Tests the photodiodetector-chemiluminescence-flow injection analysis (PD-CL-FIA) system for the direct measurement of hypoxanthine (Hx) levels in fish flesh. Use of a sardine and a grunt twice with the same fish; Chemiluminescence reaction of luminol; Effect of flow rate of dialysate solution; Response time in direct measurement of hypoxanthine.
