It would not be an exaggeration to say that there is still an opinion, at least among the masses, that in pre-revolutionary times literacy was poorly developed among the Kalmyks. It was believed that representatives of the clergy and noble classes ― Noyons and Zaisangs — were literate. The clergy accounted for the largest percentage of literates, which was due to their type of activity. Nevertheless, there was an opinion that even among them the bulk was mired in drunkenness and deception of the ignorant masses of the people. The purpose of the proposed work is, as far as possible, to answer some of the above questions, although the study and coverage of the content of the problem as a whole is not a matter of one article. Materials and methods. To solve these problems, archival material, which is being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, is mainly involved. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to approach the resolution of certain emerging problems, abandoning the recent habit of approaching the analysis of a diverse historical panorama with a single pre-regulating theoretical attitude. Descriptive, historical-comparative, historical-genetic and analytical methods were used in the study. Results. In Kalmyk society, representatives of the Noyono-Zaisang environment were primarily literate. The Noyons were almost all literate, including their wives. The Zaisangs had a fairly high literacy rate; there were also women among the literate, but their number was small. There are no specific data on commoners, but it can be assumed that the number of literate among them was small. In the XVIII century. literacy education in general in the Kalmyk Khanate went in two directions. Russian Russian was taught to the representatives of the Kalmyks, and the Russians — Kalmyk. This training was initiated by the Russian government (translators, interpreters, etc. were needed) and spontaneously, in the process of everyday communication between representatives of neighboring peoples.

This research investigates the inclinations of students studying translation (from English/French to Arabic) with regard to group versus individualized training. In exploring perceived effectiveness, the study considers factors such as teamwork, tailored strategies, external influences, and the incorporation of methods with cultural sensitivity. The survey findings indicate a pronounced inclination towards group training, emphasizing the value of collaboration, idea exchange, and constructive peer feedback. While individualized instruction is appreciated for its personalized approach, external elements significantly influence training preferences. Participants express a preference for sessions concentrating on specific translation techniques, underscoring the importance of summarization skills. The aspiration is for a curriculum that integrates a variety of techniques and cultural awareness, striking a balance between group and individualized training.

- Abstract
While the message emanating from physiological and psychological research has extolled the general advantages of exercise in physical and cognitive health, the social distancing and the impossibility of group exercises have revealed more complex conditions. Therefore, we performed an experimental study comparing the effect of individual and group cognitive-motor training on reconstructing subjective well-being (SWB) and quality of life (QOL) in older males who recovered from COVID-19. The study's design is a single-blind, randomized controlled trial (RCT). The participants, 36 older men (65–80 yrs.) recovering from COVID-19, were randomly divided into (1) Group A (cognitive-motor training, G-CMT); (2) Group B (individual cognitive-motor training, I-CMT); and (3) Group C (control). Both training interventions involved performing a training protocol (cognitive-motor training) twice a week for four weeks. The outcomes included an assessment of the SWB and QOL of participants by SWB scale and world health organization QOL scale at baseline and two weeks after interventions. Except for the effect of age and number of children variables on QOL, other demographic variables had no significant effect on the results of SWB or WHOQOL of participants (P > 0.05). The SWB results in G-CMT were better than I-CMT and control groups in emotional and social well-being domains. Also, WHOQOL test results in G-CMT were better than control groups in domains of psychological and social relationships, whereas I-CMT performed better than G-CMT and control groups in domains of cognitive well-being, physical health, and environment. The results revealed that the mean test scores of SWB and WHOQOL in G-CMT and I-CMT were better than the control group (P ≤ 0.001). The positive effects of cognitive-motor training on reconstructing SWB and QOL are associated with the synchronicity of cognitive and motor components in these exercises. We suggest that the emotional, social, and psychological benefits of cognitive-motor training override cognitive, physical, and environmental changes. The future line of the present study will include pathophysiology and further clinical aspect of recovering from COVID-19. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article defines the essence and basic characteristics of automated training systems based on information and communication technologies. An automated learning system is a technology that can automatically adjust the educational process in accordance with the actual level of educational achievement of a student, as well as his individual characteristics. A comparative analysis of individual traditional and automated training systems based on information and communication technologies was carried out. There are several indicators based on which you can determine whether the training system is individual. It is worth noting that individual training systems are only beginning to actively develop and gradually introduce -such systems have not yet become widespread even in the developed countries of the world. In our opinion, in the future, individual training systems will become the engine for the development of new pedagogy, a strategy for personifying education and expanding learning opportunities.

PHYSICAL fitness centers , *PHYSICAL training & conditioning - Abstract
Individualized intervention structured through personalized training is an important tool for exercise professionals and service of potential importance for the health and well- being of exercisers. Personalized training is a practice developed nationally by thousands of professionals and relatively common in various contexts, where gyms and health clubs stand out in particular. Considering the reduced national production of literature on this topic and assuming the importance and relevance of issuing updated recommendations that derive from concrete limitations observed in the context of practice, this article has the main objective of issuing guidelines and operational recommendations that allow for gauging and regulation of the work implemented in this context, aiming at a critical reflection and improvement of the service provided. The recommendations issued also seek, in addition to the support associated with the performance of the professional practice, to help to clarify what should constitute and delimit the provision of this service in the eyes of a practitioner, pointing out a path that aims to standardize behaviors and actions ethically and professionally recommended, which can and should be assumed in the provision of personalized training, and allow to create a clearer, more objective, an d social image of this individualized service. DIAGNOSIS of diabetes , *HEMOGLOBINS , *INSULIN therapy , *OUTPATIENT medical care - Abstract
Objective: This study examines whether any difference in hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels exists among diabetic patients who had group-based training in a diabetes school and patients who were individually trained in outpatient clinics. Methods: This study was conducted in Karabuk University Education and Research Hospital, Turkey, between March/2016 and March/2018. The HbA1c levels of 96 patients who were trained in a diabetes school and 99 patients who were individually trained in the outpatient clinic were measured. The treatments of the patients trained in the outpatient clinic had also recently been changed, either by the addition of a new medication (oral anti-diabetic drugs or insulin) and/or by increasing the dosages of their current medications. Results: The mean HbA1c level was 9.29±1.90 for the diabetes school patients and 9.73±1.22 for the individually trained group patients (p>0.05). It was found that HbA1c regressed to 8.25±1.84 three months after the training in a school, while the regression was 8.34±1.66 in the outpatient trained group (p>0.05). No difference was detected between groups in terms of lowering HbA1C. Group-based training provided a more efficient HbA1c decrease in male patients, who had a body mass index (BMI) of =30, and in those who received intensive insulin therapy. However, at the first year follow up, HbA1c showed a tendency to increase again in the diabetes school group. Conclusion: Group-based training is a cost-effective method that may also decrease anti-diabetic requirement and provides more patient satisfaction, along with higher patient compliance. However, for long-term success, the training should be continuous and should be held at least once a year to provide up-to-date information. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PLANT capacity , *CAPACITY building , *SCHISTOSOMIASIS , *PREVENTIVE medicine , *RESEARCH implementation - Abstract
For the Regional Network on Asian Schistosomiasis and Other Helminth Zoonosis (RNAS+), capacity building with emphasis on modern technology with correspondence to traditional techniques was found to be a priority. This article summarized the actual needs of capacity building among RNAS+ member countries and the working mechanism of capacity building during the last 20 years. The needs with respect to the RNAS+ target diseases are highly correlated with the research priorities, since most problems with regard to the performance of the national disease control programme in the member countries are connected with inadequate capacity in relation to implementation of innovative research, epidemiological investigations, laboratory performance; and sociological investigations. The capacity building arranged through RNAS+ platform includes short training courses, individual training in member institutions, e.g., supervision of Ph.D./Masters students; postdoctoral training; and internship training in institutions of southeast Asia as well as in famous institutions of Europe and the United States. In the future, capacity building will focus on platform design and technical standardization aiming at fostering research capacity in the future. Moreover, new training projects, such as massive online courses (MOOC) will be explored under RNAS+ platform. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The forming experiment is showed to be the method of scientific psychological and pedagogical research and the process of school education. Іt is primarily a practice of school training and upbringing, and only then, in the second turn, it can be considered as a scientific method. It is shown that the practice of the school educational process, becoming experimental, acquires an additional function – the function of the scientific method of psychological and pedagogical research. It is established that the transformation of the scheme of factor planning into a special subject of pupils’ learning the structural characteristics of educational activities and the organization of active learning activities with them is a condition of pupils’ productive individual constructing their own educational activities and corresponds to the pedagogical objectives of the forming experiment. It is found out that the individual forming experiment helps to discover the regularities of the formation of the training peculiarities in the conditions of individual education. It is established that the forming experiment allows us to study and evaluate not only the things that exists, but also the things that should exist, because it allows us to study phenomena in the most favorable conditions for their development (one can even say that in the most natural conditions). It is shown that the forming experiment was practiced in its development. It is found that mnemonic activities and its formation take place at two stages: firstly, mastering mental operations as independent actions, then – as means of mnemonic activities. It is confirmed that the further development of the forming experiment was associated with the implementation of the general theoretical position on the indissoluble connection of mental and external subject activities in specific psychological research.

A characteristic feature of the modern process of military construction in Ukraine is its focus on creating a European model of the Armed Forces, which accumulates the best features of modern armies, the armed forces of a democratic state, designed to operate in the realities of the twenty-first century. The constant increase in requirements for the level of training of personnel, especially officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, necessitates ensuring the professional readiness of servicemen to perform assigned tasks. In the context of the full-scale armed aggression of the RF against Ukraine, the implementation of Ukraine's strategic course to join the Euro-Atlantic community, structural and systemic changes in the organization and approaches to the professional development of officers of military organizational structures in the system of individual training are of particular relevance. The analysis of the current state of professional development of officers made it possible to highlight the prospects for implementing the positive experience of practical training of military specialists. Promising areas for further reform of the officer development system are: ensuring effective managerial, personnel, logistical and technical level of professional development of officers, and increasing cooperation with military specialists from NATO member states. The professional development of officers will contribute to the quality performance of their duties and increase the level of their professional knowledge, which largely depends on the attitude of commanders (chiefs) of all levels, officials of educational and social-psychological work, personnel and support services to this process. The ultimate goal of the professional development of officers should be to increase the combat capabilities of the military organizational structure through the professional development of personnel.,

Obtaining tacit knowledge in sports skill learning is difficult. Although, coaches can give their learners easy to understand instructions to obtain the tacit knowledge. The coaches monitor, analyse and interpret learners' physical movement based on the coaches' experiences, then they give the instruction. In self-training without coaches, it is difficult for learners to analyse own growing status and interpret their achievement goal. We developed an Automatically Superimposed-video Creating System (ASCS) in order to support analysis and interpret the learners' status and achievement level of the skill. Our system has several independent modules to create each instruction, and the learners can choose one module. We assume two achievement models to select suitable modules. Achievement models show a growing process of learners' skills in time series. We conducted a survey to find out the models. We found combined growth patterns which consisted of two assumed models. It suggests a possibility of the two assumed models. In addition, the survey suggested the relationship between modules and models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: This study compared the effects of individual and group training on general health and stress of parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Methods: A sample of 75 parents of children referring to Autistic Children Foundation (including 50 parents in two experimental groups and 25 parents in control group) was taken into account. Sample parents were selected through Accessible Sampling Method. Results: In order to diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorders, questionnaires such as Goldberg–Williams’ (1998), General Health, Abedin’s (1993) Stress, and Gars’ (1995) (Gilliam) were used while in order to analyze the gathered data, the correlation method (comparison of pre-test and post-test means), independent-t (comparison of control and experimental groups) and one-way covariance (a survey of effects left by individual and group training methods on parents with emphasis being laid on control and experimental groups) were used. Discussion: There was no difference between parents receiving training in group and those receiving training in individual form. With respect to the correlation between general health and stress levels, both group and individual trainings resulted in a raise in general health and stress levels of parents.

As a result of my cadets' reluctance to attend practical sessions of military physical training, a situation generated by the content of the imposed curriculum, I have taken the decision to carry out some research on their preferences regarding physical training activities. The only way to engage them in an active and continuous manner whilst at the same time ensuring that they enjoy such activities is to adapt the requirements to the cadets' needs. This can be achieved by pursuing the graduate's model from the physical development point of view, by cultivating physical abilities and by developing motor abilities specific to the military field. The present paper identifies the purposes of physical training, adapted to the requirements of the end product's beneficiary, namely "the graduate from the higher military institution", and to the cadets' needs in accordance with the educational ideal. Based on the information processed from the questionnaires, the research results indicated a greater need for collective rather than individual sports activities, in spite of the fact that participants are fully aware that it is only by training individually, as well as by getting at least satisfactory scores in the topic areas of the discipline that one can pass physical fitness tests, and achieve the minimum. WOMEN handball players ,HANDBALL training & conditioning - Abstract
Performance sport is a specific activity which limits the physical and mental possibilities of the individual, a social experiment in which an impressive number of sciences and disciplines with scientific characteristics test their forces. The intervention of the psychological preparing and assistance on athletes has as starting point the need to increase the mental capacities and to adapt them to the limit requirements of the specific activities, and as an ending point to achieve the mental „skills‖ which will satisfy those needs under reliable conditions of the psychobehavioral sistem. The aim of the research consitutes, on the one hand, the study, analysis and acknowledgement of particular psychological personalities of the athletes and their manner of evolution in terms of their dominant sensorial perception; on the other hand, to improve the process of sports training in light to increase the general level of sports performances, in the game of handball. The subjects taking part in the research are 14 female handball players with ages ranging from 14 to 16 years old, members of the Handball Sports Club Association Veraflor Braşov. Methods of testing include: the sensorial perception test, the questionnaire contains 15 items, each having 4 possible answers. (AVKD) Auto-observation - Each subject has watched selected video sequences from their training, after which they were invited to describe aloud the accuracy of their activities and on how they communicate with their teammates. Conversation - it targeted the same formative effect through feedback, observing the way in which the female handball players are selecting perceptive data, how they systematize it, how they verbalize it and how they introduce them into their behavior. This research highlights the importance of mental processes in performance sports activities. The result of the research contribute to the confirmation of the hypothesis that the application of a specific methodology in the process of preparation helps the development of the secondary channels of perception in training and implicitly at the increasing of general level of the individual and group sports performances. Lagging in cognitive, psychomotor and functional development is observed in children with mental retardation. Training of the balance function promotes training of the central nervous, sensory and musculoskeletal systems in children with delayed mental development and is an important element of the physical culture program in inclusive education. The objective of the study is to assess the impact on the static balance function of an adapted physical education program for people with delayed mental development in inclusive education. The study was conducted on the basis of the secondary school of the Village of Sovkhoz imeni Lenina with inclusive education. Two groups were formed: a control group and an experimental group of 23 people each (25 boys and 21 girls altogether), with an average age of 9.7 ± 1.6 years. The equilibrium function and the quality of balance management were evaluated using the computer stabilography method. The survey was conducted twice at the beginning and at the end of the study. The experiment lasted six months. The children of the control and experimental groups studied according to the standard school program of V. I. Lyakh and A. A. Zdanevich (2018), but for the children of the experimental group, the physical culture program was adapted in accordance with the available nosology and included individual training on a stabilometric platform with biofeedback 3 times a week, for 30 minutes each. According to the results of the ascertaining study of the balance function and the quality of balance management, almost 70 % of the children in both groups had a pronounced violation of the balance function. The inclusion of individual training on a stabilometric platform with biofeedback improved the balance function and quality of balance in the children of the experimental group compared to the control group. They had less use of the visual analyzer and improved vestibular stability when performing the postural Romberg test., Бизнес.

POLICE training ,POLICE education ,EDUCATIONAL technology ,AFGHANISTAN. National Police - Abstract
In developed countries, content delivery and selection of simulation technologies is based on intended use, planned content and resources available. In these settings, choices of simulation for training or competency assessment are usually only limited by time, expertise and resource availability. However, in failed state settings such as Afghanistan the use of specific technologies, the availability of support infrastructure, and cultural considerations (including baseline educational skills) are a factor in selection and use, as the available approaches to the delivery of content and use of simulation for training, education and assessment may be limited by the circumstances of place. This situation results in unique challenges to the provision of education and the rebuilding of training and educational institutions, with occasional novel solutions to defined obstacles to effective training and competency assessment. Examples discussed range from purely cultural (such as Dari having one word and related concept for the English equivalents of Task, Job and Occupation), a consideration which has significant impact on initial training and subsequent assessment of individual capability, to more technically complex issues. This paper will discuss a sample of the lessons learned in training delivery and assessment of student capabilities for the Afghan National Police. The information included is drawn from a combination of onsite personal observation in Afghanistan by the author between July 2013 and March 2014, Training Assessment Team reports for training conduct before and after handover to local authorities by the NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan (NTM-A) for the 13 enduring Provincial Training Centers, interviews with staff from NTMA, the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan (EUPOL), German Police Project Team (GPPT), the International Police Coordination Board (IPCB), and relevant findings from the NATO lessons learned repository for that same period. This information was collected during the final nine months of the Canadian contribution to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the use of training aids in the tennis training of both younger and older school children, in large and smaller tennis clubs. The theoretical part is focused on the processing of knowledge about tennis, the sports training of children playing tennis, as well as specific training aids used in tennis training and factors that affect tennis performance. Four tennis clubs were involved in the research. Some of the largest tennis clubs in the Czech Republic - TK Sparta Praha and I. ČLTK Praha - were deliberately selected for the category of large tennis clubs. From the category of smaller tennis clubs, the TenisCentrum Dobříš and F. H. TK Dobřichovice clubs were chosen by lot. In these clubs, observation of childrens' training units took place, which were compared and then showed whether training aids were used in selected clubs. These results are depicted using tables and graphs in the results of this work. After comparison, it was found that training aids were used in large clubs in 83,54 % of the monitored trainings and in smaller clubs in 78,13 % of trainings. The most commonly used tool was cones, which occurred in 71,43 % of the observed workouts.

In nato usklajevanje skupin znotraj zahtev moštvene igre. Zato so v nalogi predstavljene nekatere vaje osnovnih tehničnih elementov, situacijske vaje in igralne oblike. Even though football is a team sport, each individual has a decisive influence on the sucess of the team. Style of play puts players under extremely high demands, regardless of whether we are talking about functional-physical abilities or technical-tactical skills. Gradual preparation of the team dictates individual training of players for group performance and subsequenlty coordinating groups within the requirements of the team match. It is important to transfer individual elements from training to the match. Our purpose was to identify and prepare technical-tactical elements in the match for all playing positions. To prepare during the training most common situations in the match for every single position and then gradually increase intensity and offer players a wide range of solutions. Such training, both in the defense and attack phase, where the lack of time and space is increasing during the match, make the players seek and implement the most sensible solutions in given moments. As a starting point for the preparation of excercises, we have used situations dictated by the principle of team tactics in both stages of the match, along with thorough analysis of twenty matches of the Slovenian First Football League in the 2016/2017 season. We have identified many patterns in the match, as well too many individual errors. Therefore, some excercises of basic technical elements, situational excercises and playing forms are presented in the thesis. We have analysed five positions: centre-back, full-back, centre midfield, attacking midfield and centre forward. All excercises are specifically targeted and they represent a method of individual and group training, which defines even the smallest details. With this kind of individual approach the range and efficiency of the whole team will be higher.

The system of physical training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has a multi-level structure and covers all spheres of the military activity. At the same time, there are problems connected with the physical training of the AFU headquarters, objectively and subjectively arising from the specifics of the professional activities performed by this category of servicemen. The level of their physical fitness under conditions of an inactive mode of service largely depends on individual efforts and self-training. Therefore, on the way to improving the process of physical training of the staff, an important role is given to the formation and consolidation of a sustainable motivation to self-care for their own health. Despite its importance under modern conditions, the practical issues of physical improvement of staff officers of the corps, the organizational impact and stimulation of physical training are deprived of attention in the scientific literature. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to study the dynamics of physical fitness of the military personnel of the AFU headquarters under the influence of organizational measures to streamline the accounting of its results. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical (analysis and synthesis of literary sources); pedagogical (observation, testing, and experiment); mathematical - for statistical processing of experimental data and assessment of the reliability of the hypothesis. The study involved 50 participators representing military personnel serving in the headquarters of one of the AFU operational commands. It has been established that proper consideration of the results of the annual assessment of physical fitness contributes to the growth of all its indicators.

In modern football, motor skills are the ones that decide to the maximum on the model of the game of a given team. From this point of view, the model of the game depends on the good basic conditioning preparation of all members of the team as well as the individual preparation of each individual. This is why top teams are increasingly focusing on individual training of football players who are targeted at the development of special skills required by their gaming sites. Thus individual trainings are fully adapted to the characteristics and abilities of the individual as well as to the special features of the team. Due to these observations in football practice, the aim of the diploma work was to draw up a model for the design of individual football training, which would enable trainers to plan and train more professionally to develop their special abilities. In this regard, we took into account that the top footballer must have well developed all the basic motor skills – power, speed, flexibility, accuracy, balance and coordination. The level of special development and socio-specific motor skills must be adapted to the playing role of the football player. The playing role determines the content of individual training, therefore, in the individual treatment of the player, this is the most important factor. Other factors that decide on the content of individual training are age, level of training in connection with player's stage development, period in the competition season and the functional state of the football player in connection with the development of his physical skills. In diploma thesis we presented a model for planning individual football training. Based on the analysis and findings, we conclude that the trainers could use the model for planning individual training of football players to plan individual training more systematically, which would make the training more professional and efficient.

Starting from the observation that for the handball players, who finished the junior state is hard to integrate in senior tea ms due to a low level of preparation we hypothesized that at this level we can use all organizational forms of individual training (frontal relation, group level, individual). Using individual records, performance behavior characteristics of the players on position s were revealed from the actual game or by test and, according to findings reported in this document customized training p rograms were developed. The custom programs were done according to praxiological model circuit: objectives - content - strategies – evaluation.
