4. 母亲年龄与子代先天性心脏病的关联——一项巢式病例对照研究.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between maternal childbearing age and congenital heart disease (CHD) in offspring. Methods Based on the CHD screening data of live births born in midwifery institutions in Liuzhou area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022, they were divided into CHD group (n=1 117) and non-CHD group (n=107 458). The data of the two groups were matched by propensity score matching method. The childbearing age of mothers was divided into five groups: < 20 years old, 20 years old, 24 years old, 25 years old, 29 years old, 30 years old, 34 years old, and ≥ 35 years old. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between mothers and their offspring with congenital heart disease in different childbirth age groups. The restricted cubic spline curve was used to further analyze the nonlinear relationship between maternal childbearing age and offspring CHD. Results There were 1 117 cases in CHD group and 3 148 cases in control group without CHD. The corrected Logistic regression model analysis showed that the risk of atrial septal defect (ASD) in offspring of < 20 years old group and ≥ 35 years old group was significantly higher than that of mothers aged 25 to 29 years old (OR=5.38, 95%CI: 2.96-9.79; OR=1.43, 95%CI: 1.01-2.03). The risk of ventricular septal defect (VSD) was significantly increased in the offspring ≥ 35 years old (OR=1.51, 95%CI: 1.04-2.19). Restricted cubic spline and threshold analysis showed that there was a curvilinear relationship between maternal childbearing age and the risk of CHD, ASD, and VSD in offspring. The risk of CHD in offspring increased with childbirth age (OR=1.04, 95%CI: 1.02-1.06) when childbirth age was more than 25.43 years old, and VSD risk increased with childbirth age when childbirth age > 32.04 years old (OR=1.16, 95%CI: 1.09-1.24). When the delivery age was less than 23.75 years old, the risk of ASD in offspring decreased with the increase of delivery age (OR=0.69, 95%CI: 0.58-0.82). Conclusion Maternal childbearing age is an independent risk factor for CHD in offspring. Women of appropriate age should be encouraged to marry and give birth, and screening policies should be more reasonably specified for young and older women, and prenatal screening should be strengthened. 5. 白及锈病病原菌的鉴定及抗锈病资源筛选.

- Abstract
In order to identify the pathogen that caused rust of Bletilla striata in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and to screen resistance resources for B. striata, the rust pathogen was isolated from infected leaves of B. striata and identified using morphology and molecular methods. At the same time, the resistance of 23 B. striata from different regions was evaluated by artificial inoculation of pathogen. The results were as follows:(1)The urediopores of strain X2 isolated from diseased leaves in B. striata were golden yellow, oval,(21.43-30.95)μm ×(13.10-19.05)μm. The teleutospores were golden yellow, obovate or clavate,(17.25-30)μm ×(5.5-6.65)μm.(2)The length of ITS sequence of strain X2(OQ826009)was 689 bp, which were compared with other ITS sequences in the GenBank, and the similarity reached 95.86% compared with Coleosporium sp.(KY783686.1). But the phylogenetic tree showed that the sequence was clustered together with two sequences of Coleosporium bletiae (MN108161.1, OP363680.1). The strain X2 was identified as Coleosporium bletiae by combining morphology and molecular methods.(3)After 14 days of artificial inoculation with strain X2, the disease index of 23 Bletilla striata ranged from 0 to 70.7. And the resistance of strain X2 from 23 B. striata were divided into six different levels according to the disease index. Among them, one immune materials was identified for the disease index was 0. Four highly resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 1.7-4.7. Six disease-resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 5.6-9.4. Five medium-resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 12.7-18.3. Five susceptible materials were identified for the disease index was 32.0-49.1 and two highly susceptible materials were identified for the disease index was 62.2-70.7. In conclusion, five materials(one immune material and four highly resistant materials)of B. striata from different places(Honghe City in Yunnan Province, Gongcheng County and Baise City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Zunyi City in Guizhou Province and Yichang City in Hubei Province, respectively)can be promoted directly or applied as parent materials for creating excellent germplasm to resist the rust in B. striata for they express immune or highly resistance. 6. 严寒地区混合垂直通风猪舍环境质量评价.

- Abstract
A ventilation system can often dominate a controllable environment in a pig house. A vertical ventilation system with roof and manure pit exhaust fans has been introduced into some newly built pig houses in Northern China, in order to improve the microclimate environment. However, it is still unclear on the adaptability of this ventilation system in cold seasons. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the ventilation system in northern China. A field measurement was also performed in the newly built pig house using the vertical ventilation pattern in Inner Mongolia. The pig house was equipped with air inlets on the sidewalls, while there was no ceiling inside. Two independent units (U1 and U3) of the pig house were selected for the experiment. Portable monitoring unit (PMU) and particulate concentration monitoring unit (PCMU), internet of things (IoT)-based environmental monitoring devices, were developed to continuously measure indoor temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide (CO2 ), ammonia (NH3 ) and total suspended particulate matter (TSP) concentrations in autumn and winter. Ventilation rate was also recorded with the feed intake, feed conversion ratio, mortality, initial and final average weight of the pigs. Then, the adaptability of the vertical ventilation was evaluated in the extremely cold climate using the indoor thermal, air quality and spatial uniformity of the pig house with production performance. Results show that the average temperature and relative humidity during measurement were 22.7 ℃ and 59.6 % in the ranges of 18.2-29.2 ℃ and 38.6 %- 82.1%, respectively. Meanwhile, the average ventilation rate fluctuated at 0.34-0.39 m³ /(h∙kg). Seasonal means of NH3, CO2 and TSP concentrations were 6.5 mg/m³, 2 200 mg/m³ and 2 915 μg/m³, which were fluctuated in 3.1-12.3 mg/m³, 1 244- 3 400 mg/m³, 1 563-4 215 μg/m3 , respectively. The thermal and air quality environment of the pig house was generally controlled in a suitable state for pigs. While effective environmental temperature was 27.1-30.7 ℃ in the pig house during the nursery period, indicating mild heat stress to the pigs with a duration of 12.9% of the measurement. The Non-uniformity Coefficient of temperature, relative humidity, and NH3, CO2, and TSP concentrations in the pig house were 0.01, 0.15, 0.45, 0.03, and 0.15, respectively. Meanwhile, the maximum differences in the temperature, relative humidity, and NH3, CO2, and TSP concentrations in the indoor space were 1.5 ℃, 32.8%, 4.8 mg/m³, 445 mg/m³, and 1 296 μg/m³, respectively, indicating the relatively uniform distribution in the environment. Average ventilation rates of U1 and U3 units in the nursery period were 0.35 and 0.39 m³ /(h∙kg), respectively, which were 0.34 and 0.35 m³ /(h∙kg) during the fattening period. Generally, the ventilation of the pig house fully met the minimum demands in northern China in cold seasons. Moreover, the concentrations of NH3 and CO2 in pig houses were 50% and 52% lower than those without manure pit fans in Europe. There were also comparable daily weight gain (842 vs. 818 g/d), feed conversion ratio (2.68 vs. 2.79), and mortality rate (1.68% vs. 1.31%) of the pigs in the U1 and U3 test units. The thermal environment and air quality of the experimental pig house were suitable for the production performance of the pigs. In conclusion, the tested pig house was equipped with roof and manure pit exhaust fans but without ceiling settings, where the thermal and air quality environment was maintained in a suitable state in autumn and winter. 7. 多参数 MRI 组学列线图模型预测子宫内膜样腺癌 淋巴血管间隙侵犯.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and value of a multi-parametric MRI radiomicsbased nomogram model for pretreatment predicting the lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI) of endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma (EEA). Methods Preoperative MRI and baseline clinical characteristics of 205 EEA patients were prospectively collected from Oct 2020 to Jan 2022 in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Fudan University, and randomly divided into training set (n=123) and validation set (n=82) in a 6∶4 ratio. The whole-tumor region of interest was manually drawn on T2- weighted imaging, diffusion-weighted imaging (apparent diffusion coefficient), and dynamic contrastenhanced MRI, respectively, for radiomics features extraction. In the training set, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to select independent clinical predictors of LVSI (+) and construct the clinical model. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to select optimal radiomics features to form a radiomics signature. A combined nomogram model was established by integrating clinical independent predictors and the radiomics signature, and validated in the validation set. The predicting performance and clinical net benefit were evaluated by using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) and clinical decision curve analysis, respectively. Results Of the 205 EEA cases, 144 cases were LVSI (-) and 61 cases were LVSI (+). Menopausal status, CA125, and CA199 were independent clinical predictors for the LVSI (+), and contributing to a clinical model with AUCs of 0.714 (training) and 0.731 (validation). From 8 240 extracted radiomics features, five were selected to construct a MRI radiomics signature after de-redundancy and LASSO dimensionality reduction, yielding AUCs of 0.860 (training) and 0.759 (validation). The combined nomogram model showed AUCs of 0.887 (training) and 0.807 (validation), outperforming others and achieving maximum clinical benefit in a large range of threshold probability in both training and validation sets. Conclusion The multi-parametric MRI-based nomogram model has the potential for pretreatment predicting the LVSI status of EEA, providing valuable information for clinical management decision-making and improving patient’s clinical benefits. - Abstract
[Objective] To provide theoretical basis for selecting early-maturing machine-picked cotton varieties with excellent defoliation effect. [Method] We analyzed the defoliation rule and ripening effect of different types of leaves of Jinken 1402. The important influencing factors affecting the leaf shedding rate of individual plants of variety were found out under the action of defoliating agent. [Result] Jinken 1402 was higher than Xinluzao 61 in the quantity of main stem leaves, fruit branch leaves and leaf branch leaves, but the abscission rates were higher than Xinluzao 61, and the defoliation effect was better than Xinluzao 61 at 21 d after treatment. The number of boll per plant of Jinken 1402 was higher than Xinluzao 61, and the rate of boll opening number was higher than Xinluzao 61. The fiber quality index reached more than ‘Shuang 31’, and better than Xinluzao 61. [Conclusion] The growth period of Jinken 1402 was about 119 d, and the defolianting effect was good at 21 d after spraying defoliator, indicating that this variety was sensitive to defoliation agents. 9. EHDE 和 WHO - SVM 模型在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用.

- Abstract
Aiming at the defect that the existing gear box fault diagnosis methods were sensitive to data length, a gearbox fault diagnosis model based on enhanced hierarchical diversity entropy (EHDE) and wild horse optimizer (WHO) optimized support vector machine (SVM) was proposed. Firstly, the traditional entropy value feature extraction method was sensitive to the length of the data sample in the feature extraction stage, so the enhanced hierarchical diversity entropy method was proposed and used as a feature extraction index to extract the fault features of the gearbox. Secondly, the WHO algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of SVM model, and a WHO-SVM classifier with optimal parameters was established. Finally, the fault feature samples were input to WHO-SVM classifier for training and test, and the fault identification of the samples was completed. By using gearbox data set, EHDE, refined composite multiscale sample entropy, refined composite multiscale fuzzy entropy, refined composite multiscale permutation entropy, refined composite multiscale dispersion entropy and refined composite multiscale fluctuation dispersion entropy were compared from three perspectives: data length sensitivity, algorithm feature extraction time and model diagnosis performance, respectively. The research results show that EHDE method has low requirements on data length, and can achieve 99. 1% average recognition accuracy when the data length is 512, which is superior to other comparison methods in terms of diagnostic stability and diagnostic accuracy. In the generalization experiment of the algorithm, EHDE method can identify the different fault type of the gearbox with 98% accuracy, which has obvious generalization and universality. - Abstract
Objective To analyze the treatment outcomes and influencing factors among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2022, and to improve a basis for enhancing tuberculosis prevention and control strategies. Methods Individual cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2022 were obtained from The Tuberculosis Information Management System, The distribution characteristics of treatment success were described using percentages (%), and the Chi - square test and binary logistic regression model were utilized to analyze the factors influencing treatment outcomes. Results During the period of 2017 to 2022, the annual average registration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Guizhou Province was 97. 27/100 000 population, exhibiting a consistent downward trend (trendy2 = 2 230. 684, P < 0. 001). Meanwhile, the treatment success rate among the patients during the same time period was 92. 89%, demonstrating a steady increase (trendy2 =51. 800, P <0. 001). Analysis results of influencing factors showed that compared with female, age group < 20 years old, cadres and staff, physical examination, negative etiological results, initial treatment, no comorbidities, no other tuberculosis, and negative HIV test results, male (OR 二 0.736, 95% CI:0, 709 - 0. 765), M60 years old age group (OR = 0. 360, 95% C/;0. 323 - 0. 402), farmers (OR = 0. 591, 95% C/:0. 468 一 0. 747), medical treatment due to illness (OR = 0. 716, 95% CI: 0. 599 一 0. 855), retreatment (OR = 0. 570, 95% CI540 一 0. 602), complications (OR 二 0. 789, 95% CI: 0. 752 - 0. 827), other tuberculosis (OR =0, 685, 95% CI: 0. 542 - 0. 867) and positive HIV test results (OR = 0. 387, 95% C/:0. 342 -0.437) were risk factors for successful treatment (P <0. 05). Conclusion Overall, the treatment outcomes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Guizhou Province are highly positive. However, it is essential to recognize that there are disparities in the distribution of treatment outcomes across various population groups. Hence, it is recommended to prioritize the treatment concerns of specific demographics, including male patients, the elderly population, individuals residing in Bijie city, patients with positive microbiological results, HIV = positive patients, individuals requiring retreatment, and those with comorbidities or concurrent tuberculosis. 12. 长期不同施肥对褐土持水性质的影响.

- Abstract
In order to evaluate the effects of long-term different fertilization on the physical properties and water retention of brown soil, in this study, based on the brown soil farmland in the long-term fixed-point positioning experiment of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer and organic fertilizer combined application conducted by the National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station of Shouyang Dryland Agricultural Ecosystem in Shanxi Province, soil bulk density, porosity, compactness, saturated water conductivity, and soil water characteristic curve under the treatments of no fertilization(CK), single application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer(NP), combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer with organic fertilizer(NPM), and single application of high amount of organic fertilizer(M) were analyzed and determined. The results showed that compared with CK treatment, NPM and M treatments significantly reduced soil bulk density and compactness, improved soil porosity and saturated water conductivity, and increased the cumulative water infiltration by 20.00% and 47.62%, respectively. The soil water characteristic curve showed that soil water holding capacity from high to low fertilization treatment was M>NPM>NP> CK. The fitting results of Van Genuchten model showed that the treatment M had the highest saturated water content(θs) and residual water content(θr), and CK had the lowest ones. Compared with CK, the field water holding capacity of NPM and M increased by 11.97% and 40.27%, and the effective soil water content increased by 15.11% and 21.35%, respectively. In conclusion, long-term application of high amount of organic fertilizer (M) and combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer with organic fertilizer(NPM) could improve soil water holding capacity, which was a more suitable fertilization measure in brown soil area. 13. 白及根腐病病原菌的鑒定及抑制效應研究.

- Abstract
In order to identify the pathogens that caused tuber rot in Bletilla striata and study the inhibiting effects of herbal extracts on pathogens, the pathogens that caused tuber rot of B. striata were isolated using usual tissue isolation the strains were identified by morphological and molecular biological techniques, and inhibiting effects of seven traditional Chinese medicine extracts on pathogen were observed. The results were as follows: (1) A total of fourteen fungi and four bacteria were isolated from diseased leaves, leaf sheaths and tubers. But only strain GF-1 caused disease, whose symptoms consistent with those in the field. The incidences of GF-I disease reinoculated in the field and laboratory were both 100%. (2) GF-1 was identified as a member of Epicoccum, and its colonial morphology was a circular form, with white mycelium, prostrate on the medium, aerial, diaphragms and branches. There were conidia and chlamydospores. (3) At last, the sequence of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of GF-1 were analyzed, the length was 522 bp. The sequence was compared with other species in the GenBank and reached 99.62% similarity to Epicoccum sorghinum (MN493119.1) isolated form Sorghum, which was closer than others, including Epicoccum sorghinum (MF948994.1) isolated form leaves of Bletilla striata. (4) GF-1 could be fully inhibited when the medium contained 0.1-0.2 g mL-1 extracts that extracted from seven traditional Chinese medicines, respectively. It also could be fully inhibited by 0.05 g ml. of Cinnamomum cassia or Syringa oblate. In summary, the pathogen that caused tuber rot in Bletilla striata was identified as Epicoccum sorghinum. And GF-1 could be fully inhibited cultivated on the medium which contained 0.1-0.2g mL-1 herbal extracts, e.g.: Cinnamomum cassia, Syringa oblate, Cyclocarya paliurus, Bletilla striata, Houpoea officinalis, Illicium verum or Cnidium monnieri. Objective To provide scientific basis for formulating strategies to improve the health management of medical personnel, we analyze the resilience level, coping styles, and influencing factors of 2 100 medical personnel under sudden public health emergencies. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 22 medical institutions were selected from Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and a self - designed electronic survey questionnaire was distributed based on the professional characteristics of medical personnel, the resilience scale of medical personnel, and the coping style scale. Results The total score of medical staffsJ resilience was 71. 246 ± 11. 442. The total score of medical staffs' coping style was 58. 614 ± 11. 493. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the resilience level of medical staff were hospital type (social health service center £ = 1. 966, P = 0. 049), employment form (contract system £ = 4. 031, P < 0. 001), professional title (intermediate professional title t -1. 749, P = 0. 006), marital status (married £ = 3. 471, P = 0. 001), monthly income (5 000 一 10 000 t - 2153, P = 0. 031, > 10 000 £ = 2. 475, P = 0. 013), received psychological training(£ = 6.295, 0.001). Conclusion The level of resilience and coping style of medical personnel need to be improved. - Abstract
In high-dip fault-block reservoirs, the development effects of oil wells at high and low positions vary greatly due to the influence of gravity. The physical simulation was used to explore the influence of dip angle on the development effect, and the calculation method of liquid production ratio of oil wells at high and low positions in water drive fault block reservoirs considering balanced displacement was derived. The accuracy of the calculation method of liquid production ratio of oil wells at high and low positions was verified by comparing with the numerical simulation results. It is found that with the increase of reservoir dip angle, the streamline at high position becomes less, the water drive swept area becomes smaller, and the recovery degree becomes lower. With the increase of reservoir dip angle, the liquid production ratio of the oil wells required for balanced production (the ratio of liquid production of high position oil wells to that of low position oil wells) increases. In the case of the same reservoir dip angle, with the increase of crude oil density and water injection intensity, the effect of dip angle on the fluid production ratio of oil wells required for balanced displacement becomes weak, and the fluid production ratio of oil wells decreases. - Abstract
It is shown that changes in ambient temperature have a significant impact on human heart activity. People can suffer from cardiovascular disease because of cold or extreme temperatures. Based on the human heart rate variability index, the advantages of temperature drift thermal environments in indoor thermal comfort were explored. The relationship between subjective thermal evaluation, skin temperature and heart rate variability in humans were also analyzed. 16 Subjects underwent a half-hour temperature drift from the initial stable temperatures (24 ℃ or 18 ℃ ) in winter and finally warmed up back to the initial temperatures. Subjective thermal evaluations and skin temperatures were collected from the subjects and the electrogastrogram ECG signals were monitored throughout the experiment. Meanwhile, the LF/ HF values of heart rate variability were obtained by frequency domain analysis. The results show that the subjects' thermal comfort evaluation to the same temperature thermal environment in winter can be improved by the appropriate temperature drift. The effect of temperature drift on human thermal comfort can be characterized by LF/ HF values. The LF/ HF values of humans are significantly correlated with the mean skin temperature and thermal sensation in the winter thermal environment with temperature drift. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To explore the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction on serum Toll like receptor (TLR) 2, TLR4, and helper T cell (Th) 1/Th2 immune balance in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) of wind heat closed lung syndrome. 100 children with MPP who were admitted to Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into combined group (treated with conventional western medicine combined with Maxing Shigan decoction, 50 cases) and control group (treated with conventional western medicine, 50 cases) according to the random number table method. The changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, tidal breathing and lung function indicators, TLR2, TLR4, and Th1/Th2 immune balance indicators between two groups were compared. 14 d after treatment, the scores of fever and aversion to wind, slight sweating, cough, thirsty and eager to drink, tachypnea, phlegm thick and yellow in color, pharyngeal redness in combined group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). 14 d after treatment, the tidal volume (TV), inspiratory time to expiratory time ratio(I/E), and the expiratory volume at peak tidal expiratory flow and total expiratory volume ratio (VPEF/VE) in combined group were higher than those in control group, and respiratory rate(RR) was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). 14 d after treatment, the TLR2 and TLR4 in combined group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). 14 d after treatment, the interferon γ (IFN-γ) and IFN-γ/interleukin-4 (IL-4) in combined group were lower than those in control group, and IL-4 was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment in children with MPP of wind heat closed lung syndrome, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, which can also improve lung function and immune function in children at the same time, regulate the serum TLR2, TLR4 levels. - Abstract
With the rapid development of the textile industry, more enterprises have begun to pay attention to technological innovation and upgrading, and the three-dimensional dynamic simulation of fabrics is an important part of the digital transformation of the textile industry, which can help enterprises better cope with market challenges and promote industrial development. Dynamic simulation technology for fabrics can be used in textile fabric design, virtual fitting and clothing release, textile and clothing product e-commerce and so on, and is also widely used in film and television animation, game entertainment and other fields. Researchers have proposed many solutions in terms of simulation speed, calculation amount and stability, but the actual application scenarios have higher and higher requirements for simulation effect and calculation speed, the realism of cloth simulation needs to be continuously improved, and a better balance between the accuracy and efficiency of simulation effect needs to be found. In the process of fabric simulation, the Position Based Dynamic method (PBD) shows its superior performance in terms of the effect and real-time performance of cloth simulation. If more detailed features of the cloth such as fine folds need to be shown, it is necessary to use high resolution cloth grid, but when the accuracy of the cloth grid is improved, increasing the number of iterative calculations to speed up its convergence will lead to a significant reduction in simulation efficiency and constrained oscillation. To solve the above problems, combined with the research of the position-based dynamics method, a cloth simulation method with multiple grid idea as the core was proposed, and the grid simplification method based on Quadric Error Metrics (QEM) was used to construct the cloth multiple grid. The mesh simplification was combined with the cloth simulation process based on geometric multigrid, the grid establishment scheme was analyzed and designed, and the data transmission and position correction between layers was carried out in combination with the spatial interpolation algorithm. A triangular grid structure with good quality can be built to avoid the appearance of irregular polygons. Based on the hierarchical simulation of cloth, a mixture smoothing scheme combining the Successive Over Relaxation (SOR) method and the Gauss-Seidel method (GS) was proposed, and its effectiveness was verified. After experimental analysis, the cloth hierarchical simulation method improved the convergence speed after the number of particles increased, established a topological grid with higher quality, could better simulate the deformation behavior of the cloth under stretching, and maintained the stability of the simulation effect when dealing with gravity, tensile, wind and other external effects. The research of this paper has certain referencial significance for the development of three-dimensional virtual display of cloth, realizes dynamic effects based on three-dimensional static display, and observes the appearance and form of cloth in an all-round way, which can contribute to the textile industry in the Internet era. Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with pathological escalation to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 (CIN2) or above (CIN2+) in patients with CIN2 confirmed by colposcopic biopsy, aiming to provide evidence for the stratified management of CIN2 patients. Methods Clinical data of 210 patients who underwent LEEP surgery after pathological diagnosis of cervical CIN2 by colposcopic biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Pathological diagnosis of patients before and after LEEP surgery was observed. The relationship between pathological escalation after LEEP, and age, results of primary liquid-based thin-layer cytology (TCT), typing of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV), the number of affected quadrants of lesions under colposcopy, the proportion of visible lesion area to cervical surface area, the longest linear length of the lesion, the type of transformation zone (TZ), whether the lesion was involved with glands and the characteristics of colposcopic images was assessed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses. Results Among 210 cases of cervical CIN2 diagnosed by colposcopic biopsy, 37 cases (17.6%) were pathologically diagnosed with CIN2+ after LEEP, and 1 case was diagnosed with cervical squamous cell carcinoma stage IB1. Univariate analysis showed that pathological escalation after LEEP was associated with the age of patients, the number of affected quadrants of lesions under colposcopy, the proportion of visible lesion area to cervical surface area, the longest linear length of visible lesions, the type of transformation zone, and the characteristics of colposcoic images (all P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the number (>1) of affected quadrants of lesions under colposcopy, the proportion (≥ 1/3) of visible lesion area to cervical surface area, TZ3 type and the characteristics (≥ 2) of colposcopic images were the high-risk factors for pathological escalation after LEEP (all P < 0.05). For patients aged 26-50 years, the proportion (≥1/3) of lesion area to cervical surface area, TZ3 type and the characteristics (≥2) of colposcopic images were the high-risk factors for pathological escalation after LEEP (all P < 0.05) . Conclusions Colposcopic biopsy may miss the diagnosis of CIN2+ in patients diagnosed with CIN2. The risk of missing the diagnosis of CIN2+ is increased with the increase of the proportion of visible lesion area to cervical surface area (>1/3), the invisibility of the squamous-column junction under colposcopy, and the proportion of grade 2 signs in colposcopic images (≥ 2). For patients with CIN2 who are willing to have children, if they have the above high-risk factors, it is recommended to carefully deliver follow-up observation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aim To screen the early and advanced atherosclerosis differential genes associated with cuproptosis by bioinformatic methods, and analyze their mechanisms of action, and predict potential biomarkers. Methods The information related to early and advanced atherosclerosis (GSE28829 and GSE43292 data sets) was downloaded from GEO database and standardized. 19 cuproptosis genes were obtained from the literature. Difference analysis, enrichment analysis, consensus clustering algorithm, principal component analysis, immune cell infiltration and screening core genes were used to find their action mechanisms and potential biomarkers. Results Finally, 10 differential genes related to cuproptosis were screened. The correlation analysis of differential genes related to cuproptosis showed a strong positive correlation between GLS and DBT (r =0. 78, P<0. 001), while NLRP3 showed a strong negative correlation with DBT and GLS (r =-0. 62, P<0. 001). GO enrichment analysis of differential genes related to cuproptosis was mainly related to copper ion transport and copper homeostasis, and KEGG analysis showed that it was mainly enriched in platinum resistance, mineral absorption and central carbon metabolic pathway in cancer. The PPI network analysis and MCODE were used to screen core genes. The results of immune cell infiltration showed that M2 macrophages, M0 macrophages, resting CD4 memory T cells, and CD8+ T cells were dominant (P<0. 05). The correlation analysis of differential genes related to immune cells and cuproptosis showed that in the early stage of atherosclerosis, GLS was strongly positively correlated with activated NK cells (r =0. 52, P<0. 001), FDX1 and SLC31A1 was strongestly negatively correlated with CD8+ T cells (r = -0. 51, P<0. 001); in the advanced stage of atherosclerosis, FDX1 was strongestly positively correlated with M0 macrophages (r =0. 58, P<0. 001) and FDX1 was strongestly negatively correlated with CD8+ T cells (r =-0. 55, P<0. 001). Principal component analysis showed that two subtypes C1 and C2 could be clearly distinguished according to the expression of cuproptosis-related differential genes. Conclusion The immune-related changes between cuproptosis and the development of atherosclerosis may be the key to the diagnosis and treatment of early and advanced atherosclerosis, and the core genes SLC31A1, MTF1, ATP7B and ATP7A may be potential markers and therapeutic targets for the development of atherosclerosis. The experiment was to study the effect of fructooligosaccharides replacing chloramphenicol on growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. A total of 48 weaned piglets were randomly divided into three groups, piglets in control group were fed with basal diet, and the experimental groups were supplemented with 25 mg/kg aureomycin and 5 000 mg/kg fructooligosaccharide in basic diet, respectively, with eight replicates in each group and two piglets in each replicate. The experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight and average daily gain of piglets in aureomycin and fructooligosaccharide groups on 1~14, 1~28 d were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the diarrhea rate and feed to gain ratio were significantly decreased (P<0.05). On 1~28 d, the digestibility of crude protein and total energy of piglets in aureomycin group and fructooligosaccharide group was significantly increased (P<0.05). On 14 d, serum immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A content of piglets in aureomycin group and fructooligosaccharide group were significantly increased (P<0.05), total superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity of serum were significantly increased (P<0.05), and malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased (P<0.05). On 28 d, compared with control group, the serum immunoglobulin A content and malondialdehyde content of piglets in aureomycin group and fructooligosaccharide group were significantly increased (P<0.05), and serum immunoglobulin G content and total superoxide dismutase activity in fructooligosaccharide group were significantly increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that dietary fructooligosaccharide can enhance antioxidant level, improve immunity, reduce diarrhea rate, improve digestibility, and then improve growth performance of piglets. Data center is one of the indispensable infrastructures in the modern information society, however, its high energy consumption and carbon emission have become an urgent problem. In order to reduce the large energy consumption of data centers in hot and humid areas due to mechanical cooling and air-conditioning systems, the operation of an indirect evaporative cooling (IEC) air-conditioning system was simulated in a hot and humid area data center based on Matlab and the Energy Plus platform, its annual energy consumption was evaluted. The impact of solar assisted dehumidification (LDD) system on the three operation modes and the performance of IEC air-conditioning system were also investigated. The results show that the IEC air-conditioning system can achieve 16.5% annual energy saving intensity compared to a conventional mechanical cooling system, and that the addition of an LDD unit can increase the wet mode operating time of the IEC air-conditioning system by 35.9% and reduce the system energy consumption by 20.1%. Therefore, IEC air-conditioning systems have significant energy-saving advantages in hot and humid data centers and can significantly improve the operational efficiency and sustainability of data center air-conditioning systems. Objective To investigate the effects of high altitude hypoxia on autophagy and apoptosis in lung tissues of C57BL/6 mice. Methods Thirty 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice were selected and housed in Yanta District, Xi'an City (control group) and Goluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province (plateau hypoxia group), respectively, and they were executed and their lung tissues were collected after 21 d of continuous feeding. The microstructure of lung tissue was observed under transmission electron microscopy and the number of autophagosomes was recorded; the expression lev‐ els of autophagy and apoptosis factors Beclin-1, LC3B, p62, Bax and Bcl-2 positive signals in the lung tissues were detect‐ ed by immunohistochemistry, and Beclin-1, LC3B, p62, Bax and Bcl-2 protein and mRNA expression levels were detect‐ ed by Western blotting and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The number of autophagosomes in the pla‐ teau hypoxia group and the control group were 4. 80±0. 84 and 1. 80±0. 45, respectively, with statistically significant dif‐ ference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Compared with the control group, the expression of Beclin-1 and Bcl-2 protein positive signals in the lung tissues of the plateau hypoxia group was enhanced, and the expression of p62 and Bax positive signals was diminished (both P<0. 05), and there was no significant change in LC3B positive signal expression (P> 0. 05). Compared with the control group, the relative expression of Beclin-1 protein, LC3B Ⅱ/Ⅰ and Bcl-2/Bax in‐ creased and the relative expression of p62 protein decreased in the plateau hypoxia group (all P<0. 05). Compared with the control group, the relative expression of Beclin-1, LC3B and Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in the lung tissue of the plateau hypox‐ ia group increased, and the relative expression of p62 mRNA decreased (both P<0. 05). Graphite carbon nitride (g--CC3N3) has attracted wide attention due to its advantages of low cost, easy preparation, high chemical and thermal stability, and suitable band gap. However, g-CC3N3 prepared by traditional thermal polymerization method has the disadvantages of small surface area, easy aggregation and low photo catalytic activity. Tn this paper, carbon nitride nanosheets were prepared by a simple thermal oxidation method and tested through photoelectro chemi cal measurements. The effect of external bias on the direction of photocurrent was investigated by photochemical tests, and the reaction mechanism of electrode interface under photoelectric induction was discussed. The structure, morphology and optical properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), electron microscopy (SEM/HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) and UV-Vis DRS. The effect of thermal oxidation on the structure and photoelectrochemical performance of carbon nitride in air atmosphere was systematically studied. The BET results showed that the specific surface area of the carbon nitride nanosheets (160.6 m²/g) was one order of maC3N3tude higher than that of the bulk g-CC3N3 (12.5 m²/g). Tn addition, the photocurrent density of g-CC3N3 with two-dimensional nanosheet structure is twice as high as that of the bulk g-CC3N3 under UV-vis light, and a lower OER potential was obtained. To evaluate the adaptability of female teachers with breast cancer who returned to work after surgery in Xinjiang and to analyze the influencing factors so as to provide a scientific basis for female teachers with cancer to better return to work. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to investigate the female teachers who had returned to work after breast cancer surgery from 2019 to 2021, with the questionnaires including the general information questionnaire, the adaptation scale for returning to work for cancer patients, the simplified scale for fear of disease progression for cancer patients, and the social support scale. Multiple linear regression was used to explore the influencing factors of patients' adaptability to return to work. Results Totally 200 female teachers with breast cancer after surgery were investigated. The scores of adaptability to return-to-work and fear of disease progression were (60.19 ± 10.98) and (32.18 ± 6.19), respectively, while the score of social support was(37.08 ± 8.14). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the scores of adaptability to return -to -work of patients with undergraduate and master's degree education increased by 1.063 and 1.156, respectively, compared with patients with junior college degrees and/or below. Compared with patients who underwent mastectomy, the score of adaptability to return -to -work of patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery increased by 2.136 points, and that of front-line teachers decreased by 2.001 points compared with administrative patients. Compared with patients in public education institutions, the scores of adaptability to return-towork of patients in private education institutions decreased by 2.249 points. When the scores of FoP -Q -SF and SSRS increased by 1 point, the scores of adaptability to return-to-work increased by -1.241 and 1.456 points, respectively. All differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions The female teachers' level of adaptability to return-to - work after breast cancer surgery in Xinjiang needs to be improved, and the relevant departments should pay attention to the care and social support for female teachers with low educational levels, with mastectomy, in front-line teaching posts, or in private educational institutions, so as to improve their adaptability to return to work. - Abstract
[Objective] Pineapple is a common tropical fruit, and its ripeness has an important impact on the storage and marketing. It is particularly important to analyze the maturity of pineapple fruit before picking. Deep learning technology can be an effective method to achieve automatic recognition of pineapple maturity. To improve the accuracy and rate of automatic recognition of pineapple maturity, a new network model named MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 was proposed in this study. [Methods] Firstly, pineapple maturity analysis data set was constructed. A total of 1580 images were obtained, with 1264 images selected as the training set, 158 images as the validation set, and 158 images as the test set. Pineapple photos were taken in natural environment. In order to ensure the diversity of the data set and improve the robustness and generalization of the network, pineapple photos were taken under the influence of different factors such as branches and leaves occlusion, uneven lighting, overlapping shadows, etc. and the location, weather and growing environment of the collection were different. Then, according to the maturity index of pineapple, the photos of pineapple with different maturity were marked, and the labels were divided into yellow ripeness and green ripeness. The annotated images were taken as data sets and input into the network for training. Aiming at the problems of the traditional YOLOv4 network, such as large number of parameters, complex network structure and slow reasoning speed, a more optimized lightweight MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 network model was proposed. The model utilizes the benck structure to replace the Resblock in the CSPDarknet backbone network of YOLOv4. Meanwhile, in order to verify the effectiveness of the MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 network, MobileNet V1-YOLOv4 model and MobileNet V2-YOLOv4 model were also trained. Five different single-stage and two-stage network models, including R-CNN, YOLOv3, SSD300, Retinanet and Centernet were compared with each evaluation index to analyze the performance superiority of MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 model. [Results and Discussions] MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 was validated for its effectiveness in pineapple maturity detection through experiments comparing model performance, model classification prediction, and accuracy tests in complex pineapple detection environments. The experimental results show that, in terms of model performance comparison, the training time of MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 was 11,924 s, with an average training time of 39.75 s per round, the number of parameters was 53.7 MB, resulting in a 25.59% reduction in the saturation time compared to YOLOv4, and the parameter count accounted for only 22%. The mean average precision (mAP) of the trained MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 in the verification set was 53.7 MB. In order to validate the classification prediction performance of the MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 model, four metrics, including Recall score, F1 Score, Precision, and average precision (AP), were utilized to classify and recognize pineapples of different maturities. The experimental results demonstrate that MobileNet V3- YOLOv4 exhibited significantly higher Precision, AP, and F1 Score the other. For the semi-ripe stage, there was a 4.49% increase in AP, 0.07 improvement in F1 Score, 1% increase in Recall, and 3.34% increase in Precision than YOLOv4. As for the ripe stage, there was a 6.06% increase in AP, 0.13 improvement in F1 Score, 16.55% increase in Recall, and 6.25% increase in Precision. Due to the distinct color features of ripe pineapples and their easy differentiation from the background, the improved network achieved a precision rate of 100.00%. Additionally, the mAP and reasoning speed (Frames Per Second, FPS) of nine algorithms were examined. The results showed that MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 achieved an mAP of 90.92%, which was 5.28% higher than YOLOv4 and 3.67% higher than YOLOv3. The FPS was measured at 80.85 img/s, which was 40.28 img/s higher than YOLOv4 and 8.91 img/s higher than SSD300. The detection results of MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 for pineapples of different maturities in complex environments indicated a 100% success rate for both the semi-ripe and ripe stages, while YOLOv4, MobileNet V1-YOLOv4, and MobileNet V2-YOLOv4 exhibited varying degrees of missed detections. [Conclusions] Based on the above experimental results, it can be concluded that MobileNet V3-YOLOv4 proposed in this study could not only reduce the training speed and parameter number number, but also improve the accuracy and reasoning speed of pineapple maturity recognition, so it has important application prospects in the field of smart orchard. Kidney transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage renal disease in clinical practice. Compared with patients receiving dialysis, kidney transplant recipients may achieve higher survival rate and quality of life, and better clinical outcomes. However, kidney transplant recipients constantly develop physiological and psychological disorders, such as frailty, decreased cardiopulmonary function and cognitive dysfunction, etc. In recent years, with the application of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), rehabilitation therapy plays a pivotal role in optimizing preoperative baseline function, mitigating perioperative physiological and psychological stress and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications. In this article, the application of ERAS in kidney transplantation was reviewed, and research progress on pre-rehabilitation before kidney transplantation and acute-stage rehabilitation after kidney transplantation was summarized, aiming to provide reference for perioperative rehabilitation of kidney transplantation, enhance the quality of life of kidney transplant recipients and accelerate the development of kidney transplantation techniques. - Abstract
Objective: To study the value of the cervical length (CL) and uterocervical angles (involving anterior uterocervical angles and posterior uterocervical angles) in predicting preterm labor to find new predicting markers via transvaginal ultrasound (TVU) and provide new predicting thoughts. Methods A total of 252 pregnant women selected from 24 to 27+6 weeks of gestation underwent TVU to measure their CL, aUCA and pUCA, and finally were divided into the normal group and the premature group according their delivery time. The difference and value of above markers between the two groups were compared in predicting preterm. Results: Among them, 236 gave birth at term, and 16 went into labor prematurely. There was a statistically significant difference in aUCA and pUCA between the two groups (P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in CL (P > 0.05). By calculating the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of three cervical ultrasound indicators, only the AUC of aUCA was significantly greater than 0.5, with a threshold of 102.22°; The area under the ROC curve for predicting preterm birth using aUCA combined with CL was 0.715, and the threshold for the combined factor was -2.385. Conclusion: The predictive value of premature delivery for CL in single live pregnant women aged 24-27+6 weeks is not good. Compared with CL, the measurement of aUCA through TVU is more effective in predicting preterm birth and when measuring aUCA ≥102.22°, the occurrence of premature birth should be highly vigilant. The joint variable combined aUCA and CL is recommended as the predicting marker for pregnant women with single fetus but without any symptom. the predicting value of CL and pUCA need to be studied further [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Accurate prediction of coalbed gas content is one of the keys to the evaluation of coalbed gas resources and the determination of development plans. Traditional prediction methods have limited application scope and big prediction errors. In order to further improve the prediction accuracy of gas content, taking the GM coalbed of the M coalfield in Bowen Basin as the research object, the main controlling factors of gas content were quantitatively analyzed based on the Pearson correlation analysis method, and nine main controlling factors affecting the gas content of coalbed were selected. The prediction model of coalbed gas content based on machine learning algorithms such as Gaussian process regression, support vector machine and ensemble bagging tree, etc., were proposed. After comparing and analyzing the advantages, disadvantages of each method, the best prediction model for gas content was selected. The research results show that the Gaussian process regression has the highest accuracy, and the average relative error of the prediction results is 4. 5%, which is suitable for the gas content prediction of coalbed gas in M coalfield. The support vector machine has strong generalization ability, but the absoluteization of the hyperplane reduces the prediction accuracy. The ensemble bagging tree does not focus on any particular instance in the training dataset and is largely immune to overfitting on noisy data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Using WebGL's third-party library Three. js to display fish 3D models is not only simple and convenient but also has obvious cross-platform advantages. Through the study of Three. js, the problems of building a fish 3D display system in the past technology, such as fewer functions,complicated construction, the need to install plug-ins to browse, and cannot to be used across platforms, can promote the related applications of fish visualization. This research mainly uses 3ds MAX software to build the fish model and herbarium model, realizes loading and interaction of models through the Three. js library, and combines Three. js with Bootstrap framework, PHP technology, MySQL and other technologies to build the fish model display system. After completing the system construction, deploy the system to the Tencent Cloud server to complete the performance test. The results show that: this system realizes fish model search and viewing, paging display, second loading in an online environment, step-by-step loading of fish herbarium scene models, viewing fish models in Mobile VR mode, and users uploading models and displaying models online, sharing models and other functions, with good application value. - Abstract
As an important part of the modern economic system, the urban industry has its unique spatial layout and location selection. Based on the micro-level enterprise data, using location entropy, hotspot analysis and conditional Logit model, the paper investigated the spatial distribution characteristics and location selection of urban industrial enterprises in Lanzhou. The results show that: (1) The overall distribution of urban industrial enterprises present a spatial agglomeration feature of "one center area and two sub-central areas". There is not much difference in the number and density of enterprises in the central city, suburbs and outer suburbs. However, as the spatial scale shrinks, the differences are more obvious on the district and county scale, and more significant on the block scale. (2) From the perspective of various industries, food processing and interior decoration manufacturing industries have hot spots in each circle of the city. The garment manufacturing, processed tourism supplies industries and electronic information manufacturing industries are mainly concentrated in the central city. The packaging printing industries and cosmetics washing product manufacturing industries gather in the suburban and outer suburb. (3) Urban industrial enterprises are mainly affected by local economy, city economy, infrastructure, policy planning and suburbanization, while technological innovation have less impact on their location selection. (4) In terms of industries, the location choices of the labour-intensive businesses represented by garment manufacturing, food processing, packaging printing industries, interior decoration manufacturing industries, and process tourism supplies industries are mainly affected by spatial distance, historical location, infrastructure, etc. However, capital and technology intensive enterprises represent by the cosmetics and washing products manufacturing industry and electronic information manufacturing industry preferred locations with technological innovation and policy planning factors. In mammalian reproduction, granulosa cell proliferation and apoptosis are critical in oogenesis, folliculogenesis, and follicular atresia. Regulating various physiological activities of cells at the post-transcriptional level,microRNA(miRNA) is an endogenous non-coding small RNA. Due to the extensiveness and diversity of miRNAs as well as the conservation and homology of some miRNA sequences, it is suggested that miRNAs may undertake many important biological functions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bta-miR-1343-3p on the function of bovine granulosa cells and its action mechanisms, bovine follicular granulosa cells(GCs) were used, and the binding site of the target gene, bta-miR-1343-3p, was predicted by using bioinformatics software miRnada and miRDB, the dual fluorescent reporter assay was used to verify the target relationship between bta-miR-1343-3p and NEDD8. The bta-miR-1343-3p mimics and inhibitors were used to construct GCs overexpression and inhibition models. MTT assay was used to detect the effect of transfected miR-1343-3p mimics and inhibitors on the proliferation of GCs, and detect the changes in the expression of related genes. The results showed that overexpression of bta-miR-1343-3p in bovine GCs inhibited the expression of NEDD8 gene. Cell proliferation rate analysis showed that overexpression of bta-miR-1343-3p inhibited cell proliferation, but at the same time promoted the apoptosis of GCs. The expression levels of cell cycle related genes CDK1 and CDK4 were significantly decreased after overexpression of btamiR-1343-3p, while the expression of Bax and Fas genes were significantly increased, indicating that bta-miR-1343-3p affected the proliferation and apoptosis of bovine follicular GCs by target regulating NEDD8 gene. 40. 慢性乙型肝炎患者合并极轻肝脏脂肪变性的 临床特征及危险因素分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of clinical indices in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with concomitant minimal hepatic steatosis and related factors for minimal hepatic steatosis. Methods A total of 179 CHB patients who underwent liver biopsy in Department of Infectious Diseases, Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School, from July 2018 to March 2022 were enrolled, and according to the degree of steatosis, they were divided into non-steatosis group with 98 patients and minimal hepatic steatosis group with 81 patients. Demographic information, clinical data, and liver histopathology data were collected, and related observation indices were compared between the two groups. The independent samples t-test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data between two groups, and the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data between two groups; the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. A Spearman correlation analysis was performed, and a Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors for minimal hepatic steatosis. Results Compared with the non-steatosis group, the minimal hepatic steatosis group had a significantly higher proportion of male patients (69.1% vs 52.0%, χ²=5.390, P<0.05) and a significantly higher proportion of patients with significant liver fibrosis (43.2% vs 25.5%, χ²=6.234, P<0.05). Compared with the non-steatosis group, the minimal hepatic steatosis group had significantly higher levels of body mass index (BMI) (23.61±2.95 kg/m² vs 22.13±2.67 kg/m², t=-4.150, P<0.05), uric acid (UA) [333.0 (291.0-375.5) μmol/L vs 287.5 (244.8-345.3) μmol/L, Z=-3.620, P<0.05], triglyceride [0.92 (0.66-1.14) μmol/L vs 0.77 (0.62-1.02) μmol/L, Z=-2.224, P<0.05], and controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) [234 (214-258) dB/m vs 218 (201-237) dB/m, Z=-2.867, P<0.05]. In the group with normal body weight, the patients with minimal hepatic steatosis had significantly higher levels of UA (333.0±63.9 μmol/L vs 291.0±72.8 μmol/L, t=-2.395, P<0.05) and HBV DNA [4.44 (3.51-6.79) log10 IU/mL vs 3.42 (3.00-5.03) log10 IU/mL, Z=-2.474, P<0.05]. BMI (odds ratio [OR]=1.223, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.086-1.378, P=0.001) and UA (OR=1.006, 95%CI: 1.002-1.010, P=0.008) were risk factors for minimal hepatic steatosis in CHB patients, and UA (OR=1.007, 95%CI: 1.001-1.013, P=0.022) was a risk factors for minimal hepatic steatosis in CHB patients with normal body weight. Conclusion Compared with the non-steatosis CHB patients, the CHB patients with minimal hepatic steatosis have a significantly higher proportion of patients with significant liver fibrosis and a significantly higher level of CAP. BMI and UA are independent risk factors for minimal hepatic steatosis in CHB patients, and for the CHB patients with normal body weight, elevated UA is closely associated with the onset of minimal hepatic steatosis. Objective To explore the demand for "internet+elderly care services" of the quasi elderly and its influencing factors. Methods The convenient sampling method was used to survey 203 quasi elderly people. The demand scores of "internet+elderly care services" of the quasi elderly people with different characteristics were compared, and the influencing factors of their demand for "internet+elderly care services" were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the demand scores of "internet+elderly care services" among the quasi elderly people of different age, different types of registered residence, different per capita monthly income of families, whether their parents were alive, whether they were engaged in manual labor, whether they had higher education, and whether they had supplementary medical insurance(P <0.001). E-health literacy level, whether parents were alive, whether they had supplementary medical insurance, whether they had received higher education, and whether they had used the "internet+e-health" service were the influencing factors of the demand for "internet+elderly care services" for the quasi elderly(P <0.05). Only 8.37% of the quasi elderly was unwilling to pay any fees. Conclusion At present, the demand awareness of "internet+elderly care service" of the quasi elderly is relatively lacking, and needs to be improved through various ways such as good platform and system support, so as to promote healthy aging. 目的 观察结直肠癌组织N-Myc下游调节基因4 (NDRG4)基因启动子甲基化状态,分析其对结直肠癌的 诊断效能。方法 收集结直肠癌石蜡组织43例份,癌旁组织24例份。采用定量甲基化特异性PCR (qMSP)法检测 组织NDRG4基因启动子甲基化状态,计算甲基化率;比较不同性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位、组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润 深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期的结直肠癌患者癌组织甲基化率,绘制其诊断结直肠癌的受试者工作特征 (ROC)曲 线,评价其诊断效能。结果 结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织 NDRG4 基因启动子甲基化率分别为 65. 12% (28/43)和 4. 17% (1/24),P<0. 01。不同性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位、组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期的 结直肠癌患者的癌组织甲基化率比较均无统计学差异 (P均>0. 05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,NDRG4基因启动子 甲基化率诊断结直肠癌的曲线下面积为 0. 823 2 (95% CI:0. 725 5~0. 920 8,P<0. 01),敏感度为 65. 12% (95% CI: 49. 01~78. 54),特异度为 95. 83% (95% CI:76. 88~99. 78)。结论 结直肠癌组织 NDRG4基因启动子甲基化率升 高,且不同临床病理参数的患者间无明显差别,可作为结直肠癌筛查的潜在分子标志物。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

One study reported the prevalence of psychiatric symptom was 36. 89%. The prevalence rates were 0. 37‰-8. 70% for mood disorder and 9. 7%-60. 2% for symptom of mood disorder, 3. 24%-3. 28% for anxiety disorder and 8. 1%-49. 6% for symptom of anxiety disorder, 2. 72‰-0. 67% for schizophrenia, 0. 98%-5. 64% for dementia, 9. 79%-17. 33% for mild cognitive impairment, and 41. 4%-48. 5% for insomnia. The Composite International Diagnostic Interview version-3. 0(CIDI-3. 0) was used by trained interviewers, and diagnostic algorism were run to diagnose mood disorder, anxiety disorder, substance use disorder, eating disorder, and impulse control disorder based on the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition. Methods of quality controls included data checks, telephone checks, audio checks, and field checks. Results: UMHS was carried out in 830 villages from 89 townships and streets of eight distrits and counties in Urumqi. Totally 1782 respondents completed the CIDI, and the response rate was 88. 9%. The initial weights were calculated by multiplying the sampling design weights by non-response weights. Then the calibration weights were generated by adjusting the initial weights according to the age and gender distributions of the total population in Urumqi. The results of quality checks showed that 98. 8% of the sample had no quality problems or only minor problems. The overall quality of the UMHS was satisfied. Conclusion: The UMHS is expected to obtain representative data of mental disorders and mental health services in Urumqi. 【Objective】The study aimed to clarify the classification and biological characteristics of the pathogen causing anthracnose of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum in Guangxi, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and scientific control of the disease.【Method】The pathogen was isolated by tissue separation method and its pathogenicity was verified by living leaf inoculation tests. Furthermore, the pathogen was identified by its morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of multi-locus[internal transcribed spacer (ITS), actin (ACT), (β-tubulin) TUB2, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH),chitin synthase (CHS-1) and calmodulin (CAL)] sequences. The effects of different temperature, pH, carbon source, nitrogen source and fungicide on the mycelial growth of pathogen were measured by colony growth rate method.【Result】Six fungal strains with consistent morphology and pathogenicity were isolated from diseased leaf tissue. The colony was nearly round, gray to dark gray in the middle, and gray white at the edge. The aerial mycelium was loose and flocculent. And the conidia were single celled and long oval. The morphological characteristics were consistent with those of Colletotrichum fructicola. The ITS, ACT, TUB2, GAPDH, CHS-1 and CAL gene sequences of representative strain H6 were amplified by PCR and analyzed by BLAST in NCBI. The results showed that these sequences had 99%-100% homology with several C. fruticola strains. Furthermore, these genes were used to construct phylogenetic trees. Strain H6 was found in the same branch as C. fructicola. Therefore, the pathogen was identified as C. fruticola. The results of biological characteristic tests showed that the optimum temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen sources for mycelial growth of strain H6 were 28.0 °C,8.0,werexylitol and L-proline, respectively. Pyraclostrobin, picoxystrobin, ethylicin, carbendazim and prochloraz had strong inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of strain H6.【Conclusion】The pathogen causing anthracnose of L. chinense var. rubrum in Guangxi was identified as C. fructicola by morphological and molecular biological methods. The conditions of temperature, pH, carbon source and nitrogen source that were most suitable for the growth of the pathogen were verified. To explore the correlation mechanism between lipid homeostasis and atherosclerosis index in peripheral blood macrophages of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease. From January 2015 to September 2020, 78 patients with type 2 CHD complicated with diabetes were screened and divided into 3 groups according to blood glucose variability: group A, group B and group C. TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, FINS and HS-CRP were detected. Atherosclerosis index (AI) and severity of coronary artery stenosis were evaluated, and their correlation and independent risk factors were analyzed. TC, LDL-C and AI were increased and HDL-C was decreased in group B compared with group A, while TC, LDL-C and AI were decreased and HDL-C was increased in group B compared with group C (P<0.05). hs-CRP, FINS and TG values in group B were higher than those in group A, while hs-CRP, FINS and TG values in group B were lower than those in group C (P<0.05). Homa-ir value in group B was higher than that in group A, and homA-IR value in group B was lower than that in group C (P<0.05). AI and coronary Gensini scores in group B were higher than those in group A, while AI and coronary Gensini scores in group B were lower than those in group C (P<0.05). Person linear correlation analysis showed that hs-CRP, TG, Gensini score and HOMA-IR values were positively correlated with AI (P<0.05). In logistic regression model, the results showed that HS-CRP, TG, Gensini score and HOMA-IR were independent risk factors for AI (P<0. 05). Gensini score was positively correlated with AI, and hS-CRP, TG, Gensini score and HOMA-IR value were independent risk factors for AI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The water ecological footprint is of great significance for measuring the ecological occupation of water resources by social development. Using the water ecological footprint, water ecological carrying capacity and water ecological profit and loss index, evaluate the spatial and temporal differences of water ecological footprint and carrying capacity at the regional scale of China and each province. The results show that: (1) China's water ecological footprint has a large spatial difference, but the overall change is small over time. The national water ecological footprint consists of agriculture > industry > life > ecology; (2) China's water ecological carrying capacity has a large spatial gap, and the southwest and southeast regions have large spatial differences. The water ecological carrying capacity is large, which is positively correlated with the total regional water resources; ③ my country's water ecological overload and ecological surplus areas account for roughly the same proportions; ④ Overall, China's water ecological carrying capacity is large, but the regional differences are large. Xinjiang and Jiangsu are in a state of serious water ecological deficit, while Tibet, Anhui, Fujian, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Jiangxi have large water ecological carrying capacity, with a water ecological surplus of 200 million hm2. In order to promote my country's water ecological balance and improve the water ecological environment, the water ecological deficit areas should strengthen the supervision and management of industrial and agricultural production and domestic water use, improve the utilization rate of water resources, and enhance citizens' awareness of water conservation.
