This paper studies a facility location problem within a closed-loop supply chain framework using discrete-event simulation. The growing pressure on the environmental impact from consumers, governments, and non-governmental organisations has led companies to take responsibility in product recovery processes. This paper integrates CO2 emission as one of the environment considerations into the simulation model. The aim of this paper is to find the best configurations of locating collection centres that will minimise both total logistical costs and total emissions. Three scenarios were proposed to simulate on finding the best collection centres' location. Preliminary experiments were conducted using Exeter city geographical area. Packaging is a means of marketing communication used to attract consumer attention and influence the product selection process. Packaging design has become critical in recent decades due to many packaging options available that offer various cost and time reduction. Until now, research on the packaging is quite popular among researchers. Mapping was carried out to determine the research results on packaging design using Bibliometric analysis by looking at related topics among the 82 papers. The systematic review found that, first, in terms of research themes regarding packaging design, packaging design based on materials design is the most widely used theme for packaging design research. Second, the choice of quantitative method dominates empirical papers on packaging design studies. Third, most packaging design studies are conducted in developed countries, with the main study's food industry. Fourth, based on the results of social network analysis using bibliometric techniques, they can be grouped into four research themes: packaging design development, packaging design issue, package design influence, and package design analysis. This paper proposes underground cable's fault using raspberry pi. The paper aims to find the distance of faulty cable occur from the base station and also find the location of the fault. Diabetes is one of the leading global health emergencies of the 21st century. The threatening side effects proves it to be a dangerous epidemic. This paper proposes a model to solve the problem in the existing system by comparing various data mining techniques in order to cluster and classify them. The paper studies a huge sample of diabetic patients common to diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. The method adopted is to cluster the data into three prior categories of high, medium and low clusters. Once clustered, optimum algorithmic technique is implemented to classify the data into mild and severe fragments in order to determine the chances of occurrence of a heart disorder due to the impact of diabetes. This work proposes to use the buckwheat semi-finished product in the production of fondant candies to expand the assortment of this type of candies and increase the nutritional value of the analyzed product. A buckwheat semi- finished product, introduced as a supplement, made of roasted buckwheat grain ground into the flour. Under laboratory conditions, control and three test samples were produced with the substitution of sanding sugar for the buckwheat flour in the amount of 5% - sample No.1, 10% - sample No.2, 15% - sample No.3. The standardized formulation of "Radiy" fondant candy is chosen as a control sample. During the quality estimation of control and test samples, organoleptic, physical and chemical indicators of the candies quality, such as appearance, color, taste and smell (aroma), shape, moisture, reducing substances and standing time were estimated. The results showed that the use of 10 % buckwheat flour (sample No. 2) instead of sugar makes it possible to produce a product with high organoleptic indicators without impairing the product quality according to physical and chemical indicators. Deep learning has been increasingly popular in the area of information engineering over recent years (SE). However, there are so many unfinished concerns to be studied. How can researchers incorporate deep learning into SE issues? What SE phases are supported by in-depth learning? Are the professionals benefiting from deep learning? Responses allow clinicians and researchers to build functional deep learning models for SE activities. To address these questions, we perform a bibliography review of 98 SE academic articles using deep learning techniques. We notice that 41 SE activities have been enabled by deep learning optimised solutions in all SE phases. In which 84.7 percent of papers only use traditional deep learning techniques and their variants to overcome Software Engineering problems. Practicability is becoming a problem with the use of deep learning methods. Chlorine-based bleaching agent can brighten the pulp effectively, but it harms the environment, especially water pollution. Thus, hydrogen peroxide, a total chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching agent is applied in this research to bleach pulp derived from Sesbania grandiflora. Sesbania grandiflora is being chosen as raw material due to its ideal characteristics as pulp source and native in Malaysia. This research aims to determine the effects of hydrogen peroxide on Sesbania grandiflora pulp and evaluate the paper properties made from Sesbania grandiflora pulp. The research was carried under different bleaching durations, 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes under a constant temperature of 50°C and 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The physical, optical and mechanical properties of Sesbania handsheet were measured according to the standard TAPPI. The overall result presented a significant effect on kappa number and handsheet brightness but little on mechanical properties. The longer bleaching duration gave the least kappa number of the Sesbania pulp, thus, improving the brightness of the Sesbania handsheet. However, it did not affect the strength properties of the handsheet. In this research, 60 minutes of bleaching duration on Sesbania grandiflora pulp exhibits the optimal bleaching performance without compromising paper mechanical properties significantly. Our research work target towards implementation of test cases automatically by combinational Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram so that it can display higher effectiveness in starting phase of the system development procedure of model-based testing. This research uses UML diagrams like Use Case Diagram (UCD), Activity Diagram (AD), and a combination of both generates System Testing Graph (STG). The combination of these two diagrams has been proved as the well-suited diagrams to implement test cases from the earlier combination graphs. Our technique suggested in this research paper is Uniformed Graph Traversing (UGT) Algorithm that is combined with Level Order Traversal (LOT) Algorithm to implement predictable test scenarios. Most new apartment complexes include a variety of modern amenities such as a supermarket, a medical centre, EV charging stations, vending machines, and many more. To use these amenities, we normally need to have a credit or debit card, or even cash on hand. Also, there are numerous identity and government cards that a person must carry with them at all times. Keeping track of all these cards can prove to be quite tedious and time-consuming. Furthermore, the majority of these apartments feature the standard lock and key method of unlocking the doors of the residing occupants which adds to the load of carrying about house keys along with all of the other cards. Life would be so much easier if we could replace all of these numerous bank cards with just one. Using a single card to access all services, such as EV charging or purchasing items, and even as your home door key. Five fuels were tested in a common rail direct injection (CRDI) diesel engine to see how they affected soot particle distribution and the engine's controlled and unregulated emission characteristics (M15, M25, and M35). The findings demonstrated that regulated emissions of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and particulate matter (PM) could be efficiently controlled to a very low level when mahua oil biodiesel (MOB) in diesel was utilized in conjunction with ideal engine working situations. The Internet of Things (IoT) aims to provide benefit and value to the industry, government, society, and academic and research groups in this digital era. This research gives a bibliometric analysis of IoT research articles from the Google Scholar database from 2015 to 2021. Based on the keywords used in the paper title and abstract, a total of 850 documents from the Google Scholar database were discovered. We employ several tools and techniques such as Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer for data visualization, and Harzing's Publish or Perish for citation metrics and analysis. The results of this study are reported using standard bibliometric indicators such as publishing trends, authorship patterns, co-occurrences, and top-cited articles. According to our data, since2015, the number of publications on IoT research has been steadily increasing. Watermarking is a technique for verifying and securing digital imaging data. Watermarking of a colour image is a time-consuming and complicated process. A range of transformation-based approaches are used to improve watermark robustness and invisibility. Hence, this paper utilizes the DWT-SVD strategy to introduce a preferable hybrid transformation technique. For upgrading the robustness, paper proposed a hybrid DWT-SVD based transform domain rule including the extra digital signature security. For color reproduction the YCbCr color space model is used at the pre-processing level. Qualitative performance of suggested algorithm is compared with the existing results for validation of work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of computer-based test instruments (Computer-Based Tests = CBT) in measuring conceptual knowledge and character of student in General Physics course. This research is a type of descriptive research. The data are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysed data consist of conceptual knowledge and character of student on test using a computer (CBT) and written exams (Paper-Based Testing = PBT) as comparisons including students' responses to the implementation of the test. The designed research instruments are test instrument based on CBT and PBT as well as a user response questionnaire. The results show that students' conceptual knowledge of physics using CBT is higher than PBT, although the scores are not significantly different. On the other hand, the results of the integration assessment test of student character values consist of indicators accuracy, perseverance, honesty and confidence show that the value of student character using CBT are also higher than PBT. In addition, the results of the manager's response analysis test show that the use of CBT provides several positive impacts compared to the use of PBT such as reducing paper use, reducing exam administration funds, easy in correcting questions, presenting test results easily and quickly, correcting questions accurately, and the last, the use of CBT is more objective and more friendly to the environment due to paperless. The financial sector is one of the most vulnerable sectors as it deals with money. Microarray techniques are widely employed to monitor the gene expressions that are responsible for causing cancer. Freely available microarray lymphoma dataset encompassing 7,129 features with 58 samples in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and 19 samples in Follicular Lymphoma (FL) are employed in this research. Feature selection is very crucial for classification of microarray lymphoma cancer that is of high dimension. This paper recommends a structure exploiting two stages of feature selection to classify the lymphoma cancer. The primary stage of feature selection is performed using correlation dependent feature selection technique and then K-means clustering is applied at the secondary stage to gain substantial features. Later those features are classified as DLBCL and FL by means of Decision Tree, Artificial Neural Network and Elephant Search classifiers. The results infer that the Elephant Search classifier gives a higher accuracy of 94.95% for DLBCL cases and also an accuracy of 96.23% for FL cases. It is also concluded that the two stage feature selection techniques together with Elephant Search classifier has reached an improved accuracy in comparison with other added classifiers used in this paper. Therefore, healthcare disinfection requires a thorough approach whereby several strategies may be applied together, risk-based methodologies, to decrease the possibility of HAIs for the patients. The research methodology used is literature review, by identifying entrepreneurship academic journals through the assistance of Scopus and Vosviewer. Based on the analysis, it was found that many journal publications on academic entrepreneurship were carried out in 2012. Understanding heritage food is important and useful for planning of national identity conservation, gastronomy tourism marketing and food safety. However, research on heritage food is not uniform globally; it tends to be concentrated in specific areas or region, and thus would hinder our understanding of heritage food acceptance, marketability and sustainability. This study examined the trends in heritage food research, namely Pekasam over the past decade by analysing publication data from Scopus through Systematic Literature review method. In particular, this study focused on the countries in which the studies were done, the affiliation of the authors, the funding sponsor, the types of publication discipline area of research, and citation details. A total of 148 publications were examined. The results showed that research on heritage food of Pekasam is not only scarce, to such an extent a large number of the research published are in the discipline of agriculture, chemistry and engineering. Despite the small number of research publications on Pekasam, the citations on the existing publications have grown exponentially since 2017 indicating that Pekasam is a potential research topic in the area of heritage food. Biodegradable adhesives are essential to be developed to replace synthetic adhesives. This research aims to study the effects of α-amylase enzyme concentration on the process of making adhesives from glutinous rice flour dextrin by examining the ratio of dextrin: CMC: glycerin on glue adhesion. This research was conducted in two stages: the making of dextrin from glutinous rice flour, and then the making of glue from the dextrin. The dextrin was made by mixing glutinous rice flour with water with a concentration of 200 grams/600 mL, then adding the α-amylase enzyme with variations (2 mL, 4 mL, 6 mL, 8 mL, 10 mL) and heated to a temperature of 80oC for 30 minutes, while continuously stirred at 300 rpm. After that, the liquid dextrin was filtered, and then the wet dextrin flour was dried in the sun to a constant weight. The dextrin was then sieved using a 200-mesh sieve. The dextrin was mixed with CMC and glycerin in a specific ratio, then heated to a temperature of 85oC for 20 minutes, and cooled to produce glue. The resulting glue was tested for adhesion. The adhesive strength test was carried out on a paperboard measuring 2.5 cm x 15 cm and 1.15-mm thick. This study found that the weight ratio of dextrin: CMC: glycerin affected the glue adhesion. The best glue adhesion was obtained at the weight ratio of dextrin: CMC: glycerin of 10 grams: 4 grams: 2.1 grams with adhesion of 171.4 N. The high amount of energy consumption in residential buildings can considerably be reduced by adopting passive design strategies (PDS), for its positive impact on the environment by reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, cost savings and provide occupants' comfort. This paper summarized the outcomes from a structured literature review. Five broad types of PDS were identified, targeting reduced energy consumption, improved comfort, indoor air quality and materials used. The study also revealed sets of motivators and challenges for adopting PDS. The most common challenges to adopting PDS are high initial cost, lack of expertise and lack of rules and regulations. Also, it was found that the key motivators to stimulate the adoption of PDS include energy efficiency, financial benefits and occupant comfort, health and well-being. This will form the basis for exploring the degree of benefits of considering certain PDS features in residential buildings and their consequent selection/use in specific climate zone, with relevant adjustments to incorporate any local context and priority. The outcomes of this paper are also expected to contribute to raising awareness among stakeholders to increasingly practice PDS considering their relevant benefits, and gradually move to their adoption. This paper presents the development of flexible capacitive sensor for measuring three dimensional forces to monitor and early detection of pressure ulcers. The wide range of capacitive sensors can be used for many industrial applications which include the measurement of applied pressure and force. The accurate measurement of pressure becomes essential key parameters to analyses the behavior of sensor based biomedical measurement system for different applications. In most situations, people with severe motor impairments have very low sensitivity in parts of the body that come into contact with supporting surfaces such as beds and wheel chairs. As a result of the pressure surpassing the tissue for an extended period of time, tissues are deprived of oxygen and necessary nutrient which leads to the development of pressure ulcers. Monitoring three-axis force that people with severe motor impairments exert on supporting surfaces is one technique to reduce the risk of pressure ulcer formation. This paper proposed the novel design of capacitive sensor to monitor three axis forces in all dimensions. Here, a custom developed sensor with capacitance to digital converter is used to convert the sensor's capacitance to a digital value. The proposed converter can be used to measure the capacitance in the range of 0 to 260pF and stored in device memory for easy access and processing. The low power ARM Cortex M3 processor with serial communication protocol is configured in embedded programming environment to acquire the signal from the proposed sensor and the capacitance variation is displayed on the OLED. Neo vernacular is a modern architectural style inspired by traditional vernacular buildings. The concept of neo vernacular architecture is a continuance of the Klaten people's ancient identity as part of Javanese culture, particularly in Central Java. One technique to construct architectural works founded in the local culture is to look for values rooted in Javanese culture. This paper is the product of a final project whose goal is to develop a sustainable architectural identity in Klaten based on local wisdom, which will be applied to the "nadir" transit hotel. This transit hotel should be able to accomplish the goal and objective of a successful Klaten city with devoted, intelligent, autonomous, and cultural citizens. The location, 53 meters south of Klaten Station, is one type of development of supporting facilities for the commuter line scheme. This is one of the KAI activities at Klaten Station that attempts to make it easier for visitors to obtain long-term support. Folk architecture gives rise to vernacular architecture, which evolves from it. It arose from and was entrenched in the ethnic community's traditions, and skilled craftsmen built it with years of expertise. The effect of the membrane separation process to concentrate the xylanase was tested to restrict cellulase dosage on the lignocellulosic waste. Xylanase produced from Streptomyces lividans expressing an endo-xylanase gene from Kitasatospora sp. was concentrated by nanofiltration membrane NTR-7410. This resulted in a seven-fold increase in xylanase activity without changing its specific activity. The saccharification of dilute acid-pretreated empty fruit bunch (EFB) was performed by applying membrane-concentrated xylanase compared with its un-concentrated to commercial cellulase loaded at one filter paper unit/g-biomass. Both glucose and xylose yields obtained by using concentrated xylanase (19.49% and 41.51%, respectively) were higher compared to un-concentrated xylanase (11.71% and 28.71%, respectively). Xylose-assimilating Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast at initial of 0.5 g/L was then inoculated into the sugar solutions. The yeast had increased ethanol titer and productivity from sugars obtained by using membrane-concentrated xylanase (7.13±0.60 g/L and 0.59±0.06 g/L/h, respectively), compared by using un-concentrated xylanase (4.56±0.43 g/L and 0.38±0.02 g/L/h, respectively). From the past few years spreading of the pests and diseases in plants have been increasing significantly. Paddy plants are the most important crop used in our country for the food, so it is most necessary to detect any disease of them within a short period of time for ensuring a proper and healthy growth of paddy plants. The process of manual disease detection requires labor and a large amount of time. Then utilizing the leaf images of plants for recognizing and classifying of diseases is the more focused research topic in the agriculture field. A survey on recognition and classification of paddy leaf diseases using image processing and machine learning techniques is presented in this paper based on the disease infected leaf images of paddy plants. Firstly the concept of various plant diseases and the standard process of plant disease detection are discussed in this paper. A study and survey on the totally 5 papers of work is carried out in detail by covering a work on leaf diseases of the paddy plants based on the certain criteria. Such criteria are different preprocessing techniques, various diseases/ classes, different segmentation methods, various classifiers and accuracy of employed techniques. The paper discusses major Data Protection and Privacy laws that have been adopted in India and Europe. The formation of the Personal Data Protection Bill is a breakthrough for India's privacy system. PDPB is considered equivalent to the General Data Protection Regulation because of similar rules and regulations. The authors compare and summarize to create a better understanding of both the laws. Intensive research has been done to brief about the laws through the existing sources. The initial section discusses the reforms that led to the formation of GDPR and how it has impacted the formation of the Personal Data Protection Bill. Initially, ICS is developed into independent networks that operate on custom network protocols and monitor industrial automation (i.e., using technology) processes. Therefore, cyber-attacks were limited to linked IT platforms and direct physical access for such control systems. Over the years, we have seen numerous emergent business needs that connect IT and OT technologies and incorporate and use Internet-enabled communication. This paper introduces a detailed review of information security challenges for ICS. Special attention has been paid to the SCADA architecture and its parts, and component-sensitive threatening vectors and potential component risks were identified. In addition, we examined the traditional and advanced threats and attacks against ICS and suggested a matrix for risk assessments that highlighted factors such as probability and impact. The average risk score was calculated in which the infrastructure was found to be the most and least vulnerable component. We have also highlighted specific global ICS security standards for organizations' protection and protection of critical assets. A development gas well penetrated carbonate build-up reservoir at a depth of around 8300 feet was tested for pressure transient analyses. After series of flow tests, the test was ended up with 42-hour pressure build-up test. Previously, the test analyses were carried out twice, and both showed that the wellbore storage are constant, with one constant pressure boundary. The first analysis has two porosity pseudo steady state model, while the second analysis has two-porosity slab model. In this paper, the analysis considers the effect of changing wellbore storage due to high condensate yield gas of 27 stb/mmscf, with dew point pressure of 2130 Psia, which is within pressure range during pressure build-up test. Fair's method is used as changing wellbore storage method, since the compressibility in the wellbore became higher during the pressure build-up test; from two-phase became gas phase. The boundary in this paper is found to be two parallel faults, which is confirmed by the geological map. The permeability and the reservoir pressure results of the three analyses are very similar to each other, however understanding fluid behaviour and reservoir model would change the strategy in producing the well and further field development. Massage chairs are categorized as luxury device and its price is still relatively high. Moreover, technical problems such as complicated maintenance, poor mobility, and heavyweight are sometimes complained by the user. The purpose of this work is to design a massage chair made of corrugated cardboard materials as an innovative solution. The characteristics of cardboard such as lightweight, low priced, and durable are expected to be the characteristics of the massage chair produced. Additionally, it would be an environmentally friendly and foldable product as the most benefit offered. This cardboard massage chair is designed according to the Indonesian anthropometric database and presented in this paper with 3D visualization from CAD software. As a result, the proposed design consists of six components made of 10 mm cardboard materials thickness or an approximate dimension of 60 x 50 x 100 cm. From this specification, the expected maximum product weight is 10 kg, the maximum allowable load is 1000 N, and the selling price is expected to range from one to five million rupiahs. In the first prototype, the product is featured with a reflexology massage, and it is reclinable. The reflexology massage sensation is given by solid rubber balls and attached to the recliner and seater parts. As widely known, plastic has become an integral element of human culture. Despite posing a serious environmental hazard, plastic continuously used in a variety of domains ranging from industries to agriculture to our daily lives due to its lightness, sturdiness, inertness, and low cost. Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is the thermoplastic that are commonly used to manufacture plastics bags and other plastic products. However, the excessive use of LDPE has caused a major environmental problem when they are accumulated in the environment. Currently, the physical and chemical methods of plastic degradation was proved to be inefficient and posed other environmental issues. As a result, eco-friendly methods like microbial plastic decomposition are being pursued as a better solution. This paper reports the potential ability of a Malaysian Rhodococci isolate obtained from Unisel Culture Collection (UCC), the Rhodococcus pyridinovoran strain UCC0018 in.LDPE biodegradation. The bacterium was cultured in nutrient broth supplemented with LDPE fine strips to evaluate the degradation of LDPE by weight reduction test. Results obtained demonstrated degradation activity where it reduced the weight of LDPE strips up to 5.2% after 24 hours of incubation. This result indicated the promising potential of Malaysian Rhodococcus in degrading LDPE. Based on this discovery, the initiative intends to cultivate the bacteria in large quantities, optimize the degradation activity, and work with the industry to turn the bacteria into a product that can be utilized to address Malaysia's plastic waste problem. One of the sources of difficulty in science teaching and learning is students' misconceptions. The misconceptions are quite persistent and interfere with students' ability to learn. Meanwhile, there is an abundance of research on students' misconceptions, but the existing knowledge seems to be fragmented. This review paper seeks to contribute to concise knowledge of students' misconceptions by clarifying its position, disadvantage, and its benefit to science teaching/learning. Specifically, based on papers published from the 1990s, the article aims to address the role of students' misconceptions in science teaching and learning and the key challenges of integrating students' misconceptions into teaching strategies. The findings show how students' misconceptions interfere with the learning process, as well as effective teaching strategies for eliminating them. However, it is also observed that teachers find it challenging to integrate students' misconceptions into teaching strategies. These insights are necessary for understanding how students' misconceptions can contribute to science teachers' pedagogical content knowledge framework. Based on the review findings, it is suggested that further research should focus on diagnosing students' misconceptions in all science subjects. For teaching practice, the article recommends developing booklets of students' misconceptions (a book illustrates a variety of misconceptions in a particular topic) as a helpful reference for teachers to get to know more about possible existing misconceptions.
