Although leadership studies have highlighted the importance of ethical conduct, scholarship on this topic has generally treated ethical leadership in a decontextualized, individualist and isolated manner. The purpose of this article is to review the literature to develop an integrative framework that conceptualizes ethical leadership as a dynamic process, wherein individual traits of leaders, organizational contexts and systematic practices are mutually reinforcing and evolving. Summary: A survey of awareness and attitudes to the management of fragility fractures among the membership of the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association conducted in 2022 found considerable variation in care across the region. A Call to Action is proposed to improve acute care, rehabilitation and secondary fracture prevention across Asia Pacific. Purpose: Fragility fractures impose a substantial burden on older people and their families, healthcare systems and national economies. The current incidence of hip and other fragility fractures across the Asia Pacific region is enormous and set to escalate rapidly in the coming decades. This publication describes findings of a survey of awareness and attitudes to the management of fragility fractures among the membership of the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA) conducted in 2022. Methods: The survey was developed as a collaboration between the Asia Pacific Osteoporosis and Fragility Fracture Society and the Asia Pacific Fragility Fracture Alliance, and included questions relating to aspects of care upon presentation, during surgery and mobilisation, secondary fracture prevention, and access to specific services. Results: In total, 521 APOA members completed the survey and marked variation in delivery of care was evident. Notable findings included: Fifty-nine percent of respondents indicated that analgesia was routinely initiated in transit (by paramedics) or within 30 minutes of arrival in the Emergency Department. One-quarter of respondents stated that more than 80% of their patients underwent surgery within 48 hours of admission. One-third of respondents considered non-hip, non-vertebral fractures to merit assessment of future fracture risk. One-third of respondents reported the presence of an Orthogeriatric Service in their hospital, and less than a quarter reported the presence of a Fracture Liaison Service. Conclusion: A Call to Action for all National Orthopaedic Associations affiliated with APOA is proposed to improve the care of fragility fracture patients across the region. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Crop diversification offers numerous synergistic advantages over intensive monocultures via belowground interspecific interactions. The plant–soil–microbiome interactions that trigger cascading effects underpin the benefits of crop diversification. Unlocking the potential of cascading effects in diversified cropping systems can alleviate common obstacles in intensive monoculture farming. Strategically selecting species and varieties that complement and facilitate one another can enhance agricultural productivity with fewer agrochemical inputs. Crop diversification practices offer numerous synergistic benefits. So far, research has traditionally been confined to exploring isolated, unidirectional single-process interactions among plants, soil, and microorganisms. Here, we present a novel and systematic perspective, unveiling the intricate web of plant–soil–microbiome interactions that trigger cascading effects. Applying the principles of cascading interactions can be an alternative way to overcome soil obstacles such as soil compaction and soil pathogen pressure. Finally, we introduce a research framework comprising the design of diversified cropping systems by including commercial varieties and crops with resource-efficient traits, the exploration of cascading effects, and the innovation of field management. Companies with established product families can meet emerging market needs by extending their product families over time, that is, by introducing new product variants sequentially. Starting points for each new design can be generated by integrating design solutions from existing products in the same family. This article introduces an automated systematic approach to derive all possible ways of combining existing designs to produce a new variant with a desired new combination of functionality, based on algorithmic analysis of product models. The approach considers the functions in existing products and how they are realised in specific CAD parts and the geometric features defining them. By automatically generating and evaluating all the options, the new approach helps identify the most efficient way to combine existing parts and features from a product family to generate a new product variant with distinct functionality. The approach has been applied to product families of mechanical and mechatronic consumer products. It was evaluated by manually implementing the automatically-generated redesign instructions in CAD for several product variants, which built confidence in the approach's accuracy and performance. Introduction: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is often accompanied by comorbidities. Not only cardiovascular but also non-cardiovascular comorbidities have been associated with AF. Multimorbidity is therefore a common finding in patients with AF, especially in elderly patients. Multimorbidity is associated with adverse outcomes, adds complexity to AF management, and poses a significant burden on healthcare costs. It is expected that the prevalence of elderly patients with multimorbidity will increase significantly. It is therefore crucial to outline implications for clinical practice and guide comprehensive multimorbidity management. Areas covered: This perspective article outlines multimorbidity in AF and the importance of comprehensive comorbidity management. It addresses current clinical practice guided by international guidelines and the need for integrated care including a patient-centered focus, comprehensive AF management, coordinated multidisciplinary care, and supporting technology. Moreover, it proposes a novel model of care delivery following a systematic approach to multimorbidity management. Expert opinion: Providing comprehensive care by means of a multidisciplinary team and patient engagement is crucial to provide optimal personalized care for elderly patients with AF and multimorbidity. A systematic integrated care approach seems promising, but further studies are needed to investigate the feasibility of a systematic approach and prioritization of comorbidity management in patients with multimorbidity. Previously bullied students are at risk of severe negative consequences related to academic performance and development of mental health problems. Little is known about organizing and building capacity in schools to facilitate follow-up work that may reduce this risk. This study explored how schools can work systematically to follow-up after bullying through organizational features. Focus group interviews were conducted with school resource groups’ members at three secondary schools in southwest Norway. Data were analyzed via content analysis revealing two main dimensions: “Current practices for designing follow-up work” and “Future needs for capacity building,” with two sub-categories each, “identifying needs” and “organizing staff collaboration,” and “core components” and “capacity building.” Findings suggest a need for capacity building among school staff and emphasize that management is crucial in facilitating follow-up work. School organization emerges as an important measure. Collaboration with the school support system’s members in the municipality and parents is essential. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The painful hip has been a topic of study that has evolved from the beginning of the last century to the present. The clinical approach is complex, and requires a systematization process associated with good questioning, clinical maneuvers with their corresponding interpretation, and complementary imaging studies. The understanding of hip pathology, especially in young adults, is highly simplified and sometimes underdiagnosed, therefore, not treated in a timely manner. The prevalence of painful hip is more common in males (49 to 55%) than in females (25 to 28%), and the causes may vary according to demographic characteristics and the history of each patient. Bryan Kelly, made a topographic and anatomical description of the approach to the painful hip according to the theory or system of the layers: I. Osteochondral layer; II. Inert layer; III. Contractile layer; and IV. Neuro-mechanical layer. This system helps us understand the anatomical site of pain and its clinicopathological correlation. The semiological approach to hip pain is the fundamental pillar for differential diagnosis. We can divide it according to its topography into anterior, lateral and posterior, as well as according to its chronology and characteristics. The physical examination should be carried out systematically, starting from a generalized inspection of gait and posture to the evaluation of specific signs for alterations in each layer, which evoke pain with specific postures and ranges of mobility, or weakness and alterations in the arc of mobility of the joint. Image evaluation is initially recommended with radiographic projections that evaluate different planes, both coronal, sagittal and axial, complemented with panoramic views, and eventually dynamic sagittal ones if necessary. Requesting specific studies such as tomography to evaluate bone structure and reserve, or simple MRI when there is suspicion of soft tissue affection, or failing that, arthroresonance for joint pathology, will depend on the clinical symptoms and radiographic findings. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)is a systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of suppliers' strengths, performance and capabilities in relation to overall business strategy, determining what activities to perform with different vendors, planning and execution of all interactions. And Business-tobusiness (B2B) strategy involves the determination of what activities to engage in with different suppliers and planning and execution of all interactions with suppliers in a coordinated fashion across the relationship life cycle to maximize the value realized through those interactions. This paper proposes the establishment of a Business-to-business strategy using SRM. Starting with a theoretical review of SRM, we analyse what models are suitable for B2B. Based on the analysis, we would like to propose a Business-tobusiness strategy establishment plan combined with SRM. The results is that is possible to establish a B2B strategy using SRM for each industry, and it is expected that various types of results can be derived. In order to propose more concrete measures through additional research, it is judged that it is necessary to study the system as well as a deep understanding of individual industries. The Holy Quran is a unique epistemological system, meaning that all its parts and components are interconnected and were revealed in a specific and sequential order. This progressive revelation guides and educates humans in all necessary aspects. Today, any interpretation and research of the Holy Quran following the order of revelation is called the "revelatory method." Given the social changes and human needs in the contemporary era, it is essential to extract Quran-based human sciences, which has faced certain obstacles in the application of methods. The primary issue in this research is exploring innovations in method design through an inquiry into the systematic revelatory method's role and application in extracting Quran-based human sciences. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this study examines Surahs Al-‘Alaq and Al-Baqarah, the first revealed Meccan and Medinan Surahs, respectively. The results indicate that applying the systematic revelatory approach can be considered a novel method in extracting Quran-based human sciences. In this approach, Surah Al-‘Alaq, as the first revealed Surah, offers insights such as new strategies in religious invitation and preaching, stages of religious education, and the Quran’s foundation on knowledge and clarity. Similarly, from Surah Al-Baqarah, as the first Medinan Surah, insights such as unifying the prophetic community, guiding the community’s progress, understanding the nascent religious society, and preventing the activation of social divisions can be extracted.

Functional literacy as a pedagogical category is considered in the context of its development in the system of secondary vocational education. It is known that for the successful development of the personal characteristics of students, the teacher needs a deep understanding of its essence and context. In this article, a description of the process of development and evaluation of functional literacy of students of professional educational organizations is presented, based on a systematic approach, which is considered as a methodological basis for the development and functioning of the process of developing functional literacy among students of vocational schools. The experience of professional development of vocational education teachers for the implementation of a systematic approach is also presented. The emphasis is on the development of general professional competencies, which are based on the key components of functional literacy and are related to the characteristics of the future activities of students of secondary vocational education. The content of the educational community work in the Samara region in the field of functional literacy at the secondary school level, described by the author, reflects the stages of the process, regional specifics, features of the professional development of secondary school teachers and the implementation of the principles of a systematic approach (integrity, hierarchy, planning, dynamism, adaptability and structuring) in the formation and assessment of functional literacy of students of professional educational organizations.

Introduction. The article analyzes the psychological state of the modern Yakut society as a part of the Russian society using a composite index. The possibilities of composite indices developed within the framework of macropsychology have not been fully disclosed to date. Theoretical analysis. The paper proposes to consider the composite index of the psychological state of society from the point of view of a systematic approach. The basis for this is the understanding of individual subjects as a part of the Russian macro-community. The analysis is based on data from 93 subjects of the Russian Federation according to official statistical data. Empirical analysis. The results show that the dynamics of indicators of Russian society as a whole is more stable in comparison with the dynamics of indicators of Yakut society. The primary indexes of modern Yakut society have their own unique explanation, which does not coincide with generally accepted interpretations. Conclusion. When interpreting the value of the composite index, it is necessary to take into account both the actual external factors affecting it and its conditionality with traditional culture and living conditions. It is revealed that the composite index of the macro-community as an index of a higher level has a great generalizing potential.

The relevance of the research of methodological approaches to the study of the genesis of the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren in the twentieth century is due to the need to improve the scientifi c apparatus of historical and pedagogical research, the complexity of which lies in its dualism (a combination of elements of scientifi c research in the fi elds of pedagogy and history). Currently, one of the most popular areas of education is technology education. Its meaning has been updated in the light of the new requirements set for high school graduates, who must have not only the ability to transform materials (information), but be ready for sustainable self-development under the conditions of the changing technogenic environment. In this regard, the study of technology / labor training of schoolchildren in the twentieth century is of particular importance, and especially in the period of the USSR (as it was a state in which the person of labor was the meaning-forming factor of the state system). However, this study should be based on a reasonable selection of methodological approaches that will contribute to not only a comprehensive study but valid conclusions. The objective of the study is to identify and give theoretical ground for the set of methodological approaches that contribute to a comprehensive study of the genesis of the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren in the twentieth century. Hypothetically, the identifi ed methodological foundations enable to conduct a multi-vector study of the genesis of the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren in the twentieth century; it is possible to improve the process of technology education of schoolchildren at the present stage using this scientifi c basis. Methods (tools): theoretical analysis of historical and pedagogical studies and normative legal acts, analysis of the results of the study of the selected historical period. Main results: the study has expanded the scientifi c ideas about the epistemological possibilities of culturological, axiological, systemic, historical approaches to the genesis of the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren. The author presents her vision on the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren as a pedagogical phenomenon. Conclusions: the set of methodological approaches that was identifi ed and theoretically justifi ed in this research enables to conduct a comprehensive study of the genesis of the technology / labor education system of schoolchildren in the twentieth century. Practical significance. The research results can be useful in developing a modern concept of the system of technology education, as well as in updating the content of technology education

The present study was conducted with the aim of developing a framework for gamification of religious education with a task-oriented approach. The research method is qualitative based on the systematic approach (Strauss-Corbin). Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews with academic experts and curriculum managers. The researcher understood theoretical saturation in the 11th interview. After analyzing the data in three stages of open, central and selective coding, the paradigm model of the research was presented. In this model, the causal factors are: the ineffectiveness of traditional education, neglecting religion, government requirements, improving the effectiveness of education, neglecting individual differences. Background factors include: updating of education, increasing tendency towards computer games, requirements of education and training, willingness of teachers to use new methods, existence of similar patterns. the central phenomenon; Enhancing religious education with a task-oriented approach and the strategies in this field include: the use of religious sources in storytelling, the use of Islamic art and religious symbols in design, determining financial resources, determining the content of religious education, consulting with experts, training teachers, and modifying the attitude of families. Intervening factors include: high cost, complex coordination, weak infrastructure, lack of transparency in the approach and finally; The consequences are: moral entertainment, duty-oriented, religious and practical monotheism, purity of intention, religious awareness and knowledge, self-improvement, strengthening independence, strengthening motivation, responsible interaction with society. It is worth mentioning that the validity and reliability of the research findings were confirmed by referring to the opinions of experts and the calculation of relevant indicators. The results of this research, while emphasizing the need to use new educational methods regarding the religious education of students, introduces the game-based strategy in this field, and by emphasizing causal and contextual factors, the necessary strategies to achieve a comprehensive framework to achieve It introduces the gamification of religious education with a task-oriented approach, which can be expected to achieve this goal according to these strategies and also considering the intervening factors.

The pedagogical development (PD) for educators in higher engineering education is indispensable to the promotion of educational changes and high-quality teaching and learning necessary to train twenty-first century engineering talents. With the expansion of various PD activities in engineering education in recent decades, there is a growing need to understand the characteristics and impact of current PD activities and to develop strategies for their further development. This study reviews 116 articles to provide an overview of current PD activity designs and the challenges reported in research on engineering education. The selected papers' frameworks, duration and organizational formats, evaluation methods, teachers' learning outcomes, research methods, and reported challenges are summarized. The findings of this study call for additional research on theory-driven designs for future PD activities as well as additional empirical PD studies using multiple data sources, a variety of research methods, and various analytical tools. The article is devoted to the contribution of Igor Borisovich Vasiliev in the study of the Bronze Age of the Volga region. In 2024, the Samara State Pedagogical University will celebrate 50 years of archaeological activity and 20 years of memory of an outstanding scientist. I.B. Vasiliev made a significant contribution to the research of the Bronze Age in the Volga region. He substantiated the discovery of new cultures (Volsk-Lbschi, Potapovka), discovered bright sites of the Yamnaya, Poltavka, Srubnaya cultures and ones of the final Bronze Age. The researcher was at the origins of the creation of the archaeological school of the Samara State Pedagogical University and the use of interdisciplinary methods in the archaeology of the Volga region. The researcher has carried out a lot of scientific and organizational work: holding expeditions, conferences, creating a laboratory, a museum, an institute of history and archeology of the Volga region. Scientific conclusions of I.B. Vasiliev are relevant not only for the Volga region and the Urals, but also for other regions.

In this paper, based on a literature review, we present to the professional public one alternative way in which police officers in the Slovak Republic have performed their tasks in the field of identification (detection and investigation) of criminal group activities. The author objectifies this procedure in the context of a historical analysis of crime in a specific region of the Slovak Republic.

The editorial board presents an issue dedicated to the consideration of topical subjects and variants of methodological approaches in modern political science. The editorial review examines the global trends of turbulence and nonlinearity of development, which pose new largescale tasks for political theory to comprehend new political processes and phenomena. To a great extent, they are associated with the assertion of a “post-non-classical” type of rationality, which requires a revision of established practices, methodologies and research methods. Yet, in conditions of chaos and uncertainty, the potential of political theory remains largely underestimated against the background of a passion for commenting on current politics.

Relevance. Each activity, based on the focus of the professional tasks being implemented, combines in its structure a number of elements (components and tools) that are designed to ensure the rationality of the organization of the activity itself, the conditions for its effective implementation, as well as increase the level of subsequent professionalism and self-improvement of its subject. One of these is professional psychological selection, the main tasks of which are to objectively differentiate the individual personal qualities of the subject of labor relative to the upcoming professional activity. Understanding the conditions for organizing and implementing professional psychological selection is an important task of educational psychology. Materials and methods. The research was carried out using a theoretical method of obtaining scientific data based on analytical-synthetic, system-structural and personal-activity methods and techniques traditional for educational psychology. Research results. The article summarizes general data on the complex of organizational, pedagogical, psychological, material and legal conditions for the implementation of professional psychological selection in modern conditions. The results obtained by the author can be used in the activities of personnel services and laboratories for professional selection of law enforcement agencies.

This research was done with the aim of explaining the dimensions and components of knowledge governance in the organization with a systemic approach. The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach and a meta-synthesis method. In this research, 451 related scientific sources were selected from various internal and external sources in the period before 2022, and using the meta-synthesis method and the use of "Critical Appraisal Skills Program" (CASP), finally 105 scientific researches were selected in line with the goal of the research. were evaluated and reviewed. In this regard, by applying a systemic approach and using the open coding method, relevant codes were identified and extracted in three main categories including input, process and output. The findings of the research show that the input of the model includes the nature of organizational knowledge governance (approach, nature and subject). Also, the governance process of organizational knowledge includes requirements, effective factors, obstacles and tools. The output of the obtained organizational knowledge governance model also includes functions and achievements. The topic (conceptual model of organizational knowledge governance) and the approach (system approach) of the current research have an innovative and unique aspect. The results of the present research can facilitate the implementation of knowledge governance in organizations.

This research is aimed at studying the development of cities and agglomerations, which is an urgent problem equally for the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation. The level of urbanization increases with the development of territories, which makes it necessary to comprehend the processes taking place in urbanized regions and make management decisions to improve the quality of life and equalize it throughout the territory. Within the framework of these processes, the role of core cities remains, which are the centres of preferential development for the entire urban system as a whole.Aim. Comparative analysis of development trends in urbanized regions of China and Russia.Tasks. To analyse the main parameters of the quality of life in large cities of Russia and China. To consider the main trends in the development of urban agglomerations in the direction of its alignment. To determine the development and possibilities of mutual use of the experience of both countries in this process.Methods. The study uses a systematic approach with elements of a structural and functional approach and a comparative research method.Results and conclusion. As the main trends in the development of urbanized regions of Russia and China, the following are highlighted: the growth of the scale of territories and the concentration of a significant population on them, the associated aggravation of a number of problems, such as increasing competition in the integrated labour market, standardization and unification of the p rovision of basic services, increasing burden on local budgets and often limiting the autonomy of municipalities, the need to improve transport systems to increase the mobility of the population throughout the territory of the agglomeration.

A comprehensive general theoretical analysis of legal anomie in the legal system of modern Russian society is carried out. It is said that the theory of state and law currently lacks even the foundations of a holistic concept of legal anomie, but it is precisely this that acts as one of the causes of corruption, terrorism, extremism, legal irresponsibility, a high level of delinquency, massive non-compliance with prohibitions, distancing a significant number of citizens from state power and its rejection. The authors note that anomie to one degree or another always exists. At the same time, the state of social anomie inevitably increases when significant changes occur that affect the social structure and norms. Anomie is an interdisciplinary category that requires appropriate approaches to itself. Social anomie is based on the general interdisciplinary concept of "social deviations", which is studied by a variety of sciences: philosophy, sociology, psychology and many others. A brief description of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of social deviations, social anomie and its specific variety - legal anomie is given. For the most complete analysis of legal anomie, it is proposed to use not only systemic (within the category "legal system"), but also comprehensive (within the category "social and legal life") approaches, as well as a number of other methods (in particular, historical, structural and functional and statistical). Legal anomie manifests itself in the form of a decline in the value of law and order, a discrepancy between the goals of society and the means to achieve them offered by the state, the lack of trust between society and public authorities, sustainable legal nihilism. And if in sociology (and some other sciences) there are different directions and concepts for understanding anomie, then in the theory of state and law, a system of scientific knowledge about legal anomie has not yet been formed. Legal anomie in the legal system should be considered comprehensively, in development and comparison, revealing the contradictions and mutual conditionality of its various characteristics, possible pairing, as well as the positive and negative aspects of the existing contradictions between legal anomie and individual elements of the legal system of society. Due to the fact that legal anomie in modern society (following the social and legal life) develops and becomes more complicated, it is concluded that it is necessary to further study it, which will provide: firstly, its more complete knowledge and prediction of consequences, and secondly, the development of effective preventive measures, and, thirdly, the strengthening of counteraction to it.

The review article characterizes the priorities for primary school teachers' soft skills development, taking into account the conditions of the New Ukrainian School. According to the results of the survey based on the method of ranking primary school teachers in Kyiv, who implement the concept of the NUS in modern conditions, we have found that practicing teachers unevenly ranked the main soft skills in terms of importance in their professional activities, which requires finding forms and methods of their improvement and development in the conditions of formal, non-formal and informal education. The main soft skills are defined as follows: sociability / contact / ability to listen / ability to communicate through different networks; ability to work in a team / ability to manage team work; critical thinking / ability to comprehensively approach problem solving; focus on lifelong learning / motivation to grow professionally through formal, non-formal, informal education / prognostic vision of one's own development; the ability to emotional self-preservation / stress resistance / psychological flexibility; positive thinking / emotional intelligence; ability to empathize / reasonable limits of empathic attitude; creativity / innovativeness; rational timemanagement; self-presentation skills / portfolio creation algorithm / ambition. The basis for organizing the process of developing soft skills should be appropriate methodological guidelines, which include methodological approaches and principles. The introduction of activity, andragogical, axiological and systemic methodological approaches to the issue of primary school teacher's soft skills development contributes to the relationship of his personal and professional growth, the introduction of partnership pedagogy, where the teacher is positioned as a mentor, tutor, coach, facilitator, a person, who inspires learning. Soft skills development based on the main defined principles (flexibility of activity, connection of theory and practice, creativity, dialogical interaction, reliance on experience, partnership, reflection) helps to realize the professional, pedagogical and personal potential of primary education specialists in conditions of the New Ukrainian School. Over 30 years of plant vitrification, droplet vitrification (DV) of in vitro propagules and slow freezing of dormant buds are typical methods of large-scale cryobanking worldwide. One-step sucrose preculture and Plant Vitrification Solution 2 (PVS2) cryoprotection in solution-based vitrification often face unacceptably low regeneration, and the results are on a case-by-case basis depending on the plant species, like a blind test. The absence of a universal protocol applicable across all plant diversity is considered one of the limiting factors. For wild flora, limits of source material available and difficulties in in vitro propagation make it worse to re-optimize the protocol steps for new species. Since cryoprotectant toxicity is the most crucial barrier to the vitrification of organized explants, selecting alternative plant vitrification solutions (PVS) based on the cytotoxicity of cryoprotectants is vital. This review proposes the concept of donor plant vigor (DPV), which refers to the donor plant properties that determine the potential to regenerate normal plantlets under various cryopreservation procedures. DV is a multi-stage procedure with many factors from stage (1) material preparation to (2) pre-liquid nitrogen (pre-LN) (preculture, osmoprotection, cryoprotection), (3) LN (cooling), (4) warming conditions (rewarming, unloading), and (5) regrowth. Since the cytotoxicity of PVS is a primary limiting factor in DV approaches, DPV is crucial for coping with the toxicity of PVS. The DPV is innate and can be maximized with appropriate material preparations, i.e., vigorously growing in subcultures aided by a liquid overlay on top of the gelled medium, selecting proper explants, optimizing the two-step preculture conditions, and media supplements. Developing the DV protocol starts with testing the material with a tentative standard protocol, which includes a two-step preculture (10% sucrose for 31 h and 17.5% sucrose for 16 h), osmoprotection with C4-35%, cryoprotection with A3-80% (60 min at 0 °C), cooling, and rewarming using aluminum foil strips. Using a three-step regrowth initially with ammonium-free regrowth medium, regrowth of shoot tips in one plate following the successive stages of the tentative standard protocol for shoot tips, i.e., fresh, PC, OP, CP (LNC), and LN, is a valuable tool to characterize the sensitivity of the material and to standardize the procedure by tuning the cryoprotection and cytotoxicity of cryoprotectants. A-series PVS (A3-90%, A3-80%, A3-70%) and B-series PVS (PVS3, B5-85%) can be tested based on the DPV. These alternative PVSs have been applied in over 30 pieces of literature with an 8.5~67.3% increase in LN regeneration compared to PVS2 and Plant Vitrification Solution 3 (PVS3) treatments. The improvement of competences in relation to the solution of everyday tasks of production practice is best carried out in the process of training at the workplace due to the combination of acquired theoretical knowledge with practical experience. An urgent task of evaluating the effectiveness of training at the workplace is the diagnosis of the level of preparedness of the personnel of a multimedia company for scientific and technical activities, which can be carried out on the basis of the use of an appropriate information model of personnel development. The purpose of the article was to implement the development of a system model for the formation of professional skills in specialists of multimedia technologies of the polygraphic profile. The article proposes a method of informational support for personnel development through on-the-job training. As a framework that explains the knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of training in the workplace, the current content of competencies is considered. The key areas of personnel qualities related to multimedia technologies are systematized. As part of the conducted research, an information model was created and competence formation was tested within the framework of the relevant modules. The impact of engineering and organizational skills on improving the competencies of multimedia technology specialists is considered. The main components of success in the formation of professional skills of personnel as a result of training at the workplace are considered and analysed. As a result of the work carried out, recommendations were made on the diagnosis of the levels of training of personnel of multimedia and computer companies to improve their own scientific and technical activities, the choice of the content of professional training of specialists in the multimedia profile, the application of a systematic approach to the formation of relevant skills and abilities. A morphological matrix of the formation of technical creativity skills of the personnel of a multimedia company in the process of training at the workplace was created. With the help of Shannon’s information system, a mathematical model of the formation of relevant special modules of competences was obtained. Emphasizing the technical component, the influence of engineering and organizational skills in the process of training at the workplace is considered. The entropy level of the learning system was calculated before and after receiving information. The dependence of entropy on the level of acquired knowledge was analysed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the formation of practical recommendations for the management of computer and multimedia companies for the organization of training at the workplace, as a result of which employees receive positive incentives for the development of relevant competencies.

The analysis of issues connected with state regulation of tourism is acute for the development of in-country travel, especially in previous years due to crises in society, economy and politics. The goal of the research is to characterize the relations of tourism with different spheres of life on the basis of the idea of tourism as a social and economic system and to work out indicators of its efficiency (social and economic). In the system of management in order to support the balance in state administrating and market relations indicators of social and economic efficiency were formulated, the authors pay special attention on social effectiveness and ecological stability. Examples of empiric data concerning state measures of supporting tourism today demonstrate the impact of economic and social factors. Results of estimating trends and regularities of in-country travel with regard to Russian conditions should be taken into account in forecasting and planning the field of tourism and in state regulation of tourism in developing policy in travel.

Background: Bronchial asthma is a serious public health problem throughout the world. The main feature of asthma is episodic airway obstruction. In India, as there are poor medical facilities or infrastructure, overcrowded hospitals where management to control asthma becomes very difficult. In this study an, attempt is made to study and implement these components of GINA, systematically in management of bronchial asthma. Methodology: This study was conducted on 50 patients more than age 18 years with Asthma. Patients with breathlessness who showed FEV1 reversibility were enrolled in the study. Each patient on baseline visit, one month after baseline visit, and at three months after baseline visit underwent SPIROMETRY AND PEFR test. All patients assessed for asthma as per GINA guidelines and categorised as uncontrolled, partially controlled and controlled. Patients who were in category uncontrolled as per GINA, treated with oral tablet. Results: Mean age was 37.70±9.40 years. 10(20%) patients were patients with controlled asthma, 30(60%) patients were partially controlled. 10(20%) patients were uncontrolled. Out of 10 uncontrolled patients 7(70%) patients became partially controlled and 3 patients remained as uncontrolled. At second visit, out of 10 uncontrolled patients, 7 patients (70%) become partially controlled, 2 (20%) patients become controlled and only one patient (10%) remained as uncontrolled (Chi Square test P=0.0000, Significant). Mean FEV1 was 73.94 % at baseline visit. On visit 1, it increased significantly by 4.2% from baseline visit. On visit 2, it increased significantly by 6.8% from baseline visit. The Mean PEFR was 241.40 L/min at baseline visit. On visit 1, it increased significantly by 6.5% from baseline visit. On visit 2 increased significantly by 13.5% from baseline visit. There were 13 smokers (26%) enrolled in this study,3 patients (23.1%) were controlled asthma,7 patients(53.8%) were partially controlled asthma and 3 patients (23.1%) were uncontrolled asthma. At the end of second visit 9 smokers (69.2%) were controlled, 4(30.8%) remained as partially controlled. None of smoker remained in uncontrolled group. Conclusion: Obese patients after weight reduction, smokers after quitting smoking, patients had good control of asthma. URTI and change in weather are commonest risk factors for bronchial asthma. After following GINA guidelines in management of bronchial asthma FEV1 and PEFR showed significant improvement and good control of asthma in most of the patients. Systematic approach in Diagnosis, management and prevention as per GINA guidelines can improve morbidity, reduce exacerbation and give patients good quality of life. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Exchange rate volatility is a vital issue in international finance due to its effect on the value of the firm, depending on firm's exposure to the exchange rate risk. However, this impact is not clear in literature as evidence is mixed. This article analyses the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on firm value. A system dynamics‐based corporate planning model has been developed that incorporates the modules for financial and physical processes, firm valuation and exchange rate determination. Simulation results reveal that a stronger home currency leads to an increase in market price per share of the firm and vice versa. The results provide counter intuitive evidence on the impact of exchange rate on firm value and provide nonlinear feedback loop‐based explanation. The study fills the gap in literature by incorporating a systemic approach in the strategic planning process to assess the composite impact of parameter changes on key variables. In this descriptive qualitative research with a case study research strategy, the Iranian oil industry innovation system adopts an in-depth structural and functional approach (systemic approach) and its natural context from the perspective of the participants studied. Based on a theoretical framework that includes five systemic components of the innovation system, actors and relationships between them have been identified. Multiple information sources (interviews, observations, and document analysis) ensure the structure’s validity. Furthermore, previous theories have been used as the initial theoretical framework of the research to achieve external validity. The absorption and development of strategic knowledge and technologies of the oil industry were introduced as the system’s primary function, and three sub-functions were identified. Identifying 29 existing structural and functional challenges from the perspective of experts has complemented the understanding of this system. Finally, policy proposals are presented. The paper is devoted to the peculiarities of vocabulary learning in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language at a university. The main aspects, methods and techniques of working with lexical material depending on the stage of training are briefly highlighted. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the systemic systematic approach to teaching vocabulary. The research provides example materials and methods as well as teaching strategies for mastering vocabulary. The authors conclude that the research work points out the importance of systemic criteria in the process of mastering the grammatical and vocabulary material as well as the development of speech skills and abilities. The work contributes to the methodology of teaching of military and engineering students. The practical significance of the results of the study is due to the discussion and conclusion of the peculiarities of vocabulary learning in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language in higher education.

However, there is a lack of consolidated evidence-based information to support the selection of non-drug interventions to support healthy ageing outcomes for individuals. Methods: A narrative review of the evidence-based literature on non-drug interventions to support healthy ageing was performed. Evidence for intervention benefits was evaluated and mapped into the Systematic Wellness Intervention Pathway framework and aligned to relevant goals, needs and outcomes relating to physical fitness and function, emotional wellbeing, cognitive health, sleep and diet and nutrition. Comments from a modified Delphi survey of 75 expert peer reviewers were analysed to inform the development of the next Pathway iteration. Results: The narrative review identified key healthy ageing interventions, including physical activity, social interaction, interventions for emotional wellbeing, creative and cognitively stimulating activities and diet and nutrition. Peer review survey results indicated majority agreement with all domains and non-drug interventions for healthy ageing in the Pathway, and suggested interventions and outcome revisions informed Pathway iteration. Conclusion: The Pathway could be a step forward in operationalising the delivery of non-drug interventions in an accessible and scalable way, supplementing conventional health and social care, to enable older people to live well for longer.

The article is devoted to substantiation of new scientific approaches to the study and analysis of relevant processes of modelling global stock markets using interdisciplinary tools within the framework of existing patterns and taking into account the peculiarities of evolution of socio-economic systems and globally significant market factors. The article considers the fundamental principles of stock market modelling, which, in addition to the structural component, are determined by the typology of the investment process in the economy and are determined by post-industrial development factors, in particular, the processes of digitalisation, networking, platformisation, technologicalisation and intellectualisation. This leads to the formation of qualitatively new states of the stock market, which are characterised by internal similarity of functioning processes, logical and schematic description, and a certain sequence and continuity of development. To this end, the article formulates a hierarchical species range of stock market models, provides their essential characteristics and builds a "spiral" of evolution of stock market models. On this basis the article offers a mechanism of forecasting the stock market with the use of resources of different models and successive change of types of models within the system hierarchy of stages of development of the market. As a result of the study, it is concluded that with the gradual complication of the type of model, the relationship between the model components and the parameters of these components, a general paradigm of global stock market development is formed, which allows analysing trends, patterns, features, factors, market processes, and also provides opportunities for their forecasting. This methodological approach can be used for modelling and forecasting the development of other socio-economic systems that operate on the basis of the market and marketability.
