Abstract

The article focuses on the five practical strategies that has been used by the Rural Education Action Project (REAP) in maximising the effectiveness of its impact evaluation. It says that REAP is an impact evaluation organisation which has a goal of informing sound education, health and nutrition policy in China. It also mentions the lessons learned and recommendations for a better impact evaluation which include emphasis on empiricism, leveraging local expertise, and effective communication.
