Providing modern flight and technical uniforms to the aviation crew of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an important task, taking into account the multitude of adverse factors affecting the performance of professional duties by the personnel, especially in the conditions of hostilities. This implies the need and obligation to confirm the quality of flight technical suits (FTS) for the ability to reliably provide comfort and safety, which, in turn, requires testing at a high scientific and methodological level with the development of new approaches to information support and evaluation of objects of suitability tests beforemaking a decision on the supply and/or launch of FTS in serial production.The purpose of the work is the development of an information model of tests of prototypes of flight suits to expand the informational and methodological basis of scientifically based assessment of tests of prototypes of FTS.The conceptual scheme of the information model of the researched process is presented; the criterion essences of the formalization of the FTS quality evaluation process within the framework of the testing activity were substantiated, namely: 1) the theoretical decomposition of the concept of the FTS quality was carried out; 2) an informational model for evaluating the quality of FTS based on the process approach was formed; 3) the complexity of interrelationships between content elements of FTS quality is substantiated and a model of the informational and methodological basis is presented in order to increase the scientific validity of the results of testing activities. Proposals for the use of the analytical process method to improve the qualityof expert evaluation of experimental samples have been developed and the effects of implementing this method in the system of expert evaluation of the quality of FTS as part of the trial work have been substantiated., Стаття присвячена розвитку методології інформаційного забезпечення процесу випробувань дослідних зразків ЛТО. Представлено концептуальну схему інформаційної моделі досліджуваного процесу; обґрунтовано критеріальні сутності формалізації процесу оцінювання якості ЛТО у рамка випробувальної діяльності, а саме: 1) здійснено теоретичну декомпозицію поняття якості ЛТО; 2) сформовано інформаційну модель оцінювання якості ЛО за процесним підходом; 3) обґрунтовано комплексність взаємозв’язків між змістовими елементами якості ЛТО та представленомодель інформаційно-методичного базису для підвищення наукової-обґрунтованості результатів випробувальної діяльності. Розроблено пропозиції щодо використання методу аналітичного процесу для підвищення якості експертного оцінювання дослідних зразків.

The object of research is the process of determining the main directions of improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the marketing aspect, that is taking into account both the peculiarities of its internal environment and market participants, that is the external environment. One of the problems is the insufficient consideration of the modern conceptual apparatus of efficiency. In addition, it is important in some cases to narrow the purpose of the project without taking into account the marketing aspect. An obstacle may be the difficulty of developing a list of criteria for selecting responsible project executors. It is often incomplete to take into account the strategic and current problems of improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the marketing aspect.Proposals for clarifying the definition of «efficiency» and «marketing aspect», the use of a project approach that takes into account the two main components of efficiency are substantiated and developed. These include: objective in the use of resource potential of enterprises and subjective, which takes into account the peculiarities of information and communication and marketing interaction of market participants. These components of efficiency allowed to eliminate the identified shortcomings of the studied problem.The main result of research is a substantiated and proposed content and sequence of stages of methodological support for determining areas for improving the efficiency of the enterprise in the marketing aspect. At the first stage it is expedient to form the purpose of the project. The second is to develop criteria for the selection and appointment of responsible executors. The third stage involves the definition and implementation of a comprehensive analysis of strategic and current issues to improve the efficiency of the enterprise in the marketing aspect. At the fourth stage, it is advisable to define a strategic goal and its structuring. The fifth stage is the substantiation of the main directions of efficiency increase. At the sixth stage, it is advisable to form alternatives to achieve the goals. At the seventh stage, the financial, personnel, production, innovation, information and communication and marketing costs of the project should be optimized. The eighth stage – the distribution of responsibility for the project between the structural units of the enterprise.In the practical implementation of the developed methodological support there is a real possibility of transition to alternative options for project implementation in the conditions of constant transformations, which contributes to the formation of the economic effect at the macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels., Об’єктом дослідження є процес визначення основних напрямів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства у маркетинговому аспекті, тобто з урахуванням як особливостей його внутрішнього середовища, так і суб’єктів ринку, тобто зовнішнього оточення. Однією з проблем є недостатнє врахування сучасного понятійного апарату ефективності. Окрім того важливе значення має у деяких випадках вузьке формування мети проекту без урахування маркетингового аспекту. Перешкодою може бути складність розроблення переліку критеріїв щодо відбору відповідальних виконавців проекту. Часто зустрічається неповнота врахування стратегічних та поточних проблем з підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства у маркетинговому аспекті. Обґрунтовано та розроблено пропозиції з уточнення визначення понять «ефективність» та «маркетинговий аспект», використання проектного підходу, що враховує дві основні складові ефективності. До них відносяться: об’єктивна щодо використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств та суб’єктивна, яка враховує особливості інформаційно-комунікаційної та маркетингової взаємодії суб’єктів ринку. Ці складові ефективності дозволили усунути виявлені недоліки дослідженої проблеми.Основним результатом дослідження є обґрунтована й запропонована змістовність та послідовність етапів методичного забезпечення визначення напрямів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства у маркетинговому аспекті. На першому етапі доцільно сформувати мету проекту. На другому – розробити критерії щодо відбору та призначення відповідальних виконавців. Третій етап передбачає визначення та здійснення комплексного аналізу стратегічних та поточних проблем з підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства у маркетинговому аспекті. На четвертому етапі доцільно здійснити визначення стратегічної мети та її структуризацію. П’ятий етап – обґрунтування основних напрямів підвищення ефективності. На шостому етапі доцільне формування альтернативних варіантів щодо досягнення цілей. На сьомому етапі слід оптимізувати фінансові, кадрові, виробничі, інноваційні, інформаційно-комунікаційні та маркетингові витрати проекту. Восьмий етап – розподіл відповідальності за реалізацію проекту між структурними підрозділами підприємства. При практичній реалізації розробленого методичного забезпечення існує реальна можливість переходу на альтернативні варіанти реалізації проекту в умовах постійних трансформацій, що сприяє формуванню економічного ефекту на макро-, мезо- та мікроекономічному рівнях., Объектом исследования является процесс определения основных направлений повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия в маркетинговом аспекте, то есть с учетом как особенностей его внутренней среды, так и субъектов рынка, то есть внешнего окружения. Кроме того важное значение имеет в некоторых случаях узкое формирование целей проекта без учета маркетингового аспекта. Препятствием может быть сложность разработки перечня критериев отбора ответственных исполнителей проекта. Часто встречается неполнота учета стратегических и текущих проблем по повышению эффективности деятельности предприятия в маркетинговом аспекте.Обоснованы и разработаны предложения по уточнению определения понятий «эффективность» и «маркетинговый аспект», использованию проектного подхода, учитывающего две основные составляющие эффективности. К ним относятся: объективная, основанная на использовании ресурсного потенциала предприятий и субъективная, которая учитывает особенности информационно-коммуникационного и маркетингового взаимодействия субъектов рынка. Эти составляющие эффективности позволили устранить выявленные недостатки исследуемой проблемы.Основным результатом исследования является обоснованная и предложенная содержательность и последовательность этапов методического обеспечения по определению направлений повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия в маркетинговом аспекте. На первом этапе целесообразно сформировать цель проекта. На втором – разработать критерии по отбору и назначению ответственных исполнителей. Третий этап предусматривает определение и осуществление комплексного анализа стратегических и текущих проблем по повышению эффективности деятельности предприятия в маркетинговом аспекте. На четвертом этапе целесообразно осуществить определение стратегической цели и ее структурирование. Пятый этап – обоснование основных направлений повышения эффективности. На шестом этапе целесообразно формирование альтернативных вариантов по достижению целей. На седьмом этапе следует оптимизировать финансовые, кадровые, производственные, инновационные, информационно-коммуникационные и маркетинговые расходы проекта. Восьмой этап – распределение ответственности за реализацию проекта между структурными подразделениями предприятия.При практической реализации разработанного методического обеспечения существует реальная возможность перехода на альтернативные варианты реализации проекта в условиях постоянных трансформаций, способствует формированию экономического эффекта на макро-, мезо- и микроэкономическом уровнях.

The paper examines the historical development of the anatomical collection of the office of plastic anatomy at the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture as a component of methodological support of the discipline. The classification of this collection is provided, namely: anatomical models, écorchés, skeletons, anatomical manuals, atlases, tables, slides, anatomical drawings, etc. Its cultural and historical significance was highlighted. These visual materials and models helped the anatomy teachers to develop their own methods of teaching the anatomical drawing, which corresponded to the programs of other departments, namely, the Department of Drawing and Sculpture. The influence of this methodological support on the students’ educational activities in the NAFAA plastic anatomy room is indisputable, the requirements to practical tasks during the anatomical drawing from anatomical preparations and manuals are formulated. The aim of the study was to outline the history of creation and replenishment of the anatomical collection in the office of plastic anatomy at the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture, which isimportant both for methodological support of educational process of art education and is a significant component in teaching the discipline of plastic anatomy. Archival and private sources, electronic resources and interviews, visual aids and manuals on plastic anatomy were used in the literature review. Based on the analysis of this investigation, labels were found that list the place and year of manufacture. Today the anatomical collection in the plastic anatomy room of the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture is the largest in comparison with other art institutions of Ukraine, and can be the subject of a separate art historical study., Висвітлено історію створення та поповнення анатомічної колекції кабінету пластичної анатомії Національної академії образотворчого мистецтва і архітектури (НАОМА), яка важлива як для методичного забезпечення навчального процесу в царині мистецької освіти, так і як вагома складова методики викладання дисципліни «Пластична анатомія». Ця тема досліджується вперше, тому методологія дослідження полягла у поєднанні теоретичних методів (аналізу, синтезу та узагальнення), а також методів збирання інформації (інтерв’ю, аналіз документів та статистичних архівних даних). Було досліджено навчальні візуальні матеріали (анатомічні муляжі, екорше, кістяки, анатомічні посібники, атласи, таблиці, слайди, анатомічні рисунки) та визначено їхню роль у формуванні світогляду майбутнього художника-реаліста. Висвітлено вагомий внесок викладачів пластичної анатомії у розвиток та поповнення анатомічної колекції НАОМА. З’ясовано та розкрито вплив даного методичного забезпечення на якісну складову навчального процесу в НАОМА та сформульовано вимоги до практичних завдань курсу анатомічного рисунка.

Розглянуто управлінський аспект реалізації соціального партнерства у дуальній освіті, що якісно представлений у роботі Криворізького кабінету Навчально-методичного центру професійно-технічної освіти, який здійснює цікавий методичний супровід проєктів соціального партнерства: створення галузевих фахових рад, Ради соціального партнерства, Школи соціального підприємництва, Школи впровадження нових виробничих технологій, що є практичними кроками з оновлення навчально-виробничої взаємодії, у центрі якої – кваліфікований фахівець із перспективою працевлаштування у вітчизняного роботодавця. Згідно з проаналізованими емпіричними даними пропозиціями щодо забезпечення результативності дуальної освіти стали налагодження зворотного зв'язку та методичний супровід проєктів соціального партнерства. Тhis article deals with the managerial aspect of the implementation of social partnership in dual education which is qualitatively presented in the work of the Kryvyi Rih Cabinet of the Educational and Methodical Center (EMC) of Vocational and Technical Education (VTE). It provides interesting methodical support for social partnership projects: the creation of sectorial expert councils, the Council of Social Partnership, the School of Social Enterprise, the School of Implementation of New Production Technologies. They are practical steps to renew of educational and industrial interaction. At the center there is a qualified specialist with the prospect of employment with a domestic employer. According to the analyzed empirical data, suggestions for ensuring the effectiveness of dual education were the establishment of feedback and methodical support of social partnership projects.

Статья посвящена проблеме методического сопровождения педагогов при освоенииинформационно-коммуникационных технологий на примере цифровой лаборатории«Наураша». Следует отметить недостаточную степень разработанности указаннойпроблемы и при этом её актуальность. Новизна материала заключается в разработке иэкспериментальной проверке результативности модели методического сопровожденияпедагогов дошкольного образования в освоении информационно-коммуникационных технологий на примере программы «Наураша».Результаты диагностического исследования позволили авторам оценить организацию методического сопровождения педагогов в освоении информационно-коммуникационных технологий и уровень сформированности компетентности педагогов в изучаемом аспекте. The article deals with the features and significance of the legislative and methodological development of inclusive education in Austria and Belgium. It is established that the educational activity, intellectual and social development of a child with special educational needs brings the best results in the process of ensuring the unity of legal and material base. It is established that the purpose of inclusive education in these countries is the development and upbringing of a child with special educational needs, and the content of inclusive education is the need to adapt the educational environment of the educational institution, which will equalize the development and education of this category of children. The peculiarities of the functioning of legislative educational acts on the territory of Belgium have been analyzed. It has been established that they make it possible to provide a certain level of freedom of organization of educational institutions for children with special educational needs. It has been outlined that in order to remove barriers between special and general education systems, the “Belgian Law on Special Education” the government has legally approved the implementation of models of joint education of children with special educational needs together with their peers: children with disabilities can study in mainstream schools. Medical and social support is provided by specialists of psychological-medical-social centers, children with special educational needs attend classes in subjects in a mainstream school, and special or correctional classes in special schools. It is established that this Law also provides for the organization of free compulsory education of children with special needs. It should be noted the exceptional feature of this document, because if it is possible to learn in an integrated way, all participants in the educational process must enter into an agreement and develop an individual curriculum. This plan contains a detailed description of the characteristics and needs of the child, a clear definition of the level of additional assistance from other professionals. It is grounded that to meet the educational needs of students is advisable to take into account the following factors: parental expectations of the child and school, the ability of teachers to meet the needs of students in learning, social development and mobility, decision-making on the educational process., У статті окреслено особливості законодавчої бази та організаційного забезпечення інклюзивної освіти в Австрії і Бельгії. Встановлено, що навчальна діяльність, інтелектуальний та соціальний розвиток дитини з особливими освітніми потребами приносить найкращі результати за умови забезпечення єдності законодавчої та організаційно-методичної основ. З’ясовано, що метою інклюзивної освіти у цих країнах є розвиток та виховання дитини з особливими освітніми потребами в умовах загальних масових шкіл, а першочерговим завданням діяльності інклюзивних освітніх закладів – удосконалення навчально-виховного середовища освітньої установи з урахуванням можливостей дітей з особливими освітніми потребами, що забезпечить створення сприятливого освітнього середовища для всіх учнів.

The subject of research of this work is the current direction in the financial activities of small industrial enterprises – financial express analysis. The purpose of the study is to develop a scientific and methodological basis for a simplified procedure of financial supervision of small industrial enterprises in the country in order to provide qualified assistance to managers of small industrial enterprises in the financial sphere of their activities. The article solves the following tasks: study of the state of small industrial enterprises and their role in the development of Ukraine's economy, definition of "financial supervision", development of algorithm for financial express analysis of small industrial enterprises, choice of directions for financial express analysis of small industrial enterprises financial supervision, the formation of a bank of input data on four components, testing of scientific and methodological support on the example of a particular enterprise. The following methods are used: theoretical generalization, retrospective analysis, comparative analysis, analytical, analysis and synthesis, rapid analysis. The following results were obtained: the method of financial express analysis of a small industrial enterprise was proposed on the basis of financial supervision; selected areas of financial analysis under a simplified procedure; the scheme of algorithm of carrying out procedure of financial supervision is developed; the bank of the input data which are necessary for the decision of the set task is formed; substantiation of the choice of applied mathematical models is carried out; the experimental approbation of the offered scientific and methodical approach to carrying out the financial express-analysis on the factual basis of the real small industrial enterprise is carried out; appropriate recommendations were given to the management of the researched enterprise. Conclusions: It is determined that in the current unstable economic conditions, small industrial enterprises need professional assistance of consulting orientation in financial activities. Obtaining up-to-date relevant information on the financial condition of small industrial enterprises is a very important task that requires a rapid financial analysis of their activities. The study of this issue showed the lack of consensus of analysts on the directions and methods of financial rapid analysis. This led to the need and feasibility of developing for the management of small industrial enterprises under a simplified procedure of an orderly methodology of financial rapid analysis on the basis of financial supervision., Предметом исследования данной работы является современное направление в финансовой деятельности малых промышленных предприятий - проведение финансового экспресс-анализа. Целью исследования является разработка научно-методического основания для проведения по упрощенной процедуре финансовой супервизии деятельности малых промышленных предприятий страны с целью оказания квалифицированной помощи руководителям малых промышленных предприятий в финансовой сфере их деятельности. В статье решаются следующие задачи: исследование состояния малых промышленных предприятий и их роль в развитии экономики Украины, определение дефиниции понятия «финансовая супервизия», разработка алгоритма проведения финансового экспресс-анализа малого промышленного предприятия, выбор направлений проведения финансового экспресс-анализа малых предприятий промышленности на основе финансовой супервизии, формирование банка входных данных по четырем составляющим, апробация научно-методического обеспечения на примере конкретного предприятия. Используются следующие методы: теоретическое обобщение, ретроспективный анализ, сравнительный анализ, аналитический анализ и синтез, экспресс-анализ. Получены следующие результаты: в работе предложено на основе финансовой супервизии методику проведения финансового экспресс-анализа малого промышленного предприятия; избран направления проведения финансового анализа по упрощенной процедуре; разработана схема алгоритма проведения процедуры финансового супервизии; сформирован банк входных данных, которые необходимы для решения поставленной задачи; проведено обоснование выбора прикладных математических моделей; проведена экспериментальная апробация предложенного научно-методического подхода к проведению финансового экспресс-анализа на фактологической базе реального малого промышленного предприятия; даны соответствующие рекомендации руководству исследуемого предприятия. Выводы: Установлено, что в современных нестабильных условиях хозяйствования малые промышленные предприятия нуждаются в профессиональной помощи консультационной направленности в финансовой деятельности. Получение актуальной релевантной информации о финансовом состоянии малых промышленных предприятий является очень актуальной задачей, требующей проведения финансового экспресс-анализа их деятельности. Изучение данного вопроса показало отсутствие единого мнения аналитиков относительно направлений и методов проведения финансового экспресс-анализа. Это обусловило необходимость и целесообразность разработки для руководства малых промышленных предприятий по упрощенной процедуре упорядоченной методики финансового экспресс-анализа на основе финансовой супервизии., Предметом дослідження даної роботи є сучасний напрямок у фінансовій діяльності малих промислових підприємств – проведення фінансового експрес-аналізу. Метою дослідження є розробка науково-методичного підґрунтя для проведення за спрощеною процедурою фінансової супервізії діяльності малих промислових підприємств країни з метою надання кваліфікованої допомоги керівникам малих промислових підприємств у фінансовій сфері їх діяльності. В статті вирішуються наступні завдання: дослідження стану малих промислових підприємств та їх ролі в розвитку економіки України, визначення дефініції поняття «фінансова супервізія», розробка алгоритму фінансового експрес-аналізу малого промислового підприємства, вибір напрямків проведення фінансового експрес-аналізу малих підприємств промисловості на засадах фінансової супервізії, формування банку вхідних даних за чотирма складовими, апробація науково-методичного забезпечення на прикладі конкретного підприємства. Використовуються такі методи: теоретичне узагальнення, ретроспективний аналіз, порівняльний аналіз, аналітичний, аналіз та синтез, експрес-аналіз. Отримано наступні результати: в роботі запропоновано на засадах фінансової супервізії методичні рекомендації щодо проведення фінансового експрес-аналізу малого промислового підприємства; обрано напрямки проведення фінансового аналізу за спрощеною процедурою; розроблено схему алгоритму реалізації фінансової супервізії; сформовано банк вхідних даних, які необхідні для вирішення поставленого завдання; проведено обґрунтування вибору прикладних математичних моделей; проведено експериментальну апробацію запропонованого науково-методичного підходу до проведення фінансового експрес-аналізу на фактологічній базі реального малого промислового підприємства; надано відповідні рекомендації керівництву досліджуваного підприємства. Висновки: Досліджено фінансові результати функціонування суб’єктів господарювання у сфері малого бізнесу. Визначено, що у теперішній час малі промислові підприємства України потребують професійної допомоги консультаційної спрямованості у фінансовій сфері своєї діяльності. Було розроблено науково-методичне підґрунтя для фінансової супервізії з використанням методу експрес-аналізу, складено та описано етапи схеми алгоритму проведення фінансового експрес-аналізу за спрощеною процедурою. Проведено апробацію реалізації алгоритму на фактологічній базі конкретного малого промислового підприємства, зроблено конкретні рекомендації.&nbsp

В статье представлена актуальная проблема в области методической деятельности дошкольной образовательной организации — методическое сопровождение педагогов в развитии детей раннего возраста. Поставлена цель разработки системы такого сопровождения при решении задач воспитания и обучения детей от года до трех лет. Актуальность и новизна материала заключаются в разработке методологических и методических основ сопровождения педагогов в развитии детей раннего возраста. Представлены результаты исследования мнения воспитателей детских садов г. Сургут и Сургутского района, направленного на выявление проблем воспитания и обучения детей раннего возраста и разработку методических рекомендаций по сопровождению педагогов в данном процессе. Результаты диагностического исследования позволили автору статьи выявить трудности разработки и реализации образовательных программ, проектирования развивающей предметно-пространственной среды, организации разных видов детской деятельности, сотрудничества с родителями детей раннего возраста. Предложены такие формы методической работы, как консультации, семинары-практикумы, деловые игры, организация педагогических мастерских, проектирование сайта дошкольной образовательной организации., The article presents an urgent problem in the field of methodical activities of a preschool educational organization — methodical support of teachers in the development of young children. The goal is to develop a system of such support when solving problems of upbringing and teaching children from one to three years old. The relevance and novelty of the material lies in the development of methodological and methodical foundations for supporting teachers in the development of young children. The results of the study of the opinion of kindergarten teachers in the city of Surgut and the Surgut region, aimed at identifying the problems of upbringing and teaching young children and developing guidelines for accompanying teachers in this process, are presented. The results of the diagnostic study allowed the author of the article to identify the difficulties in the development and implementation of educational programs, in the design of a developing subject-spatial environment, in the organization of various types of children's activities, and in cooperation with parents of young children. The article proposes a model of methodological support for the formation of entrepreneurial culture of bachelors of physical culture and sports, which represents activities aimed at choosing individual educational trajectory for students; support provided by scientific-pedagogical and methodical workers to facilitate students’ mastering of various variants of education content; control over the educational process, as well as feedback from students during and after the completion of the educational and professional program. At the same time, the individualization of educational algorithms, variability of time and methods of performing educational tasks, a wide choice of places to perform educational tasks, methods of communication with a lecturer, etc. come first. The future bachelor of physical culture and sports fulfills the individual curriculum due to the willingness of research and teaching staff to perform the social and pedagogical roles of a supervisor, an advisor, and a tutor, which may vary depending on the educational task. The key measures to support students’ choice of individual educational trajectories, in terms of the formation of entrepreneurial culture, are the following: ensuring the free choice of forms and methods of teaching; advising future bachelors of physical culture and sports on the free choice of forms and methods of teaching; presentation of disciplines of the sample cycle. A positive aspect of the educational professional program developed during the study, which is aimed at forming an entrepreneurial culture, is the competition between disciplines and teachers., У статті запропоновано модель методичного супроводу формування підприємницької культури бакалаврів фізичної культури і спорту, яка репрезентує заходи, спрямовані на обрання здобувачами освіти індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії; супроводження науково-педагогічними і методичними працівниками засвоєння студентами різноваріантного змісту освіти; контроль за ходом освітнього процесу, а також зворотній зв’язок із здобувачами освіти під час та по завершенню виконання освітньо-професійної програми. Зазначений супровід повинен передбачати суто організаційну діяльність, інформування студентів щодо користування засобами навчання, допомогу у вирішенні пізнавальних проблем, а також допомогу у контактуванні із стейкхолдерами. При цьому на перший план виходить індивідуалізація освітніх алгоритмів, варіативність часу та способів виконання навчальних завдань, широкий вибір місця виконання навчальних завдань, способів комунікації із викладачем тощо. Виконання майбутнім бакалавром з фізичної культури і спорту індивідуального навчального плану пов’язане із готовністю науково-педагогічних працівників виконувати соціально-педагогічні ролі супервайзера, едвайзера і тьютора, які можуть змінюватися залежно від поставленого освітнього завдання. Ключовими заходами з підтримки вибору студентами індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій, в аспекті формування підприємницької культури, визначено: забезпечення вільного обрання форм та методів викладання; консультування майбутніх бакалаврів з фізичної культури і спорту щодо вільного обрання форм та методів навчання; презентацію дисциплін вибіркового циклу. Позитивним моментом розробленої під час дослідження ОПП, що спрямована на формування підприємницької культури, є конкуренція між дисциплінами та викладачами.

Cílem tohoto příspěvku je popsat možnosti a míru metodické podpory učitele robotiky a robotického programování v podmínkách českého základního školství a nalézt a popsat nedostatky a možné cesty ke zlepšení podpory výuky učitelů v této oblasti. Pro zmapování aktuální situace ve výuce robotiky v České republice jsme zrealizovali dotazníkové šetření pomocí strukturovaného online dotazníku, které proběhlo v listopadu a prosinci 2016 a bylo cíleno na učitele základních škol a odpovídajících ročníků víceletých gymnázií. Oslovili jsme 3911 škol a získali celkem 360 odpovědí. Následně jsme zmapovali dostupné metodické materiály primárně zaměřené na robotické stavebnice LEGO na českém a zahraničním trhu s cílem popsat možnosti podpory učitele ve výuce robotiky. Výsledkem průzkumu dostupných materiálů na trhu bylo zjištění, že existuje řada českých i zahraničních materiálů, které uplatňují k výuce různé přístupy. Některé jsou tematicky zaměřené, jiné cílí čistě na využití sady robotické stavebnice v jejím plném či částečném rozsahu. Z výsledků dotazníku je patrné, že učitelé příliš nevyužívají zahraniční materiály a spoléhají se hlavně na materiály dodávané přímo se stavebnicí nebo na zdarma dostupné náměty na specializovaných webech a blozích. U zahraničních materiálů učitelům nejčastěji chybí překlad do českého jazyka a využitelnost v českém výukovém prostředí. Výsledky studie napomohou zmapovat míru metodické podpory učitelů ve specifické oblasti robotické výuky a požadavky a potřeby učitelů, které by v budoucnu mohly napomoci k jejímu zlepšení, k čemuž by měla přispět také Strategie digitálního vzdělávání do roku 2020, jejíž součástí je mimo jiné právě metodická podpora vyučujících pro začlenění nových technologií do výuky. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities and extent of the methodical support of teachers of robotics and robotic programming in the Czech primary education system and to find and describe the deficiencies as well as possible ways to improve the educational support of teachers in this field. To map the current situation in the robotics education in the Czech Republic, we implemented a questionnaire survey by means of a structural online questionnaire which took place in November and December 2016 and was aimed to teachers of primary schools and appropriate school years of multi-year grammar schools. 3911 schools were asked to fill in the questionnaire. We received 360 responses. Afterwards we mapped the available methodical materials primarily focused on robotic kits LEGO in Czech and foreign market with the aim to describe the possibilities of teacher support in the robotics education. The result of the survey of available materials in the market was the finding that there are a lot of Czech and foreign materials which use various approaches in the education. It is evident that teachers do not use foreign materials very much and that they rely mainly on the materials being included in the kit or on freely accessible materials provided on specialized webpages and blogs. As for the foreign materials, teachers miss mostly the translation into Czech language and its usage in the Czech education system. The results of this study could help to map the extent of methodical support of teachers in the specific field of robotics education as well as teachers´ requirements and needs which could help with the future improvement. Strategy of Digital Education until Year 2020 should also contribute. In the strategy, there is also included the methodical support of teachers to integrate new technologies in education.

This paper describes a comprehensive approach to ensuring equipment maintenance and repair organization (MRO) efficiency in solving tasks with supporting tools and a systematic approach. Types of support for MRO, classification of MRO methodologies, basic organization aspects of the program, information and methodical support for MRO, which makes maintenance and repair body of knowledge (M&R BOK) are presented. The ways of improving MRO by using the system approach, correlated goals and key performance indicators, and also some methods of improving the MRO organization efficiency are proposed. The MRO process formalization with functional and business models and incorporating them into a common information MRO support model is proposed. The MRO KPI was described as a model. The application of intellectual agents and multi-agent system for performance monitoring, data collection and decision making are described. The life cycle cost of the equipment formula is proposed. The tasks of optimization in MRO support and knowledge accumulation, application and reasoning by ontologies are commonly described.

Стаття присвячена аналізу ролі виробничої педагогічної практики у професійному становленні майбутнього вчителя історії. Розкрито мету та завдання виробничої педагогічної практики у системі підготовки майбутнього педагога-історика. На основі спостереження під час практики та аналізу результатів анкетування студентів після проходження ними педагогічної практики, охарактеризовано стан здійснення практичної підготовки майбутнього вчителя історії (на прикладі спеціальності «6.020302. Історія*» Навчально-наукового інституту історії, політології та права Миколаївського національного університету імені В.О. Сухомлинського). Визначено суперечності та недоліки в організації та проведенні виробничої педагогічної практики на базі загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів та окреслено шляхи їх подолання. Виявлено роль методичного забезпечення та супроводу практичної підготовки з боку викладачів вищого навчального закладу та керівника педагогічної практики. This article analyzes the role of the production pedagogical practice in the professional development of future teacher of history. Disclosed the purpose and objectives of the production pedagogical practice in training of future teacher-historian. Based on observation during the practice and analysis of results of questioning of students after their pedagogical practice, described the state of the practical training of future teachers of history (based on example of the specialty «6.020302. Purpose:Identification of the conditions of the operation of physical education in Ukrainian higher educational institutions and creation of a methodical system of physical education of students Material: the analysis of literature on psychology and education, the analysis of program and statutory documents for Physical Education, conduct of the survey of university students. Results: We have established that the system of physical education of students depends on social, economic, spiritual and cultural factors. It is shown that physical education is one of the most important subjects in the educational system of Ukraine, which is aimed at providing and implementing educational, recreational potential of future specialist. We confirm that the current system of physical education in Ukraine is experiencing a period of searching for strategic decisions of development and requires from scientists development of new methodical support of the subject “Physical Education”. Conclusions: It is prove that upgrading the methodical system should ensure the transition from traditional educational process to a new one by using modern sports and recreation technologies., Цель: установить условия функционирования физического воспитания в высших учебных заведениях Украины и создать новую методическую систему физического воспитания студентов. Материал и методы: проанализирована психолого-педагогическая литература, проведен анализ программ и директивных документов по физическому воспитанию, проведено анкетирование студентов вузов. Результаты: установлено, что система физического воспитания студентов зависит от социальных, экономичных духовных и культурных факторов. Физическое воспитание является одной из важных дисциплин в системе образования Украины, которая направлена на обеспечение и реализацию образовательного, воспитательного и оздоровительного потенциала будущего специалиста. Доказано, что современная система физического воспитания в Украине переживает период поиска стратегических решений своего развития и требует от ученых разработки нового методического обеспечения дисциплины «Физическое воспитание». Выводы:доказано, чтомодернизация методической системы должна обеспечить переход от традиционного учебного процесса к новому с использованием современных физкультурно-оздоровительных технологий., Мета: встановити умови функціонування фізичного виховання у вищих навчальних закладах України та створити нову методичну систему фізичного виховання студентів. Матеріал і методи: проаналізовано психолого-педагогічну літературу, проведено аналіз програм та директивних документів з фізичного виховання, проведено анкетування студентів вишів. Результати: встановлено, що система фізичного виховання студентів залежить від соціальних, економічних, духовних і культурних чинників. Фізичне виховання є одним із важливих предметів у системі освіти України, який направлений на забезпечення і реалізацію освітнього, виховного і оздоровчого потенціалу майбутнього фахівця. Доведено, що сучасна система фізичного виховання в Україні переживає період пошуку стратегічних рішень свого розвитку і вимагає від науковців розробки нового методичного забезпечення предмета «Фізичне виховання». Висновки: доведено, що модернізація методичної системи має забезпечити перехід від традиційного навчального процесу до нового із використанням сучасних фізкультурно-оздоровчих технологій.

Having practical value questions of teaching the Russian language as non-native are raised. The problems of teaching organization under the conditions of absence in higher education institutions of preparatory faculties are covered. The difficulties of learning the programs of additional education in the field of teaching Russian as non-native language at the same time with vocational education by the students who have inadequate or no knowledge of the Russian language are characterized. The analysis of a number of the published methodical materials for teaching Russian as non-native language is presented. The author comes to the conclusion that the texts, the characters’ dialogues, included in educational complexes, are oriented to the students from far-abroad. It is shown that although there is a terminological distinction between the concepts "Russian as foreign language" and "Russian as non-native language" declared in scientific literature, it finds no realization when developing educational and methodical materials. The author points out the expediency of such measures as documentary fixed requirement of possession of the 1 st certification level of proficiency in the Russian language at entering the higher educational institution, providing the opportunity to form the educational groups of students-foreigners, the solution of the problem of development of adequate methodical support for teaching the students from the near-abroad Поднимаются имеющие практическое значение вопросы обучения русскому языку как неродному. Освещаются проблемы организации обучения в условиях отсутствия в вузах подготовительных факультетов. Характеризуются трудности освоения студентами, не владеющими или недостаточно владеющими русским языком, программ дополнительного образования в области обучения русскому языку как неродному одновременно с получением образования по специальности. Представлен анализ ряда опубликованных методических материалов для обучения русскому языку как неродному. Автор приходит к заключению, что тексты, диалоги персонажей, включенные в учебные комплексы, ориентированы на учащихся из дальнего зарубежья. Показано, что при декларируемом в научной литературе терминологическом разделении понятий «русский язык как иностранный» и «русский язык как неродной» практического воплощения при разработке учебно-методических материалов эта дифференциация не находит. Автор указывает на целесообразность таких мер, как документальное закрепление требования владения I сертификационным уровнем владения русским языком при поступлении в высшее учебное заведение, предоставление возможности формирования учебных групп из студентов-иностранцев, решение задачи разработки адекватного методического обеспечения для обучения студентов из ближнего зарубежья
