Industry 4.0 was presented more than a decade ago as the fourth industrial revolution, aiming to significantly raise the level of sophistication of interconnected technologies and thus increase manufacturing industries' profits. However, because the technology-driven narrow focus of Industry 4.0 on performance and profit fails to explain how to increase prosperity for all the stakeholders involved, the European Commission has introduced the concept of Industry 5.0. This vision overcomes the weaknesses of Industry 4.0 by paying explicit attention to outcomes for humans in the system and establishing an environment to create human-centric, resilient, and sustainable systems. Considering these developments, this position paper and editorial introducing the special issue of the International Journal of Production Research elaborates on the transition from Industry 4.0 to 5.0 through 10 papers focusing on the human-centric pillar of Industry 5.0 and its impacts on production and logistics system design and management. This work presents guidance for a more systemic approach needed in future research: to include empirically grounded works and data-driven multimethod approaches that consider diversity in system operators and human factors demands holistically in order to incorporate ethical implications missing from Industry 4.0 – in the pursuit of Industry 5.0 systems. This special issue of the International Journal of Production Research, focuses on the 'Carbon Neutrality' and 'SCM'. Nine articles have been selected for this special issue, and they cover various aspects to understand the manifestation of 'Carbon Neutrality' in supply chains, and to further illuminate how to achieve 'Carbon Neutrality' with supply chain innovation. This editorial provides a brief overview of the research domain, then introduces each article in the context of the state-of-the-art and highlights the contributions of selected papers to the field. This document discusses the concept of analytical performance specifications (APS) in laboratory medicine. It provides an overview of previous conferences and consensus documents on setting APS, including the 2014 EFLM Strategic Conference. The 2023 CELME conference aimed to explore the three models from the Milan conference and offer practical recommendations for their application. The document emphasizes the importance of APS in ensuring harmonized medical laboratory results for patient care. It also discusses the challenges in determining measurement uncertainty and the need for education on APS usage. Analytical performance specifications (APS) are used for decisions about the required analytical quality of pathology tests to meet clinical needs. The Milan models, based on clinical outcome, biological variation, or state of the art, were developed to provide a framework for setting APS. An approach has been proposed to assign each measurand to one of the models based on a defined clinical use, physiological control, or an absence of quality information about these factors. In this paper we propose that in addition to such assignment, available information from all models should be considered using a risk-based approach that considers the purpose and role of the actual test in a clinical pathway and its impact on medical decisions and clinical outcomes in addition to biological variation and the state-of-the-art. Analytical performance specifications (APS) represent the criteria that specify the quality required for laboratory test information to satisfy clinical needs. In 2014 the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM) considered timely to update the topic of APS by organizing a conference in Milan in which some strategic concepts were proposed. Here I summarize the essential points representing the EFLM Strategic Conference heritage and discuss the approaches that will permit us to become more concrete, including roles and main actions expected from each of involved stakeholders for contributing a quantum leap forward in the way of practicality of Milan consensus about APS. While anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL-R) has been considered the gold standard for ACL tears, renewed interest in ACL repair has emerged. This review aims to examine the current knowledge regarding ACL repair. A comprehensive literature search was conducted on the PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Embase databases, focusing on the most recent studies up to January 2024. Arthroscopic ACL repair has several advantages, such as resulting in a natural ligament with proprioceptive properties, preservation, and donor graft comorbidity absence. Several ACL repair surgical procedures have been developed thanks to the advancement in new fixation devices. The current literature showed that when performed on a suitable patient with the appropriate lesion type, corresponding to the proximal third with good tissue quality, ACL repair leads to satisfactory outcomes. Despite the benefits of ACL repair with promising results, ACL-R remains the gold standard for ACL lesions. There is still a lack of literature analyzing long-term outcomes; large series with homogenous populations and types of lesions are lacking. Based on the current evidence, further research and higher-quality studies investigating ACL repair will be necessary.

Entrepreneurship is one of the business forces with the greatest power to transform today's society, due to its ability to discover and take advantage of new opportunities to satisfy customer new and changing needs and expectations. Customer relationship management (CRM) has proved to be both a highly influential business management strategy and a powerful business management technology solution, with a particularly relevant impact in the area of entrepreneurship. CRM has helped drive growth and future expectations and has had excellent results in terms of return on investment wherever it has been implemented. An exhaustive review of previously published findings in a specific subject area can uncover new lines of research. This paper uses semi-systematic review to the study of the reality of the link between CRM and entrepreneurial marketing in business. This approach is used to comprehensively describe the state of the art of the impact that CRM can have in the modern business environment, through the empowerment of entrepreneurial marketing. In a structured manner, the present paper reviews the 86 most relevant studies of how CRM affects entrepreneurial marketing policy development through its alignment with relationship marketing and customer-centric business models. The growing use of CRM in companies is one of the pillars of technological and social change in entrepreneurship, being a clear example of how big data can benefit society. Data on state-of-the-art battery electric vehicles are crucial to academia; however, these data are not published due to non-disclosure policies in the industry. As a result, simulation models and their analyses are based on assumptions or insider information. To fill this information gap, we present a comprehensive analysis of the electric powertrain of a Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus (SR+) from 2020 with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, focusing on the overall range. On the vehicle level, we observe the resulting range in multiple test scenarios, tracing the energy path from source to sink by conducting different test series on the vehicle dynamometer and through alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) charging measurements. In addition to absolute electric range tests in different operating scenarios and electric and thermal operation strategies on the vehicle level, we analyze the energy density and the power unit's efficiency on the component level. These tests are performed through procedures on the chassis dynamometer as well as efficiency analysis and electric characterization tests in charge/discharge scenarios. This study includes over 1 GB of attached measurement data on the battery pack and vehicle level from the lab to the real-world environment available as open-source data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this article is to present state-of-the-art results on solutions journalism in the world. We selected articles from academic journals based on Capes qualification, between 2018 and 2023, with the term solutions journalism in the title, summary or keywords. 44 articles were located, 42 of which were in English. The main concept worked concerns solutions journalism as a branch of constructive journalism, which appropriates techniques from positive psychology (Seligam, 2000). Despite this, there are gaps in understanding, as other authors work with different perceptions. The question presented in this article is whether inserting solutions should be predominantly an action thinking about "social well-being", or whether we should reflect the insertion of solutions based on journalistic practice. Many European citizens have legitimate concerns about the safe use of nanoparticles in medicines. The chemical exchange saturation transfer technique serves as a valuable tool for generating in vivo image contrast based on the content of various proton groups, including amide protons, amine protons, and aliphatic protons. Among these, amide proton transfer-weighted (APTw) imaging has seen extensive development as a means to assess the biochemical status of lesions. The exchange from saturated amide protons to bulk water protons during and following the saturation ratio frequency pulse contributes to detectable APT signals. While APTw imaging has garnered significant attention in the central nervous system, demonstrating noteworthy findings in cerebral neoplasia, stroke, and Alzheimer's disease over the past decade, its application in the abdomen has been a relatively recent progression. Notably, studies have explored its utility in hepatocellular carcinoma, prostate cancer, and cervical carcinoma within the abdominal context. Despite these advancements, there is a paucity of reviews on APTw imaging in abdominal applications. This paper aims to fill this gap by providing a concise overview of the fundamental theories underpinning APTw imaging. Additionally, we systematically summarize its diverse clinical applications in the abdomen, with a particular focus on the digestive and urogenital systems. The year 1993 represents a momentous milestone in the not-so-long history of translation and interpreting studies (TIS). The foundational paper published by Mona Baker entitled 'Corpus linguistics and translation studies: Implications and applications' in 1993 has signalled a defining moment in the application of digital humanities (DH) approaches in TIS. Since then, corpus-based TIS, as a most visible manifestation of DH in TIS, has come into being and is now gradually entering into maturity. Compared with the previously largely anecdotal, impressionist, and prescriptivist accounts of translation and interpreting, the incorporation of DH tools (e.g. CL) has significantly enriched TIS with new perspectives. This makes it possible for researchers to explore the various aspects of translation and interpreting in a more objective and systematic way, drawing on real-world data. Now one-third of a century has passed since the publication of Baker's seminal paper, DH-inspired studies of translation and interpreting are in full swing. As we are reaching the 30-year mark of the influential publication, it is important for us to take stock of the previous achievements and look to the future both with pride and a cool head. In this article, we trace the developments of a DH approach to TIS and present the state of the art, before discussing some of the limitations and pitfalls and the road ahead going forward. Immunotherapies have revolutionized cancer treatment approaches. Because not all patients respond positively to immune therapeutic agents, it represents a challenge for scientists who strive to understand the mechanisms behind such resistance. In-depth exploration of tumor biology, using novel technologies such as omics science, can help decode the role of the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) in producing a response to the immune blockade strategies. It can also help to identify biomarkers for patient stratification and personalized treatment. For 20 years now, the French machining activities have been federated around the Manufacturing'21 group. The activities of this group cover all the issues related to mechanical manufacturing of machines, robots, tool path, and analysis of the cutting process.. This review article is interested in this last part: the analysis of the cutting process. The article tries to make a review of the machining activities made during the past years by focusing on several points. The first one is the behaviour of materials by addressing the cutting process in the primary zone, the tribology in machining and the surface integrity. Secondly, this article reviews the work on tool wear analysis. This section begins with the work that explains wear phenomena. This is followed by work on tool wear, and finally by models. In recent years, stakeholders expect the delivery of new features almost every day to give fast feedback about changes or issues in software projects. To achieve this, they have opted to try new practices such as those from DevOps to improve their processes. Organizations such as IBM, Facebook, Amazon, and so on are implementing a DevOps culture. However, for small organizations, which are a large majority in the software development market, it is complicated to adopt DevOps because there is no guide to follow. Organizations have experienced issues trying to implement a DevOps approach, mainly for reasons such as a lack of process, guidance, or uncoordinated activities among organizations. Moreover, some organizations have a wrong understanding of DevOps: as just a set of automation tools to achieve a continuous release. This paper presents a guide to implement or reinforce a DevOps approach. Besides, the results of a case study of implementing the guide in a small organization are included. These results have shown that the guide helped the team: to identify its gaps toward the implementation of a DevOps approach; to have a better understanding of DevOps; and to facilitate the DevOps implementation providing a set of tasks, roles, and metrics. Hiking and cycling have become popular activities for promoting well-being and physical activity. Portugal has been investing in hiking and cycling trail infrastructures to boost sustainable tourism. However, the lack of reliable data on the use of these trails means that the times of greatest affluence or the type of user who makes the most use of them are not recorded. These data are of the utmost importance to the managing bodies, with which they can adjust their actions to improve the management, maintenance, promotion, and use of the infrastructures for which they are responsible. The aim of this work is to present a review study on projects, techniques, and methods that can be used to identify and count the different types of users on these trails. The most promising computer vision techniques are identified and described: YOLOv3-Tiny, MobileNet-SSD V2, and FasterRCNN with ResNet-50. Their performance is evaluated and compared. This research surveys current knowledge about forgetting curves and their application in production, aiming to identify the main characteristics and tendencies and research gaps on this topic. Faced with the need to improve tools that allow production planners to predict programmed batches with greater precision, it was found that there are still gaps to be filled that allow the application of learning and forgetting techniques in the production process. To compose the scope of this research, a systematization of the existing literature was carried out, using the keywords 'forgetting curves', 'total forgetting', 'learning and forgetting curve' and 'forgetting effects', in the databases of Science Direct, Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Academics, which allowed classifying and organizing the developed models into 3 groups: Deterministic models, Statistical models and Functional models. This systematic process consisted of selecting databases, filtering publications, reviewing information, and analysing models, providing a detailed analysis on a topic that, despite being promising, is poorly explored in the industry, demonstrating and indicating gaps in research and application. Considering sustainability in Power Electronics (PE) is a relatively recent topic of interest. However, the existing regulatory and normative frameworks supposed to guide designers and industries in this direction have not been combined in an exhaustive way. This article aims to bridge the gap by conducting a literature review of the regulative and normative constraints for sustainability in PE. This study primarily addresses the framework at the European level, with a focus on French regulations and standards. In this study, a total of 63 relevant documents are collected and analyzed. A framework representing the overview of existing legislation and facultative guidelines for PE ecodesign is established. A collaborative online tool is developed to enable access to the inventory by PE stakeholders. The analysis of the framework outlines the limitations and challenges needing to be addressed, including the absence of constraints on environmental performance, the inadequacy of material efficiency standards for PE products, and the unclear methodology for ecodesign implementation. This work, undertaken at the European level with a detailed examination of the French context, is intended to serve as an inspiring analysis for other countries and for PE designers who are considering the regulatory framework of a European representative country. Research on fires at the wildland-urban interface (WUI) has generated significant insights and advancements across various fields of study. Environmental, agriculture, and social sciences have played prominent roles in understanding the impacts of fires in the environment, in protecting communities, and addressing management challenges. This study aimed to create a database using a text mining technique for global researchers interested in WUI-projects and highlighting the interest of countries in this field. Author’s-Keywords analysis emphasized the dominance of fire science-related terms, especially related to WUI, and identified keyword clusters related to the WUI fire-risk-assessment-system—“exposure”, “danger”, and “vulnerability” within wildfire research. Trends over the past decade showcase shifting research interests with a growing focus on WUI fires, while regional variations highlighted that the “exposure” keyword cluster received greater attention in the southern Europe and South America. However, vulnerability keywords have relatively a lower representation across all regions. The analysis underscores the interdisciplinary nature of WUI research and emphasizes the need for targeted approaches to address the unique challenges of the wildland-urban interface. Overall, this study provides valuable insights for researchers and serves as a foundation for further collaboration in this field through the understanding of the trends over recent years and in different regions. This research presented the mapping of "state of the art" research presented at the National Research Meetings in Science Education (ENPEC), in the period between 1997 and 2021. Methodologically, this work can be defined as a state of the art research, which collected data from the Minutes of the ENPEC editions, compiled it into an excel spreadsheet and analyzed the information. In the 13 editions of ENPEC, 8209 works were presented, 773 of which were about the state of the art theme. The results show that there are, basically, 3 specialist authors on the state of the art who methodologically base the works presented. And most of the state of the art works presented in ENPEC editions carry out research on the works presented in the ENPEC events themselves, instead of theses and dissertations. The article presents a State of the Art research on the training of literacy teachers to use digital technologies and media. The objective is to understand the state of the discussions and possibilities for continued training with a view to the inclusion of digital media in the teaching of literacy teachers, in publications in education. The research was carried out through a search in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) -- from the Platform of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science. Data analysis involved a thorough reading of the summaries, methodologies and results of research carried out between the months of August 2011 and January 2023, considering that this period contextualizes the development of new technologies and their dissemination in school spaces, highlighting the emergence of Covid 19 pandemic driving the use of these resources. In relation to theoretical deepening, the following authors stand out: Creswell (2013); André et al. (1999); Romanowski and Ens 1 (2006); Maia and Hobold (2014); Soares (2002) and Ferreiro (1995). The cited authors research different themes that support this study, with reflections on continuing teacher training, digital technologies and media, and literacy. The results, obtained through the analysis of master's dissertations and doctoral theses, point to the need for more investment in infrastructure in educational institutions focused on digital technologies and media and in the continued training of teachers for the appropriation of digital media in the literacy process. This bibliographical study aims to systematize research on the English language in the hotel industry, from 2000 to 2021, in Brazil and abroad. Seventeen studies were selected and, from the qualitative-interpretative analysis, five categories emerged, which were categorized and interpreted. The study showed that the research topic, English in the hotel industry, is investigated from a qualitative-interpretative perspective, in undergraduate courses, predominantly abroad, and in work contexts, predominantly in Brazil, focusing on language proficiency, pointing out, in both contexts of investigation, gaps in the proficiency of undergraduate students and workers. It also showed that the rationale of the studies is diverse in view of the different approaches in which the language is investigated, ranging from language teaching-learning approaches, in undergraduate courses, to the provision of services to tourists and foreign guests, in the work contexts. Based on the results, this study suggests that research on language in the hotel industry should integrate into its investigation the analysis of training course curricula, aiming to advance simultaneously in research, professional training and the provision of service in the industry. Diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs), including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, have among the highest mortality rates of all childhood cancers, despite recent advancements in cancer therapeutics. This is partly because, unlike some CNS tumors, the blood-brain barrier (BBB) of DMG tumor vessels remains intact. The BBB prevents the permeation of many molecular therapies into the brain parenchyma, where the cancer cells reside. Focused ultrasound (FUS) with microbubbles has recently emerged as an innovative and exciting technology that non-invasively permeabilizes the BBB in a small focal region with millimeter precision. In this review, current treatment methods and biological barriers to treating DMGs are discussed. It is currently known that problems in mathematics teaching are present in teachers' school teaching processes, official documents, and textbooks. However, is it possible to say that the problems have always been present in educational practices and official documents linked to teaching? Based on these initial considerations, this production is affiliated with the research field of the history of mathematics education. It aims to scrutinize the permanence and changes, at different historical moments, of the meanings and purposes of problems for mathematics teaching from a literature review based on the state of knowledge methodology. From the survey of works such as dissertations, theses, and scientific articles in different digital repositories, it is clear that there have been changes in the conception of problems over time. Between the transition from traditional teaching periods to the intuitive method, the term problems is not mentioned. Subsequently, the term is presented as a synonym for exercises, for teaching arithmetic. In New School times, however, problems became dissociated from exercises. They gained both a teaching support character and are also structured as a teaching method to be followed. Finally, problem solving is gaining ground in research in mathematics education field. The article focuses on the prevalence of consent notices on websites following the implementation of legal regulations like the GDPR, raising questions about their effectiveness in informing users about privacy risks. Topics include the criticism of the 'notice and consent' system, challenges in users' understanding of data transactions, and proposing an interdisciplinary methodology to assess the effectiveness of consent notices in informing users about risks to their fundamental rights.

Assembly systems (ASs) have moved into the era of mass customisation and Industry 4.0 (I4.0). Mass customisation involves a shift from the production of high quantities of the same product to the production of low quantities of a high number of different products. This is changing the way in which companies assemble their products and has introduced a certain number of challenges. For example, there are increases in the numbers of parts to be moved, the quantities of data to be collected, and the skills of the human workers that companies must manage to meet their customers' demand. The adoption of I4.0 technologies can help companies to face these challenges. However, although companies and researchers have studied possible solutions based on I4.0 technologies for ASs and have introduced the concept of Assembly System 4.0 (AS4.0), no studies have tried to understand how these technologies impact on decision areas at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. In this paper, we attempt to fill this gap through a systematic literature review that not only offers the opportunity to understand the current situation and the state of the art in this field but also gives an overview of possible future research challenges. This paper provides a literature review and an analysis of the studies related to workforce reconfiguration strategies as a part of workforce planning for various production environments. The survey demonstrates that these strategies play a crucial role in the resilience and flexibility of manufacturing systems since they help industrial companies to quickly adapt to frequent changes in demand both in terms of volume and product mix. Five strategies are considered: the use of utility, temporary, walking, cross-trained workers, and bucket brigades. They are analysed in the context of mixed and multi-model manual assembly lines, dedicated, cellular, flexible, and reconfigurable manufacturing systems. The review shows that most of the researches on these reconfiguration strategies focus on multi- or mixed-model assembly lines. At the same time, few studies consider workers team reconfiguration in flexible and reconfigurable manufacturing systems. Finally, this paper reveals several promising research directions in workforce reconfiguration planning, namely, the use of both machine and workforce reconfigurations, consideration of the ergonomic aspects, the combination of multiple workforce reconfiguration strategies, the study of workforce reconfiguration in human-robot collaborative systems, and the use of new technologies in human-machine industrial environments. The concept of reconfigurable manufacturing systems (RMSs) is a current subject that has attracted intensive research. This latter covers the entire RMS life cycle, from the design to the exploitation phase, and includes several important problems requiring the use of optimisation. The objective of this paper is to survey research publications related to RMS optimisation problems and their solution methods. For this, the types of RMS and their components are described. Subsequently, relevant objective functions and performance indicators of RMS are presented. In addition, an overview of the most used solution approaches and a classification of optimisation problems are proposed. Bioactive peptides consist of small protein fragments, which are inactive in their original conformation, and they become active when released from these through enzymatic hydrolysis or fermentation processes. The bioactivity of such peptides has been extensively reported in the literature as contributors to organic homeostasis processes, as well as in immunomodulation, organism defense against oxidative processes, among others. In this study, reports of the activity of BPs isolated from milk with the potential glycemic control, antihypertensive activity, and inhibitors of uric acid formation were compiled. A systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis were conducted, using the PICO strategy for the research. The temporal analysis of publications revealed a growing interest in the investigation of bioactive peptides with potential antidiabetic, antihypertensive, and xanthine oxidase inhibitory activities, using dairy sources as products for their extraction. The literature analysis also revealed an increase in research involving non-bovine dairy products for bioactive peptide extraction. The collaboration network among authors exhibited weaknesses in scientific cooperation. Regarding the analysis of keywords, the usage of terms such as "bioactive peptides", "antioxidant", "antihypertensive", and "diabetes" was evident, constituting the main research clusters. Peptides with low molecular weight, typically < 10 kDa, of hydrophobic nature with aliphatic and aromatic chains, have significant implications in molecular interactions for the required activities. Although there is a growing interest in the industry regarding the utilization of bioactive peptides as potential drugs, there is a need to address gaps related to elucidating their interactions with cellular targets and their use in human therapy. This study aims to identify and analyze existing gaps in the integration of immersive approaches for collaborative processes with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. Using a systematic approach that includes metadata analysis and review procedures, we have formulated specific research questions aimed at guiding future investigations into these gaps. Additionally, the analysis generates insights that could guide future research directions and improvements in the field. The methodology involves a comprehensive review of the literature, focusing on the interaction between immersiveness, BIM methodology, and collaborative processes. Data from 2010 to 2023 have been analyzed to ensure relevance and completeness. Our findings reveal current limitations in the field, such as the need for fully integrated prototypes and the execution of empirical studies to clarify operational processes. These limitations serve as the basis for our research questions. The study offers actionable insights that could guide future research and improvements in the AEC sector, particularly in the adoption of immersive technologies. This paper presents a comprehensive, state-of-the-art review of the confluence between the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Circular Economy (CE), two interdisciplinary areas with immense potential for promoting sustainable development. The review first delves into the fundamental technologies and methodologies driving IoT, followed by a discussion on the technological underpinnings enabling the CE. It subsequently analyses the intersection of IoT and CE, supported by relevant examples. The challenges of integrating these two domains and potential solutions are also addressed. Despite activities to introduce low-carbon energy sources worldwide, the share of conventional facilities burning organic fuels remains high. One approach to address this problem is to look for solutions to reduce energy consumption. There are various research projects in the area of energy efficiency that lead to diverse results—such as models, methodologies, new data and theories. On the other hand, induction motor drives are becoming a major consumer of electric power because of their wide range of applications. In this paper, after careful selection and systematization of 151 literature sources, an extensive study and criteria analysis of the existing state of affairs in the area of energy efficiency improvement of induction motor drives has been carried out. Five major and 48 minor research areas in this field have been identified. The results show that issues related to the adaptation of scientific results and the conditions for their effective and wide-ranging application in practice have not been discussed and investigated so far. Adaptation should take into account the possibilities of data acquisition, including data from measurements; the competences of energy managers; and the type of information provided to them. Based on the seven conclusions formulated below, summary recommendations are made to direct future research towards the justification of models for increasing the power efficiency of induction drives, adapted for use by energy managers. A state of the art of the insects collected and described from different Permian and Triassic units in South America is given, accompanied by their brief historical record (e.g., collectors, taxonomic revision) and new high-quality photos in color. Likewise, we succinctly provide data on the paleodiversity and paleoecology of the entomological assemblages from the different units. Finally, we discuss the South American paleoentomological records in relation to equivalent deposits worldwide. The thorough, updated review of fossil insect faunas in this paper will help settling the bases for future taxonomic, diversity, and ecological studies during a time that comprised the evolutionary history of insects through two key episodes of the geological record: the end-Permian mass extinction (EPME, ~252 Ma) and the Carnian Pluvial Event (CPE, ~234-232 Ma). The article examines post-Holocaust transitional justice in Hungary, starting with a concise overview of the establishment and functioning of the Hungarian people’s tribunal system. It then explores historians’ approaches in analyzing these tribunals, including “grand trials” and micro-historical analyses of prominent individuals’ cases published after 1989. The paper deals with the connection between the Holocaust and the people’s tribunals, as well as the gendered analysis of these proceedings. Furthermore, it delves into the contentious issues and debates surrounding the people’s tribunals, encompassing questions about their definition, legal legitimacy due to retrospective justice, effectiveness, and potential exploitation by the Hungarian Communist Party for power consolidation and elite transformations. Lastly, the paper explores the divided memory of the people’s tribunals.

Effective solar forecasting has become a critical topic in the scholarly literature in recent years due to the rapid growth of photovoltaic energy production worldwide and the inherent variability of this source of energy. The need to optimise energy systems, ensure power continuity, and balance energy supply and demand is driving the continuous development of forecasting methods and approaches based on meteorological data or photovoltaic plant characteristics. This article presents the results of a meta-review of the solar forecasting literature, including the current state of knowledge and methodological discussion. It presents a comprehensive set of forecasting methods, evaluates current classifications, and proposes a new synthetic typology. The article emphasises the increasing role of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques in improving forecast accuracy, alongside traditional statistical and physical models. It explores the challenges of hybrid and ensemble models, which combine multiple forecasting approaches to enhance performance. The paper addresses emerging trends in solar forecasting research, such as the integration of big data and advanced computational tools. Additionally, from a methodological perspective, the article outlines a rigorous approach to the meta-review research procedure, addresses the scientific challenges associated with conducting bibliometric research, and highlights best practices and principles. The article’s relevance consists of providing up-to-date knowledge on solar forecasting, along with insights on emerging trends, future research directions, and anticipating implications for theory and practice.

Data on state-of-the-art battery electric vehicles are crucial to academia; however, these data are not published due to non-disclosure policies in the industry. As a result, simulation models and their analyses are based on assumptions or insider information. To fill this information gap, we present a comprehensive analysis of the electric powertrain of a Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus (SR+) from 2020 with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, focusing on the overall range. On the vehicle level, we observe the resulting range in multiple test scenarios, tracing the energy path from source to sink by conducting different test series on the vehicle dynamometer and through alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) charging measurements. In addition to absolute electric range tests in different operating scenarios and electric and thermal operation strategies on the vehicle level, we analyze the energy density and the power unit’s efficiency on the component level. These tests are performed through procedures on the chassis dynamometer as well as efficiency analysis and electric characterization tests in charge/discharge scenarios. This study includes over 1 GB of attached measurement data on the battery pack and vehicle level from the lab to the real-world environment available as open-source data.

This article is an investigation carried out in 184 articles published between 2008 and 2019 in 32 national journals classified in A1 and A2 level of the CAPES Teaching area. The aims were to realize a scientometric analysis of the academic research about the teaching science in non-formal environment, in order to build an overview with the main characteristics and trends of the area. Using Scientometrics as a tool for mapping and organizing data, it was identified: (a) a discrete growth of research on the subject in recent years; (b) predominance of empirical research; (c) a small number of authors who publish regularly, in contrast to a significant percentage of researchers who have published it once; (d) predominance of articles and books and book chapters as main references that underlie research, and; (e) a nucleus composed of three journals that concentrate one third of the total number of selected articles, while the rest of the production is scattered in twenty-nine journals. These results mark to the growth that Science Teaching in non-formal spaces still experiences in the research, as it is consolidated as a thematic topic of events and as a line of research in graduate programs in the Science Teaching area. Since its introduction in the early 2000s, robotic surgery has represented a significative innovation within a minimally invasive surgery approach. A variety of robotic platforms have been made available throughout the years, and the outcomes related to those platforms have been described in the literature for many types of surgeries. Medtronic's HugoTM RAS system is one of the newest robotic generations launched, but because of its recent placing on the field, comprehensive clinical data are still lacking. The aim of the present state of the art is to address the current literature concerning the use of the HugoTM RAS robot in order to report its feasibility, safety and clinical applications in different surgical branches. Two reviewers independently conducted a search on the "PubMed" electronic database, using the keywords "Hugo" and "Hugo RAS". After the initial screening of 35 results, a total of 15 articles concerning the Hugo RAS system were selected for the review, including both oncological and benign surgery. Patients' demographic and baseline data were compared including, when available, docking system times, complications and oncological outcomes in the fields of urologic, gynecologic and general surgery. With reference to urological procedures, a total of 156 robot-assisted radical prostatectomies, 10 robot-assisted partial nephrectomies, and 5 robot-assisted adrenalectomies were performed, involving a total of 171 patients. The surgical branch in which the Hugo system found its major application was urology, which was followed by gynecology and general surgery. The Hugo RAS system by Medtronic represents an innovative and safe surgical platform, with excellent perspective for the future and different clinical applications in many surgical branches. The Kalman filter algorithm estimates variables of linear systems combining information from real sensors and a mathematical model of the system. It may be applied to observe nonlinear systems by means of a linearization of the system model. Multibody system dynamics constitutes a methodology for the analysis and design of mechanical systems. During the last twenty years, many ways of employing a multibody model as the Kalman filter model have been explored. This paper gathers up diverse algorithms, from the first ones based on the continuous expressions of the filter, to the indirect methods that enable real-time implementations of the observation of mechanical systems with a large number of variables. A detailed explanation of the methods and a description of the strengths and weaknesses of each one is presented along this paper, including a benchmark evaluating the performance of the methods. An important aspect of the Kalman filter is the characterization of the system uncertainty by means of white Gaussian noise. Sometimes, the statistical properties of the noise are unknown. Several methods to determine these properties are described, and a new methodology to model systems perturbed by colored noise (time-correlated noise) is presented. In Kalman filters based on multibody models, the information from a real mechanical system can be employed to keep the model behaving like the actual system with a great level of accuracy, linking the simulation to the real behavior of the system.
