Dear readers Let me join this scientific group. I am a doctoral student in an education management study program. Currently, I am completing a dissertation. The article that I sent to be read by interested people aims to explore the role of educational leadership in implementing programs to strengthen character education in Indonesia. At present the Indonesian Ministry of Education assigns all schools from the level of early childhood education, elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school to intensify character education in schools. Based on research findings, schools in Indonesia have not yet implemented this program to the fullest. Weaknesses that occur because the principal has not found the suitability of the role with the character education program. Related to this weakness, we conducted research in two schools that have successfully implemented programs to strengthen character education. The success of these two schools lies in the humanistic approach adopted by the principal. Therefore, with all due respect, I invite the reader to know the results of our research, especially with regard to the reasons behind the two principals using the humanistic approach, and how the principal's strategic steps in applying the humanistic approach. Hopefully, I hope this article will give readers new insights into understanding the humanistic approach that is applied in the field of educational leadership

The narrow field of research here is the development of a model for the building of personal excellence using a career plan that is empirically tested and confirmed, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The purpose of this study relates to the writing of a career plan, for the determination of the factors that influence the feeling of personal excellence of participants in career planning education, in relation to other participants who are not. The qualitative analysis consists of basic experience data that was collected during the education process, through 20 essays, and the paradigmatic model, with the final theory defined, and based on this, a questionnaire was created. The quantitative analysis involved a total of 547 participants. For the statistical analyses of the data, bivariate analysis was used to assess the linear connection of individual pairs of variables. The search for differences between the two groups used t-tests for independent samples. Factor analysis was used to determine whether the relations among the examined variables can be explained with a smaller number of indirectly examined variables. The final model consists of three elements: (1) relation with career (2) self-esteem and (3) perception of personal excellence. Management can use the results of this study for management decisions. The increased success of every individual organisation benefits the whole of society. This study represents an original contribution and offers a new approach that is based on the paradigm of the understanding of a career and the importance of its planning as a motive for excellence. Ozko področje raziskave je zgraditi model model gradnje osebne odličnosti s pomočjo kariernega načrta, ki je kvantitativno in kvalitativno empirično preverjen. Namen raziskave je določiti faktorje, ki vplivajo na občutek osebne odličnosti udeležencev izobraževanja in izdelave kariernega načrta v primerjavi s tistimi, ki se niso karierno izobraževali. Pri kvalitativni analizi je osnovno izkustveno gradivo zbrano med izobraževalnim procesom v 20 esejih in oblikovan paradigmatski model s končno teorijo, na podlagi katere smo izdelali vprašalnik. Kvantitativna raziskava je izvedena s 547 udeleženci in neudeleženci izobraževanja. S statistično analizo podatkov smo z bivariantno analizo testirali linearno povezanost posameznih parov spremenljivk. Pri preverjanju razlik med obema skupinama smo uporabili t-test za neodvisne vzorce. S faktorsko analizo smo ugotavljali, ali se zveze med opazovanimi spremenljivkami lahko pojasnijo z manjšim številom posredno opazovanih spremenljivk ali kazalnikov. Končni model vsebuje tri elemente: (1) odnos do kariere, (2) samopodobo in (3) zaznavanje osebne odličnosti. Vodstvo lahko takoj uporabi rezultate te raziskave pri odločanju. Povečana uspešnost vsake posamezne organizacije je v korist celotne družbe. Raziskava predstavlja izvirni prispevek in daje nova spoznanja, temelječa na paradigmi razumevanja kariere in pomenu njenega načrtovanja, kot motiva odličnosti.

Purpose: We researched important areas to formulate a questionnaire for quantitative analysis. Method: We used a qualitative research approach in order to develop a theoretical framework for the exploration, interpretation and identification of the impact of education on career plans, on the changing attitudes towards careers, the raising of self-esteem and perception of personal growth. We used Neuro-linguistic programming as a tool to develop and achieve personal excellence within the career planning. Results: We constructed a paradigmatic model and developed the final theory. By means of qualitative analysis, we identified the elements of design criteria for the construction of the questionnaire; we measured the effects of education on career plans. Organization: The findings of the research will prove useful in personal management and career management in the process of planning and organizing the promotion of individuals within the organizations in accordance with the needs of those organizations. Originality: A career plan as a building block of personal growth, based on the model of career education with the in-built elements and tools of NLP, has been confirmed by the most recent studies in neuroscience. This represents a novelty, and, therefore, this study offers a genuine contribution, and is an indicator of contemporary knowledge, based on the results of the research. Limitations/Future Research: The model of career education and the results of this study open new directions for further research of the influence of career planning on the organisation of companies and their success, which is the phase of the study which was not carried out.

Raziskovalno vprašanje (RQ): Raziskovali smo vpliv izobraževanja o kariernem načrtu s kvalitativnim pristopom kot učinkovitim načinom za globlje razumevanje odnosa izobraževancev do svojih notranjih prioritet. Namen: Iskali smo prioritete za oblikovanje vprašalnika za kvantitativno raziskavo. Metoda: Uporabili smo kvalitativni raziskovalni pristop, da bi razvili teoretični okvir za raziskovanje, interpretacijo in identifikacijo vpliva izobraževanja o kariernem načrtu, na spreminjajoči se odnos do kariere, dvig samozavesti in dojemanje osebne odličnosti. Nevrolingvistično programiranje smo uporabili kot orodje za razvoj in doseganje osebne odličnosti pri načrtovanje kariere. Rezultati: Zgradili smo paradigmatični model, in razvili končno teorijo. Organizacija: Ugotovitve raziskave bodo koristne za osebno vodenje in upravljanje kariere v procesu načrtovanja in organiziranja spodbujanja posameznikov znotraj organizacij, v skladu s potrebami teh organizacij. Originalnost: Karierni načrt kot gradnik osebne rasti, temelji na modelu kariernega izobraževanja z vgrajenimi elementi in orodji NLP, ki je bilo potrjeno z najnovejšimi študijami v nevroznanosti. To predstavlja novost in zato ta študija je resnični prispevek, in je pokazatelj sodobnega znanja, ki temelji na rezultatih raziskave. Omejitve / Bodoče raziskave: Model kariernega izobraževanja in rezultati te študije odpirajo nove smernice za nadaljnje raziskave o vplivu načrtovanja kariere pri organizaciji podjetij in njihovega uspeha. Te faze še nismo preiskovali.

In a knowledge society where demands for skills, competencies and knowledge constantly increase and change, lifelong learning is a key strategy to adjust people's performance capabilities to new requirements and grantee employability in the world of work. Good examples for this are the current changes in the logistics environment. Regularly, new services and processes close to production were taken into the portfolio of logistics enterprises, so the daily tasks are changing continuously for the skilled works. LOPEC aims in developing and offering special-tailored training for Lean Logistics and required basic skills for skilled workers on shopfloor level. Needed know-how for today's challenges in logistics will be transferred. Another aspect of LOPEC is the development and use of a personal excellence self-assessment that allows a person to assess and thus improve his/her own level of maturity in employability skills. Thus, LOPEC is aiming at people enhancement as entry ticket to lifelong continuous learning by increasing the maturity level of personal logistic excellence. A common European view for “Logistics personal excellence” for skilled workers will ensure that the final product is an open product, using international, pan European validated standards. As results LOPEC will provide training modules for post-secondary education in the area of Lean Logistics, required basics skills and offers transparency of personal excellence with a personal self-assessment software solution, regarding the personal maturity level of hard and soft skills at any time. It can be used as an innovative tool for monitoring personal lifelong learning routes as well as within companies as a strategic tool within Human Resource Development.

Heutzutage beschr��nkt sich der Qualit��tsbegriff nicht mehr ausschlie��lich auf die Produktqualit��t, sondern betrifft die gesamte Organisation. Dies f��hrte zum Konzept der Exzellenz, das das laufende Streben nach Verbesserung zur Erreichung langfristiger Ergebnisse beschreibt. Organisationen stehen vor der Herausforderung, kontinuierlich den Exzellenz-Reifegrad ihrer komplexen sozio-technischen-��konomischen Produktionssysteme zu evaluieren und zu erh��hen. Der gegenw��rtige Forschungsansatz schl��gt vor, die Komplexit��t von Produktionssystemen zu reduzieren, indem diese in ein technisches, wirtschaftliches und soziales Untersystem aufgeteilt werden. Diese werden dann aus unterschiedlichen Qualit��tsperspektiven, n��mlich der Business Exzellenz, der operativen Exzellenz und der individuell-pers��nlichen Exzellenz betrachtet., Nowadays, the term quality is no longer limited to product quality, but instead centers on the entire organization as a whole, which resulted in the concept of excellence that describes an ongoing aspiration towards improvement for achieving long-term results. Organizations face the challenge of continuously evaluating and increasing their maturity of excellence of their complex socio-technic-economic production system. Therefore, present research proposes to reduce a production system-s complexity by dividing it into a technical, economic and social sub-system that are considered separately from different quality perspectives, in particular business excellence, operations excellence and individual personal excellence. In a first stage, based on the philosophy of the EFQM business excellence approach, model frameworks and implementation methods have been developed, validated and reported in attached publications to provide organizations self-assessments for the concerned quality perspective of the corresponding sub-system. In a second stage, within the fusion body of the present doctoral thesis, the self-assessments for the sub-systems are consolidated which results in an integrated assessment solution to evaluate a socio-technic-economic production system as a whole. Thus, the aim of the doctoral thesis is the development of an integrated management system (IMS) concept that merges the EFQM model for business excellence with the EFQM-based model frameworks for operations and individual personal excellence.

A common European view for “Logistics personal excellence” for skilled workers will ensure that the final product is an open product, using international, pan European validated standards. As results LOPEC will provide training modules for post-secondary education in the area of Lean Logistics, required basics skills and offers transparency of personal excellence, regarding the personal maturity level of hard and soft skills at any time. Furthermore, two case studies of LOPEC Pilot-implementation in Croatian companiesare presented in this paper.
