escrow problem in the id-based cryptosystem and the saving certificate problem in the traditional public cryptography, meet the good properties of the proxy signature, such as unforgery, dependence of the proxy keys, distinguish of the proxy signature and anti-abuse. The scheme does not use the bilinear pairings, and based on the hard problem of discrete logarithm in the finite field, given the proof and discussion of the validity and security of the scheme.

With more and more researches about improving BP algorithm, there are more improvement methods. The paper researches two improvement algorithms based on quasi-Newton method, DFP algorithm and L-BFGS algorithm. After fully analyzing the features of quasi-Newton methods, the paper improves BP neural network algorithm. And the adjustment is made for the problems in the improvement process. The paper makes empirical analysis and proves the effectiveness of BP neural network algorithm based on quasi-Newton method. The improved algorithms are compared with the traditional BP algorithm, which indicates that the improved BP algorithm is better.

The researches in the cutting domain have as purpose the cutting process economic optimization. This paper studies the cutting tool wear at drilling of the stainless steel X15CrNiSi20-12. The experimental data and their subsequent processing represent the original contribution of the authors to the estimation of polytropic exponents and to the assessment in terms of structure of the calculus relation of the cutting tool wear. The obtained relationship of the cutting tool wear on the tool putting surface at drilling of the steel X15CrNiSi20-12 permits the determination of the wear on the putting surface, in the case of a couple: stainless steel X15CrNiSi20-12-Rp5 high-speed spiral drill, depending on the work parameters and the cutting conditions. Putting the condition of wear limitation, from the obtained relation, the cutting speeds are exactly given. The paper also contains graphs for the variation of the tool wear with parameters of the cutting technology. The results can be taken into consideration in the educational studies and in the theoretical technical research. They can be implemented in the manufacturing activity.

This paper provides an overview on Management Control Systems (MCS), a historical review of the different trends in the control systems design and the common characteristics of main trends. MCS developed from closed and formal systems, based on cost and financial control, in complex, fully computerized, open and dynamic systems, which considers the psychosocial and cultural aspects and continuously adapt themselves to the organization’s needs. The performance level of the control system affects the success of the organization. The implementation process of MCSs, in newly acquired entities, follows about the same pattern as its development scheme, starting with the implementation of formal systems of costs and financial control followed by the development/adaptation of specific support systems for industrial areas and completed through the assimilation of the organizational culture. Although the control is one of the most important instruments, meant for achieving the objectives, it has to fulfill the efficiency principle: the costs involved with the control process cannot excess the benefits it will generate. The MCS would be adapted to the specific characteristics of the production unit, but it must retain its formal aspects to not diminish the comparability of the established key performance indicators. The performance level of the acquired entity and sociocultural aspects will determine the integration strategy, which can vary from instantly reform of whole organizational structure and practices till introducing only the performance monitoring system. The goal of the paper is to introduce the Computer Assisted MCS as a new trend in MCS design and to provide a summary of the implementation strategy as part of integration process of newly acquired entities.

So the paper’s aim is analyzing and verifying whether the usage or the transmission of privacy data in BPEL process violate the privacy statute. This paper establishs a BPEL CPN model using modeling method and uses extended P3P policy to describe user’s requirements, finally a prototype system is designed and developed. The result of the experiment can show whether the usage or the transmission of privacy data in BPEL violate the privacy statute and can show the default informations in detail.

An advanced verification platfrom based on UVM architecture is implemented in this paper. This paper presents a hierarchical verification environment that is portable, reusable, and easy to extend, which is constructed based on an object oriented language named System Verilog. The verification platform is applied to verify a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag chip which is compliant with the ISO/IEC15693 standard, communicates with a reader outside through a RF analog circuitry, completes anti-collision flow, selects card, authenticates based on SM7 algorithm and controls the writing and reading of EEPROM inside. According to the instruction supported by the tag chip is wide and variety, and further more it’s very rich in the command frame contents, the advanced verification platform which achieves the constraint-random stimulus generation, functional coverage and self-check mechanism, reduces the verification cycle, improves verification efficiency and ensures verification adequacy.

This paper mainly studies modeling and recognition of 3D English words’ images. With the development of secondary modeling, segmentation and recognition theories and the application of evolution computation in 3D modeling and recognition, this paper analyzes the issues of parameter fitting in the 3D model, multi-object scene segmentation and parts recognition aiming at the 3D data features in the English words. The 3D model is used as the primitives part to model and segment the scenes and the group parallel evolution and the relationship matching theories are introduced into the 3D modeling and recognition to deeply identify the rare English words’ images. The paper searches for a practical and efficient three-dimensional modeling and identification scheme.

In this paper, intelligent fuzzy control theory is introduced in the model of neural network algorithm, and the neural network system is improved by the PID controller, which has realized the feedback and adjustment function of neural network system, and has made the reaction of the system be more accurate and stable. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the designed intelligent control PID algorithm based on the fuzzy neural network in this paper, the algorithm is carried on the programming by using Matlab programming software, and the control process of PID is calculated by NNbox simulation toolbox, at last, it has obtained the curve of PID control response changing over time. From the response curve, it can be seen that after the PID proportional coefficient is regulated by using fuzzy neural network intelligent control algorithm, it can quickly and steadily obtain the control curve, which has realized better intelligent control effect, and has provided technical reference for the research of intelligent PID controller.

This also involves the attending of all kinds of relevant person of the Information system model together with the users’ message exchanging experience. This paper offers a mechanism of the related role in the design of a software component as a procedure, with the target of confirming their attending outside and within the organization. The purpose is to create a component centered on the user, involving clients and experts to work collaboratively; and get usable software as information system.

Based on the analysis of different urban communities, and the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the basic principle of urban community evaluation index selection system with the characteristic of completeness, measurability and comparability is proposed in this paper. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of disaster prevention of the community from basic characteristics, inherent risk to disaster mitigation resources, including three first grade assessment indexes, 12 second grade assessment indexes and 24 third grade assessment indexes.
