El presente trabajo, enmarcado en el Análisis del Discurso, identifica y caracteriza el ethos del cuidado en la niñez que emerge en un corpus de anuncios publicitarios audiovisuales que circularon por la televisión de aire en Argentina durante 2017 y 2019. Reconoce la construcción de un ethos del consejero por parte del discurso publicitario que interviene con recomendaciones a la hora del cuidado en la niñez. Vemos que, desde los anuncios publicitarios, se aconseja mediante ejemplos, jerarquizaciones y construyendo escenas ficcionales donde las opciones que toman los personajes son la deseable o esperable. A este posicionamiento de consejero, a su vez, se le puede reconocer ciertos desplazamientos de sentidos donde el cuidado pasa a ser una acción más que los personajes realizan dentro de la complejidad del cotidiano. This paper, with the framework of Discourse Analysis, identifies and characterises the ethos of care in childhood that emerges in a corpus of audiovisual advertisements that circulated on Argentinian television during 2017 and 2019. It recognises the construction of an ethos of the counsellor that intervenes with recommendations about caring for children. We have seen that advertisements usually give advice through examples, hierarchies and fictional scenes in which the options taken by the characters are desirable or expected. In this positioning of the counsellor, in turn, can be recognised a certain displacement of meanings where care becomes in another action that the characters carry out within the complexity of everyday life.

El presente trabajo resulta de una etnografía entre activistas que impulsaron demandas de acceso al cannabis para uso terapéutico en Argentina. Como tal, considera el desarrollo de conocimientos sobre la planta y sus derivados en términos procesuales y con relación a distintos contextos de interacción social. Así, se describen las labores de estudio y dedicación en el marco de tiendas de cultivo y agrupaciones cannábicas, y la configuración de dispositivos y modelos que integraban a cannabicultores con usuarios terapéuticos y/o sus cuidadores, profesionales de la salud y científicos. Además, se analizan actividades colaborativas en seminarios y jornadas de cannabis medicinal que se realizaron entre los años 2015 y 2017. En esas interacciones y prácticas los activistas crearon formas de asesoramiento y acompañamiento basadas en experiencias de cultivo y uso de la planta, reconvirtieron sus conocimientos en experticia e insumos para su profesionalización, y participaron de la construcción de conocimiento científico sobre cannabis y sus derivados. This paper presents the results of an ethnography among activists who promoted demands for access to cannabis for therapeutic use in Argentina. As such, it considers the development of knowledge about the plant and its derivatives as a process linked to different contexts of social interaction. Thus, it describes the study and dedication within the framework of cannabis cultivation shops and groups, and the configuration of devices and models that integrated cannabis growers with therapeutic users and/or their careers, health professionals and scientists. In addition, collaborative activities in medical cannabis seminars and workshops held between 2015 and 2017 are analyzed. In these interactions and practices, the activists created forms of advice and accompaniment based on their experiences of cultivation and use of the plant, reconverted their knowledge into expertise and inputs for their professionalization, and participated in the construction of scientific knowledge about cannabis and its derivatives.

The field of palliative care is growing in acceptance and sophistication globally. No longer considered just for patients at end-of-life, palliative care is now being incorporated early in the disease trajectory. Despite professional guidelines supporting early palliative care, there are few models that have been created that can be translated into practice cross-culturally. In the United States, the Educate, Nurture, Advise, Before, Life Ends (ENABLE) early palliative care telehealth model has demonstrated effectiveness in improving quality of life, mood, symptom relief, and survival for patients with cancer and is now being tested in patients with heart failure. Family caregivers of patients who have received ENABLE concurrent with their care recipients have also demonstrated positive outcomes in quality of life and caregiver burden. Internationally, a number of investigators are culturally adapting ENABLE for patients and family caregivers. While some elements of ENABLE, such as symptom management and self-care, and the caregiving role are relevant cross-culturally, others have been built on Western principles of self-determination or represent concepts such as advance care planning which will require more cultural adaptation. In addition, ENABLE was initially an in-person approach that was converted to telehealth to accommodate a rural population-it will be important to understand cultural norms related to receiving care by phone or if an in-person approach will be more culturally acceptable. This paper describes efforts in Turkey and Singapore to culturally adapt the ENABLE early palliative care principles for their countries.

© The Author(s) 2019., The quantity and complexity of scientific and technological information provided to policymakers have been on the rise for decades. Yet little is known about how to provide science advice to legislatures, even though scientific information is widely acknowledged as valuable for decision-making in many policy domains. We asked academics, science advisers, and policymakers from both developed and developing nations to identify, review and refine, and then rank the most pressing research questions on legislative science advice (LSA). Experts generally agree that the state of evidence is poor, especially regarding developing and lower-middle income countries. Many fundamental questions about science advice processes remain unanswered and are of great interest: whether legislative use of scientific evidence improves the implementation and outcome of social programs and policies; under what conditions legislators and staff seek out scientific information or use what is presented to them; and how different communication channels affect informational trust and use. Environment and health are the highest priority policy domains for the field. The context-specific nature of many of the submitted questions—whether to policy issues, institutions, or locations—suggests one of the significant challenges is aggregating generalizable evidence on LSA practices. Resumen: El énfasis del tratamiento normativo de las tarjetas de crédito en el deber de información desconoce importantes aspectos conductuales y asume que el consumidor puede proyectar adecuadamente sus ingresos y gastos para ponderar los efectos de su elección en su economía personal. Tal modelo potencia el riesgo de sobreendeudamiento, lo que afecta al deudor y grava todo el sistema económico. Para promover una mejor respuesta, se pretende explorar la posibilidad de construir un sistema de “préstamos responsables”, y, como primer paso, reconocer un deber de asesoría que se despliegue en la fase precontractual y durante toda la vigencia del contrato. Abstract: The emphasis of the legal framework of credit cards regarding the information duties ignores important behavioral aspects and assumes that the consumer can adequately project his income and expenses to weight the effects of such election in his personal economy. Such model increases the risk of over-indebtedness, affecting the debtor and burdening the entire economic system. To promote a better response, I intend to explore the relevance of building a system of “responsible loans”, and, as a first step, recognize a duty of advice all through the pre-contractual phase and the term of the contract.

Due to instability in Africa and the Middle East, Denmark's political commitment to deploy troops to stabilize fragile regions is not expected to decrease in the near future. The political ambition for Denmark is to conduct stabilization efforts through military capacity building under the framework of shape-secure-develop. This requires targeting both the physical and the cognitive domains. For Denmark to sustain long-term stabilization operations, different approaches to integrate and synchronize the efforts of both conventional forces and special operations forces must be explored. This capstone makes use of two different conceptual scenarios: one of conflict prevention and one of conflict intervention. With conflict prevention, we contend that conventional forces and special operations forces should be fully integrated across doctrine, organization, and technology, and predominantly advise, mentor, and train local forces. With conflict intervention, military forces should predominantly partner and assist local forces through operational mentoring liaison teams and village stability operations. En aquest treball de final de carrera es desenvolupa una aplicació mòbil que servirà per notificar les novetats fiscals, laborals, jurídiques, assegurances o qualsevol altra informació als usuaris que estiguin subscrits al servei, i també serà l'arxiu digital de tota la documentació que generen els nostres abonats. L'aplicació, una vegada identificat l'usuari, permetrà als usuaris accedir a tots aquells serveis als quals tingui dret. Les notificacions les rebran automàticament sense haver d'estar dins de l'aplicació, i en cas de voler consultar-les, des de la mateixa notificació s'obrirà l'aplicació. Aquesta aplicació la portarem a terme fent servir la plataforma Android, sistema operatiu gratuït referència en telèfons mòbils i tauletes. Mentoring those in the archival field is critical to the development of any professional, or budding professional archivist. The mentoring relationship is one that has the potential to inform, nurture, encourage those on both sides of the relationship. This article explores that relationship and the frameworks that foster such mentoring programs. Discussed are mentoring to undergraduates, graduate archival program students, peer-to-peer mentoring of archivists at different institutions, as well as mentoring in the tenure process. This article is meant to be at once informative about such programs as well as offering guidance for those wanting to create a similar mentoring program or foster a mentoring relationship.

RESUMEN: En el siguiente proyecto se ha elegido una empresa conocida a nivel nacional y europeo, como es OVB Holding,º A.G., de éxito en el sector de asesoramiento e intermediación financiera, con el fin de plantear un posible Plan de Expansión enfocado al ámbito del Marketing. Centrándonos en un territorio desconocido, como es el mercado de Reino Unido, encontraremos múltiples ventajas derivadas de la internalización. En este trabajo no sólo se ha planteado una opción sobre cómo una empresa con las características de OVB Holding, A.G. puede llegar a tener éxito dentro de un mercado desconocido, sino que también se ha analizado la propia empresa en niveles generales. Otra de las cuestiones que se abordan es un posible Plan de Acción Operativo que permita poner en marcha la efectiva expansión hacia este nuevo territorio. BVC-sjuksköterskan möter många föräldrar som har frågor om kostintroduktion till spädbarn, en av BVC- sjuksköterskans uppgifter är att undervisa föräldrar i kostfrågor. Studier har visat att föräldrar upplever att de får olika råd från BVC-sjuksköterskor, vilket kan göra föräldrarna osäkra på vilka råd de ska följa. Syftet med pilotstudien var att beskriva BVC-sjuksköterskans erfarenheter av att ge kostråd till föräldrar vid introduktion av fast föda till spädbarn. Fyra intervjuer genomfördes med BVC-sjuksköterskor inom barnhälsovården i Region Halland. Kvalitativ innehållsanalys användes som analysmetod. BVC-sjuksköterskorna upplevde att de gav god kostrådgivning till föräldrarna, varje familj sågs som unik och informationen anpassades till familjen på ett sätt som främjade föräldrarnas förmåga att följa barnets utveckling och identifiera barnets behov för en optimal introduktion av fast föda. Resultatet redovisas under kategorierna: strukturella faktorers betydelse för kostintroduktionen och familjens resurser och behov vid kostintroduktionen. En framtida fullskalig undersökning inom området skulle kunna ge underlag för strukturella förändringar inom BVC- verksamheten och utökade utbildningsinsatser för de som arbetar med eller kommer att arbeta med kostrådgivning vid introduktion av fast föda för spädbarn. Child Health Nurses meet many parents with questions about infant´s food introduction, one of the child health nurse´s tasks is to educate parents on nutrition issues. Studies have shown that parents feel that they get different advice from Child Health Nurses, which can make them uncertain about which advice to follow. The aim of this pilot-study was to describe Child Health Nurse´s experiences of giving nutrition advice to parents at the introduction of solid foods to infants. Four interviews were conducted with Child Health Nurses within Child Health Servicesin Region Halland. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the text. The result of the pilot study shows that the Child Health Nurses felt that they gave good nutrition information to the parents related to structural factors of importance in food introduction and family resources and needs at food introduction. A future full-scale survey in the field could provide a basis for structural changes within the Child Health Services and enhanced educational initiatives for both Child Health Nurses and Child Health Nurse students.

ダウン症候群患児のいる母親の療育困難及び人的サポート状況を把握することを目的に,全国の親の会を通じて幼児の親200名を対象にアンケート調査法を行った。回収率は89名45%であった。その結果は以下の通りである。児の平均年齢4.1歳,合併症有り51%,障害度は軽・中度62%,重度11%,通園している96%,核家族65%等であった。これまで療育面で困った経験ありは,通園施設内よりも家庭生活内の方が割合は高かった。その家庭内での困難な内容としては,児との意志疎通上の問題が最も多く,次に児のしつけ・療育法や多動性・情動性等の行動問題であった。療育困難時の相談相手は,施設内では1位「園の先生」2位「夫又は妻」で,家庭生活内では1位「夫又は妻」2位「親の会々員」と違いを認めた。このうち困った課題が解決に向けられたものは通園施設70%,家庭生活57%であった。子どもの将来への気がかりは,就学に関することが67%で最も割合が高く,地域での生活環境への不満は44%であった。

Türk Edebiyatında Nasihat adını taşıyan bu tezin asıl konusu, 14. ve 15. yüzyıllar arasında yaşamış olan ve divan edebiyatı sahasında en çok bilinen şairlerden Necâtî, Fûzûlî, Bâkî, Hayâlî, Nef'î, Nedîm ve Leylâ Hanım'ın divanlarındaki nasihat anlamı taşıyan beyitlerdir. Tezin ana konusu adı geçen şairlerin divanlarından nasihat örnekleridir. Asıl konuya geçmeden önce Türk edebiyatında nasihatin ne şekilde geliştiği örneklerle kısaca izah edilmiştir. Nasihat, insanları iyiye, doğruya yönlendiren öğütlerdir. Türk edebiyatının başlangıcından bu yana erdemli bir toplum oluşturmak ve ahlaki açıdan yetkin insanlar yetiştirmek için nasihate büyük önem verilmiş ve bu yönde eserler vücuda getirilmiştir. Türk edebiyatının ilk yazılı kaynaklarından olan Orhun Yazıtları'ndan günümüze kadar nasihat var olagelmiştir. İlk Türk İslam eserlerinde nasihatin her çeşidini görmek mümkündür. Türk halk edebiyatının şubelerinde de nasihate gereken önem verilmiştir. Tekke şairlerinin yanı sıra saz şairlerinin şiirlerinde de sosyal ve ahlaki nasihat örnekleri mevcuttur. Türk edebiyatında da özellikle İranlı şair Feridüddin Attar'ın Pendname adlı eserinin etkisiyle nasihatname veya pendname adı ile müstakil eserler neşredilmiştir. Bütün bunların yanında klasik şairlerimiz de divanlarında nasihat eden beyitler yazmışlardır. Bu tezde yukarıda isimlerini verdiğimiz yedi divan şairinin divanlarında yer alan ve sosyal, siyasi, iktisadi ve ahlaki konulardaki nasihat beyitleri, konularına göre tasnif edilmiş ve günümüz Türkçe'siyle verilmiştir. Tespit ettiğimiz örnekler içinde din ve tasavvuf, sabır, iyilik etmek, dünyaya fazla önem vermemek, güzel sözün önemi, dua etmenin fazileti gibi ahlaki ve sosyal konular yanında sultanlara devlet yönetimi ile ilgili nasihat beyitleri de bulunmaktadır. Özellikle Fuzûlî, Bâkî ve Leylâ Hanım'a ait olan bazı gazel, kaside ve mukattalar da tamamen nasihate hasredilmiştir. Bu tezden çıkan sonuç şudur: Yedi yüz yıl boyunca Türk edebiyatını yüksek mevkilere çıkaran divan şairleri sadece aşk ve şarap gibi konularda şiirler yazmamışlar, sosyal konulara değinerek ahlaklı bireylerden oluşan huzurlu bir toplum için gerekli olan yetkinliği öğütleyen şiirler de kaleme almışlardır., The real subject of this theses titled ?Nasihat? (advise) in Turkish Literature is couplets bearing the meaning of advise in the divans of Necâtî, Fûzûlî, Bâkî, Hayâlî, Nef?î, Nedîm and Leylâ Hanım who lived between 14th and 15th centuries and are the most known poets in divan literature. Main subject of thesis is advise samples of divans of above-mentioned poets. Before coming to the point, it?s briefly explained with examples how advise was developed in the Turkish Literature. Advise is counsels that directs people to the something good and true. Advise was attached great importonce from the beginning of Turkish literature, in order to form a virtuous society and grow people morally competent, and works in this direction were formed. Advise continued from Orhun tablets till today which was one of the first written sources of Turkish literature. It?s possible to see all types of advises in the first Turkish-Islam works. Required importance has been attached to advics in Turkish folk literature. There are social and moral advise samples in poems of Turkish popular poet-singers as well as tekke poets. Two separate works were published under the name of nasihatname and pendname in the Turkish literature especially due to influence of the Pendname work of Iranian poet Feriduddin Attar. Besides all these, our classical poets also wrote advising couplets in their divans. In this thesis, advise couplets of above-metioned seven poets on social, political, economical and moral subjects have been classified and provided in today?s Turkish. There are advise couplets among samples we determined on some moral and social subjects such religion and mysticism, patience, bestowing a favour, not attaching to much importance to the world, significance of sympathic words, virtue of praying as well as some advises to Sultans related to state government. Especially some lyrics, odes and mukattas of Fuzûlî, Bâkî and Leylâ Hanım were completely devoted to advise. Results from this thesis are as following: divan poets who brought Turkish literature to the top levels during seven hundred years did not only compose poetries in love and wine subjects, but also wrote poetries advising competence required for a peaceful society consisting of morally justified individuals by touching on social issues.

Improvement in survival rates and reduction of perinatal transmission are two important facts that have induced changes about recommending pregnancy and family planning to HIV female patients. At present, medical, legal, moral and ethical arguments support HIV positive couples who want to become parents and consider them as carriers of a chronic disease like diabetes mellitus or chronic renal failure

Colloque avec actes et comité de lecture. internationale.; International audience; Nous proposons d'établir un panorama de l'existant en matière de commerce électronique, notamment au niveau de l'utilisation des agents intelligents sur Internet. Après avoir présenté une évolution du commerce électronique et fait un tour d'horizon des techniques qui sont couramment utilisées, nous chercherons à mettre en avant les besoins, en matière d'accueil, d'assistance et de conseil. Les systèmes de recherche actuels sont relativement performants lorsque la requête qui leur est soumise est bien formulée. Nous expliquerons cependant qu'ils s'appuient, non seulement sur une maîtrise des outils de recherche d'information de la part de l'utilisateur, mais aussi sur sa connaissance du domaine alors qu'il peut être néophyte. Ainsi, il leur est difficile de répondre à des requêtes incomplètes ou contenant des incertitudes. Il en est de même lorsque la demande comporte des incohérences. Il en résulte souvent un nombre de résultats trop grand ou, à l'inverse trop réduit. Notre but consiste à proposer une approche au moyen de systèmes multi-agent "intelligents" de manière à obtenir un système plus flexible capable de travailler sur la requête avec une meilleure adaptation à l'utilisateur Nous montrerons qu'une grande partie du commerce électronique repose sur la notion de filtrage, c'est-à-dire la recherche d'information pertinente dans une masse de catalogues à partir d'une requête ou de critères qui peuvent être plus ou moins bien formulés. Nous discuterons de la nécessité d'utiliser des techniques de modélisation d'utilisateurs pour mener à bien un filtrage adaptatif. Pour ce faire, nous proposerons de classer les différents moyens de constitution et d'apprentissage de ces modèles en présentant notamment l'approche bayésienne. Nous nous focaliserons enfin sur la notion d'organisation en montrant le besoin de spécialiser des agents cognitifs de base.
