It was intended to analyze mediation strategies (defense and coping) of Venezuelans to deal with experiences of suffering at work, reflecting about the impacts on their mental health. It is a qualitative, cross-sectional and exploratory research with 16 Venezuelan migrants living in the southern region of Brazil. A sociodemographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview were used, with data interpreted by Content Analysis. The defense strategies were denial, control, isolation, and rationalization. Those coping were support at work, learning and leaving the company. Mental health at work was linked to feelings of belonging, appreciation, and growth, dialoguing with the meaning of work, while pathological suffering appeared mainly in unemployed women, with depressive symptoms and suicidal thoughts. It is noticed that work is central to them, their identities, and subjectivities. COVID-19 has increased vulnerabilities, especially among the unemployed. Crucial points that need greater attention were highlighted, providing clues that can support clinical practices and public policies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In March 2020, a health emergency was declared in Brazil due to the covid-19 pandemic. This has brought major changes to daily work, making it necessary to adopt duty rosters to combine onsite and remote work, contributing to the decrease in the movement of people with the aim of slowing the spread of the virus. Mental health assumed a prominent place, emerging as a major social concern, which led to an increase in responsibilities and expectations regarding the performance of the team of psychologists in the coordination of worker's health in a noteworthy federal public health institution. The objective of the article is to produce a dialogue between the work experience of this team and concepts offered by the ergological perspective and by the Psychodynamics of work, seeking to broaden both the understanding of the concepts and the experience of mental health care in the context of the covid-19 health emergency. This article aims to analyze the problems faced by live-line electricians (ELV) of electrical power distribution networks with regard to aspects related to work in the task of pruning vegetation. To this end, an adapted version of the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (EAW) was applied. Subsequently, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the ELV team, and the speeches were treated according to content analysis and discussed from the perspective of Activity Ergonomics and Psychodynamics of Work. The difficulties faced by the ELV team are not only related to the physiological aspects resulting from the efforts made in the face of high demand but are also mainly related to the technical and organizational devices of the work. However, it was possible to identify aspects linked to the dimension of pleasure associated with issues of craft, of work well done and apparently invisible to society. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

8. Exploration des impacts créés par l’introduction d’un espace de discussion sur la façon dont les gestionnaires de projets négocient leur rapport au réel du travail

Depuis l’émergence de la gestion sous le mode projet dans plusieurs organisations, il est possible de constater que l’isolement est une réalité à laquelle les gestionnaires de projet sont confrontés (Aguilar Velasco & Wald, 2022 ; Gagné, 2015). Suivant la théorie de la psychodynamique du travail (Dejours, 1995), cette recherche exploratoire est axée sur le vécu des gestionnaires de projet et les façons dont ils peuvent se fédérer pour échanger à propos de leurs difficultés quotidiennes. Plus précisément, l’objectif de la recherche est d’explorer les impacts créés par l’introduction d’un espace de discussion sur la façon dont les gestionnaires de projet négocient leur rapport au réel du travail. Autrement dit, il s’agit de voir si le fait de proposer un espace de discussion aux gestionnaires de projet va leur permettre de réfléchir ensemble sur le travail, pour dénouer des impasses et répondre à des questionnements portant sur leur rôle de gestionnaire de projet. Pour se faire, une recherche exploratoire qualitative a été menée auprès des gestionnaires de projets, appuyée par une méthodologie d’étude de cas simple encastré (Yin, 2018). La démarche se compose de trois jalons, soit la familiarisation avec le milieu, l’implantation des espaces de discussion (sessions) et la collecte de données. La collecte de données a été réalisée par de l’observation non systématique (Thietart, 2014) lors de la familiarisation et de l’observation standardisée (Thietart, 2014) lors des sessions et des entretiens semi-directifs individuels. L’interprétation des données a été effectuée à l’aide d’analyse de contenu thématique et alignée avec les concepts clés de la psychodynamique du travail (Dejours, 2008). À l’issue de cette recherche, il est possible de constater que l’introduction de l’espace de discussion a eu des impacts pour les gestionnaires et leur organisation, notamment en ce qui a trait à la diminution de leur sentiment d’isolement. Starting from a research in psychodynamics of work, the paper aims to explain the consequences of the new forms of work organization on the activity of deliberation and cooperation of workers, on the one hand, and on their possibilities of development and action, on the other hand. It is particularly concerned with showing how the denial of reality and living labor, supported by managerial transformations in the organization of work, disqualifies the language of activity emanated from workers and bars access to effective work, thus "preventing" deliberation on living labor. Finally, it questions the necessary conditions for a reinstatement of deliberation, so that it takes precedence over a thought invaded by the social imaginary and that can open the way to the challenge of symbolic domination and to the resistance to governance by numbers. Cooperation is a fundamental part of the construction of the workers' mental health and an essential pillar for building a work environment where there are trust at work. The objective of this paper is debating the formal and the informal cooperation networks which exist in the work of labor judges and the impacts they exert in facing the real work. Although the formal evaluation methods of judges are basically quantitative and individualist and there are no institutional mechanisms which reinforce the peer-to-peer exchanges and value the return of experience, we can observe the creation of cooperation networks within peers. This paper is part of the research "Constructing intersectorality in the field of occupational health: Perspective of Professionals in the Services Network of the City of São Paulo", sponsored by FAPESP. Em março de 2020 foi declarada no Brasil uma situação de emergência sanitária devido à pandemia da covid-19. Isso trouxe grandes mudanças para o cotidiano de trabalho, tornando-se necessária a adoção de escalas presenciais associadas ao trabalho remoto, contribuindo para a diminuição da circulação de pessoas com o objetivo de desacelerar a propagação do vírus. A saúde mental assumiu um lugar de destaque, revelando-se como uma grande preocupação social, o que conduziu ao aumento das responsabilidades e expectativas com relação à atuação da equipe de psicólogos da coordenação de saúde do trabalhador em uma instituição pública federal de referência em saúde. O objetivo do artigo é produzir um diálogo entre a experiência de trabalho dessa equipe e conceitos oferecidos pela perspectiva ergológica e pela Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, buscando ampliar tanto a compreensão dos conceitos como da própria experiência de cuidado em saúde mental no contexto da emergência sanitária da covid-19. En marzo de 2020, se declaró una emergencia sanitaria en Brasil debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Esto ha traído cambios importantes en el trabajo diario, haciendo necesaria la adopción de escalas presenciales asociadas al trabajo remoto, contribuyendo a la reducción de la circulación de personas con el objetivo de frenar la propagación del virus. La salud mental asumió un lugar destacado, revelándose como una gran preocupación social, lo que llevó al aumento de responsabilidades y expectativas en cuanto al desempeño del equipo de psicólogos en la coordinación de la salud del trabajador en una institución pública federal de referencia en salud. El objetivo del artículo es producir un diálogo entre la experiencia de trabajo de este equipo y los conceptos ofrecidos por la perspectiva ergológica y por la Psicodinámica del trabajo, buscando ampliar tanto la comprensión de los conceptos como la experiencia del cuidado de la salud mental en el contexto de la emergencia sanitaria de COVID-19. El presente artículo propone un análisis de la actividad de un caballo de carrera llamado The Revenant, al cual seguimos en su formación en la Escuela Blondeau en 2017 en el marco del programa ChevalEduc. Nos hemos interesado por su trayectoria de formación y luego por su trayectoria profesional. Basándonos en los marcos teóricos de la sociología de las relaciones laborales entre humanos y animales, la psicodinámica del trabajo y el método de la trayectoria de vida, hemos trazado el derrotero profesional del animal, las condiciones de su iniciación en el trabajo, su relación con los profesionales, el trabajo de los formadores con él. Nuestro objetivo es echar luz a los desafíos que encierra la relación de los caballos de carrera con el trabajo, es decir, a las consecuencias del éxito o del fracaso de la trayectoria de un caballo en su salud mental y física, y en su futuro ligado a la organización general de las carreras. Este artigo propõe uma análise da atividade de um cavalo de corrida chamado The Revenant, que seguimos nos treinos na Escola Blondeau em 2017, no âmbito do programa ChevalEduc. Interessamo-nos pelo seu percurso de formação e posteriormente pelo seu percurso profissional. Baseando-nos nos quadros teóricos da sociologia das relações de trabalho entre humanos e animais, da psicodinâmica do trabalho e do método do percurso de vida, retraçamos o percurso profissional deste cavalo, as condições da sua entrada no trabalho, as suas relações com os profissionais, e o trabalho dos formadores com ele. O nosso objetivo é evidenciar os desafios envolvidos nas relações de trabalho dos cavalos de corrida, ou seja, as consequências do sucesso ou fracasso da carreira de um cavalo na sua saúde mental e física e no seu futuro em relação à organização geral das corridas. Cet article propose une analyse de l’activité d’un cheval de course nommé The Revenant que nous avons suivi en formation à l’Ecole Blondeau en 2017 dans le cadre du programme ChevalEduc. Nous nous intéressons à son parcours de formation puis à son parcours professionnel. En nous appuyant sur les cadres théoriques de la sociologie des relations de travail entre humains et animaux, de la psychodynamique du travail et de la méthode du parcours de vie nous retraçons le parcours professionnel de ce cheval, les conditions de son entrée dans le travail, ses relations avec les professionnels, le travail des formateurs avec lui. Notre objectif est de mettre au jour les enjeux des rapports au travail des chevaux de course, c’est-à-dire les conséquences de la réussite ou de l’échec de la carrière d’un cheval sur sa santé mentale et physique et sur son avenir en lien avec l’organisation générale des courses. This article offers an analysis of the activity of a racehorse named The Revenant that we followed in training at the Blondeau School in 2017 as part of the ChevalEduc program. We look at his training path and then his professional path. Drawing on the theoretical frameworks of the sociology of human-animal working relationships, psychodynamics of work, and the life course method we trace the professional path of this horse, the conditions of his entry into the workplace, his relationships with professionals, and the work with trainers. Our objective is to bring to light the stakes involved in the relationship between racehorses and their work, i.e. the consequences of the success or failure of a horse’s career on its mental and physical health and on its future in relation to the general organization of racing.

Le projet PlantCoopLab émerge dans le contexte de la recherche agronomique, où les relations qualitatives avec les plantes sont habituellement ignorées. Son approche originale a retenu l’attention de la Fondation Daniel et Nina Carasso dans le cadre de l’AP « Nourrir l’avenir » de l’axe Alimentation Durable et bénéficie d’un financement pour 3 ans. Les objectifs de PlantCoopLab sont de positionner les enjeux des relations de travail avec les plantes, pour la transition écologique vers des nourritures durables. PlantCoopLab s’inscrit dans la perspective des Humanités Environnementales en s’appuyant sur une démarche interdisciplinaire et participative. Son parti est de conjuguer des apports de chercheurs et de praticiens selon plusieurs modalités : séminaire de recherche, focus groupes, enquêtes documentaires et de terrain. Le séminaire de recherche s’est ouvert sur une première journée conçue dans un format webinaire hybride – à la fois distanciel et présentiel pour les acteurs professionnels réunis sur le site de l’Université de Limoges. Dans cette première édition, notre objectif était de sonder les difficultés théoriques et culturelles qui surgissent dès lors qu’on veut inscrire les plantes dans une perspective de coopération au travail.

This article is the result of an exploratory study that investigated the experiences of pleasure and suffering of cash transportation professionals working in Rio Grande do Sul. The research aimed to analyze the work organization of this segment and its impacts on the health of workers, considering the defensive and resistance strategies used to mediate suffering. The Psychodynamics of Work stricto sensu was used as a theoretical-methodological framework based on an adaptation, also supporting the interpretation and analysis of the material. Seventeen professionals participated in the research, using individual and collective semi-structured interviews as instruments. Based on the results learned, the following stood out: discrepant differences between the prescribed work and the real work; precarious working conditions; lack of recognition; and psychological breakdown in dealing with risk at work. The relevance of this article is to portray the need for interventions that assist workers in this sector, tracing paths that give visibility to the category., Este artículo es el resultado de un estudio exploratorio que investigó las experiencias de placer y sufrimiento de los profesionales del transporte de efectivo que laboran en Rio Grande do Sul. Una investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar una organización del trabajo en este segmento y sus impactos en la salud de trabajadores, considerando las estrategias defensivas y de resistencia utilizadas para mediar el sufrimiento. La Psicodinámica del Trabajo stricto sensu se utilizó como marco teórico-metodológico a partir de una adaptación, fundando también la interpretación y análisis del material. Diecisiete profesionales participaron de la investigación, adoptándola como instrumento revelador semiestructurado individual y colectivo. En base a los resultados aprendidos, se destacó lo siguiente: diferencias discrepantes entre el trabajo prescrito y el trabajo real; condiciones laborales precarias; falta de reconocimiento; y colapso psicológico al abordar el riesgo en el trabajo. This research aimed to explore the panorama of the articles on Work Psychodynamics (PDT), published in the Portal of Journals CAPES / MEC, in Portuguese language, from 2000 to 2014. The research is classified as descriptive and bibliometric. For the survey of the articles key words extracted from the theory of clinical Psychodynamics of Work were used. There were 95 articles in the period, which corresponds to an average of 6.33 articles per year. The results indicated that most of the publications focused on the years 2009 to 2012. The articles can be considered as good quality, since they have been published for the most part in journals with Qualis / CAPES higher than B3. Among the main themes, it was observed that the authors prioritize the study and analysis of the work, and its relation with the health and suffering of the worker. As for the profile of the authors, it was verified that most of them are female and with doctor degree. In relation to the formation of research networks, we identified four major networks among authors, in which the south-east, south and center-west regions stand out as the most representative. It is concluded that the research in PDT can be considered modest, but of good quality, in which scientific cooperation is valued. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Discussion with the psychopathology of work and with psychodynamic (PDT) dates back to 1980 and we see a mutual influence over time. This does not mean that there would be an amalgam of the epistemological bases or even a mix of approaches, but rather a dialogue and fruitful debate, even if the questions of subjectivity are not only placed between ergonomics and PDT. National audience; Le travail des soignants en milieu gériatrique est particulièrement difficile. Ils sont en effet amenés à intervenir auprès de patients vulnérables et de plus en plus dépendants, afin de réaliser des actes techniques et de traitement de la maladie (le cure), mais aussi des soins de nature relationnelle (le care). Ce faisant, ils sont confrontés en permanence à la maladie et à la mort. Cette situation n'est évidemment pas neutre du point de vue psychologique, le travail en gériatrie étant à l'origine d'une importante souffrance au travail. Pourtant, cette souffrance ne se voit pas au premier abord, avant tout parce que les soignants en gériatrie ont élaboré des stratégies de défense dans le but de la conjurer, pour le meilleur comme pour le pire.

The APIC (Citizen Accompaniment Project for Community Integration) is an innovative program that aims to support people with health problems. The support takes place by offering an accompanying citizen (AC) in the accomplishment of significant life activities. In this context, relational process is important and complex. The purpose of this article is to analyze the influence of constraints encountered during practice on the psychological health of accompanying citizen (AC) from the work psychodynamic point of view. Results come from a monitoring process with ten persons occupying the role of ACs with people who suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI). From the actors point of view, the study suggests the establishment of support in the citizen accompaniment process and developpement of tools to avoid risk to Acs mental health. A partir de uma pesquisa em psicodinâmica do trabalho, o artigo procura esclarecer as consequências das novas formas de organização do trabalho na atividade de deliberação e cooperação dos trabalhadores por um lado, nas possibilidades de desenvolvimento e ações por outro lado. Preocupa-se particularmente em mostrar como a negação da realidade e o trabalho vivo, apoiada pelas transformações gerenciais na organização do trabalho, desqualificam a linguagem da atividade emanada pelos trabalhadores e impedem o acesso ao trabalho eficaz, “ impossibilitando » a deliberação sobre o trabalho vivo. Por fim, questiona as condições necessárias para o restabelecimento da deliberação, de modo a ter precedência sobre um pensamento invadido pelo imaginário social e que possa abrir caminho para o desafio da dominação simbólica e para a resistência à governança pelos números. A partir de una investigación en psicodinámica del trabajo, el artículo quiere explicar las consecuencias de las nuevas formas de organización del trabajo sobre la actividad de deliberación y la cooperación entre los trabajadores, por un lado, sobre las posibilidades de desarrollo de la acción por otra parte. Los autores muestran cómo la negación de “lo real” y del trabajo vivo, respaldada por las transformaciones manageriales en la organización del trabajo, descalifica el lenguaje de la actividad que emana de los trabajadores y prohíbe el acceso al trabajo efectivo, "imposibilitando” por lo tanto la deliberación sobre el trabajo vivo. Finalmente, cuestionan las condiciones necesarias para restablecer la deliberación, de modo a sobrepasar un pensamiento invadido por el imaginario social y para ver la manera de abrir el camino a la contestación de la dominación simbólica y a la resistencia a la gobernanza por números. À partir d’une enquête en psychodynamique du travail, l’article vise à expliciter les conséquences des nouvelles formes d’organisation du travail sur l’activité de délibération et la coopération des travailleurs d’une part, sur les possibilités d’élaboration et d’action de ces derniers d’autre part. Il s’attache notamment à montrer comment le déni du réel et du travail vivant, soutenu par les transformations gestionnaires de l’organisation du travail, disqualifie le langage de l’activité émanant des travailleurs et barre l’accès au travail effectif, “ impossibilisant » dès lors la délibération sur le travail vivant. Enfin, il interroge les conditions nécessaires à une réinstauration de la délibération, afin que celle-ci reprenne le pas sur une pensée envahie par l’imaginaire social et que puisse s’ouvrir la voie de la contestation de la domination symbolique et de la résistance à la gouvernance par les nombres. Starting from a research in psychodynamics of work, the paper aims to explain the consequences of the new forms of work organization on the activity of deliberation and cooperation of workers, on the one hand, and on their possibilities of development and action, on the other hand. It is particularly concerned with showing how the denial of reality and living labor, supported by managerial transformations in the organization of work, disqualifies the language of activity emanated from workers and bars access to effective work, thus "preventing” deliberation on living labor. Finally, it questions the necessary conditions for a reinstatement of deliberation, so that it takes precedence over a thought invaded by the social imaginary and that can open the way to the challenge of symbolic domination and to the resistance to governance by numbers.

Cette étude vise à identifier le travail émotionnel développé par des accompagnateurs-citoyens (AC) dans le cadre d’un projet d’accompagnement personnalisé d’intégration communautaire offert à des personnes ayant un trouble de santé mentale. Inscrite dans le cadre théorique de la psychodynamique du travail, une étude de cas a été réalisée afin de mieux comprendre la réalité subjective entourant l’activité des AC. Les résultats montrent que différentes sources de plaisir et de souffrance au travail sont associées à la pratique de l’accompagnement, dont un grand sentiment d’utilité et l’exercice d’actions dans un contexte d’incertitude. À travers le processus d’accompagnement, la poursuite de l’activité et de la confrontation à des enjeux émotionnels est possible par le développement de stratégies défensives. Dans ce contexte, l’accompagnement reste complexe et mobilise constamment les émotions., This study aims to identify the emotion work of accompanying citizens (ACs) as part of a project for community integration offered to people with a mental health problem. From the perspective of the psychodynamics of work, a case study was carried out to understand the subjective reality surrounding the citizen accompaniment. The results show that sources of pleasure and suffering are associated with the practice of accompaniment, including a sense of usefulness and action in a context of uncertainty. In the context of caregiving, continued activity and confronting constant emotional issues is possible through the development of individualized defensive strategies. Citizen support is a complex caregiving practice that mobilizes emotions.

This paper proposes a reflection on work in call centers given the proposals presented by the anthropotechnological approach. The issues addressed relate to researches conducted especially in the 1990s and 2000s in different companies located in Brazil, where health problems, such as RSI / WMSD, together with mental disorders, emerged with high levels of incidence and prevalence. The results of the chosen approaches, activity ergonomics and work psychodynamics, were discussed in terms of the widespread dissemination of this type of work throughout different countries, setting a type of transfer and technology. Thus, the transfer of forms of work organization inspired in assumptions derived from Taylorism, disregarding the reality experienced by the workers and the uniqueness of each context, are questioned. The article discusses the representations of nervous breakdowns in French films, the media, and literature in relation to the cultural and social changes in France in the 1960s. The article describes the portrayal of a nervous breakdown of a female worker in the film "Coup sur Coup" directed by Marin Karmitz, the psychodynamic analytical approach to studying the relation between culture and psychology, and the psychodynamics of the workers strike in Paris in 1968. Other subjects under discussion include the psychology of workers' collective resistance, the history of public discourse and its relation to the struggle of laborers, and the Paris riots of May 1968.

The theme of sustainability, increasingly present in the world of production, is generally presented as an issue involving the environment and social responsibility. The purpose of this article is first to propose a discussion on sustainability where the issue of work becomes central and secondly by proposing a sustainable vision for approaching work, in an attempt to bring this issue to the centre of the debate. Despite this proposal seeking to include work on the agenda of sustainability, this is not a new issue. The different disciplines that deal with work include this theme in their conceptual framework, even if they do not make sustainable work an explicit issue. In the case presented here, the proposal to create a sustainable view of work proposes a discussion among the different disciplines that deal with production, work design and management and is based on the ergonomics of activity and the psychodynamics of work. The argument proposed is based on a case study carried out with workers in the Family Health Program in Brazil and, more specifically, the Community Health Agents. The results of the study reveal fundamental aspects of the work these people do and show that, to develop public health programs that can be considered sustainable, i.e. that endure and are able to achieve their objectives, it is fundamental that work is treated from the perspective of its inscription in time, of the construction of health, together with personal and professional development. A organização do trabalho está diretamente relacionada com a forma como os trabalhadores percecionam os múltiplos aspetos (positivos e/ou negativos) relacionados com a sua atividade laboral. A abordagem da psicodinâmica do trabalho trata precisamente das consequências do trabalho na saúde mental dos trabalhadores, nomeadamente no prazer que suscita ou no sofrimento que produz. É por esse motivo que nos parece pertinente debater a organização do trabalho a partir da perspetiva da psicodinâmica do trabalho, a qual tem oferecido inúmeros conhecimentos sobre esta complexa realidade. La organización del trabajo está directamente relacionada con el modo como los trabajadores perciben los múltiples aspectos (positivos y/o negativos) relacionados con su actividad laboral. El enfoque de la psicodinámica del trabajo aborda precisamente las consecuencias del trabajo en la salud mental de los trabajadores, especialmente en el placer que suscita o en el sufrimiento que produce. Es por ese motivo que nos parece pertinente debatir la organización del trabajo a partir de la perspectiva de la psicodinámica del trabajo, la cual ha ofrecido innumerables conocimientos sobre esta compleja realidad. L’organisation du travail est en lien direct avec la façon dont les travailleurs perçoivent les aspects multiples (positifs et/ou négatifs) de leur activité de travail. L’approche de la psychodynamique du travail traite, précisément, des conséquences du travail sur la santé mentale des travailleurs, notamment le plaisir et la souffrance qu’il peut générer. Pour cette raison, il nous paraît pertinent de discuter l’organisation du travail à partir de l’approche de la psychodynamique du travail et de ses nombreuses contributions à la connaissance et à la compréhension de cette réalité complexe. The organization of work is closely related to how employees perceive the multiple aspects (either positive or negative) of their work activity. The approach of psychodynamics of work deals precisely with the effects of work on the workers’ mental health, in particular with the pleasure or pain it produces. That is why we consider it appropriate to discuss the organization of work from the perspective of the psychodynamics of work, which gives significant knowledge contributions for this complex reality.

O texto pretende discutir alguns resultados de um estudo desenvolvido pela autora há vinte anos, à luz do conceito de “reconhecimento do trabalho” tal qual a psicodinâmica do trabalho o apresenta. O estudo foi o primeiro de uma série de outros que se seguiram nos quinze anos posteriores, sempre relacionados à luta de trabalhadores petroleiros brasileiros contra a política de “enxugamento de pessoal”, versão brasileira do downsizing, aplicada pela direção da empresa nos anos 90, na esteira das políticas chamadas de reestruturação produtiva que invadiram as empresas brasileiras e mundiais, particularmente, o setor de petróleo. El texto busca analizar algunos resultados de un estudio desarrollado por la autora hace veinte años, a la luz del concepto de “reconocimiento del trabajo”, tal cual lo presenta la Psicodinámica del Trabajo. La investigación fue la primera de una serie de otros estudios realizados los quince años siguientes, siempre concernientes a la lucha de trabajadores petroleros brasileños contra la política de “recorte de personal” (enxugamento de pessoal, según la traducción brasileña de downsizing), aplicada por la dirección de la empresa en los años 90, en el marco de las políticas llamadas de reestructuración productiva, que invadieron las empresas brasileñas y mundiales, de modo particular el sector petrolero. Le texte cherche à discuter quelques résultats d’une étude développée par l’auteur il y a vingt ans, à la lumière du concept de “reconnaissance au travail”, tel que la psychodynamique du travail le conçoit. Cette étude a été la première d’une série qui s’est étendue au cours des quinze années suivantes, toujours en rapport avec la lutte des travailleurs pétroliers brésiliens contre la politique de “enxugamento de pessoal”, expression brésilienne qui correspond au dégraissage d’effectifs (downsizing). Cette politique a été appliquée par la direction de l’entreprise au cours des années 1990, dans le contexte des politiques de restructuration productive qui ont envahi les entreprises brésiliennes et mondiales et qui ont atteint, particulièrement, le secteur pétrolier. The text presents the results of a study developed 20 years ago by the author in light of the concept of “recognition of work” according to the psychodynamics of work. O artigo é parte da pesquisa “Construção da intersetorialidade no campo saúde e trabalho: perspectiva dos profissionais inseridos na rede de serviços do município de São Paulo”, fomentada pela FAPESP. A metodologia de pesquisa é pautada nos conceitos da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. La cooperación es una parte fundamental de la construcción de la salud mental del trabajador y un pilar esencial en la construcción de un ambiente de trabajo en que haya confianza. El objetivo de este artigo es discutir las redes de cooperación que existen en el trabajo de los jueces en materia laboral y los impactos que ejercen en el enfrentamiento de lo real. Aunque las modalidades formales de evaluación de los jueces sean fundamentalmente cuantitativas e individuales y que no haya mecanismos institucionales que refuercen los intercambios entre pares ni que valoricen la experiencia, se observa la creación de redes entre colegas. El artigo forma parte de la investigación “Construcción de la intersectorialidad en el campo salud y trabajo: perspectiva de los profesionales en la red de servicios del municipio de São Paulo”, promovida por FAPESP. La metodología se guio por los conceptos de la Psicodinámica del Trabajo. La coopération est un élément fondamental de la préservation et de la construction de la santé mentale des travailleurs ; elle est également essentielle dans la création d’un environnement de travail où règne la confiance. Le but de cet article est d’analyser les réseaux de coopération existants dans le travail des juges du travail et leurs effets dans la gestion du réel. Bien que les modalités d’évaluation dans le système judiciaire brésilien soient fondamentalement quantitatives et individuelles, et qu’il n’existe aucun mécanisme institutionnel qui renforce les échanges entre pairs et valorise le retour d’expérience, l’existence de réseaux de coopération créés de manière informelle est un fait notoire. L’article reprend la recherche "Construction de l’intersectorialité dans le domaine de la santé et du travail: perspective des professionnels insérés dans le réseau de services de la ville de São Paulo", soutenue par la FAPESP. The objective of this paper is debating the formal and the informal cooperation networks which exist in the work of labor judges and the impacts they exert in facing the real work. Although the formal evaluation methods of judges are basically quantitative and individualist and there are no institutional mechanisms which reinforce the peer-to-peer exchanges and value the return of experience, we can observe the creation of cooperation networks within peers. This paper is part of the research “Constructing intersectorality in the field of occupational health: Perspective of Professionals in the Services Network of the City of São Paulo", sponsored by FAPESP. Depuis une dizaine d’années, les médecins du travail utilisent la catégorie de « souffrance au travail » pour désigner ce qu’ils considèrent comme de nouvelles pathologies du travail. Cet article propose d’analyser la diffusion dans la médecine du travail de cette catégorie, qui révèle l’influence d’un courant de psychologie, la psychodynamique du travail, sur cette profession. L’enquête qualitative menée auprès de médecins du travail montre l’appropriation de la notion de souffrance au travail par une large partie d’entre eux. Plus particulièrement, une fraction active et militante l’utilise pour défendre une nouvelle conception du mandat de la médecine du travail, centrée sur la pratique clinique, dans une attention accrue à la souffrance subjective des travailleurs. Notre analyse montre que, dans un contexte d’inquiétude sur l’avenir institutionnel de la médecine du travail, qui avive le sentiment de dévalorisation d’une profession marquée dès son origine par une quête de légitimité, la catégorie de souffrance au travail permet à ces médecins de conquérir de nouveaux territoires et de trouver un nouveau souffle en transformant leur vocation. For about 10 years now in France, doctors in occupational medicine have been using the category “suffering at work” to refer to what they consider to be new pathologies at the workplace. This category’s diffusion in industrial medicine reveals the influence of a current in psychology (the “psychodynamics of work”) on these doctors. A qualitative study carried out with workplace doctors shows how a large percentage of them have appropriated this category. An active — and activist — fraction has wielded it to defend a new conception of industrial medicine’s role, which centered around clinical practices, should pay more attention to workers’ subjective sense of suffering. In a context where the institutional prospects of industrial medicine are a cause of concern and where feelings of a lack of esteem have been revived in a profession that, since its origins, has been looking for legitimacy, the category of work-related suffering enables these doctors to win new territory and breathing room by transforming their line of work.

The study of subjective accounts of animals at work typifies an original subject for research, particularly because of the historical split between the "natural sciences" and the "social sciences and humanities". Situated at the juncture of these two wide disciplinary fields, the question of animal work has been in effect left unattended. However, and this is especially true in the current context of radical criticism regarding our relations with domestic animals, understanding the investment of animals in work is urgently required. The research group Animal’s Lab has been engaged in this subject since 2012, bringing forth original results so far. The main theoretical framework of our research is psychodynamics of work. This article looks at the genesis of this choice, as well as its relevance and fecundity., L’étude des rapports subjectifs des animaux au travail représente un front de recherches inédit, notamment du fait de la scission historique entre "sciences de la nature" et "sciences sociales et humaines". La question du travail animal se situant à l’interface de ces deux grands champs disciplinaires, elle a été de facto laissée de côté. Or, et cela d’autant plus dans le contexte actuel de critiques radicales de nos relations domestiques aux animaux, comprendre l’investissement des animaux dans le travail est d’une urgente nécessité. Le collectif de recherche Animal’s Lab s’est, depuis 2012, engagé sur cette question, et a produit des résultats originaux. Le cadre théorique principal de nos travaux est la psychodynamique du travail. L’article revient sur la genèse de ce choix, sur sa pertinence et sur sa fécondité.
