To reduce slippage between the sensing module mounted on the tight-fitting clothing and the human skin during body movement, the clothing was optimized by numerical simulation. Firstly, solid models of the upper body and the sleeveless tight-fitting clothing were established using the reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio. Secondly, the sleeveless tight-fitting clothing was cut and segmented by the structural style of the tight-fitting clothing and the range of the skin deformation in each area. Finally, taking the running movement of the body as an example, the finite element analysis platform ANSYS Workbench was used to study the position change of sensing module mounting points relative to the human skin when different elastic fabrics were combined into the clothing. The results showed that when fabrics with higher elasticity were selected for front and back pieces and fabrics with lower elasticity were selected for shoulder and side pieces, the slippage between the sensing module and the human skin was smaller. The vibration characteristics of the rotor of the self-made rotating machinery fault simulation test bench were studied by combining software simulation and experimental analysis. The rotor was modeled in 3D using Solidworks software and meshed in Altair Hyper Mesh software for import into ANSYS Workbench software for post-processing analysis. Firstly, the deformation and stress distribution of the double-disc rotor were obtained by static analysis. Considering the influence of gyroscopic effect, the natural frequency and mode shape cloud map were obtained by modal analysis. The Campbell diagram was generated to analyze the variation characteristics of the vibration component of the rotor in the set speed range. The harmonic response analysis was used to obtain the dynamic response in a specific frequency domain. Finally, the experimental mode analysis was carried out and compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the finite element model. The results show that there is a certain degree of stress concentration at the shaft shoulder position. The critical speed is much greater than the working speed, which can effectively avoid resonance. The dynamic stiffness of the structure is good and meets the design requirements. In engineering problems, a test bench is often built based on the simplified dynamic model of the entire machine for research. The research results can provide a reference for the vibration characteristic analysis of this type of rotor, and play a certain guiding role for the simulation experiment of rotating machinery failure. To improve the low efficiency and cumbersome clamping process in the surface processing of optical domes, a vacuum adsorption clamping structure for optical domes was designed. The " two rotations + one swing + micro-feed" processing technology was used to grind and polish the inner and outer surfaces of the optical dome, and a hollow turntable structure was designed. The vacuum negative pressure required for clamping the dome was analyzed and verified, and it was confirmed that the dome would not slip during the processing under this vacuum negative pressure. Workbench software was used to simulate the deformation of the dome-clamping chuck model during the processing. The simulation results show that the deformation of the inner clamping chuck model is larger than that of the outer clamping chuck model under the same parameters. As a chuck material, the deformation resistance of 45 steel is better than that of aluminum alloy. The deformation of the model increases with the increase of grinding pressure, while the vacuum negative pressure and the size of the grinding wheel haveless effect on the model deformation. The presented paper deals with the structural design of a workbench with adjustable height, which will serve as part of the equipment of a light commercial vehicle for the needs of a service technician. The main objective of this paper is to create a functional design and 3D CAD model of a workbench that will meet the requirements of safety, mobility, and simple utilisation. Moreover, the design needs to consider the requirements of adjustable height and the dimensions of the work vehicle. The lifting mechanism is represented by arms fitted with sleeves that move along a lead trapezoidal screw rotating by a hand crank. In this paper, the force action in the axis of the threaded rod of the lifting mechanism is scrutinised in two extreme positions (highest and lowest position). The highest axial load on the threaded rod was found to be 9927.13 N in the lowest position of the mechanism. On the basis of this load, a right and left-hand trapezoidal threaded rod TR16×4 is selected, which satisfied the strength condition. The design of the sleeve height and the number of sleeve threads required are essential for safe utilisation. Due to the dimension of the guide rod, the height of the sleeve is selected to be 40 millimetres. The work surface is an important part of the workbench and consists of two parts. The chief larger part is made of medium density fibreboard and the smaller modular part can be in the two modular forms. The first version is the medium density fibreboard, and second alternative is a board designed to fix the components during their maintenance, repair as well as for welding.

In order to verify the safety and reliability of the mobile pump truck, this paper takes the frame of a certain type of mobile pump truck as the research object. Through the establishment of a finite element model, four kinds of materials including Q345 and other types of steel are used to define the body parts, the four typical motion situations of the mobile pump truck are analyzed statically, and the maximum stress and deformation of the mobile pump truck under four working conditions are obtained. The results show that the stress and deformation generated by the mobile pump truck under full load bending, emergency turning, and emergency braking conditions are relatively small; while they generate significant stress and deformation under torsional conditions, they all meet the strength design requirements. Among them, the maximum stress and maximum displacement under the full load bending condition are 71.76 MPa and 2.11 mm; the maximum stress and maximum displacement under the full load torsion condition are 352.68 MPa and 18.18 mm; the maximum stress and maximum displacement under emergency turning conditions are 79.718 MPa and 2.68 mm; and the maximum stress and maximum displacement under emergency braking conditions are 74.907 MPa and 2.81 mm. Radiofrequency (RF) surface coils are extensively used as receivers in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) systems thanks to their high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). For specific magnetic resonance applications, the design of dedicated RF surface coils with a transverse (to the coil's plane) RF magnetic field pattern can be necessary. Such transverse-field RF coils are constituted by several central linear (parallel or crossing) conductor elements connected by return current paths. Typically, the outer shape of such RF coils is circular or squared, although other geometries can be used. This paper describes the implementation and validation of a transverse-field RF surface coil simulator based on magnetostatic analysis, which permits the design and optimization of square butterfly and figure-of-eight RF coils with adjustable size and mutual distance between the central linear current elements. The simulation results, compared with the ones provided by a standard square loop RF coil, were validated with 100 MHz workbench measurements performed on three home-built prototypes. Finally, two novel quadrature RF coil structures designed by overlapping two orthogonal square butterfly and figure-of-eight RF coils were simulated and theoretically characterized. Over the years, several architecture of smart home has been proposed to enable the use of ambient intelligence. However, the major issue with most of them lies in their lack of high reliability and scalability. Therefore, the first contribution of this paper introduces a novel distributed architecture for smart homes, inspired by private cloud architectures, which is reliable and scalable. This implementation aims at simplifying and encouraging both the deployment of new software components as well as their reutilization to achieve the activity recognition process inside smart homes. The second contribution of this paper is the introduction of the LIARA Environment for Modular Machine Learning (LE2ML), a new machine learning workbench. Its design relies on a microservices architecture to provide a better scalability as well as smaller and faster deployments. Experiments demonstrate that our architecture is resilient to both a node failure and a total power outage. In view of the compound adding requirement of a hard cigarette filter rod, a kind of loading and unloading mechanism of cigarette filter rods was designed. ANSYS WorkBench software was used to simulate the transient dynamics of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism by using the method of transient dynamics analysis, and the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism were studied from the perspective of structural dynamics. The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism is 112.54 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress of the material. The rationality and stability of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism were verified by setting up an experimental platform for testing. The results show that the structure design of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism is reasonable, and the success rate of loading rods reaches 100%, which can meet the work requirements. Introduction: Ergonomics design has been demanded and considered the main factor in optimizing production efficiency and effectiveness for the last several decades. Nowadays, most workstations or production workbenches apply ergonomic aspects to their production floor to improve production performance. Production efficiency and effectiveness measurement can be achieved through achieving the effective interaction between the production workbench and the worker. Methods: This paper presents integration methods of statistical approach and anthropometric measurement to improve the ergonomic design of the production workbench in fulfilling ergonomic philosophy. Results: A model of the integration between statistical approach and anthropometric measurement has been developed based on selected quality tools and the application of the ergonomic approach. Conclusion: A sample workbench had been chosen and data were collected to verify the developed model and the obtained results show the developed model potentially improves the production performance because the obtained dimensions within the specification as guided by iHFG and ESA. Taking single stage double suction centrifugal pump ASP150-355R as the research object,the rotor structure and accessory parts were modeled by Pro/Engineer. Through the static analysis and fatigue life analysis of the rotor structure by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,the maximum damage location and the minimum number of fatigue life cycles are obtained,which correspond to the results of static analysis and verify the correctness of fatigue analysis. The ANSYS APDL command flow is used to parameterize the modeling of the rotating shaft and generate the probability analysis file. The reliability of the rotating shaft is analyzed by ANSYS PDS module. The result shows that the reliability of the pump shaft under certain confidence is 0. 936 when the confidence is 95%,the reliability of the rotating shaft structure is 0. 936. The pump group is stable under the design condition,and the working performance of the rotor meets the design requirements. The research results have certain reference value for the performance of similar pumps under design conditions.

Spur gears are the most well-known kind of gears used in hybrid vehicle’s power transmission. They have straight teeth, and are mounted on parallel shafts. Taking the triangle gate in the project "Yin Jiang Ji Huai" as an example, the nonlinear finite element analysis on the top pintle based on Workbench was carried out, and the results are compared with the theoretical calculation results of material mechanics. Results show that the theoretical calculation results are higher than the finite element results because the whole coordination of the structure and the nonlinear contact behavior between components can't be taken into account, which highlights that the theoretical calculation is suitable for the design of top pintle structure paying attention to safety, and the finite element method has more guiding significance for its application in engineering practice, which provides a reference for the choice of theoretical calculation and finite element method in production practice. The firing pin of chain demolition equipment are prone to fatigue damage under repeated loads， threaten the quality of chain products. In order to study the rule of firing pin fatigue damage， using the workbench software to perform the finite element analysis of the firing pin. Firstly， through the static strength analysis， the weak parts of the firing pin are determined， on this basis， the fatigue life is calculated， and the fatigue life of the firing pin is obtained. Comparing the data with the actual verification， the results show that the effect of the two methods is consistent and the validity of the finite element analysis is verified， it also provides some technical reference for the following equipment maintenance and structure optimization.

This paper describes the continuing goals and present status of the ICSI/UC Berkeley efforts on Embodied Construction Grammar (ECG). ECG is semantics-based formalism grounded in cognitive linguistics. ECG is the most explicitly inter-disciplinary of the construction grammars with deep links to computation, neuroscience, and cognitive science. Work continues on core cognitive, computational, and linguistic issues, including aspects of the mind/body problem. In order to improve the cutting rigidity of hydrostatic oil pad on large vertical lathes' vertical rail of hydrostatic ram, on the basis of a single-chamber oil pad, this paper proposed a new type of the double-chamber oil pad. Pressure field distribution law of the single-chamber and the double-chamber oil pad was obtained by the finite element volume method. Then, using the fluid–structure coupling method and Workbench software the deformation law of ram was obtained under different working conditions. Finally, oil film's prediction model of the single-chamber and the double-chamber oil pad was solved under different working conditions. Oil film's prediction model of the single-chamber oil pad and the double-chamber oil pad was obtained under various working conditions. The results show that the maximum deformation of the single-chamber of upper oil pad ranges from 0.079 to 0.92 µm, while the double-chamber oil pad ranges from 0.07 to 0.68 µm. The maximum deformation of the single chamber of lower oil pad ranges from 0.91 to 9.21 µm, while the double-chamber oil pad ranges from 0.74 to 9.14 µm, and the maximum deformation of the double-chamber oil pad is less than that of the single chamber, which shows that the rigidity of the double-chamber oil pad is better than that of the single chamber. Due to the current situation of Chinese high-speed motor train unit（EMU） gearbox monopolized by foreign for a long time,and facing the gearbox body cracking problems frequently,the aluminum alloy box body of high-speed EMU is redesigned.By using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works,the box body model is created,and the load calculation of the designed box body under two conditions of short circuit and startup is carried out separately.By using the finite element analysis software Workbench,the strength is analyzed,then the simulation test results verify the designed box body won’t appear plastic deformation and crack in both working conditions.According to the analysis results evaluated by TJ / JW064-2015 in startup conditions,to testify that the designed housing meet the requirement of train operation.The research has important reference value to the independent research and development of the high speed Emu gearbox.

Althought Simple jack-up type intelligence stereo parking space to ease the parking problem in public,its bedplate frame occurred deformation in the process of rising. reduced stereo parking space stability,shorten the working life of the stereo parking space. Deformation of the frame belongs to the nonlinear structure problem. First established the mechanical model framework to solve the deformation of frame,and caculated the overturning moment,bearing force,the strength of the frame.Second using finite element analysis software ANSYS-workbench module to the rotary column in the 0°and 90°two condition of the framework for the calculation of mechanical property simulation,in order to obtained the deformation amount,the deformation direction the principal stress and the maximum stress position under the two conditions. Finally,the deformation test of the sample machine with software of test system. According to the test result validates the mechanical model,according to the analysis result showed the problems,and proposed frame suggestions for improvement,provided an important reference value to improve the stereo parking space stability.

Taxonomy is foundational to all biological sciences. Names allow us to organize and communicate information about biological groups. This process is critical for understanding and preserving the biodiversity of our planet. There are an estimated 8.7 million extant eukaryotes (Mora et al. 2011) and possibly as many as 1 trillion microbial species (Locey and Lennon 2016), with untold numbers of extinct taxa yet to be discovered in the fossil record. Accounting for all these taxa and maintaining their nomenclatural resources is one of the great challenges in biology. A few major hurdles in overcoming this challenge are the inability to find, share, and update taxonomic resources efficiently in real time. Efforts to standardize and continually update taxonomic names in a sustainable way have been limited. The problem is complex, and solutions must deal with the large backlog of names, a constant stream of new names, the confusing merging and splitting of taxonomic synonyms, the subjective nature of taxonomic concepts, and the fundamental limitations on available expertise and curators' time to prepare and maintain such resources. Hyperdiverse groups such as arthropods are especially challenging as there are relatively few experts on any given lineage and changes in taxonomy can be rapid as new species are continually being discovered and described. After struggling to wrangle taxonomic resources in support of specimen digitization efforts, I began development of TaxoTracker as a proof-of-concept, web-based platform for facilitating expert curation and dissemination of biological taxonomies. TaxoTracker is still in development, but its current and planned functionalities will be shown through a combination of demonstration and discussion. TaxoTracker identifies and implements features that attempt to simplify the production and maintenance of expert-curated resources, while also limiting the responsibilities that are placed on individual experts who are often already overburdened and underfunded. These features include: 1. Centralized, searchable, and easily obtained resources in useful formats 2. Community-driven, citation-based curatorial suggestions 3.
