"Social media is the fastest way of reducing the social barriers and helps to connect people," but this statement turned out to be true and very effective when the world witnessed the first wave of the devastating epidemic called covid-19. Information technology has always been an essential part of organizations and strongly affects human resource practices, policies, and processes. Today, Organizations are also moving towards building smart, incorporating green HRM, and adopting sustainable activities, but the scenario that has changed with the emergence of covid-19 was never. The pandemic has forced organizations to incorporate many changes for which they were unprepared as they suddenly had to take their ventures into "unknowns and unknows." Therefore, the only way that seems to be out of all this was the use of artificial intelligence. During the pandemic, government restrictions on social distancing and lockdown have limited people staying at home and working remotely. The work from the home policy has helped the organizations continue their workings and enhanced their technology- based green human resource practices by minimizing their carbon footprints by reducing power and energy consumption, transportation and fuel, paperwork, documentation, and reducing organizational waste. Therefore, our papers aim to present a need to develop an artificial intelligence-powered work-from-home culture, which will help avoid the unnecessary presence of employees in the organization and help the organizations increase their profits and corporate image by reducing their carbon footprints. Method: The study is quantitative, and the data is analyzed using linear regression in SPSS. The data of 215 employees was collected, and the results have analyzed that AI-enabled work-from-home culture has a positive effect on strengthening green HRM. Implication: The study will help create an awareness in the organizations of the need to incorporate work from the home culture in organizations to reduce their carbon footprints and lead themselves towards sustainability and growth with the help of AI. Originality: There have been various kinds of research on green HRM, but the sudden outbreak of covid-19 has resulted in work-from-home culture and increased use of AI strengthening the green HRM aspects and helping the companies in sustainable development. Project delays are a common occurrence in any construction project. Road constructions in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia commonly are not resolved based on a predetermined time. Project delay will result in cost overruns which will reduce contractor profits and decline its corporate image. Therefore, a study is needed to identify the factors that cause project delays and determine the corrections that need to be made by making decisions based on the identification of various factors of delay. This paper aims to identify risk factors, determine the level of risk, and determine preventive measures against the dominant risk factors in road projects. The data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Risk Calculator are used to analyse the level of risk. The result reveals that the dominant risk factor causing road construction delay is less quality control followed by material delays and lack of coordination among project staff. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how Korean companies develop their corporate identities through their official websites based on Aaker's brand personality dimensions. A content analysis study based on Aaker's five brand dimensions is conducted on systematically sampled Korean corporations from KOSPI list focusing on vision and mission statements. Findings suggest a vigorous projection corporate identity through personality brand dimensions in vision statements among Korean corporations with a significant difference across a healthcare industry. Mission statements are less anticipated in corporate identity projection for Korean corporations. Korean corporations have successfully positioned themselves in their vision and mission statements to gain competitive advantages in this digital era. This study recognizes the communication of unique brand identity in vision and mission statements to the global market through digital platforms such as corporate websites, especially among Korean companies that have a global reach and are recognized industry leaders. This paper examines a merger of two companies with respect to the assimilation of corporate culture differences, particularly quality culture. The study aims to clarify the root cause of declines in quality ratings from customers after a merger despite maintaining products and services as they were before the merger, and whether cultural differences affect decision-making in a newly merged company. Examination is reported of the relationship between actions taken to assimilate quality culture and the resulting quality ratings given by customers, and analyzed is the time required to address quality incidents and the progress of cultural assimilation. A total of 301 incidents in the 5 years after a merger were analyzed, focusing on the time required to resolve the incidents. These empirical analyses reveal that the extent of cultural assimilation is associated with the speed of organizational decision-making and affects the quality ratings given by customers. Experiencing a product from the display and buying the same through the persuasion. Visual merchandising is especially important for the fashion business. There is a crucial relationship between the impulse buying of college students and the visual merchandising techniques like promotional signage and mannequin display (Jiyeon Kim,2003).Profitability of fashion business will not be owed to designing alone. Marketing plays an obdurate role in the fashion business. In this study, authors explored the visual merchandising techniques and its impact on Impulsive buying behavior of the apparel lovers. While earlier studies focused on interior and exterior look and feel of the stores which are basically induced the impulse buying of the consumers, nowadays preferred towards green buying behavior. This study included a new variable named "Corporate identity" which demonstrates the trust and longevity of the store.
