ObjectiveMethodResultsConclusionsWe used longitudinal youth- and caregiver-reports of adolescent psychological symptoms from three samples of youth receiving mental health services in routine treatment settings to derive expected change trajectories and identify cases at risk for treatment failure.Participants were 1906 youth (1053 caregivers) receiving treatment in community mental health settings, merged across three samples. The Symptoms and Functioning Severity Scale (SFSS) was used as an indicator of weekly clinical change. Multilevel modeling methods were used to develop expected change trajectories and identify cases at risk for treatment failure (not on track; NOT). Logistic regression was used to predict client improvement as a function of NOT status.The SFSS was a reliable indicator of therapeutic change according to youth-reported symptoms. Caregiver reports were not as robust. Whereas predictive accuracy of NOT status yielded moderately high sensitivity in detecting improvement according to youth report, caregiver reports were not as predictive.The youth-reported version of the SFSS-based algorithm seems appropriate for implementation in clinical care. Social-emotional difficulties are common sequelae of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Children who have experienced inflicted TBI (iTBI) may be at increased risk for social-emotional problems due to the risk factors associated with both early neurologic injury and with child maltreatment. We characterized the associations among injury severity, caregiver type (i.e., biological parents, non-kinship, kinship), and child social-emotional functioning in 41 infants and young children who had sustained iTBI and were seen in a large, regional children's hospital. This study was a retrospective analysis, utilizing data collected from the medical record as part of routine clinical care. Social-emotional functioning was assessed with the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development-Third Edition. Children with more severe injuries were rated as having worse social-emotional functioning. Caregiver type was associated with child social-emotional scores, above and beyond injury and demographic predictors. Biological parents were more likely to report better social-emotional skills than non-kinship caregivers, with the pattern of results suggesting that rater bias plays a role in this difference. In order to ensure that children are accurately identified for supports, these relationships should be considered when interpreting caregiver report of social-emotional skills. Background: Outbreaks, such as the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, exacerbate barriers to accessing early childhood developmental care. Tele-assessment may serve as an innovative approach to developmental monitoring to overcome service delivery amidst challenging circumstances. It is vital to collect caregivers’ perspectives of this potential service delivery method to inform clinical decision making. Objectives: This study aimed to determine caregivers’ perspectives of interview-based early developmental tele-assessment in a South African context. Method: Thirty caregivers of children (aged birth – 36 months) completed a caregiver-report developmental assessment via a telecommunications platform, as well as an online questionnaire probing their perspectives on the tele-assessment. Results: Most participants (96.7%, n = 29 out of 30) rated their overall experience of the tele-assessment as positive; however, 53.8% (n = 14 out of 26 that answered the question) indicated that they would additionally still prefer in-person assessment. Conclusion: Tele-assessment appears to be a viable approach for caregivers to access developmental care during circumstances such as COVID-19. Contribution: This study provided valuable insight into a novel approach using interview-based early developmental tele-assessment and the perspectives of caregivers thereof.

ABSTRACTBackground Although delayed or decreased responses to pain are commonly reported among caregivers of individuals with Rett syndrome (RTT), previous studies in relatively small samples have documented that caregivers are concerned about pain, particularly due to gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal conditions.Aims The purpose of the current study was to investigate in detail caregivers’ perceptions of pain sensitivity, as well as the types, severity, and effect of pain experienced by individuals with RTT in a larger sample than previous studies.Methods A total of 51 caregivers (mostly mothers) participated in the study, which involved standardized questionnaires and interviews. The individuals with RTT ranged in age from 2 to 52 years of age, and most (n = 46; 90%) met criteria for classic RTT.Results Across the sample, 84% of caregivers reported that they believed that their child was less sensitive to pain compared to her typically developing peers. Despite this perception, 63% of caregivers reported that their child had experienced at least one form of pain in the previous 7 days, and 57% reported their child experienced at least one form of chronic pain. On average, caregivers reported that their child’s pain was of moderate severity and interfered with at least one activity of daily living.Conclusions The results suggest that pain is a substantial concern among caregivers of individuals with RTT and indicate that additional research is needed to understand the apparent paradox of frequently reported pain experiences despite widespread perceptions of decreased pain sensitivity.

Objective: Caregivers frequently report poor quality of life (QOL) in children with sleep‐disordered breathing (SDB). Our objective is to assess the correlation between caregiver‐ and child‐reported QOL in children with mild SDB and identify factors associated with differences between caregiver and child report. Study Design: Analysis of baseline data from a multi‐institutional randomized trial Setting: Pediatric Adenotonsillectomy Trial for Snoring, where children with mild SDB (obstructive apnea‐hypopnea index <3) were randomized to observation or adenotonsillectomy. Methods: The Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL) assessed baseline global QOL in participating children 5 to 12 years old and their caregivers. Caregiver and child scores were compared. Multivariable regression assessed whether clinical factors were associated with differences between caregiver and child report. Results: PedsQL scores were available for 309 families (mean child age, 7.0 years). The mean caregiver‐reported PedsQL score was higher at 75.2 (indicating better QOL) than the mean child‐reported score of 67.9 (P <.001). The agreement between caregiver and child total PedsQL scores was poor, with intraclass correlation coefficients of 0.03 (95% CI, –0.09 to 0.15) for children 5 to 7 years old and 0.21 (95% CI, 0.03‐0.38) for children 8 to 12 years old. Higher child age and health literacy were associated with closer agreement between caregiver and child report. Conclusion: Caregiver‐ and child‐reported global QOL in children with SDB was weakly correlated, more so for young children. In pediatric SDB, child‐perceived QOL may be poorer than that reported by caregivers. Further research is needed to assess whether similar trends exist for disease‐specific QOL metrics. Caregiver report is the most feasible way to assess early childhood development but is susceptible to the influences of response style and sociodemographic factors. In a sample of 571 caregiver-infant dyads (47.8% female; 48% White), we compared caregiver reports on the Ages and Stages Questionnaire-Third Edition (ASQ-3) with reports on a novel, web-based assessment, PediaTrac™. Ratings on PediaTrac correlated with ratings on the ASQ-3 at all time points (2, 4, 6, and 9 months). Caregiver age, response style, and sociodemographic factors accounted for significant variance on both measures. Developmental reporting of early childhood skills is influenced by caregiver response style and sociodemographic factors. These influences must be considered in order to ensure the accurate identification of infant developmental status.

Assessment of anxiety in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) most commonly includes parent questionnaires. However, due to the nature of the questions and verbal limitations often present in children with ASD, caregivers may have difficulty completing such measures. Caregivers of 144 children with ASD ages 6 to 12 completed the Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory-4 ASD Anxiety Scale and rated their level of confidence in responding to each item. Results indicated that parents had a moderate to high level of confidence in rating their children's anxiety symptoms. Parent confidence was not influenced by their child's age, expressive language ability, or intellectual functioning, but was related to their child's anxiety symptom count and ASD severity. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between the PEAK Direct Training Pre-assessment (PEAK-DT-PA) and the PEAK Generalization Pre-assessment (PEAK-G-PA) with the corresponding indirect assessments based on parent and therapist reports. Participants were administered the PEAK-DT-PA and PEAK-G-PA. Parents and therapist completed a 184-item skills checklist for each of the corresponding modules. The results of the study suggest that there was a strong correlation between the pre-assessments and the indirect reports from both the parents and the therapists for each module. Additional correlations and inter-rater reliability across factors and individual test items were also investigated. Finally, trends in inter-rater reliability between caregiver report and direct assessments suggest that caregivers reporting for participants with lower overall scores more reliably identified whether their child had a deficit with an advanced skill, but could less reliably identify whether their child had a more basic skill. The opposite trend was found for caregivers reporting on participants with greater overall scores. Implications of these findings for clinicians and future research are discussed. The last 15 years have seen an explosion of measurement tools for assessing the development of young children in low- and middle- income countries. This paper builds on and contributes to that literature by identifying a core set of caregiver-report items and a core set of direct assessment items that measure key developmental domains for children aged 4–6 (48–83 months) and that demonstrate adequate psychometric properties across diverse contexts, the first in this age group to the authors' knowledge. Data were harmonized from previous early childhood measurement efforts in 12 countries that all used the same base measurement tool. Data analyses yielded 20 caregiver report items and 84 child direct assessment items (grouped into 16 tasks) that show strong item-level statistics across countries and that cover the domains of early literacy, early numeracy, executive functioning, and social-emotional competencies. Next steps include adding data and items from other measurement tools to the same analytical framework and field testing across a number of contexts and early childhood measurement efforts. The vision is for the resulting core sets of items, along with guidance on data collection, management, and analysis, to serve as global public goods so that they can (i) present a starting point for linking across different early childhood measurement tools for children aged 4–6; (ii) increase quality across measurement efforts; and (iii) facilitate the scale up of early childhood measurement. When supplemented with items that capture local contexts and their measurement needs, these core sets of items should help to advance understanding of universal and context-specific factors that underlie child development and thus help policymakers make decisions that ensure children receive the quality early childhood care and education they need in order to reach their full potential.

Zellweger spectrum disorders (ZSD) are rare, debilitating genetic diseases of peroxisome biogenesis that affect multiple organ systems and present with broad clinical heterogeneity. Although many case studies have characterized the multitude of signs and symptoms associated with ZSD, there are few reports on the prevalence of symptoms to help inform the development of meaningful endpoints for future clinical trials in ZSD. In the present study, we used an online survey tool completed by family caregivers to study the occurrence, frequency and severity of symptoms in individuals diagnosed with ZSD. Responses from caregivers representing 54 living and 25 deceased individuals with ZSD were collected over an 8-month period. Both perception of disease severity and prevalence of various symptoms were greater in responses from family caregivers of deceased individuals compared to those of living individuals with ZSD. Compared with previous reports for ZSD, the combined prevalence of seizures (53%) and adrenal insufficiency (45%) were nearly twice as high. Overall, this community-engaged approach to rare disease data collection is the largest study reporting on the prevalence of symptoms in ZSD, and our findings suggest that previous reports may be underreporting the true prevalence of several symptoms in ZSD. Studies such as this used in conjunction with clinician- led reports may be useful for informing the design of future clinical trials addressing ZSD.

Background: HIV-infected children and adolescents (CA-HIV) face significant mental health challenges related to a broad range of biological and psychosocial factors. Data are scarce on the agreement and discrepancy between caregivers and CA-HIV regarding emotional and behavioral problems (EBPs) in CA-HIV.Objectives: We determined agreement between self- versus caregiver- reported EBPs and describe factors associated with informant discrepancy among caregiver–youth dyads who participated in the “Mental health among HIV-infected CHildren and Adolescents in KAmpala and Masaka, Uganda” (CHAKA) study.Methods: In a cross-sectional sample, caregiver-reported EBPs were assessed with the Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory-5 (CASI-5), and self-reported problems were evaluated with the Youth Inventory-4 (YI-4) in 469 adolescents aged 12–17 years and the Child Inventory-4 (CI-4) in 493 children aged 8–11 years. Adolescents were questioned about experiences of HIV stigma. Caregiver psychological distress was assessed with the Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20). Linear regression models were applied to identify variables associated with discrepancy scores.Results: Self-reported emotional problems (EPs) were present in 28.8% of adolescents and 36.9% of children, and 14.5% of adolescents self-reported behavioral problems (BPs). There was only a modest correlation (r ≤ 0.29) between caregiver- and CA-HIV-reported EBPs, with caregivers reporting more EPs whereas adolescents reported more BPs. Informant discrepancy between adolescents and caregivers for BPs was associated with adolescent age and caregiver’s employment and HIV status. Among adolescents, EP discrepancy scores were associated with adolescent’s WHO HIV clinical stage, caregiver level of education, and caregivers caring for other children. Among children, EP discrepancy scores were associated with child and caregiver age, caregiver level of education, and caregiver self-rated health status. HIV stigma and caregiver psychological distress were also associated with discrepancy, such that adolescents who experienced HIV stigma rated their EPs as more severe than their caregivers did and caregivers with increased psychological distress rated EBPs as more severe than CA-HIV self-rated.Conclusions: EBPs are frequently endorsed by CA-HIV, and agreement between informants is modest. Informant discrepancy is related to unique psychosocial and HIV-related factors. Multi-informant reports enhance the evaluation of CA-HIV and informant discrepancies can provide additional insights into the mental health of CA-HIV.

The purpose of this study was to create a reliable, quick and easy to administer screening measure of violence exposure and trauma for children from infancy through age 7. In a sample of 6,676 children, caregivers completing a 22-item screener reported nearly one out of five youth had been exposed as witness or victim to at least one kind of violence. For trauma, caregivers reported that their children had trouble going to sleep at least sometimes (15.83%), had cried or had a tantrum to exhaustion (15.61%) and had difficulty concentrating or focusing (15.55%). Analyses showed reliable internal consistency for violence exposure (.74) and trauma (.85) scales. Factor analyses revealed a single trauma factor and two violence exposure factors, witnessing and victimization. These data provide support for a brief screening measure for trauma and violence exposure in children from birth through age seven that can be administered by minimally trained staff in public systems and community-based agencies who can then refer children and families to necessary assessment and treatment services. The Attachment Behavior Checklist is a promising, but unvalidated, measure designed to assess attachment disturbances. Confirmatory and exploratory factor analyses were conducted. Results revealed a 5-factor solution best fit the data. Individual differences in the factors were examined. The Child Behavior Checklist was used to determine convergent and discriminant validity. The Psychoeducational Profile 3rd Edition (PEP-3) is a comprehensive assessment tool designed for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Although its original English version has been validated, few validation studies have been conducted on translated versions including Chinese ones. Based on 554 Chinese children with ASD and 311 typically developing Chinese children as the control group, this study investigated the psychometric properties of a simplified Chinese PEP-3 (sCPEP-3) in China mainland. Psychometric evaluation of the sCPEP-3 showed satisfactory internal consistency, test–retest reliability, inter-rater reliability, convergent validity, construct validity, and factorial validity. The findings have several implications such as utilizing the sCPEP-3 in mainland China for customized educational program planning, early identification, and evaluating the treatment effects for children with ASD. Study Objectives: Chronic disruptions to sleep in childhood are associated with increased prevalence of psychiatric disease later in development. When sleep disruptions remit before adolescence, the increased prevalence of psychiatric disease is no longer observed, highlighting the importance of early detection and intervention. Clinicians typically rely on caregivers' reports for diagnosis and management of childhood sleep challenges. We examined whether findings on polysomnogram (PSG) can offer similar insight into childhood sleep difficulties and the risk of subsequent psychiatric illness., Methods: A cohort was identified of 348 children ages 5 years 11 months and younger with sleep difficulties rising to the level of formal clinical workup. A retrospective review of caregiver-reported sleep concerns, PSG results, and subsequent psychiatric illness was completed. PSG findings were compared to presence of psychiatric illness later in life as well as caregivers' reported concerns. Chi-squared and Fisher's exact tests were completed to evaluate correlations and Cohen's kappa was used to evaluate agreement., Results: With only a few exceptions, comparisons between clinician findings on PSG and subsequent psychiatric diagnoses were statistically nonsignificant. Similarly, the relationship between caregivers' subjective reports about sleep and clinicians' findings on PSG demonstrated only slight to fair agreement, suggesting reported concerns were not predictive of PSG results., Conclusions: Parental reports of subjective sleep concerns are indicative of different sleep pathologies compared to sleep pathologies detected on PSG. Caregiver report is the most common measure of change in pediatric psychiatry. Yet, placebo response rates pose significant challenges to reliably detect a treatment response. The present study simulated an eight-week clinical trial protocol for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for the purpose of testing the feasibility and validity of several outcome measures. Twenty caregivers answered questions about their child's behavior on their smartphone each week and completed a battery of paper questionnaires during weeks one and eight. No treatment was administered. Caregivers reported a significant decrease in problem behaviors on the Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC) (29% decrease) and general ASD behaviors on the Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS) (7% decrease). There was also a trend of behavior improvement from smartphone questions but no significant changes in clinical ratings of core diagnostic features of ASD. Participation in a comprehensive protocol in the absence of a particular treatment significantly influenced how caregivers perceived the severity of their children's problem behaviors. These placebo-like effects represent substantial challenges for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that use treatment as usual and have implications for future behavioral and pharmacological treatment trial designs. The memory profile of individuals with Down syndrome (DS) has mainly been examined through traditional laboratory tasks, often revealing substantial deficits in episodic and declarative memory. Little is known about the relation between memory abilities as measured in the laboratory versus naturalistic settings in this population, and no questionnaire assessments of everyday memory have been formally validated for this group. The current study’s aims were twofold: 1) to describe the psychometric characteristics of a parent-reported everyday memory measure (the Observer Memory Questionnaire – Parent Form, OMQ-PF) in this population with known hippocampal and memory impairment (i.e., DS, ages 7–35 years), and 2) to determine if the measure has the sensitivity to detect impairments, thus providing some of the first data to document parent reports of everyday memory in individuals with DS. The results indicate that this scale is a reliable instrument for detecting and tracking memory deficits over time in this population. We found a correlation between parent reports of everyday memory difficulties and well-replicated deficits in a laboratory-based memory task (i.e., place–object paired associates learning). Our results suggest that the OMQ-PF has the potential to be used as a tool to help to track the status of memory function in this group both for use in descriptive studies and in studies of behavior and pharmacological intervention. Objective:Discrepancy between self- and caregiver apathy ratings was examined longitudinally for persons with mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease. Particular focus was on the distinction between the positive and negative caregiver bias and its predictive value for a clinical diagnosis of apathy. Method:Apathy rating discrepancy was based on the apathy evaluation scale. Dyads were categorized depending on whether the caregiver reported fewer deficits (positive caregiver bias) or more deficits (negative caregiver bias) than the cognitively impaired person did. Results:Caregiver ratings and rating discrepancy showed a significant increase from baseline to follow-up. By contrast, self- and clinician ratings showed no change across the two time points. Ratings with a negative caregiver bias remained stable, while those with a positive caregiver bias showed a significant increase in the caregiver ratings but also a significant decrease in the self-ratings. A negative caregiver bias at baseline was significantly related to greater likelihood of having clinical apathy at follow-up, adjusted for an array of control variables. Conclusion:Positive and negative caregiver bias should be distinguished, as they seem to reflect distinct dyadic processes and are relevant for clinical outcome. Background: The measurement of neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) in dementia is often based on caregiver report. Challenges associated with providing care may bias the caregiver's recognition and reporting of symptoms. Given potential problems associated with caregiver report, clinicians may improve measurement by drawing from a wider array of available data and by applying clinical judgment.Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate potential disagreements between caregiver report and clinician impression when rating psychopathological manifestations from the same patient with dementia.Methods: Three hundred twelve participants (156 patients with Alzheimer's disease [AD] and 156 caregivers) were studied using the Neuropsychiatric Inventory-Clinician Rating Scale. We considered disagreement to be present when caregiver ratings were significantly higher or lower (p < 0.05) than NPS ratings by clinicians of the same patient. To evaluate whether disagreements were related to dementia severity, we repeated comparisons across levels defined by the clinical dementia rating.Results: The most common disagreements involved ratings of agitation, depression, anxiety, apathy, irritability, and aberrant motor behavior especially in patients with mild dementia. There were fewer discrepancies in moderate or severe dementia. The most consistent disagreements involved global ratings of depression where caregiver scores ranged from +22.5 higher to -4.5 lower than clinician rating.Conclusions: Caregivers may have incomplete perception of patient NPS mainly in mild dementia. This retrospective study investigated the relationship between self-reports and caregiver perceptions of patients’ depressive symptoms and the respective ability of these reports to predict instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) beyond what is accounted for by cognitive abilities in 71 patients with mild Alzheimer disease. Patients completed the Geriatric Depression Scale-Short Form, and caregivers completed the Behavior Rating Scale for Dementia assessing their perception of patients’ depressive symptoms. Caregivers also completed IADL items from the Alzheimer’s Disease Cooperative Study Activities of Daily Living Inventory. Cognitive measures included the Mini-Mental State Examination, Logical Memory from the Wechsler Memory Scale III, and Trail Making Test, Part B. The relationship between self-reported depressive symptoms and caregiver report of patients’ depressive symptoms showed a trend toward significance (r = .22, P = .06). Measures of depressive symptoms significantly predicted 12.5% of the variance in IADLs performance, beyond that accounted for by patient demographics and cognitive functioning. Objective: To assess whether medical record documentation reflects actual home practices regarding the administration of preventive medications to urban children with persistent asthma. Methods: Baseline data from a prompting asthma intervention were used for this cross-sectional analysis. As part of the larger study, we enrolled children (2-12 years) with persistent asthma in the waiting room at 12 primary care offices (2009-2012). Prior to their visit with a healthcare provider, caregivers reported information regarding their child's asthma symptom severity and current preventive medications (i.e. name and frequency of use). We compared caregiver-reported medication information with medical record data to determine the rate of complete concordance, defined as total consistency between the prescribed medication data documented in the medical record and parent report describing how the child is actually using the medication at home. Results: According to 310 completed medical record reviews, 194 (62%) children had a current prescription for a daily preventive asthma medication. Of these children, 110 (57%) had caregivers who reported complete concordance. Those reporting complete concordance were more likely to have children with greater symptom severity, including fewer symptom-free days in the prior two weeks (6.9 vs. 8.7, p = 0. 018), and ≥1 asthma-related hospitalization in the prior year (16% vs. 6%, p = 0. 042). Conclusions: Medical records may poorly reflect actual home practices and providers should specifically inquire about medication use and barriers to adherence at the time of an office visit to promote guideline-based, consistent treatment for children with persistent asthma. The Dementia Severity Rating Scale (DSRS), a previously validated caregiver-based measure assessing dementia severity, was recently revised to improve clarity. Our study aims included: (1) identifying the DSRS factor structure, (2) examining the relation between neuropsychological measures, the Mini-Mental State Examination, and clinical diagnoses with the DSRS, and (3) determining the clinical utility of the DSRS in a mixed clinical sample. A total of 270 veterans were referred to a cognitive disorders clinic at a VA medical center and completed neuropsychological, affective, and cognitive screening measures. Caregivers completed the DSRS. Principal components analysis identified a 2-factor solution. After controlling for age and education, memory and language were related to the Cognitive factor, whereas attention, processing speed, visuospatial processing, and executive functioning were related to both Cognitive and Self-Care factors. Neither factors correlated with depression. The total DSRS score was able to differentiate patients by the Mini-Mental State Examination scores and diagnoses of mild cognitive impairment and dementia (mixed vascular Alzheimer, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer disease). A cut-score > 15 was optimal for detecting dementia in a mixed clinical sample (sensitivity = 0.41, specificity = 0.79), with a posttest probability of 74%. Participation is essential to a child's health and well-being, whereas children with disabilities may lack the associated benefits because of physical restrictions. This study aims to examine the association between the participation of children with disabilities and the child, family, and environmental factors. A total of 433 children with disabilities aged 3-18 and their family caregivers were included. Three binary logistic regression models were respectively established to identify the significant factors associated with children's home, school, and community participation. Our main empirical results showed that among 433 children with disabilities, 44.3%, 47.6%, and 58.7% of them never or seldom participated in home, school, and community activities. Child and family factors were found to be dominantly associated with children's participation, and significant factors associated with the home, school, and community participation of children were different, including children's disability type, sleep problems and emotional stability, caregivers' education, mental HRQOL, rehabilitation belief, and number of children in the family. These results highlight that the participation of children with disabilities in mainland China urgently needs to be enhanced, and further research might be focused on validating the causal relationships between participation and significant child and family factors identified in this study.

Limited word production may be the first indicator of impaired language development. The unavailability of normative data and standardized assessments for young Maltese children hinders the identification of early language delays. This study aimed to document Maltese children's expressive vocabulary growth and accompanying range of variation, to assist identification of children at risk for language impairment. The expressive vocabularies of 44 typically developing children aged 12-30 months were measured through caregiver report. Mean scores at each age point were characterized by substantial individual variation. Gender was not related to mean growth in vocabulary production. Minimum scores were compared to clinical thresholds for English-speaking children. Results emphasized the assessment- and language-specific nature of identification criteria. Nevertheless, established thresholds may be referred to when normative data for particular languages/language pairs are limited. In such contexts, the consideration of other risk markers gains importance in supplementing findings on lexical expression. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
