Inorganic photosensitive device is hard to make big area photoelectric sensor and it is disadvantageous in cost and complexity of technology. The structure of organic photosensitive device is diode or plane field effect dynatron. But these devices have small photocurrent gain and larger driving voltage. Aiming at these problems, we proposed a new device structure in this paper. Adopting the method of vacuum evaporation and sputtering, we fabricated a vertical structure of photoelectric transistor: ITO/CuPc/Al/CuPe/Cu. We tested and analyzed the the devices photoelectric characteristics, and the results show that the the I-V characteristics of transistor are unsaturated and photosensitive. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the biological roles of fibronectin 1 (FN1) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and its effects on macrophage M2 polarization. Methods: We analyzed FN1 expression pattern and examined its clinical relevance in HNSCC progression by bioinformatic analysis. Small interfering RNA (siRNA) was utilized to silence FN1 in HNSCC cells. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assay, Transwell assay and wound healing assay were performed to reveal the effect of FN1 on malignant behaviors of HNSCC cells. Moreover, a co-culture model of macrophages and HNSCC cells was established to investigate whether FN1 induce macrophage M2 polarization. Finally, we used bioinformatic methods to explore the possible FN1-related pathways in HNSCC. Results: FN1 is significantly overexpressed in HNSCC patients and has been obviously correlated with higher pathological stage and poor prognosis. Downregulation of FN1 suppressed the proliferation, migration and invasion of HNSCC cells, and inhibited macrophage M2 polarization in vitro. In addition, "PI3K-Akt" and "MAPK" signaling pathways may be involved in the malignant process of FN1 in HNSCC. Conclusion: The overexpression of FN1 promotes HNSCC progression and induces macrophages M2 polarization. FN1 may serve as a promising prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in HNSCC. In Hong Kong, even though the Bill of Rights Ordinance (the localized version of ICCPR), Sex Discrimination Ordinance and a series of legal reforms (such as the cancellation of marital exemption of rape and the recognition of sexual discrimination in criminal law) were enacted and introduced respectively since the 1990s, gender/sexual discrimination in the legal discourse still persists; for example: Chinese customary law which only recognizes the male's right to build small houses in the New Territories remains an exception under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance; the government insists on not tabling an anti-sexual-orientation discrimination bill; the right to same sex marriage/partnership is still absent from any legal-political agenda; and so on. Some politicians and academics argue that any attempt to transplant a Euro-American individual-centric perspective of gender/sexual equality/justice will violate the Han-Chinese culture of harmony. In the paper, I will adopt a critical perspective in examining the above argument and examine why harmony politics becomes a meta-narrative in Han-Chinese socio-legal culture and how human nature/subjectivity is re-constituted in such a context. I will further argue that a culture should always be meticulously and critically represented and investigated in order to reproduce 'gender/sexual justice'. I will also investigate the possibility of scrutinizing and exploring the spaces of resistance within the Han-Chinese socio-legal culture in Hong Kong, where foreign theory of gender/sexual justice/equality and related legal reforms can be engaged to politicize current discrimination and suppression.
