Dopo aver trattato alcuni aspetti metodologici (rapporto tra lingue e scritture, natura della documentazione, concetto di sostrato), il lavoro presenta un quadro complessivo delle scritture in uso a Creta e Cipro nell’età del Bronzo e del ferro, mostrando le profonde difformità che caratterizzano tanto la nascita, quanto la diffusione e le funzioni che hanno caratterizzato i sistemi di scrittura in uso nelle due isole. Per quanto riguarda Creta particolare attenzione è prestata, da una parte, ai rapporti tra lineare A e geroglifico cretese, anche in relazione alla cosiddetta ‘formula di Archanes e, dall’altra, ai fenomeni di adattamento che caratterizzano la trasformazione della lineare A nella lineare B. Nonostante la comparsa della scrittura a Cipro sia posteriore di quasi mezzo millennio rispetto a Creta, il quadro delle scritture cipriote è non meno complesso tanto per la questione del carattere unitario o meno del ciprominoico quanto per la graduale fase di adattamento della scrittura sillabica alla notazione del dialetto greco cipriota, riflessa nell’obelós di Opheltas. Nel ricostruire questo quadro viene considerato anche il ruolo della componente ortografica secondo le linee teoriche della Natural Grapholinguistics; da questo punto di vista l’insieme delle scritture cretesi e di quelle cipriote sembra distinguersi per una tendenza alla piena resa grafica dei gruppi consonantici, pur con strategie diverse, rispetto alla tendenza della lineare B all’omissione grafica di tutti i segmenti di coda sillabica. After dealing with some methodological aspects (relationship between languages and scripts, nature of documentation, concept of substratum), the paper presents an overall picture of the scripts in use in Crete and Cyprus in the Bronze and Iron Ages, showing the profound dissimilarities that characterize both the emergence and the diffusion and functions of the writing systems in use on the two islands.With regard to Crete particular attention is paid, on the one hand, to the relationships between Linear A and Cretan Hieroglyphic, including the relation to the so-called ‘Archanes-formula’, and, on the other, to the phenomena of adaptation that characterize the transformation of Linear A into Linear B.Although the appearance of writing in Cyprus is almost half a millennium later than in Crete, the picture of the Cypriot scripts is no less complex because of the question of the unitary or non-unitary character of Cypro-Minoan as much as because of the gradual phase of adaptation of the syllabic script to the notation of the Greek Cypriot dialect, as reflected in the obelós of Opheltas.In reconstructing this picture, the role of the orthographic component along the theoretical lines of Natural Grapholinguistics is also considered; from this point of view, the Cretan and Cypriot scripts as a whole seem to be distinguished by a tendency toward the full graphic rendering of consonantal clusters, albeit with different strategies, compared to the tendency of Linear B toward the graphic omission of all syllabic-coda segments.

В статье речь идет о правописании собственных имен и наименований, относящихся к сфере антропонимики. Специфичной для ономастики орфографической проблемой является употребление прописной графемы. Основное внимание обращается на круг номинаций, которым в той или иной степени присуща орфографическая неоднозначность. Факторами орфографической неоднозначности являются: a) спорный онимо-апеллятивный статус имени, b) поликомпонентность номинации, c) сочетание с нарицательными словами (в том числе с родовыми терминами, выступающими в роли идентификатора), d) иноязычное происхождение имени, e) переходный статус имени в двух разновекторных разновидностях: апеллятив → оним, оним → апеллятив. Примерами могут служить прозвищные антропонимы, сохраняющие понятийную информативность (Николай Чудотворец и Николай-угодник и др.), а также условные перифрастические имена (Железная леди, Русская ракета, Отец народов и др.) и экспрессивные интернет-ники (Белая ворона ~ Белая Ворона, Добрый человек ~ Добрый Человек и др.). Их различное написание связано с оппозицией индивидуального и категориального, с отрицательными коннотациями, с неустановившимся характером нормы, с влиянием стилистически окрашенного дискурса. Затрагивается также проблема письменного оформления номинаций с препозитивными элементами анти-, лже-, нео-, псевдо-; постпозитивными компонентами старший, младший, отец, сын; иноязычных по происхождению имен, включающих служебные элементы. Самостоятельный раздел посвящен именам вымышленных денотатов, включающих в свой состав нарицательные слова. Изложены общие принципы орфографического нормирования онимов, такие как принцип экономии в употреблении прописной буквы, идущий от Я. К. Грота, учет переходного статуса ряда номинаций, толерантность к вариантам. В качестве приложения к статье приводится проект правил правописания собственных имен людей и антропоморфных существ, реализующий на практике изложенные в статье принципы правописания. The paper deals with the spelling of proper names and designations related to the field of anthroponymy. This includes a common problem of the use of an uppercase letter, as well as the spelling alterations between “hyphen — contact — space”, particularly the cases marked with spelling ambiguity. The latter may be caused by: a) controversial onymic-appellative status of the name, b) multicomponent structure of the name, c) combination with common words (including generic terms acting as an identifiers), d) foreign origin of the name, e) transitional status of the name between the proper name and the appellative. It is well illustrated by names with nickname component that retain conceptual information (Nikolai the Wonderworker and Nicholas the Pleasant, Muraviev-the-Hangman, etc.), as well as metaphoric designations (the Iron Lady, the Yellow Emperor, the Russian Rocket, the Father of Nations, the Sun of the Nation, etc.) and expressive Internet nicknames (White crow ~ White Crow, Good man ~ Good Man, etc.). The difference in spelling may reflect the opposition between individual and categorical, negative connotations, instability of norm, stylistic coloring. The study also covers the problem of spelling the names with prefixes (anti-, false-, neo-, pseudo-), postpositive components (older, younger, father, son), names of foreign origin, names with auxiliary elements. A separate section is devoted to the names of fictional characters (literary, folklore, film, etc.) which include common nouns or consist of them totally. In this case the spelling depends on which of these components retain their status and which are onymized. Attention is also paid to the problem of using proper names in the common noun function (playing Stradivari, Faberge collection, etc.). Ultimately, the author outlines some general principles of names spelling regulation, such as the principle of economy in the use of a capital letter (first formulated by Yakov K. Grot), consideration of the name’s transitional status, conditional use of variants. These are exemplified by draft rules for spelling the proper names of people and anthropomorphic creatures, provided in appendix.

The article presents a solution to one of the pressing problems facing modern toponymy codifiers by introducing substantial updates to the current rules for using uppercase and lowercase letters in toponyms, supplemented by the relevant linguistic material. The proposed updates, reflecting the prevailing spelling norm, are based on the analysis of modern Russian spelling in the multiplicity of text forms, both official and unofficial. For toponyms, these are registers of geographical names (names of rivers, districts and cities), various classifiers with legal force, documents of national and regional levels, official websites of urban and rural settlements, as well as media and literary texts, paper and digital maps, guidebooks, spelling and toponymic dictionaries and reference books. The authors aim to expand the scope of the rules formulated back in 1956 through recourse to historical dictionaries and existing research, tracing the historical vector of change in spelling norms. In a retrospective view, the growing tendencies towards using more capitals and breaking the concatenated spelling of borrowed toponyms to emphasize the most meaningful units in the source language become more visible. Most importantly, the proposed updated rules cover the cases of spellings, previously overlooked by the academic spelling rules, in which the division between a generic term and the name is not obvious and allows for different interpretations. The published rules also contain extensive illustrative material and necessary comments on most complex cases of the use of uppercase or lowercase letters. The proposed rules were considered and approved by the Spelling Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences at a meeting in February 2020.

İlkokul 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin yazım kurallarını uygulama, noktalama işaretlerini kullanma düzeyleri ile yazma eğilimleri, tutumları ve Türkçe ders başarıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinin amaçlandığı araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemine göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Van ilinin İpekyolu ilçesinde bulunan dört ilkokulun 4. sınıfında öğrenim gören 294 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerin yazım kurallarını uygulama ve noktalama işaretlerini kullanma düzeyini belirlemek için tüm yazım kuralları ve noktalama işaretleri kaldırılmış düzensiz bir metin verilerek öğrencilerin bu metni kurallara uygun şekilde tekrar yazmaları istenmiştir. Öğrencilerin yazmaya karşı tutumları ve eğilimlerine ait veriler ölçekler yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Öğrencilerin yazmaya yönelik olumlu tutum geliştirmeleri için öğrenme ortamında cesaretlendirici ve özendirici etkinliklere yer verilmesi önerilmiştir. In this study, which was carried out according to quantitative research methods and relational scanning method, it was aimed to examine the relationship between primary school 4th grade students' levels of applying spelling rules, using punctuation marks, and their writing dispositions, attitudes, and Turkish course success. 294 students which are studying in the 4th grade of four primary schools in the İpekyolu district of Van province constitute the research sample. All spelling rules and punctuation marks were removed to determine the level of students use of spelling rules and punctuation, students were given an irregular text, and they were asked to rewrite this text in accordance with the rules. The data of students attitudes and tendencies towards writing were collected with the help of scales. A strong positive correlation v was determined between the students scores for applying the spelling rules and the scores for using punctuation marks; a significant weak correlation was determined between the scores of attitude towards writing and the scores of applying spelling rules and using punctuation marks; on the other hand, a strong positive relationship was determined between the writing disposition scores and the writing attitude scores. It has been determined that there is a parallelism between the Turkish course scores of the students and the scores of using punctuation marks and applying the spelling rules. There was a significant difference in favor of girls in terms of gender between the students' mean scores of applying the spelling rules and using punctuation marks, no significant difference was determined according to the variables of parents education level, parents profession and number of siblings. Its suggested to include encouraging and inspirer activities for learning environment in order for students to develop positive attitudes towards writing.

В статье предлагается развернутое правило употребления прописных и строчных букв в собственных именах людей, прозвищах, псевдонимах, кличках. Правило отражает системное устройство орфографии антропонимов — использование прописной буквы как маркера индивидуализирующих компонентов антропонимической модели, в состав которой могут также входить различные компоненты, пишущиеся со строчной буквы: структурообразующие слова (в том числе непереводимые иноязычные предлоги, союзы, артикли; нарицательные слова, указывающие на степень родства, пол, возраст) и определения, обозначающие социальное положение, служащие для придания вежливости обращению и др. Правило не меняет сложившиеся в русской культуре письменные нормы и при этом вводит актуальные нормы написания для структурных типов имен, кличек, прозвищ, которые ранее правилами не регламентировались или регламентировались лишь частично и противоречиво (Петушок со шпорами и Петушок со Шпорами). The article proposes a detailed rule for the use of uppercase and lowercase letters in proper names, pseudonyms, and nicknames. It follows the systemic principle of personal names’ spelling under which a capital letter is used to mark the individualizing components of an anthroponymic pattern. The latter may also include various components written with lowercase letters such as function words (including untranslatable foreign prepositions, conjunctions, articles; common words indicating degree of kinship, gender, age) and defi nitions denoting social status, serving to impart courtesy, etc. The rule does not change the existing written norms while introducing the new ones to cover the structural types of names, nicknames, and pseudonyms that previously were not regulated at all or regulated only partially and inconsistently. The main rule is supplemented by a sub-rule exception on the spelling of names that are prepositional-case combinations or verb combinations, and a note introducing the correlation between capitalization in compound names and the writer’s understanding of the proper name’s delimitation (chicken Ryaba, Kurochka Ryaba). It also includes a paragraph applying to the following diffi cult cases: 1) ambiguous functional and semantic interpretation of words that make up the anthroponymic formula, 2) proper names used as appellatives (Mantoux test — to do a mantoux), 3) changing a surname spelling to single out a particular member of the family (for Romance and other European languages) (van Gogh — Van Gogh) or a general change in the spelling tradition (van de Velde — Vandevelde, la Grange — Lagrange), 4) rendering modern and historical names from Arabic and related languages, namely structural elements (the article al and its variants), kinship terms (ibn, bin, zade, ogly ‘son’, bint, kyzy, kyz ‘daughter’, but Abu ‘father’, Umm ‘mother’), terms of social status (aga, bey, murza, pasha), 5) rendering Chinese names.

Прежде всего приведен обзор истории рассматриваемой проблематки, а также анализ работ в этой области, на основании которых обосновывается актуальность вопроса. Даны рекомендации по правильному написанию китайских антропонимов и топонимов на казахском языке. Автор анализирует фонетические особенности китайского языка и показывает различия в написании личных имен и географических названий в соответствии с правилами правописания китайского языка. Далее приведен анализ каждого из шести правил правописания имён ханьского народа и китайских географических названий на казахском языке, слов, заимствованных из ханьского языка, географических названий и личных имён, описанных в труде «Орфографический словарь казахского языка», вышедшем в свет в Китае. Кроме того, рассмотрены способы написания личных имен и топонимов китайского языка арабской вязью, применяемых казахами, проживающими на территории Китая. Предложены эффективные способы транслитерации китайских географических названий и личных имен напрямую с исходного языка и с учётом особенностей казахского и китайского языков, а не традиции заимствования через русский язык., The article gives scientifically supported transliteration forms of Chinese onomastic names, particularly anthroponyms (personal names) and toponyms (placenames), that are closer, or as similar as possible to the original, and backs them up with concrete examples. First, a review of the history of the topic under discussion is conducted, followed by an analysis of works in this field, on the basis of which the issue's topicality is substantiated. Recommendations on the accurate lettering of Chinese anthroponyms and toponyms in the Kazakh language is given. First, the author analyses phonetic characteristics of Chinese language and highlights the peculiarities of personal and place names spelling in line with Chinese spelling regulations. Then, on the basis of the work "Dictionary of Kazakh language spelling" published in China regarding the correct spelling of persons and place names borrowed from Chinese language, six rules of spelling of Chinese names of places and people in the Kazakh language are meticulously analysed. In addition, the article discusses how Kazakhs from China use direct writing to write Chinese personal names and place names. Статья посвящена вопросу употребления числительных в российской топонимии на материале Государственного каталога географических названий, нормативно-правовых актов, справочников административно-территориального деления и топографических карт. Объектом исследования выступают топонимы с порядковыми числительными, выполняющими функцию нумеративной дифференциации. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей нормализации топонимов с числительными. Обнаружены многочисленные примеры варьирования написания топонимов с порядковыми числительными. Порядковые числительные в составе топонимов могут быть выражены арабскими цифрами, римскими цифрами, словесным способом, буквенно-цифровым способом. Выявлены следующие модели написания топонимов с порядковыми числительными: «Каменка II», «Каменка-2», «Вторая Каменка», «Каменка Вторая», «Каменка-Вторая», «2-я Каменка», «Каменка 2-я». Представлены результаты лингвостатистического исследования, показавшего частотность употребления моделей написания числительных в топонимах как в общероссийском масштабе, так и по каждому субъекту в отдельности. Чаще всего в Государственном каталоге географических названий употребляются модели «Каменка 2-я» и «Вторая Каменка». Другие модели написания топонимов с числительными встречаются намного реже. Дается оценка целесообразности использования той или иной модели, основанная на особенностях употребления числительных в текстах разного характера, инструкциях по написанию географических названий на картах, действующих правилах орфографии, лингвистических особенностях имен собственных. Результаты нормализации топонимов последних лет свидетельствуют об отсутствии единых подходов к написанию топонимов с числительными в разных субъектах. Выявленные нарушения употребления римских и арабских цифр в топонимах, отказ от рекомендуемых моделей написания топонимов с числительными требуют совершенствования правил орфографии в части написания географических названий. The paper deals with the use of adjective numerals in Russian toponymy retrieved from the State Catalogue of Geographical Names, normative legal acts, reference books of administrative-territorial divisions and topographic maps. The object of the study is toponyms with ordinal numerals that perform the function of numbering differentiation. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of standardization of toponyms with numerals. Numerous examples of variation in the spelling of toponyms with ordinal numerals have been found. Ordinal numbers in toponyms can be expressed in Arabic numerals, Roman numerals, verbal way, alphanumeric way. The following models of writing toponyms with ordinal numbers are identified: Kamenka II, Kamenka-2, Vtoraya Kamenka, Kamenka Vtoraya, Kamenka-Vtoraya, 2-ya Kamenka, Kamenka 2-ya. The article presents the results of a linguo-statistical study that showed the usage frequency for the models of writing numerals in toponyms both on a national scale and for each region separately. The State Catalogue of Geographical Names showcases that the most frequent models of writing toponyms with numerals are Kamenka 2-ya and Vtoraya Kamenka. Other models are much less common. The author substantiates the use of a particular model for writing numerals based on their representation in texts of various types, the guides for writing geographical names on maps, current spelling rules, and linguistic features of proper names. Despite the recent trend for standardization, the study results show the lack of common approaches to writing toponyms with numerals in different territorial bodies. The revealed discrepancies in the use of Roman and Arabic numerals in toponyms, the neglect for the recommended norms of writing toponyms with numerals require improving the spelling rules of writing geographical names. Digital, La presente investigación, surge a partir de las dificultades que presentan los estudiantes de los grados tercero, cuarto y quinto de las sedes, El Higuerón, El Cardón y San Antonio en el uso adecuado de la ortografía. Para minimizar la problemática encontrada en los estudiantes, se diseña una propuesta enfocada en el uso de las TIC, con la utilización de la herramienta Cuadernia, la cual se aplica durante los dos semestres académicos de 2020. El objetivo que se desea alcanzar con esta investigación, es desarrollar competencias tecnológicas e investigativas, para el fortalecimiento de reglas ortográficas. Por otra parte, la metodología que se aplica es innovadora, permite a los estudiantes el uso de herramientas digitales de fácil manejo, además genera contenidos educativos online, desarrollando interés en el estudiante por su aprendizaje. Donde, los resultados obtenidos son favorables porque los estudiantes muestran progreso en su producción textual en las diferentes áreas del conocimiento, dando seguridad y confianza para una acertada comunicación con el mundo actual. To minimize the problems encountered in students, a proposal focused on the use of ICT is designed, with the use of the Cuadernia tool, which is applied during the two academic semesters of 2020. The objective to be achieved with this research , is to develop technological and investigative skills, to strengthen spelling rules. On the other hand, the methodology applied is innovative, it allows students to use easy-to-use digital tools, it also generates online educational content, developing interest in the student for their learning. Where, the results obtained are favorable because the students show progress in their textual production in the different areas of knowledge, giving security and confidence for successful communication with the current world. У статті висвітлюються основні етапи розвитку історії данської мови, окреслюються функційні обов’язки держави щодо регулювання мовного питання в країні та становлення мовних норм. Автор поступово доводить, що історія мови тісно пов’язана з історією розвитку суспільства. Історія данської мови сягає рунічної мови, яка у 200 році виникла під впливом римської культури. Автор наголошує на тому, що данська мова розвивалася одночасно зі скандинавськими мовами, германськими мовами і перебуває під значним впливом англо- американської культури. Мовне законодавство в Данії регулюється на рівні держави, особлива увага приділяється правилам орфографії.Окремо у статті розглядаються міністерські накази й рекомендації Ради з питань данської мовної політики, у яких регулюється питання розвитку данської мови. Також автор статті детально розглядає найбільш значущі періоди для розвитку і становлення данської літературної мови.На сучасному етапі розвитку данська мова перебуває під впливом англійської мови. На думку данських мовознавців, процес суттєвого впливу англійської на данську мову розпочався з 1945 року. У дослідженні доведено, що 80% нових слів у данській мові були запозичені з англійської. Незважаючи на той факт, що населення Данії вільно володіє двома мовами – данською й англійською, питання двомовності в країні не стоїть, оскільки, опановуючи іноземні мови, молоді данці стають більш пильними до рідної мови.Разом із тим данська мова зазнала чималого впливу від німецької мови, проте запозичення з німецької мови не приживалися в данській мові з огляду на значне протистояння німецькомовному світу через трагічні історичні невдачі Данії, коли в 1864 році Данія програла війну з Німеччиною під Пруссією і частина Данії ввійшла до складу Німеччини. Данський уряд проводив послідовну політику щодо недопущення впливу німецької мови на данську., The article covers the main stages of Danish language history development, outlines the state function in regulating the language issue in the country and the establishment of language norms. The author gradually proves that the history of language is closely linked to the social history development. The history of the Danish language dates back to the Runic language, which in 200 arose under the influence of Roman culture. The author emphasizes that the Danish language developed simultaneously with Scandinavian languages, Germanic languages and is under the considerable influence of Anglo-American culture. Language legislation in Denmark is regulated at the state level, the special attention is paid to spelling rules.Separately, the article deals with ministerial orders and the Council on Danish linguistic policy recommendations, which regulate the issue of the Danish language development. Also, the author considers in detail the most significant periods for the development and formation of the Danish literary language.At the present stage of development, the Danish language is influenced by the English language. According to Danish linguists, the process of significant influence of English on the Danish language began in 1945. The study proved that 80% of new words in the Danish language were borrowed from English. Despite the fact that the Danish population is fluent in two languages – Danish and English – there is no question of bilingualism in the country, because young Danes are becoming more and more alert to their native language when learning foreign languages.At the same time, the Danish language experienced a great deal of influence from the German language, but borrowing from the German language did not get used to the Danish language because of a significant confrontation with the German-speaking world due to the tragic historical failures of Denmark, when in 1864 Denmark lost the war with Germany under Prussia and part of Denmark became part of Germany. The Danish government has pursued a consistent policy of preventing the influence of the German language in Danish.

В статье представлен вариант решения одной из насущных задач, стоящих перед современными кодификаторами: с опорой на актуальный лингвистический материал сформулированы существенно дополненные актуальные для современного русского языка правила написания прописной и строчной букв в топонимах. Предлагаемые корректировки, отражающие сложившуюся норму написания, были созданы на основе анализа современной письменной практики, представленной в источниках самого разного характера: как официальных (реестрах названий географических объектов, прежде всего потамонимов, хоронимов и урбанонимов, различных классификаторах, обладающих юридической силой, в документах общегосударственного и регионального уровней, на административных сайтах городских и сельских поселений), так и неофициальных (в публицистических и художественных текстах, на бумажных и электронных картах, в путеводителях, а также в орфографических словарях и топонимических справочниках). На основании анализа словарей, изданных в разное время, и научных исследований удалось определить исторический вектор изменения написания топонимов — к расширению области действия сформулированных в 1956 г. правил. В исторической ретроспективе была оценена современная тенденция к расширению сферы применения прописных букв и расчленению слитного написания заимствованных топонимов, выделению значимых в исходном языке единиц. Особенностью предлагаемых правил является представленность в них ранее не учтенных академическими правилами орфографии типов написаний топонимов, в которых разделение на родовой термин и название не очевидно и допускает различную интерпретацию. Принципиально важно, что публикуемые правила содержат обширный иллюстративный материал и снабжены необходимыми комментариями к наиболее сложным случаям употребления прописной или строчной букв. Предлагаемые правила были обсуждены и рекомендованы Орфографической комиссией РАН на заседании в феврале 2020 г. The article presents a solution to one of the pressing problems facing modern toponymy codifi ers by introducing substantial updates to the current rules for using uppercase and lowercase letters in toponyms, supplemented by the relevant linguistic material. The proposed updates, refl ecting the prevailing spelling norm, are based on the analysis of modern Russian spelling in the multiplicity of text forms, both offi cial and unoffi cial. For toponyms, these are registers of geographical names (names of rivers, districts and cities), various classifi ers with legal force, documents of national and regional levels, offi cial websites of urban and rural settlements, as well as media and literary texts, paper and digital maps, guidebooks, spelling and toponymic dictionaries and reference books. The authors aim to expand the scope of the rules formulated back in 1956 through recourse to historical dictionaries and existing research, tracing the historical vector of change in spelling norms. In a retrospective view, the growing tendencies towards using more capitals and breaking the concatenated spelling of borrowed toponyms to emphasize the most meaningful units in the source language become more visible. Most importantly, the proposed updated rules cover the cases of spellings, previously overlooked by the academic spelling rules, in which the division between a generic term and the name is not obvious and allows for different interpretations. The published rules also contain extensive illustrative material and necessary comments on most complex cases of the use of uppercase or lowercase letters. The proposed rules were considered and approved by the Spelling Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences at a meeting in February 2020.

В статье описаны некоторые проблемы составления словарей на аварском языке и указаны пути их решения. Основным принципом аварского письма является фонетический, где каждый отдельный звук обозначается буквой, основной или единственной в ее звуковом значении. Гласные звуки подвергаются только количественной редукции, звонкие согласные в пределах одной словоформы редко подвергаются оглушению перед глухими согласными, а глухие согласные перед звонкими не озвончаются. Предметом исследования являются существующие правила правописания и их недостатки с точки зрения их отражения в существующих словарях по аварскому языку. Цель статьи – показать пути решения существующих проблем в области орфографии аварского языка. Научная новизна статьи состоит в том, что в ней впервые проводится подробный анализ проблем правописания аварского языка. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что его результаты будут полезны при составлении различных словарей по аварскому языку, The article describes some of the problems of compiling dictionaries in the Avar language and indicates ways to solve them. The basic principle of Avar writing is phonetic, where each individual sound is indicated by a letter in its main or only its sound meaning. Vowel sounds are subject only to quantitative reduction, voiced consonants within one word form are rarely stunned before unvoiced consonants, and unvoiced consonants are not voiced before voiced. The subject of the research is the existing spelling rules and their shortcomings from the point of view of their reflection in the existing dictionaries of the Avar language. The purpose of the article is to show the ways of solving the existing problems of spelling of the Avar language. The scientific novelty of the article is that for the first time a detailed analysis of the spelling problems of the Avar language is carried out. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results will be useful in compiling various dictionaries for the Avar language.
