Work deals with barriers in inclusion for children with Epidermolysis bullosa disease. The theoretical section introduces basic information about epidermolysis bullosa disease and the care of such sick children. It also describes the DEBRA organisation, characterising the younger school age with regard to disability and characterising the foundations of inclusion. The practical part contains qualitative research examining the existence of barriers in inclusion. For the data collection, a semi-structured interview was chosen for the three families in which the child is located with EB and the conversations are part of the annexes. It also includes an analysis of all three interviews using so-called emerging topics that are recorded in the tables, the tables are also included in the annexes. All three families have a positive attitude to the disease and teach their children autonomy. They identify teacher fear as the main barrier to inclusion. But good inclusion is all about the moral.

Spiritual care for the sick and its organization in three hospitals The aim of this thesis is to describe and compare the organization of spiritual care at Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo Hospital, University Hospital in Motol and Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice. The first part presents theoretical knowledge in the area of spiritual needs of patients and the provision of spiritual care. The practical part analyzes the provision of spiritual care in the selected hospitals. The practical part is based on information which was given in interviews with spiritual care providers in selected hospitals. Their statements are divided into topics allowing comparison. This thesis describes the development of spiritual care in the institution, the organization of a team of spiritual care providers, education and type of employment. It examines nature and availability of spiritual care, cooperation with the health departments. The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the state of providing spiritual care in hospitals in Prague and to induce a discussion on the topic. Crkva, ispunjajući Kristov nalog naviještanja evanđelja svakom stvorenju, služi se sredstvima komunikacije. Sredstva društvenog priopćavanja otvaraju nove načine komunikacije, pa se u ovom izlaganju donosi kratak prikaz mogućnosti koje klasična i nova sredstva komunikacije pružaju pastoralu bolesnika. Uz osobni pristup i susret vrijedno je znati da su klasični mediji, poput tiska, radija i televizije u novije vrijeme znatno obogaćeni duhovno-pastoralnim sadržajima koji bolesnicima mogu donijeti evanđeosko svjetlo i utjehu. Katolički tisak, radio i televizija pružaju bogatstvo teoloških, duhovno-meditativnih i pastoralnih sadržaja, koji u trenutcima bolesti kod vjernika imaju bitno mjesto. Novi mediji, uz objedinjenje klasičnih medijskih osobitosti, omogućuju interaktivnost i multimedijalnost koje vode do nove razine komunikacije, te mogu dobro poslužiti, posebno kod mlađih generacija, za cjelovitiji pastoral bolesnika., The Church, fulfilling Christ’s mandate to proclaim the Gospel to every creature, uses means of communication. Mass media open up new ways of communication; therefore this work gives a brief presentation of opportunities that classic and new means of communication offer in pastoral care for patients. Apart from personal approach and encounter, it is important to know that classic media, like newspapers, radio and television, have recently become enriched with spiritualpastoral contents which can bring the patients evangelical light and comfort. The Catholic press, radio and television provide a wealth of theological, spiritual-meditative and pastoral contents, which in times of illness play an important role with the faithful. New media, along with the classic media features, allow interactivity and multimedia quality and lead to a new level of communication, providing new possibilities, especially among younger generations, for a more comprehensive pastoral care for patients.

W artykule prezentowana jest analiza i interpretacja doświadczeń 74-letniej kobiety sprawującej opiekę nad mężem dotkniętym chorobą Alzheimera. Wyróżnione zostały dwa tematy: "trudna choroba" i "poświęcenie opiece". Artykuł zawiera również refleksje nad możliwościami wsparcia i pomocy psychoterapeutycznej osobom sprawującym opiekę nad krewnym dotkniętym chorobą Alzheimera. The aim of the study is to present the analysis and interpretation of family carer’s experience of caring for a person affected by Alzheimer’s disease. In an interview with 74-year-old A., wife of J. diagnosed with dementia in Alzheimer’s disease, eight themes were distinguished and assigned to two higher-order themes: "The difficult disease" and "Devotion to care". The first main theme includes a reoccurring scheme, "Me vs. the disease" - an individual and lonely fight against the disease, which is treated by A. as a separate element of the situation of caring. The second main theme encompasses paradoxically bound themes of a deepening sense of strangeness and growing dependency between the carer and patient. The conclusions of the study appear to be consistent with previous research. In A.’s story, examples can be found of the so-called malignant social psychology that characterises the public perception of dementia, as well as evidence of the importance of the way of revealing the diagnosis and informing the patient and his relatives about symptoms and the probable progression of the disease. The final part of the work is a reflection on the possibilities of psychotherapeutic support and assistance given to people in a situation similar to that faced by A. What seems particularly important is providing the carer with access to information about the disease from the moment of diagnosis, along with individual work on the emotional difficulties and promoting person-centred care.
