Background. Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a type I allergic disease induced by IgE. Traditional Chinese medicine Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk (SD) has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects. Materials and Methods. AR model mice were constructed with ovalbumin (OVA) sensitization to observe the improving effect of SD treatment on AR by counting the number of sneezing and rubbing the nose, hematoxylin-eosin, periodic acid-Schiff, and toluidine blue stains. In addition, the allergy and inflammatory cytokines levels and inflammatory cells were observed by ELISA and Wright’s-Giemsa stain. The protein levels of the TLR4/TRAF6/NF-κB and IL-6/ROR-γt/STAT3 pathways were measured by immunohistochemistry, quantitative real-time PCR, and western blot. The intestinal microflora abundance in mice was observed by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. Results. SD treatment inhibited the sneezing and rubbing times of the nose, decreased the degree of a dense arrangement of cells and mucosal swelling and the number of goblet and mast cells of nasal lavage fluid, reduced the levels of IgE, histamine, Leukotriene B4, IL-4, IL-5, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-17, the eosinophils, neutrophils, and lymphocytes number, the LR4, TRAF6, IL-6, ROR-γt, and STAT3 mRNA levels, respectively, while, it increased the IL-2, IL-10, IFN-γ, and TGF-β1 proteins. SD treatment inhibited the NF-κB, p-STAT3, TLR4, TRAF6, and p-IκBα/IκBα proteins. Besides, the effects of OVA and SD treatments were significantly correlated with the abundance of intestinal microflora. The abundances of Cytophagales, Burkholderia, Alteromonadales, Lactococcus, and Clostridiaceae were changed in SD treatment on AR mice. Conclusions. This study provides a possibility that the improvement effect of SD treatment on allergies and inflammation in AR mice may be related to the TLR4/TRAF6/NF-κB and IL-6/ROR-γt/STAT3 pathways and intestinal microflora modulation.

Physical exercise behavior is to protect physical health through scientific physical activity (certain frequency, time, and intensity) in leisure time. The purpose of this paper is to study how to analyze and study the related factors of adolescent physical exercise behavior based on an artificial neural network model and describe the BP learning algorithm. This paper raises the question of the influencing factors of adolescents’ physical exercise behavior. This problem is based on an artificial neural network, so the paper expounds around the concept of artificial neural network and related algorithms and designs and analyzes relevant factors. The experimental results show that among the 4-17-year-old respondents, 45 students have the habit of physical exercise, accounting for 37.5% of the respondents in this age group. Among the 59 people with the habit of physical exercise in this survey, 41 people, accounting for 69.5%, believed that their interest in sports was greatly influenced by their surrounding classmates. There are 40 parents who have one parent who is college or above, accounting for 67.8% and other data. All of them show that the influencing factors of adolescents’ physical exercise behavior come from many aspects.

The development potential of China’s medical insurance market is huge, and the research on medical insurance demand has always been the focus of academic discussions. As a result, the discipline of behavioral economics is derived, which aims to explain the decision-making behavior of individual insurance consumption. Among them, the focus of this study was to investigate the influence of individual psychological characteristics and cognitive level on insurance behavior under the difference of reference points. This paper combined behavioral insurance, actuarial mathematics and the econometrics knowledge system, comprehensive theoretical analysis, and empirical tests and analyzed the impact mechanism of individual frame effect on medical insurance demand under different reference points at multiple levels. At the same time, based on the risk self-assessment of outdoor sports, the artificial intelligence of insurance psychology was analyzed. Based on the correlation vector machine algorithm and the theoretical basis combined with the dual perspective of insurance products, the expected utility model was established under the “guarantee framework”, and the prospect theoretical model was established under the “profit and loss framework”. The framing effect was used to measure the relative size of “guarantee utility” and “profit and loss utility”, and a high-insurance-rate model and a low-insurance-rate model were established. The theoretical model analysis found that under the high insurance rate, because the “profit and loss utility” is positive, the size of the individual frame effect is positively correlated with the willingness to insure. Under the low insurance rate, because the “profit and loss utility” is negative, the size of the individual frame effect is negatively correlated with the willingness to insure. The research results of this paper show that insurance is an important beginning of insurance consumption behavior, which includes the complex mentality and emotion of consumers on insurance activities. The insurance demand of policyholders is formed by the joint action of external and internal incentives. Many factors such as income level and education level play an important role in insurance consumption decision making.

In this study we explored the effect of brand trust on the relationship between brand image and customer loyalty. We took Procter & Gamble as the target brand and developed and tested a theoretical model regarding the relationships among brand image, brand trust (i.e., cognitive and affective), and customer loyalty (i.e., repurchase and advocacy intention) using path analysis and bias-corrected bootstrapping. Empirical results of data from 283 consumers revealed that brand image was positively related to both cognitive and affective brand trust. Brand image was indirectly correlated with both repurchase and advocacy intention through cognitive brand trust, and brand image was indirectly related to advocacy intention through affective brand trust. These findings provide a basis for enterprise marketing management to enhance customer loyalty by shaping the brand image.

The increase of proton beam number might provide higher degrees of freedom in the optimization of intensity-modulated proton therapy planning. In this study, we aimed to quantitatively explore the potential benefits of the increased beam number, including dose volume histogram (DVH), linear energy transfer volume histogram, and DVH bandwidth metrics. Twelve patients with lung cancer are retrospectively selected. Four plans were created based on internal target volume (ITV) robust optimization for each patient using the RayStation treatment planning system. Four plans were generated using different numbers (three, five, seven, and nine) of evenly separated coplanar beams. The three-beam plan was considered as the reference plan. Biologically equivalent doses were calculated using both constant relative biological effectiveness (RBE) and variable RBE models, respectively. To evaluate plan quality, DVH metrics in the target [ITV: D2%, CI, HI] and organs-at-risk [Lung: V5Gy[RBE], V20Gy[RBE], V30Gy[RBE]; Heart D2%; Spinal cord D2%] were calculated using both RBE models. To evaluate LET distributions, LET volume histogram metrics [ITV LETmean and LET2%; Lung LETmean and LET2%; Heart LET2%; Spinal cord LET2%] were quantified. To evaluate plan robustness, the metrics using DVH bandwidth [ITV: D2%, D99%; Lung: V5Gy[RBE], V20Gy[RBE], V30Gy[RBE]; Heart D2%; Spinal cord D2%] were also reported. For plan quality, the increase of proton beam number resulted in fewer target hot spots, improved target dose conformity, improved target dose homogeneity, lower median-dose lung volume, and fewer hot spots in spinal cord. As to LET distributions, target mean LET increased significantly as the beam number increased to seven or more. Lung LET hot spots were significantly reduced with the increase of proton beams. With respect to plan robustness, the robustness of target dose coverage, target hot spots, and low-dose lung volume were improved, while the robustness of heart hot spots became worse as the beam number increased to nine. The robustness of cord hot spots became worse using five and seven beams compared to that using three beams. As the proton beam number increased, plan quality and LET distributions were comparable or significantly improved. The robustness of target dose coverage, target dose hot spots, and low-dose lung volume were significantly improved.

The Polymerase Associated Factor 1 complex (PAF1c) is an epigenetic co-modifying complex that directly contacts RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) and several epigenetic regulating proteins. Mutations, overexpression and loss of expression of subunits of the PAF1c are observed in various forms of cancer suggesting proper regulation is needed for cellular development. However, the biochemical interactions with the PAF1c that allow dynamic gene regulation are unclear. We and others have shown that the PAF1c makes a direct interaction with MLL fusion proteins, which are potent oncogenic drivers of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This interaction is critical for the maintenance of MLL translocation driven AML by targeting MLL fusion proteins to the target genes Meis1 and Hoxa9. Here, we use a proteomics approach to identify protein-protein interactions with the PAF1c subunit CDC73 that regulate the function of the PAF1c. We identified a novel interaction with a histone H3 lysine 9 (H3K9) methyltransferase protein, SETDB1. This interaction is stabilized with a mutant CDC73 that is incapable of supporting AML cell growth. Importantly, transcription of Meis1 and Hoxa9 is reduced and promoter H3K9 trimethylation (H3K9me3) increased by overexpression of SETDB1 or stabilization of the PAF1c-SETDB1 interaction in AML cells. These findings were corroborated in human AML patients where increased SETDB1 expression was associated with reduced HOXA9 and MEIS1. To our knowledge, this is the first proteomics approach to search for CDC73 protein-protein interactions in AML, and demonstrates that the PAF1c may play a role in H3K9me3-mediated transcriptional repression in AML.

Carbon fiber paper (CFP) wrapped with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) film as the composite support (rGO/CFP) of Pt catalysts was studied. It was found that rGO could affect the size and morphology of Pt nanocrystals (NCs). Concave nanocubes (CNC) Pt NCs ~ 20 nm were uniformly electrodeposited on high reduced HrGO/CFP while irregular Pt NCs ~ 62 nm were loaded on low reduced LrGO. Compared with Pt-LrGO/CFP and Pt-MrGO/CFP, the CNC Pt-HrGO/CFP exhibited a higher electrochemically active surface area (121.7 m2 g−1), as well as enhanced electrooxidation activity of methanol (499 mA mg−1) and formic acid (950 mA mg−1). The results further demonstrated that the CNC Pt-HrGO/CFP could serve as the gas diffusion electrode in fuel cells and yielded a satisfactory performance (1855 mW mg−1). The work can provide an attractive perspective on the convenient preparation of the novel gas diffusion electrode for proton exchange membrane fuel cells.

Mg is an attractive candidate for hydrogen generation due to its low cost and high availability as well as its high theoretical H 2 yield and the formation of environmentally friendly byproducts during hydrolysis. On the other hand, the hydrolysis reaction of Mg is rapidly interrupted by the formation of a passive magnesium hydroxide layer. Hydrogen generation via the reaction of ball milled Mg-oxide composites with 3.5% NaCl solution at room temperature was investigated in this paper. Several cheap metal oxides (Fe 2 O 3 , CaO, MoO 3 , Fe 3 O 4 , Nb 2 O 5 and TiO 2 ) were used to assess the effects of hydrolysis on the magnesium powder. The results show that Mg-5 wt% MoO 3 and Fe 2 O 3 demonstrate the best hydrolysis performance (above 888 mL/g and 95.2% of theoretical hydrogen generation yield in 10 min) in comparison to Mg Fe 3 O 4 , Mg TiO 2 , Mg Nb 2 O 5 and Mg CaO composites. In addition, the effects of different Mg contents and milling times on the hydrolysis property of the Mg powder were also studied and it was concluded that the addition of 5 wt% oxide and a milling time of 1 h are the optimal parameters for the production of the Mg MoO 3 composite. Moreover, the valence state of metal ions was found to have an important influence on the hydrolysis reaction for the first time. The effect of valence state has been studied for Mg-Fe x+ and Mg-Mo x+ composites and the results show that a higher valence value of the transition metal ions leads to a better hydrolysis property of Mg.

The hydrogen storage and hydrogen generation of CaMg2 and CaMg1.9Ni0.1 alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and pressure-composition-isotherm (PCI) measurements. The results confirmed that the CaMg2 alloy cannot absorb hydrogen at room temperature. While the addition of Ni to the CaMg2-based alloys resulted in room-temperature hydrogen absorption without an activation process, and a maximum hydrogen-absorption capacity of 5.65 wt%. The hydrolysis performance of hydrogenated CaMg2 and hydrogenated CaMg1.9Ni0.1 (abbreviated as H-CaMg2 and H-CaMg1.9Ni0.1 hereafter) was also evaluated. The hydrolysis reaction of H-CaMg2 occurred rapidly in water and resulted in a hydrogen yield of 800 mL/g. Furthermore, the hydrolysis properties of H-CaMg1.9Ni0.1 were significantly enhanced with the addition of Ni, as evidenced by a hydrogen yield of 1053 mL/g in 12 min, this yield is 94.7% of the theoretical hydrogen yield of H-CaMg1.9Ni0.1.

By monitoring the health and physical quality of college students in real time, we can find the problems and adjust the training plan and training methods. This article designs and implements a student physical health monitoring and management system under Android platform. The requirements analysis, architecture design, outline design, detailed design and implementation of the system are described in detail, and the database design of the system is completed. The details of the interface of the module are determined, the implementation process of key technologies are realized, and the implementation of the extensible framework for the application of the system server and the application of the intelligent terminal are also performed. The tests and analysis results show that the whole system meets the requirements of function and performance, which achieves expected effects.

In order to make full use of education resources and improve the interactivity and initiative of teaching, a web-based teaching system based on the Web is developed. The system adopts JSP combined with SQLserver2000 database, and Java technology is used to realize the connection between the Web server and database server, which can ensure the system scalability, portability, high reliability and safety. The system includes login, registration, cours learning, communication between the teacher and students, and website management. This system has broken the traditional basketball teaching pattern in time and space constraints, and has realized the online learning function. Besides, it has realized the function of answering students' questions, materail download and upload, and online teaching effect evaluation based on BP neural network. This system is user-friendly and easy to operate, which can be used by the students to realize the information management of teaching resources.

In order to improve the recognition ability of sprinter video image features, a method of image local fuzzy feature recognition based on edge contour feature matching was designed. Based on the model of image visual feature sampling, the spatial block region planning is carried out. The attitude determination model of the local fuzzy region is established, and the local fuzzy features are extracted by combining template matching and wavelet multi-scale decomposition. Block recognition and information enhancement technology are used to enhance the fuzzy region information so as to extract the edge contour feature set of the fuzzy region and realise the accurate recognition of the local fuzzy features of the image. The simulation results show that this method can accurately identify the local fuzzy features of sprint video images, and the highest recognition accuracy can reach 95.7%.

Nickel has shown to be a good catalyst for improving the hydrolysis performances of hydrogenated Mg3RE (abbreviated as H-Mg3RE, RE = La, Ce, Pr, Nd) through investigating the hydrolysis kinetics and mechanisms of hydrogenated Mg3RENi0.1 (abbreviated as H-Mg3RENi0.1). A material with superior hydrolysis performance, namely H-Mg3CeNi0.1 has been identified, which can generate 276 mL g−1 min−1 hydrogen in the first 1.5 min and achieve a total yield of 1088 mL g−1. Ni served to modify the hydrolysis mechanisms of H-Mg3La, H-Mg3Pr, and H-Mg3Nd to improve their hydrolysis properties. Moreover, Ni has been found to promote the direct hydrolysis of CeH3 to CeO2 to liberate more hydrogen and to render the stable Nd2H5 reactive towards water. Therefore, the studied H-Mg3RE systems all show improved hydrolysis properties after the addition of Ni.

Using sports information management platform, this paper designs the relevance of teaching achievements, which provides technical support for the research on the teaching of physical education.

To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) secondary to the sudden deafness (SD) and to explore pathogenetic mechanism.One hundred and seventy-eight cases of the SD in our department were retrospectively analyzed. They were all treated under the guidance of clinical guidelines.(1) In all these patient's with SD, there were 31 cases with BPPV secondary to the SD. There were 26 cases of BPPV of posterior semicircular canal and 5 cases of BPPV of lateral BPPV semicircular canal. All patients with BPPV were diagnosed as the same ears as the SD, including 16 cases on left sides and 15 on right sides. (2) The interval between the onset of SD and BPPV was less than one week in 27 cases, between one week and one month in 3 cases, and between one and three months in 1 case. (3) All patients with BPPV secondary to the SD were cured with Epley maneuver or Barbecue roll maneuver.The occurrence of BPPV may follow SD, and the major of BPPV secondary to the SD occurs in the posterior semicircular canal. The canalith repositioning is an effective therapy to the secondary BPPV.

To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and c-myc and their relationship with clinicopathological parameter in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).The expression of hTERT protein and c-myc protein in 39 LSCC specimens and 10 vocal cord polyp specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the expression of hTERT protein and c-myc protein and their relationship with clinicopathological parameter were analyzed.The positive rate of hTERT protein and c-myc protein expression in 39 LSCC was 84.6% (33/39) and 82.1% (32/39), respectively. The positive rate of hTERT protein and c-myc protein expression in 10 vocal cord polyps was 0 (0/10) and 10.0% (1/10) respectively. Statistical tests showed that hTERT and c-myc protein expression was significantly higher in LSCC than that in vocal cord polyps. Spearman rank correlation analysis revealed that the expression of c-myc protein was great significantly related to that of hTERT protein (correlation coefficient r = 0.541, P0.01). No statistically association was observed among the frequency of hTERT expression and TNM stages, degree of differentiation or lymph nodes metastases.The activation of hTERT may be a key step in the pathogenesis of LSCC and the expression of hTERT was associated significantly with that of c-myc gene. C-myc is probably an important control factor in the activation and regulation of hTERT expression.

Micro-holes in gold foils were machined by excimer laser ablation, to provide a useful micro-process for manufacturing a flat plane wire winding and transformer. The mechanisms of the excimer laser ablation were described. There are two classes of laser ablation mechanisms that are the excimer laser-induced thermodynamics process and the interaction process of photons, phonons and electrons generated by the laser plasma. In these experiments, the laser pulse energy, repetition frequency and pulse number were, respectively, set to 200-350 mJ, 50-150 Hz and 300-1000. We observed atomic force micrographs of holes in the gold foil. The thickness of the gold foil is 20-25 /spl mu/m. The diameter of the holes in the gold foil is 20-40 /spl mu/m.
