Artemisia selengenesis is not only a health food, but also a well-known traditional Chinese medicine. Only a fraction of the chloroplast (cp) genome data of Artemisia has been reported and chloroplast genomic materials have been widely used in genomic evolution studies, molecular marker development, and phylogenetic analysis of the genus Artemisia, which makes evolutionary studies, genetic improvement, and phylogenetic identification very difficult. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of A. selengensis was compared with that of other species within Artemisia and phylogenetic analyses was conducted with other genera in the Asteraceae family. The results showed that A. selengensis is an AT-rich species and has a typical quadripartite structure that is 151,215 bp in length. Comparative genome analyses demonstrated that the available chloroplast genomes of species of Artemisia were well conserved in terms of genomic length, GC contents, and gene organization and order. However, some differences, which may indicate evolutionary events, were found, such as a re-inversion event within the Artemisia genus, an unequal duplicate phenomenon of the ycf1 gene because of the expansion and contraction of the IR region, and the fast-evolving regions. Repeated sequences analysis showed that Artemisia chloroplast genomes presented a highly similar pattern of SSR or LDR distribution. A total of 257 SSRs and 42 LDRs were identified in the A. selengensis chloroplast genome. The phylogenetic analysis showed that A. selengensis was sister to A. gmelinii. The findings of this study will be valuable in further studies to understand the genetic diversity and evolutionary history of Asteraceae.

Controlling the good staff turnover rate is helpful to improve the service quality of the hotel, reduce the labor cost and create economic benefits, so as to better adapt to the high speed of economic development. This paper takes the hotel staff as the research object and makes an in-depth study on the relevant factors affecting their turnover. On the basis of literature research, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the questionnaire is designed, and the multivariate statistical regression analysis is used to verify the hypothesis. The following conclusions are drawn:(1) the individual, organizational situation and the positive pressure of employee turnover; (2) the influence degree of each influencing factor on employee turnover behavior, from high to low, is the value, Leadership style, interpersonal environment, psychological contract.

Autism spectrum condition (ASC) is characterized by atypical attention to eyes and faces, but the onset and impact of these atypicalities remain unclear. This prospective longitudinal study examined face perception in infants who develop ASC (N = 22, female = 5, 100% White) compared with typically developing infants (N = 131, female = 65, 55.6% White), tracking social‐cognitive and ASC development through age seven. Reduced interest in direct gaze and eyes during infancy correlated with atypical development of adaptive behavior at age four and theory of mind at age seven. Principal component analyses revealed less integrated processing of facial features and eye‐gaze information in ASC infants, potentially impacting their childhood social functioning. Background: Tear trough‐eye bag deformities may appear in young Asian patients due to the weak support of their facial skeletons. For these patients with better periorbital skin elasticity, the injection may be more suitable than surgery for treating tear trough‐lower eyelid bag deformity. Aims: Identify the clinical efficacy and safety of non‐cross‐linked HA in the treatment of tear trough‐lower eyelid bag deformity. Methods: In this study, we analyzed pre‐ and postinjection photographs of 55 patients treated with non‐cross‐linked hyaluronic acid (HA) for tear trough‐lower eyelid bag deformity. Results: The mean [SD] scores of modified Goldberg score suggested that the most significant improvement of preoperative and postoperative scores was in tear trough depression, followed by infraorbital triangular depression, orbital fat prolapse, loss of skin elasticity, and skin transparency. Only transient localized complications were observed, including bruising, swelling, and erythema. There were no serious complications, such as skin necrosis or visual impairment. Conclusions: Our study confirmed the beneficial efficacy and minor complications of composite non‐cross‐linked HA for the treatment of tear trough‐lower eyelid bag deformity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective:To analyze the volatile components of Amomum viUosum(A.viUosum) Lour., Amomum villosum Lour. var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and Amomum longiligular((A.longiligulare) T.L.Wu and their fake species Amomum chinense (A.chinense) Chun, and the gastric mucosal protective activity of the volatile oils of the four (Amomifructus) species. Methods: Headspace solid-phase microextraction-gaschromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used for the compositional analysis of the four (Amomifructus) species, and the chromatographic results were combined with NIST08 and NIST08s spectral libraries for comparative qualitative characterization, and the relative percentage contents of volatile components were calculated by the area normalization method with the principal component analysis and thermogram analysis. The in vitro activity of four (Amomi fruclus) species of volatile oils was evaluated by establishing an in vitro human gastric mucosal epithelial cell (GES-1 cell) injury model using the CCCK-8 method. Results: From A. villosum Lour., A. villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L. Wu et Senjen, A. longiligulare T.L. Wu and its fake Hainan fake species A. chinense Chun, a total of 114 chemical constituents were detected, and 57,,58,,58 and 58 volatile constituents were identified, each accounting for 93.23%, 88.79%, 90.87%, 91.40% of the total volatile constituents in terms of the relative percentage of the total volatile constituents content. 40.48%, 37.77%, 37.09% and 33.39% total sesquiterpene hydrocarbons accounted for 52.53%, 49.88%, 31.22%, 35.45% of the relative percentage content of total volatile components,respectively. The volatile oils of A. villosum Lour.^A. villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and A. longiligulare T.L.Wu had proctive activities on ethanol-induced GES-1 cell damage, and the counterfeit A. chinense Chun had no significant activity. Conclusion: The differences in volatile components and contents between A. villosum Lour. and A. villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen are small, while the differences in volatile components and contents between A. longiligulare T.L.Wu,A. chinense Chu and A. villosum Lour., A. villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen are large.Volatile oils of A. villosum Lour.,A. villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and A. longiligulare T.L.Wu showed protective effects against ethanol-induced damage in human GES-1 cells. Near infrared (NIR) light, especially NIR‐II, triggered photothermal therapy has gained increasing attention due to its deep tissue penetration ability. The development of new NIR‐II photothermal agent may accelerate the clinical translation. As a semiconductor, bismuth (Bi) can be activated by NIR‐II light. Herein, we developed Bi@bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) core@shell nanoparticles (NPs) as new NIR‐II triggered PTA. The photothermal conversion efficiency of Bi@Bi2S3 NPs was calculated to be 48.39 %. With 1064 nm laser irradiation, Bi@Bi2S3 NPs could effectively induce temperature elevation and kill cancer cells. In vivo experiments further prove that Bi@Bi2S3 NPs can serve as an efficient photothermal agent with well biocompatibility for tumor elimination. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
