Abstract
- The objective of this model is to generate a possible replication proposal for the structuring of variables of the learning gap between the students of two public agencies that provide basic elemental education in Mexico: the CONAFE and the general regular SEP service. The analysis is focused on the construction of 3 explanatory variables: Public education policy, socioeconomic profile and school potential. The result establishes the quantitative changes of the most relevant indicators based on a structured survey applied in 2017, which weightedly generates the geometric components of the proposal.
