This article explores the opinions of science teachers on distance education processes. The study involved 19 science teachers from different schools and institutions, who were interviewed to gather data. The findings suggest that while science teachers believe that distance education negatively impacts the quality of education, they also recognize the potential benefits of combining it with face-to-face education. The study emphasizes the importance of considering teachers' experiences and perspectives in distance education practices. The research was carried out to determine the opinions of teachers and teacher candidates about the teaching practice course conducted with distance education during the pandemic process. The research was conducted using phenomenology, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 32 teachers and 72 teacher candidates working in different regions of Turkey and in different branches in the 2020-2021 academic year. As a result of the research, the opinions of both teachers and teacher candidates on the application were taken and interpreted under 8 themes and sub-themes. When the findings were evaluated, it was stated that the expectations of the teacher candidates from the teaching practice course conducted with distance education were mostly to gain experience for their professional life and the course did not meet their expectations, while the teachers stated that the distance education course was not efficient and had disadvantages and limitations. Despite this, it is among the results obtained that it allows pre-service teachers to come together with students within the scope of this course, even if it is through distance education, that they have learned how to teach lessons with distance education, and that teachers also improve themselves on how to guide pre-service teachers with distance education. Kur’an uzun yıllar harf yöntemi üzere öğretilmiştir. Harf yönteminde Arap alfabesindeki harflerin isimleri ezberletildikten sonra hareke ve işaretlerin öğretimine geçilmektedir. Bu yönteme alternatif olarak zamanla hece yöntemi geliştirilmiş, harfler isimleri ezberletilmeden doğrudan üstün harekeli sesleri ile öğretilmiştir. Son yıllarda ise bu iki usulden farklı olarak ses temelli elifbâ yöntemi kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu yöntem 2005 yılından itibaren Türkçe öğretiminde benimsenen sesi esas alan ilk okuma yazma öğretimi yöntemiyle örtüşmektedir. Her iki öğretim yönteminde de harflerin tek tek öğretilmesi, her sesin öğretiminde ses öğren-me aşamalarına uyulması, derslerin sınıfça yapılması, öğrenilen harflerle oluşturulmuş hece ve kelimelerin ilk günden itibaren okunması gibi temel prensipler benimsenmektedir. Bu çalış-manın amacı ses temelli elifbâ yöntemini uygulayarak Kur’an öğretiminin nasıl yapılabileceğini ortaya koymak ve usulün Kur’an’ın doğru seslerle öğrenilmesine yönelik özgün yönlerine dikkat çekmektir. Zira Kur’an’ın doğru öğretilmesi öğreticinin alan bilgisi ve öğretmenlik bece-risi ile yakından ilgili olmakla birlikte kullanılacak elifbâ ve uygulanacak usul, hedefe daha sistemli ve daha hızlı ulaşmada önemlidir. Nitel yöntemin kullanıldığı araştırmada durum çalışması deseni uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın öncelikli verileri proje asistanlığını yürüttüğüm Ses Temelli Elifbâ, yazarları arasında olduğum editörlü kitap çalışması olan Kur’an-ı Kerim Öğre-timinde Yeni Bir Yaklaşım: Ses Temelli Elifbâ ve Tecvit Yöntemi isimli eser ve Diyanet TV’de yayınlanan yapım koordinatörlüğünü üstlendiğim otuz bölümlük Çocuğuz Kur’an Okuyoruz programıdır. Ayrıca yöntemin uygulanabilirliğini görebilmek için derslerinde Ses Temelli Elifbâ’yı kullanan sekiz öğretici ile mülakatlar yapılmıştır. Araştırma Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler Araştırmaları ve Bilimsel Yayın Etik Kuru-lundan 8 Temmuz 2021 tarihinde 12450 sayılı karar ile etik onay almıştır. Ses temelli elifbâ yönteminde asıl olan Kur’an’ın doğru seslendirilmesidir. Elifbâda harfler Kur’an’da geçiş sıklığı ve mahrecinin zorluk derecesi dikkate alınarak klasik alfabe sıralamasından farklı olarak sıra-lanmış ve altı gruba ayrılmıştır. Her harf ayrı bir derste, harekeli ا desteği ile cezimli olarak (اَلْ, اِلْ, اُلْ gibi) öğretilmektedir. Öğretim sırasında ses öğrenme aşamalarına dikkat edilmekte, öğ-rencinin önce öğreneceği harfin sesini hissetmesi, diğer harf seslerinden ayırt etmesi daha sonra da mümkün olduğunca doğru mahrecinden seslendirmesi beklenmektedir. Ses temelli elifbâ yönteminde harfin şeklinin öğretimi ise harfin sesinin telaffuz edilmesinden sonraya bırakılmaktadır. Harflerin şekillerinin öğretimi sırasında harfin kelime içerisinde yazılırken hiç değişmeyen kısmına vurgu yapılmakta ve harfin şeklinin öğrencinin zihninde yer edebilmesi için yazıdan istifade edilmektedir. Ses temelli elifbâ öğretiminde ilk harfin öğretilmesinden itibaren her ders Kur’an’dan okuma çalışmaları yapılmaktadır. Elifbâ öğretimi sırasında önce-likli olarak gösterip yaptırma yöntemi olmak üzere eğitici oyun, soru cevap ve anlatım yönte-minden istifade edilmektedir. Böylelikle Ses Temelli Elifbâ’nın öğretimi kırk derslik bir sürece yayılmaktadır. Araştırma bulguları ses temelli elifbâ yönteminin sesi esas alan okuma yazma öğretimi yöntemi ile benzer özelliklere sahip olduğunu fakat Arapçanın dil yapısı sebebiyle kendine özgü yönler taşıdığını ortaya koymuştur. Harflerin öğretiminde benimsenen önce harfin harekeli ا destekli cezimli okunuşu ile öğretilmesi daha sonra harfin şeklinin gösterilme-si bu özgünlükler arasındadır. Nitekim öğreticiler de benimsenen bu seslendirme yönteminin doğru seslerin öğrenilmesini kolaylaştırdığı, harflerin ses öğrenme aşamalarından riayet edile-rek öğretilmesinin ders verimini artırdığı görüşündedir. Öğreticilerin çoğu tecvîd seslerinin elifbâda öğretiminin olumlu yönüne dikkat çekerken öğreticilerden biri bunu gerekli görme-miştir. Öğretici görüşleri ses temelli elifbâ yönteminin çevrimiçi derslerde verim bir şekilde uygulanabileceği fakat öğretmen öğrenci ilişkisinin sınıf ortamına kıyasla olumsuz yönde etkilendiği yönündedir. Öğreticilerin tamamı derslerde kullanılan materyaller ile gösterip yaptırma ve eğitici oyun yöntemlerinin dersin niteliğini arttırdığını ifade etmekte; Çocuğuz Kur’an Okuyoruz programının kendileri için önemli bir kaynak olduğunu dile getirmektedirler.

This study aims to determine the perceptions, preferences and expectations of the students who took accounting courses after the emergency structured distance education period during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, I sent questionnaires to the students of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The results of the study showed that the perceptions of students towards distance accounting teaching were moderate but close to negative; the perceptions of the students who have taken accounting lessons with face-to-face teaching method towards distance education were more negative than the students who have never participated in the face-to-face method; it has been determined that even the students who have only taken courses with the distance education method mostly prefer the face-to-face teaching method. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığı verilerine göre Türkiye'de ilk Covid-19 vakası 11.03.2020'de görülmüştür. Türkiye salgın nedeniyle öncelikli halk sağlığı önlemlerini uygulamaya koymuştur. Bu bağlamda, devlet ve vakıf üniversitelerinde üç hafta, ilk ve orta okullarda bir hafta süreyle eğitime ara verilmesi, ileride ise eğitime uzaktan devam edilmesi kararlaştırılmıştır. Karar 16.03.2020 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiştir. Anılan tarihten itibaren eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri üniversite senatolarında alınan kararlar çerçevesinde internet üzerinden senkron ve asenkron olarak yürütülmektedir. Uzaktan eğitim sistemi altyapısına sahip olan Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi’nde alınan önlemlerin uygulanması bağlamında senkron ve asenkron derslerin anında düzenlenmesi mümkün olmuştur. VYYÜ Edebiyat Fakültesi ve Turizm Fakültesi'nde seçmeli yabancı dil statüsünde Rusça dersleri senkron ve asenkron olarak kesintisiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, VYYÜ tarafından pandemi sırasında yürütülen eğitim faaliyetleri kapsamında, 2019-2020 (bahar) ve 2020-2021 (güz) akademik yıllarında asenkron / senkron yürütülen Rusça derslerinin verimliliğini, öğrencilerin süreçte karşılaştıkları zorlukları ve öğrencilerin uzaktan öğrenim sürecindeki uyum mekanizmalarını ve başarılarını belirlemeye imkân tanıyan veri analizi anketi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğrencilerin Rusça derslerine adaptasyonunu ve başarısını etkileyen faktörleri belirlemektir. Ayrıca yazar, öğrencilerin kayıtlı oldukları bölümlerin genel derslerinin ve seçmeli Rusça derslerinin demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemeyi amaç edinmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulguların analizi IBM SPSS programı V22.0 sürümü ile yapılmıştır.

This study is to investigate the motivations of students/graduates who are members of Anadolu University Open Education System Student Communities (Book, Photography, History, Music, Cinema and Informatic) within the framework of uses and gratifications theory. The study was carried out with a survey model and quantitative data collection techniques were used to achieve the specified goals. Data obtained from 627participants who are members of Anadolu University Online Student Communities were collected by a questionnaire method. Descriptive and predictive statistical methods were used in the analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the research. Within the scope of descriptive statistical methods and techniques, the data regarding the obtained demographic information were shown as frequency and percentage. Factor analysis was used for the motivation of participants who are members of online students' community. Whether there is a significant difference between demographic characteristics and motivations was analyzed by t-test. According to results of the study, it was determined that the needs of having fun, getting away from stress and social environment, which can be expressed with contextual needs, were effective in motivation to use communities. The study revealed that, in line with the functional needs of the participants, they perceived online student communities as a personal development tool. The participants aimed to communicate more with other members and have social interaction with the aim of a kind of "affective need". Distance education, which is thought to become more widespread in the near future, has become important with the COVID-19 pandemic. Distance education has been used as an important method for the continuity of education and training in this process where it is not possible to continue face-to-face education. Due to the sudden transition to distance education, it has been a matter of curiosity how this process has been realized and what effects it has had (Karahan at al.,2020, p.1). This study was conducted to determine the effects of the distance education process put into practice during the pandemic process on students based on teachers' opinions. The sample consisted of 70 teachers who were working in different branches and different regions in Turkey in the academic year of 2020-2021. In the study, a questionnaire developed by the researchers was used as a data collection tool. As a result of the research, it was found that distance education had both positive and negative effects on students, students were affected negatively in terms of social and emotional development aspects, and screen addiction problems may be encountered because they cannot socialize. Again, it was concluded that distance education negatively affects disadvantaged students and may reduce their academic success, and parent involvement in the process has both positive and negative effects. COVID-19 pandemic, globally as well in Turkey's Higher Education, made the mandatory transition from face-toface to distance teaching. It is important to investigate students', the milestones of higher education institutions, evaluations by comparing face-to-face with distance teaching. This study aims to determine perceptions related to students' behavior, attitude, and psychology. Qualitative research methodology is used and four main themes and eleven sub-themes are emerged by descriptive analysis. According to the findings, students positively talked about face-to-face, but they expressed more critical views about distance teaching. Regarding the Psycho-social environment, they claimed negative opinions about social relationships and emotional states; while expressing positive opinions about social activities and communal responsibility; some were happy some of them had conflicts related to family relationships. Finally, it was determined that although the students expressed both positive and negative opinions, they tried to adapt to the process and were aware of forming communal consciousness. Eğitim, hemen her yaş ve meslek grubundan insanın gündeminde olan bir olgudur. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri ise hem bireylerin hayatında önemli bir yer tutmakta hem de eğitimin şekline, modeline, süresine ve yerine etki etmektedir. Uzaktan öğretim, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin en üst düzeyde kullanıldığı eğitim şeklidir. Günümüzde birçok eğitim kurumu, şirketler ve kamu kurumları uzaktan öğretimi bir seçenek olarak kullanmaktadır. Üniversiteler, uzaktan öğretim önlisans, lisans, lisansüstü ve sertifika programları açmaktadır. Bazı üniversitelerde ise örgün eğitimi destekleyici bir unsur olarak uzaktan öğretim tercih edilmektedir. Uzaktan öğretim yapan/yapacak kurumların, hedef kitlelerinin uzaktan öğretime yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesi hem kurumun uzaktan öğretim vizyonunun belirlenmesi hem de bu konuda yapılacak çalışmalara kaynaklık etmesi açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırmada, Namık Kemal Üniversite Tekirdağ Değirmenaltı Yerleşkesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerinin uzaktan öğretime yönelik tutumlarının farklı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu, 2013-2014 öğretim yılında Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Tekirdağ Değirmenaltı Yerleşkesinde öğrenim gören 282 1. sınıf öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada Kışla (2005) tarafından geliştirilen “Uzaktan Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler, Namık Kemal Üniversitesi’nin Öğrenim Yönetim Sistemi (ÖYS) kullanılarak öğrencilere ulaştırılan Google anket aracı ile elde edilmiştir. Niceliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında, iki alt düzeyi olan değişkenler için t-testi, ikiden fazla alt düzeyi olan değişkenler için tek yönlü ANOVA ve anlamlı farklılığa neden olan grubun tespitinde Scheffe testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin tutumlarının genel olarak düşük ( 2,440; SS= 0,721) olduğu saptanmıştır. Cinsiyete göre öğrenci tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılık gözlenmezken, bilgisayarı olanların, sürekli internet erişim imkanı olanların ve mobil cihazı bulunanların tutum puanlarının, bulunmayanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir.

İnternetin yaygınlaşmasıyla bilginin paylaşılması daha kolay ve sınırsız olmaya başlamıştır. Gelişen bilişim teknolojileriyle birlikte internet üzerinde de yabancı dil öğrenimine yönelik çalışmalar, etkinlikler görülmektedir. Resmi sitelerin yanında gönüllü sitelerin de dil öğrenimine katkı sağladığı web sayfalarında yabancı dil öğrenimi de yaygın hale gelmiştir.Bir Türkçe öğrenme sitesi olan www.apprendreleturc.fr sitesi forumlarında gerçekleşen dil öğrenme eylemleri, biçim ve içerik açısından süreç içerisinde incelenmiş, web sitelerinin dil öğrenmeye getirdikleri farklı bakış açısı ve kazanımlar çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.Forum üzerinden yabancı dil öğrenmek isteyenlere değişik başlıklar altında kolaylıklar sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca gittikçe artan üye ve konuk sayısıyla site, daha çok geliştirilmeye ve üzerinde çalışılmaya değer bir konuma gelmiştir.
