Abstract

This paper reviews an innovative cooling system combining piezoelectric materials and nanofluids for high-performance computers. It explains the working principles of piezoelectric materials, detailing their context and construction, emphasizing the use of PZT lead zirconate titanate. The nanofluids, specifically Al2O3, enhance heat transfer efficiency. The construction of the piezoelectric micropump and methods for nanofluid preparation are outlined. The paper compares the advantages and drawbacks of nanofluids to traditional coolants, emphasizing stability challenges. It concludes by highlighting the potential of this integrated cooling system and suggesting areas for improvement. Overall, the proposed solution offers a promising avenue for enhancing electronic component cooling efficiency in compact systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
