The advent of Generative Artificial Intelligence (genAI) has significantly reshaped the educational landscape, heralding new prospects and concurrently introducing complex challenges. Mirroring the essence of René Magritte's iconic artwork "Ceci n'est pas une pipe", where the depiction of a pipe is not actually a pipe, this publication is not a publication, at least not from the beginning. This article acts as a case study, showcasing the ability to generate coherent and pertinent AI-created content, while also drawing attention to its limitations in depth and diversity. Moreover, it underscores the facility with which such content can be produced. The paper culminates by examining the role of AI-generated content within the academic sphere, particularly highlighting the complexities involved in distinguishing AI-produced material from human-authored text. The aim for 95% maternal health care coverage and zero-unmet need for family planning in Pacific Island countries by 2030 could be achieved by strengthening the midwifery workforce. To enable health services to provide accessible, locally acceptable, and high-quality care, the midwifery workforce must be regulated and educated to global standards and supported to practice in enabling environments. In 2019, around 64,000 live births occurred in Pacific Island countries, yet information regarding the state the midwifery workforce and midwifery education is limited. Using data from recent reports and country case studies, this paper provides an overview of the current midwifery education situation in Pacific Island countries and discusses strategic directions for strengthening quality midwifery education and therefore quality midwifery care provision in Pacific Island countries. Six Pacific Island countries have midwifery curricula, all post-nursing programs, although few offer midwifery education programs on a regular annual basis. Current programs do not meet ICM Global Standards for Midwifery Education. Critical areas for strengthening include making underpinning philosophical frameworks, the vision for midwifery education, and program intended learning outcomes explicit in curricula documents and ensuring integration of these in program implementation. Fortunately, five of six midwifery education programs are under processes of renewal and strengthening against global, regional, and national standards. Strengthening the midwifery workforce in the Pacific to meet maternal and newborn health targets can be achieved through supporting the existing midwifery education programs to meet global standards. The electroencephalogram (EEG) is one of the most useful technologies for brain research and clinical neurology, characterized by non-invasiveness and high time resolution. The acquired traces are visibly displayed, but various studies investigate the translation of brain waves in sound (i.e., a process called sonification). Several articles have been published since 1934 about the sonification of EEG traces, in the attempt to identify the "brain-sound." However, for a long time this sonification technique was not used for clinical purposes. The analog EEG was in fact already equipped with an auditory output, although rarely mentioned in scientific papers: the pen-on-paper noise made by the writer unit. EEG technologists often relied on the sound that pens made on paper to facilitate the diagnosis. This article provides a sample of analog video-EEG recordings with audio support representing the strengths of a combined visual-and-auditory detection of different types of seizures. The purpose of the present article is to illustrate how the analog EEG "sounded," as well as to highlight the advantages of this pen-writing noise. It was considered so useful that early digital EEG devices could be equipped with special software to duplicate it digitally. Even in the present days, the sonification can be considered as an attempt to modify the EEG practice using auditory neurofeedback with applications in therapeutic interventions, cognitive improvement, and basic research. Current nursing professional development programs include online education related to caring for COVID-19-positive patients. However, these resources failed to attract significant uptake of knowledge acquisition mainly because of poorly structured web pages. This discussion paper presents a unique perspective to designing professional development programs for frontline nurses working during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond through the use of interactive digital content (IDC). To discuss person-centred care in nursing education and the role of online pedagogy to facilitate meaninful learning. The core principles and values of person-centred care are at the centre of national and international healthcare education. Person-centred care recognises partnerships and relationships between nurses, healthcare practitioners and individual patients, carers and their families and part of the training of healthcare professionals. However, the literature on how person-centred care is taught to facilitate meaningful learning in nursing education particularly in the context of online pedagogy is limited. A critical discussion paper. A critical discussion of person-centred care and online pedagogy that can facilitate teaching practices are presented, drawing on authors' positionality and case exemplars. Teaching person-centred care using online pedagogy appears to have a promising impact on undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students' experiences. Engaging students in critical examination and reflection on the complexities of person-centred care in practice creates meaningful experiential learning for both students and educators. The contribution is devoted to the development of international student mobility in the framework of the Erasmus+ and Non-European Mobility programmes, while the focus is also on the interest and experience of students from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Czech University of Live Sciences Prague. At work, the development of the number of students arriving and leaving in 2008-2019 and the interest in destination countries and universities are assessed using statistical methods. Based on time series models, the expected development of indicators in the coming years was predicted. The work is also based on the results of a questionnaire survey carried out on the population of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management and focused on the perception and evaluation of the programme. The survey showed that students take foreign mobility as a unique asset that will make it easier for them to find adequate employment in the future in terms of their education. The aim of this study is to present the possibilities of nurse education in the use of the Chat Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) tool to support the documentation process. The success of the nursing process is based on the accuracy of nursing diagnoses, which also determine nursing interventions and nursing outcomes. Educating nurses in the use of artificial intelligence in the nursing process can significantly reduce the time nurses spend on documentation. Discussion paper. We used a case study from Train4Health in the field of preventive care to demonstrate the potential of using Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) to educate nurses in documenting the nursing process using generative artificial intelligence. Based on the case study, we entered a description of the patient's condition into Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) and asked questions about nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions and nursing outcomes. We further synthesized these results. In the process of educating nurses about the nursing process and nursing diagnosis, Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) can present potential patient problems to nurses and guide them through the process from taking a medical history, setting nursing diagnoses and planning goals and interventions. Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) returned appropriate nursing diagnoses, but these were not in line with the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association – International (NANDA-I) classification as requested. Of all the nursing diagnoses provided, only one was consistent with the most recent version of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association – International (NANDA-I). Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) is still not specific enough for nursing diagnoses, resulting in incorrect answers in several cases. As humanity reaches the 5.0 industrial revolution, education plays a critical role in boosting the quality of human resources. This paper reports bibliometric research on emerging TiP during 1993-2022 in the educational field to analyse its development on any level of education during the last three decades. This study employed a Scopus database. The findings are that the trend of TiP publication in educational fields has tended to increase every year during the past three decades and conference paper became the most published document type, the USA is the country which produces the most publications; 'Students' being the most occurrences keyword and total link strength. The publication of the TiP is ranked to the Quartile 1, which implies that a publication with the cited performance is a publication with credibility because the publisher has a good reputation. Empathy development is an integral aspect of nurse education in several countries. Empathy supports person-centred care provision by aiding effective communication and promoting feelings of wellbeing by helping people feel understood. The development of empathy in nursing students is best facilitated through experiential learning and reflective practice, although to date, there are no reflective models specifically designed for this purpose. It is the aim of this paper to present a model designed to promote reflection on the development of empathy. The authors have developed an approach to empathic reflection based on the philosophy of Edith Stein. In this paper we outline the Empathic Reflection model which emphasises the need for educator support and an appreciative approach. We then present a narrative example of the model in action in an acute care setting. We have developed a three-stage model to support experiential learning about the development of empathy for nursing students. This discussion paper explores an interesting area for future nursing research about empathy development through experiential learning and reflective practice. Educators can contribute to the promotion of empathy by working in partnership with students to explore previously held beliefs which might act as barriers to empathic care provision. • In Italy, recent regulation has updated the post-mortem body disposition. • Body donation is admitted for study, training and scientific research purposes. • Unsolved issues concern the grantees of teaching and training activities. • The Italian College of Anatomists has made constructive criticisms to the law. • Suggestions are provided to manage the donation process and use of the body. In Italy, recent legislation (Law No. 10/2020) has tuned regulations concerning the donation of one's postmortem body and tissues for study, training, and scientific research purposes. This study discusses several specific issues to optimise the applicability and effectiveness of such an important, novel regulatory setting. Critical issues arise concerning the learners, the type of training and teaching activities that can be planned, the position of academic anatomy institutes, the role of family members in the donation process, the time frame of the donation process, the eligibility of partial donation, or the simultaneous donation of organs and tissues to patients awaiting transplantation. In particular, a universal time limit for donations (i.e., one year) makes it impossible to plan the long-term use of specific body parts, which could be effectively preserved for the advanced teaching and training of medical students and surgeons. The abovementioned conditions lead to the limited use of corpses, thus resulting in the inefficiency of the whole system of body donation. Overall, the donors' scope for the donation of their body could be best honoured by a more flexible and tuneable approach that can be used on a case-by-case basis. Furthermore, it is deemed necessary to closely monitor the events scheduled for corpses in public nonacademic institutions or private enterprises. This paper presents useful insights from Italian anatomists with the hope of providing inspiration for drafting the regulations. In conclusion, this paper focuses on the critical issues derived from the recently introduced Italian law on the donation and use of the body after death and provides suggestions to lawmakers for future implementations. Big Data research has rapidly developed in the last 10 years, making it an interesting topic to investigate to understand the trends and developments of Big Data in Education. This study aims to analyze source documents and state contributions, and visualize research trends on the subject of Big Data in education during the last 10 years and identify potential research topics related to Big Data in Education in the future. This study uses a literature review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method associated with bibliometric analysis using the Scopus and VOSviewer databases, through which 1,076 documents were obtained. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that Big Data research in education has increased significantly in the last 10 years. However, in the last year, it has decreased, this is the next challenge, and an opportunity for future research. The most common types of documents are conference papers, the source of most documents is conference proceedings, and the country that contributes the most is China. English is the most widely spoken language, and the authors with the highest contribution are Daniel, B. K. Further research related to Big Data can be used and implemented in the business world for Big Data analysis in education. Big Data can also be integrated with Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) which can be a further research opportunity that can be applied to education because analyzing Big Data requires STEM learning skills. Thus, this research recommends finding updates in the study of Big Data in education by integrating STEM in education because analyzing Big Data again requires STEM learning expertise. This study has limitations in using only one database, namely Scopus, to obtain research data. • Caste is an important and unique axis of inequality in India. Caste based digital divide can exacerbate the existing socioeconomic divisions between different caste groups. • Using non-linear decomposition method, the present paper explains the digital divide between disadvantaged and other caste groups. • We find that there is a considerable first level and second level digital divide between the disadvantaged caste groups and Others in India. • The caste-based digital divide is largely explained by the differences in education and income between the caste groups. • The study foregrounds the importance of bridging the caste-based digital gap by closing the gap between the educational attainments of the disadvantaged and other caste groups. With the increasing importance of information and communication technologies in access to basic services like education and health, the question of digital divide based on caste assumes importance in India where large socioeconomic disparities persist between different caste groups. Studies on caste-based digital inequality are still scanty in India. Using nationally representative survey data, this paper analyzes the first-level digital divide (ownership of computer and access to the Internet) and the second-level digital divide (individuals skills to use computer and the Internet) between the disadvantaged caste groups and Others. Further, this paper identifies the caste-based differences in socioeconomic factors that contribute to the digital divide between these groups using a non-linear decomposition method. The results show that there exists large first-level and second-level digital divide between the disadvantaged caste groups and Others in India. The non-linear decomposition results indicate that caste-based digital divide in India is rooted in historical socioeconomic deprivation of disadvantaged caste groups. More than half of the caste-based digital gap is attributable to differences in educational attainment and income between the disadvantaged caste groups and Others. Findings of this study highlight the urgent need for addressing educational and income inequality between the different caste groups in India in order to bridge the digital divide. The Barefoot College (India) is an NGO working in the fields of education, skills development, health, drinking water, and solar power mainly to train older, rural women who are determined to challenge restrictive gender roles in their respective communities. Since its inception, the NGO has trained over 2,000 rural women as solar engineers across 93 countries worldwide and has brought electricity to over 18,000 homes. Barefoot trainers employ nonnormative methods of sharing knowledge such as color coding, sign language, and practical experience. This paper conducts a critical assessment of the Barefoot College Solar Electrification Programme to explore how it empowers illiterate and semi-literate women from remote rural areas around the world to become solar engineers (or "Solar Mamas"). It utilizes qualitative research methods to analyze this women's empowerment project as a landmark practical application of decolonial feminist theory. The paper contends that the Barefoot approach both challenges and conforms to the Women in Development and Gender and Development approaches of the past. The research is grounded methodologically in feminist praxis and also borrows from the conceptual frameworks of Feminist Political Ecology and Women and the Politics of Place. Stories and personal experiences from Solar Mamas have been highlighted to understand the real world impact of the program. The main findings indicate that the Barefoot College's innovative approach to empower marginalized communities and educate older women is achieved through decentralizing control and demystifying technology. The paper focuses on causes for drop-out from business study programs at case university over seven years. Causes of drop-outs were collected and the database consists of 1,154 drop-out. Students indicated their reasons and preferences of their causes leading to leave studies. The aim of this paper is to identify factors affecting of drop-outs in business higher education and its evolvement in past years to define main areas of negative causes. The article presents students perception on study conditions and identifies the most important personal reasons to quit. The outputs of this paper are based on survey data from the whole sample of dropping students in the case business school. Statistical analysis, including correlation and factor analysis were employed to analyse students' perception of the educational processes impacting retention. The analyses revealed clusters of variables with proven co-appearance and defining students' main causes to drop-out. Orientation of students is primarily on expectations and personal reasons. • Crime scene investigation training and education has to address specific problem solving and psychomotor skills. • AR technology could improve current training and education approaches when used as a supplementary tool. • Potential challenges and considerations are highlighted that are to be explored before implementing AR technology. The role of the crime scene investigator is complex, and investigators need to be able to conduct multiple frequently performed tasks. Appropriate training and education are critical to impart the crime scene investigator with the necessary capabilities. For a range of reasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for multi-disciplinary capabilities, training and education requirements have evolved in recent times to be more flexible and accessible. The skills of a crime scene investigator can be broadly categorised into two types of fundamental skills: decision-making and psychomotor skills. Both these skills need to be taught and assessed within training and education programs. The most common approach to impart these skills is by incorporating a crime scene simulation facility; however, not everyone has access to these facilities. Furthermore, crime scene staff often undertake refresher courses and are required to complete proficiency assessments. Conducting these activities in a dedicated crime scene simulation facility is time consuming and costly. Virtual tools have been developed in recent years to address this, but these tools only assess decision-making skills and not psychomotor skills. This paper argues that the implementation of augmented reality (AR) technology should be considered in crime scene investigator training and university education, because it can provide significant advantages when paired with conventional methods of training and education. When appropriately managed, AR can provide an avenue of training where both decision-making and psychomotor skills can be addressed simultaneously, while providing a more flexible and accessible approach. The implementation of AR has the potential to significantly improve the standards of teaching, resulting in better equipped crime scene investigators. The paper will explore how AR has the potential to improve accessibility of training, increase safety, enhance the student experience, enhance collaboration and feedback through connectivity and potentially reduce cost. This paper will also provide an insight into what would need to be considered before implementing AR technology into crime scene investigation training and education alongside current approaches. This paper discusses the current medical sonographer status in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The paper explores the current education, skills, job description, and challenges towards developing sonography professions and a sonographer framework. The study employed a quantitative descriptive research approach using a cross-sectional study design to collect and analyse data from sonographers in the UAE. Data was collected through a structured survey that included sections addressing demographic information, education, skills, current practices, and challenges. The data showed a relatively even distribution across different age groups, with a higher proportion falling in the 31–40 age range. Females constitute a slightly higher percentage (55.9 %) than males (44.1 %). The study found that sonographers have the necessary skills and knowledge to interpret the scan results and provide a formal report. A significant percentage of participants taught ultrasound to others and participated in research activities. The survey responses indicate difficulty in reporting sonograms. The study found that sonographers possess the necessary expertise and skills to pass on their knowledge to trainees and colleagues. The participants expressing a desire to increase their knowledge and skills indicate that sonographers recognised that continuous professional development is crucial for staying updated with advancements in the field. The participant's "Advanced Practitioners" title recommendation suggests a desire for professional recognition, career progression, and specialisations in sonography. Effective interdisciplinary collaboration is important for providing quality patient care. The paper emphasises the importance of recognising sonography as a vital healthcare profession. It aims to raise awareness about the crucial role of sonographers in patient care. The European Union employs soft power instruments to defend European values and norms and promote national interests. The European Union (EU), based on its diverse but at the same time united cultural, historical and educational soft power resources, attracts an international audience. Relations between the countries of Central Asia (CA) and the European Union have gone through several stages. Since 2007 the EU has implemented a strategy in Central Asia, and in June 2019, the EU adopted a new strategy, highlighting several priority points. Based on an interdisciplinary approach of system and comparative study, this paper analyses the status and perspectives of the EU's soft and smart approaches in Central Asia, and the dynamics and shortcomings of EU-CA relations, The European Union's soft and smart power policy, resources, and anticipated results are defined in its Strategy. The EU achieved some positive results in developing its soft and start power approach to Central Asia, but there are also some limitations. There are general challenges for EU-CA relations, including external factors. Deepening political, economic, cultural, educational and humanitarian the EU-CA partnership will contribute the sustainable development of Central Asia and strengthen stability in Eurasia. Post-conflict reconstruction conventionally consists of four pillars--security, political, economic, and social. Ideally, all these pillars are interconnected and develop simultaneously to accelerate the reconstruction and make it stable. Rwanda undoubtedly succeeded in many aspects of its post-conflict reconstruction and it is no wonder that it is frequently presented as a model for other African countries recovering from an intrastate conflict. But is this portrayal real? Aren't there hidden pitfalls which could, in a long-term perspective, reverse the reconstruction into destruction? This paper will address these questions from the very important but usually neglected perspective of the education system, which is an integral part of the social pillar of the reconstruction, and which is perceived as a prerequisite for the development of the country and the reconciliation of different social groups. Through field research conducted in primary schools in Rwanda, the paper suggests that the reform of education after the 1994 Rwandan genocide (and the curriculum in particular) has been politicized and serves as a tool of the current RPF regime, legitimizing its authoritarian practices to establish a uniform and obedient society. Corruption is a global menace with some countries of the world notoriously deep in it. Nigeria, a developing country has been battling, however, unsuccessfully with the scourge of corruption despite measures put in place to curb it. This paper chronicles the antecedents of corruption in Nigeria. It reviews the anti-corruption strategies with a view to proffering a robust, aggressive, and productive engagement against the recalcitrant nature of corruption in the country. The theoretical framework of the study is anchored on Social Disorganization Theory (SDT) and Social Learning Theory (SLT). Among the varying recommendations made by this paper, is the need to rejig, reinvigorate, and re-awake consciously, conscientiously, and systematically, the traditional anti-corruption institutions such as the National Assembly, the Judiciary, the Police, offices of the Accountant General, Auditor General, among others, to the understanding of their paramount role and vanguard position in championing very effectively, the anti-corruption war. This paper examines the phenomenon of child and youth labour in the post-Stalin era in the Soviet Union. The starting point for the consideration constitutes the analysis of the law adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1958 titled "On the strengthening of the link between school and life and the further development of people's education in the USSR". This law placed great emphasis on combining education with practice and involving pupils from the earliest grades in various forms of both productive and socially useful labour. Subsequently, four categories of labour to which children and young people in the USSR were systemically forced has been distinguished. These included: occasional labours, work and leisure camps, so-called subbotniki and little communal works, as well as compulsory recycling. Purpose: The requirements for information in the public sector are continuously changing and there is a need for accountants who are capable to respond to these challenges. Universities, i.e. higher education institutions (HEIs), are recognized as institutions that provide fundamental knowledge, and a discussion of education in the field of public sector accounting is required. The purpose of this paper is to present the opinions of public sector accountants and expectations of students regarding education in the field of public sector accounting at HEIs in Croatia. Methodology: A survey was conducted among accountants employed in public sector entities and among students of faculties of economics at public universities in Croatia. The results of the aforementioned survey are analysed in the SPSS software package using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: Results showed that students as well as public accountants agree that formal education is not enough for the position of public accountant. Furthermore, students are not interested in the position of public accountant. Therefore, public universities should rethink modifying the structure and programs of courses related to public sector accounting. Conclusion: The results are an invitation to public policy creators to work on the attractiveness of the position of public sector accountant by offering better conditions. The authors of the paper therefore highlight the necessity for better cooperation between accountants and the academic community in order to improve education in the field of public sector accounting and meet the needs for professional and trained accountants who are the future of the profession. Furthermore, we address the critical issue of fostering artificial intelligence literacy among students, schools, and universities, pinpointing data privacy and ethical considerations as key areas of concern. The strategies implemented by educational institutions to mitigate these challenges and promote a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence are also discussed. In conclusion, the paper underscores artificial intelligence's transformative potential in reshaping education, offering guidance for other nations and academic entities aiming to successfully integrate artificial intelligence-based technologies. The paper aims to examine the persistence of gender stereotypes in STEM education and identify opportunities to enhance the inclusivity and attractiveness of Vocational Education. The analytical part of the paper consists of quantitative and qualitative research. Through ordinal logistic regression, the determinants influencing female and male students' attitudes towards gender stereotypes and future careers in STEM fields are analysed. The qualitative part draws on focus group outputs to understand the challenges of this topic in greater depth. University students are more resistant to stereotypes than high school students. At the same time, men tend to believe in gender stereotypes more than women and nonbinary people. An important aspect is positive female role models, which eliminate this adverse persistent phenomenon and increase the inclusiveness of the learning environment for female students. University students are more likely to envision a future in STEM than high school students, and there were no statistically significant differences in the plans of male and female students. One of the most speedy and substantial social shifts in human history has been the evolution of gender relations since the turn of the 20th century. Even though female health, literacy and women participation in workforce have significantly improved, the status of women in Indian society is not very satisfactory leading to gender disparities. It is in this background that this paper attempts to analyse the role of education, labour market and health in reducing gender disparities across the states over the period of time. To analyse the impact of these variables, Gender Disparity Index (GDI) has been constructed utilising the data from Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) and Sample Registration System (SRS) to measure gender disparities in 20 major states and union territories (UTs) of India. For the construction of GDI, we have used three dimensions, namely health, empowerment and labour market participation. The index is prepared to make a decadal comparative study for the years 2011–12 and 2020–21. The statistical results indicate that there is a significant difference in mean of the GDI scores for 2020–21 and 2011–12. The paper concludes with certain policy implications suggesting that there is a need to put more effort into creating infrastructure and cutting-edge policies to improve the health and education systems. The focus should also be to create more employment opportunities for females, helping them to raise their standard of living so as to enhance their contribution towards economic growth. Introduction/Purpose: Economics is a dynamic subject whose students use the contents to address real-life problems. Therefore, this paper examines the transformation of economics to tackle teachers' challenges in the teaching of economics. Design/Methodology/Approach: This paper used a qualitative research technique to collect information from teachers based on a phenomenological research design. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 12 teachers of economics in 6 selected schools in Buffalo City. A semi-structured interview was used to elicit information from the respondents and the data were analysed using a thematic approach. Findings: The study identifies certain notable issues including imprecise economics curriculum materials and learners' inability to demonstrate interest due to various statistics and data components of the subject. Teachers' participation in professional development activities such as seminars, in-service training and workshops for knowledge updates is one of the solutions offered to overcome these difficulties. Limitation: This paper uses only 12 economics teachers from Buffalo City metropolitan municipality. Larger samples can be used in another municipality. A quantitative approach can be used to accommodate representative samples. Practical Implications: Teachers are expected to be at the forefront of disseminating the contents of the subject appropriately because a teacher can only give what he or she has. Teachers should be proactive and current with the recent developments in the nation and be technologically compliant. This paper focuses on the connection between a field of education and national curricula in secondary education and individual religious commitment. This article builds on the idea that formal education is not only meant to transmit knowledge but also to create competencies that involve a combination of knowledge, skills, and social values. Moreover, institutional factors related to an educational system may shape religious commitment by providing opportunities and constrains promoted by a national curriculum. While the competencies approach sheds light on the connection between individual education and religiosity, the contextual approach helps in understanding the relationship between a national curriculum in secondary education and individual religiosity. This paper employs multilevel regression models and tests the research hypotheses using data from the European Social Survey (ESS), rounds 2, 3, and 4, and Eurydice 2013/2014. The results show that the field of education and the percentage of mathematics and sciences studied in secondary education should be taken into consideration when analyzing the connection between education and individual religious commitment. In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, the pivotal axis around which transformation revolves is human-AI interaction. In this sense, this paper adopts a data mining and analytic approach to understand what the related literature tells us regarding the trends and patterns of generative AI research in educational praxis. Accordingly, this systematic exploration spotlights the following research themes: Interaction and communication with generative AI-powered chatbots; impact of the LLMs and generative AI on teaching and learning, conversational educational agents and their opportunities, challenges, and implications; leveraging Generative AI for enhancing social and cognitive learning processes; promoting AI literacy for unleashing future opportunities; harnessing Generative AI to expand academic capabilities, and lastly, augmenting educational experiences through human-AI interaction. Beyond the identified research themes and patterns, this paper argues that emotional intelligence, AI literacy, and prompt engineering are the trending research topics that require further exploration. Accordingly, it's in this praxis that emotional intelligence emerges as a pivotal attribute, as AI technologies often struggle to comprehend and respond to the nuanced emotional cues. Generative AI literacy then takes center stage, becoming an indispensable asset in an era permeated with AI technologies, equipping students with the tools to critically engage with AI systems, thereby ensuring they become active, discerning users of these powerful tools. • Nurses are often the first responders during times of disasters who play a vital role in preserving life and sustaining all aspects of the health of the disaster-affected community. • This paper underscores the role of nursing curricula and evidence-based teaching learning strategies that can promote the next generation of nurses' preparedness for disaster nursing. Those strategies include classroom-based theory and didactic courses/course content on disaster nursing, integration of interprofessional education in disaster nursing curriculum, clinical experience, simulation and mock disaster training, and involvement of nursing students in research specific to disaster. • The inclusion of disaster management in the nursing curriculum is vital to prepare nurses who are competent, skillful and knowledgeable in providing quality care to disaster-affected communities. In this paper I argue that assessment data can be helpful to teachers for practising effective pedagogy, but it can also inhibit effective teaching when it is used to control their practice. Effective pedagogy is defined as giving each learner the resources they need to progress successfully and confidently through school. The paper first introduces the Reading to Learn professional learning program that started as a project with Indigenous students in primary and secondary schools. Both the project and the R2L program were helped and hindered by assessment regimes of education bureaucracies. Assessments developed in the program show inequalities within classrooms at all school stages, which is explained by an analysis of the literacy development curriculum through primary and secondary school. A model of pedagogy and knowledge about language is then proposed for teacher professional learning, that includes assessments that teachers control to track their students' growth. Dental care providers are essential in screening and co-managing sleep-breathing disorders, particularly obstructive sleep apnea. As an integral component of dental medicine education, Dental Sleep-disordered Breathing Education (DSBE) aims to equip undergraduate and graduate dental students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to screen for and manage sleep-breading disorders as part of interdisciplinary teams. Studies on DSBE have mainly focused on undergraduate dental programs. Thus, research is needed to support the improvement of DSBE in dental residency programs, especially in orthodontics, to address the learning needs of future dental students, including Generation Z learners. This perspective paper suggests key research areas and methodologies to support this much-needed undertaking. These areas include curriculum mapping, outcome evaluation, and improvement/innovation. Dental researchers are encouraged to investigate these areas, employing the suggested methodologies. The aim of this paper is the study of the political representation of the Albanian minority in the valley of Presheva, Serbia. In the early 1990s, in Europe of great political change has started to occur. The disintegration of the communist system presents on the daily agenda the need to organize peoples and ethnic communities into associations and political parties. In those circumstances, the Albanians in Serbia began to organize politically and coordinate political actions in order to realize individual and collective rights, as well as to resolve their political-legal status within Serbia. Historical research method was used in the analysis of this topic as well as in the collection of appropriate historical data. In general, this paper will address the topic of the historical and current nature of the Albanian minority in Serbia. Through the theoretical examination and historical research methods, results have been achieved which prove that despite the fact that the Albanians of the Presheva valley have managed to have representation, this representation is still not dignified because they have been guaranteed some rights related to self-government and the use of ethnic symbols. Entrepreneurship education is offered at all levels of education. This theme resonates in many strategic documents at the national and European levels. The first aim of this paper is to present two educational activities aimed at developing the entrepreneurial skills of university students in the Czech Republic. The second objective is to present the results of surveys conducted among students of a university-wide elective course focused on the abovementioned area. Survey was focused on motivation and expectations from participating in the course. The most substantive responses are presented in the paper. Purpose: This study aims to critically review the new AI-based tool ChatGPT in UAE education and evaluate its impact on students and their learning. The study maintains a specific focus on the issues of equity and governance to allow educators in UAE to ensure that the AI-based tool is used ethically, and safely and does not restrict students’ academic development. Design/methodology/approach: This paper is a conceptual paper presenting the critical reflection of authors working in the Emirates College of Advanced Education in UAE (Author 1: Dr. Othman Abu Khurma, Author 2: Dr. Nagla Ali, and Author 3: Dr. Reem Hashem). Consequently, the study reflects the authors’ evaluation of the issues of equity and governance that maximize the potential benefit of how ChatGPT is used by students in UAE schools and higher education institutions and their thoughts on how it might be improved. Findings: The findings of this study indicate that there are both benefits and drawbacks associated with the use of ChatGPT. The authors made some recommendations to the educators in UAE regarding the ethical and fair use of ChatGPT which does not hinder student learning. This paper highlights that the Uzbek government's efforts to promote collaboration in education and research serve a dual purpose of advancing academic development and branding post-dictatorial Uzbekistan. The paper argues that this approach is problematic, as issues related to the representation of Uzbek educational institutions in international academic rankings are being inaccurately treated as matters of public policy and diplomacy. The paper demonstrates that educational collaborations constitute subsystems that impact a country's image but cannot be significantly influenced by public policy and diplomacy alone. It is, therefore, important for public policy officials to recognize and understand education as a subsystem operating independently from inter-state relations, and to acquire the necessary skills to navigate it effectively. Several advances in technology have touched the educational sector, where improvements and enhancements are always a surge for innovative learning. Augmented Reality (AR) is considered an efficient and promising technology capable of enhancing the educational sector. AR is a visualization technology that allows human interaction by providing users with a perception of reality using virtual information. In other words, AR adds to the existing real-world environment some extra virtual information generated by computer techniques that can enhance the overall experience. This promising technology can be applied in different sectors such as education, healthcare, banks, tourism, etc. Despite the great work available in the literature about this topic, deep insights and extensive research are still needed before the actual implementation in the real world. The aim of this work is to highlight the importance of AR in improving the educational sector and increase awareness of using such an approach. A review is conducted to prove the validity of AR in increasing learning outcomes, students’ motivation, and engagement in classrooms, as well as improving the understanding level. Several papers were analyzed based on different application areas under various interdisciplinary databases. As a result, the papers were collected in a table-based format to provide researchers with better and easier insights on how to improve the use of AR in education before real implementation.
