An exploratory study of knowledge flows: a case study of public sector procurement

The development of knowledge management in the public sector, specifically the process of contract preparation to site implementation in public sector procurement agencies or road service consultancy, is discussed. The case study posited that need for lateral knowledge transfer and the diminishing use of traditional pyramidal approach to knowledge.
