The paper discusses the variants of upgrading the basic concept of the machine with hybrid kinematics based on the O-X glide mechanism, by adding one or two rotating axes on the work table. The variant project was realized at the level of virtual prototypes, which were used to simulate the operation of the machine according to the given program. In this way, the programming environment was created and programming verification was performed on the virtual machining system. The simulations were carried out on selected workpieces of certain dimensions, taking into account the available working space of the machine. In this way, machining simulations on a virtual prototype of four-axis and five-axis machining demonstrated and verified the possibility of machining with additional rotating axes.

The intensive development of machine production in recent years has enabled the emergence of machine tools with parallel and hybrid kinematic structure and their integration into industrial production. Therefore, extensive research has been conducted in recent years to examine the exploitation possibilities of such machines and the justification of their application in certain areas of mechanical engineering. An important part of that research is the examination of accuracy and the possibility of calibrating machine tools with non‐trivial kinematics. The paper presents a part of the research carried out to determine the influence of the characteristics of individual machine components on the overall positioning accuracy of the machine tool prototype based on the O‐X glide hybrid mechanism.

The paper presents the programming and program verification on 3-axis hybrid kinematics CNC machine for rapid prototyping. The original hybrid (parallel-serial) 3-axis O-X glide mechanism developed for the purpose of building rapid prototyping machine and multifunctional machine tools is presented. The paper analyzes the available programming software, which can be one of the standard CAD/CAM systems or a specialized CAM system. In addition to the analysis and presentation of the programming method procedure, the program verification by material removal simulation and virtual machine simulation according to a given program was also considered. Verification of programming methods was realized by machining several characteristic parts. The paper presents the first prototype of a machine, developed for the purpose of testing characteristics with an open control system based on the LinuxCNC.

The paper presents the programming and program verification on a 3-axis hybrid kinematics CNC machine for rapid prototyping using subtractive and additive processes. The original hybrid (parallel-serial) 3-axis O-X glide mechanism developed to build a rapid prototyping machine and multifunctional machine tools is presented. The paper analyzes the available programming software, which can be one of the standard CAD/CAM systems or aspecialized CAM system, for subtractive processes, i.e. desktop milling. For the additive processes, the software for generating G code based on the STL file as well as the possibility of simulating the machine when working is considered. To verify the program, the simulation of material removal for subtractive processes as well as the simulation of material addition for additive processes were considered. The paper presents the prototype of a hybrid kinematics CNC machine and some of the results of testing with an open control system based on the LinuxCNC.

Predmet istraživanja prikazanih u okviru doktorske diseracije su samopobudne vibracije pri obradi glodanjem. Na osnovu detaljne analize zakonitosti nastanka samopobudnih vibracija uspostavljena je određena paralela između glodanja i mikrogkodanja, za slučajeve kada je dubina rezanja veća od radijusa rezne ivice alata. Za tako usvojene pretpostavke, razvijeni su modeli unapređene numeričke simulacije procesa glodanja i mikroglodanja. Razvijeni modeli su svestrano verifikovani, s jedne strane, u segmentima gde postoje podaci u literaturi; poređenjem sa rezultatima drugih autora, a sa druge strane poređenjem sa sopstvenim eksperimentalnim ispitivanjima. Za eksperimentalno definisanje granične dubine rezanja pri glodanju predložena je inovativna metoda tangenti, a pri mikroglodanju, imajući u vidu raspoloživu mernu opremu, metoda hrapavosti obrađene površine. Matematički modeli i eksperimentalne metode su verifikovani pri obradi tri karakteristične vrste materijala i na dva obradna sistema pri glodanju, odnosno jednom materijalu i jednom obradnom sistemu pri mikroglodanju. Rezultati istraživanja su prezentovani kroz dvanaest poglavlja čiji sadržaj se navodi u nastavku. U prvom, uvodnom poglavlju, ukazano je na značaj istraživanja samopobudnih vibracija pri makro i mikroglodanju. Prikazana je i aktuelnost istraživanja analizom broja naučnih radova koji se bave problematikom samopobudnih vibracija u periodu od poslednjih dvadeset pet godina. Kroz drugo poglavlje detaljno su prikazana dosadašnja istraživanja samopobudnih vibracija pri makroglodanju, dok su u trećem poglavlju prikazana istraživanja samopobudnih vibracija pri mikroglodanju. Izvršena je analiza uticajnih parametri na graničnu dubinu rezanja, koja predstavlja osnovni pokazatelj dinamičke stabilnosti kako makro, tako i mikroobradnih sistema. Na osnovu saznanja prikazanih u okviru drugog i trećeg poglavlja u četvrtom poglavlju su definisani ciljevi i hipoteze istraživanja. Based on a detailed analysis of the self-excited vibrations occurrence, a certain parallel has been established between macro and micromilling, for cases when the depth of cut is greater than the cutting edge radius of the tool. For such adopted assumptions, models of advanced numerical simulation of macro and micromilling processes were developed. The developed models were comprehensively verified, on the one hand, by comparison with the results of other authors, and on the other hand by comparison with own experimental results. An innovative tangent method has been proposed for the experimental definition of the cutting depth limit in milling, and the method of machined surface roughness has been proposed for micromilling, having in mind the available measuring equipment. Mathematical models and experimental methods were verified by machining three characteristic types of materials on two machining systems in macromilling, and one material on one machining system in micromilling. The results of the research are presented through twelve chapters, the content of which is listed below. In the first, introductory chapter, the importance of the research of self - excited vibrations in macro and micromilling is pointed out. The topicality of the research is also presented by analyzing the number of scientific papers dealing with the issue of self - excited vibrations in the period of the last twenty - five years. REZIME: Proizvodnja delova na numerički upravljanim mašinama alatkama jedna je od najzastupljenijih tehnika korišćenih u savremenim proizvodnim procesima. Čak i kod preciznog hladnog i toplog oblikovanja delova ili livenja delova, mnogi od završnih postupaka obrade i delova se obavljaju rezanjem na mašinama alatkama, a takođe se i alati za ove mašine, ovim tehnologijama obrađuju. CAD/CAM sistemi mogu da generišu NC programe na osnovu geometrije dela, ali ne pomažu programerima u izboru odgovarajućih strategija rezanja, geometrije alata i drugih parametara procesa. Komercijalni CAM softveri generišu CNC programe uglavnom sa matematičke tačke gledišta i obično sadrže konstantne parametre rezanja za određenu putanju alata i ne simuliraju očekivani kvalitet i tačnost obrađenih površina, a takođe ne uzimaju u obzir mehaničke aspekte procesa glodanja kao što su sile rezanja i devijacija reznog alata. Savremena merna oprema je sve prisutnija u mašinskoj industriji, pa se može reći da su koordinatne merne mašine postale standard i da se proizvodnja i dokumentacija velikim delom prilagođava koordinatnim mernim mašinama. Sa druge strane se još intenzivnije razvijaju beskontaktni (optički i laserski) merni sistemi. Eksperimentalna istraživanja obuhvataju veoma veliki broj eksperimenata. U okviru prvog eksperimenta analiziran je uticaj širine rezanja na tačnost obrađenog dela. Sledećim eksperimentom obuhvaćen je uticaj brzine rezanja i pomoćnog kretanja na hrapavost obrađenog dela kao i na dimenzionalna i geometrijska odstupanja: ravnost, upravnost i paralelnost. Modern measurement equipment is more present in manufacturing industries, so it can be said that the measuring machine coordinates have became the standard and that the manufacturing and documentation are adjusting to the coordinate measuring machines in a great deal. On the other hand, the non-contact (optical and laser) measuring systems are more intensively developed. These measuring systems as a result include a point cloud, which requires the processing and generating of surfaces for the purpose of measuring and control. In the framework of the dissertation is given the review of modern measuring equipment and the surface generating procedures and deviation measurements using the software, such as CATIA, Gom Inspect, PC DMIS, etc, are presented. Osnovni cilj rekonstrukcije prednjeg ukrštenog ligamenta kolena je dobijanje pune stabilnosti kolena u celom obimu pokreta. Bez obzira na razvoj operativne tehnike i rehabilitacije i dalje postoji jedan broj pacijenata koji nije u potpunosti zadovoljan rezultatom rekonstrukcije prednjeg ukrštenog ligamenta kolena, te je potrebno izvršiti ponovnu operaciju. Smatra se da je najčešći uzrok rane ponovne nestabilnosti loša pozicija kalema, tj. pozicija tunela koja nije na anatomskom mestu. Većina hirurga koji se bave ovom problematikom procenjuju poziciju kalema u golenjači na osnovu standardnih radiograma: prednje-zadnje i bočne projekcije, što svakako nije dovoljno precizno. U ekonomski razvijenim zemljama poziciju kalema određuju analizirajući snimke kompjuterizovane tomografije (CT) ili magnetne rezonance (MRI). Prvenstveno zbog smanjenja doze zračenja kojoj se izlažu pacijenti prilikom kompjuterizovane tomografije, ali i iz ekonomskih razloga bilo bi korisno razvijanje jednog lako dostupnog, jeftinog ali preciznog i jednostavnog metoda određivanja položaja kalema u golenjači. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se dokaže značaj pozicije kalema u golenjači i mogućnost svakodnevne kliničke primene novorazvijenog kompjuterskog programa u cilju određivanja prostorne pozicije kalema u golenjači iz samo dva standardna radiograma. Studija je bila eksperimentalno-prospektivnog karaktera. Eksperimentalni deo istraživanja sproveden je na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka (FTN) u Novom Sadu na Departmanu za proizvodno mašinstvo gde je na osnovu standardnih RTG snimaka (prednje-zadnje i bočne projekcije) razvijen kompjuterski program za određivanje prostornog položaja kalema u golenjači. U cilju verifikacije novorazvijenog programa realizovano je prostorno određivanje položaja kalema u golenjači obradom standardnih RTG snimaka (prednje-zadnje i bočne projekcije) kod 10 pacijenata kod kojih je izvršena primarna rekonstrukcija prednjeg ukrštenog ligamenta kolena. Regardless of the development of operational techniques and rehabilitation, there is still a number of patients who are not completely satisfied with the result of reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, and a re-operation is required. It is believed that the most common cause of the instability is the bad position of the graft, i.e. position of the tunnel that is not at the anatomical place insertion. Most surgeons who deal with this problem evaluate the position of the graft in the tibia based on standard radiograms: anterior-posterior and lateral projections, which is not precise enough. In economically developed countries, the position of the graft is determined by analyzing images of computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance (MRI). Primarily due to a decrease in the radiation dose exposed to patients during computerized tomography, but also for economic reasons, it would be useful to develop an easily accessible, inexpensive but precise and simple method for determining the position of the graft in the tibia. The main goal of this examination was to prove the significance of the position of the graft and the possibility of daily clinical use of the newly developed computer program in order to determine in-space position of the graft in only two standard radiograms. The study was experimental-prospective. U prvom poglavlju je ukazano na potrebu ugradnje implantata u cilju ponovnog uspostavljanja normalnog funkcionisanja lokomotornog sistema čoveka. Na osnovu analize broja i strukture ugrađenih endoproteza zgloba kuka za 2014. i 2015. godinu na IOHB „Banjica“, Beograd, i Kliničkom centru Vojvodine Novi Sad, Klinika za ortopediju i traumatologiju, zaključuje se da ovi pokazatelji ukazuju na sličnost i uporedivost, sa podacima iz SAD, u odnosu na broj stanovnika. Drugo poglavlje, u uvodnom delu, sadrži sistematizaciju endoproteza zgloba kuka u skladu sa standardom ISO 7216. Nakon toga, dat je prikaz dosadašnjih rezultata primene tumorskih modularnih endoproteza. Pažnja je poklonjena opisu i varijantnosti konstrukcionih elemenata modularnih endoproteza zgloba kuka, kao i analizi izvedenih konstrukcionih rešenja. Prikaz dosadašnjih istraživanja je upotpunjen analizom patentnih rešenja modularnih endoproteza zgloba kuka. Primarni i sekundarni tumori, neuspela aloartroplastika, prelomi preko ili ispod trohantera, patološki prelom, često prouzrukuju totalno razaranje gornjeg dela butne kosti, i ovi uslovi predstavljaju indikaciju za zamenu gornjeg dela butne kosti tumorskom endoprotezom. After that, the results of historical application of modular tumor endoprosthesis was presented. The attention was paid to the description and structure element variants of modular hip endoprosthesis, and also to the analyses of existing prosthesis constructions. The results of up to now conducted research were additionally enriched with patented variants of modular hip endoprosthesis. At the end, based on previously summed knowledge and experiences in the field of development of prosthetic aids, the goal of the research was determined, so as basic hypothesis, materials and methods. Third chapter comprises short description of bone tumors and historic development of tumor endoprosthesis. The complications after implantation were discussed and also the criteria for the implantation of tumor prosthesis. Primary and secondary tumors, failed arthroplasty, fractures across or beneath trochanter and pathologic fractures are frequent causes of total destruction of the upper portion of the femur and require the replacement of it with tumor prosthesis. The aim of hip tumor prosthesis implantation is to save the limb, to preserve esthetic, to provide satisfactory functionality and to neutralize the pain. It is not possible to expect that endoprosthetic system achieves en infinitely long service life. For some of the components, which are during the

CAD/CAE/CAM tehnologije predstavljaju skup savremenih, naučnih, tehničkih i informacionih disciplina koje imaju za cilj izučavanje i primenu metoda brzog razvoja proizvoda i procesa. Nivo njihove primene je, između ostalog, mera konkurentnosti proizvodnih preduzeća i može se smatrati okosnicom savremenih inženjerskih aktivnosti. Upravo, integrisani razvoj proizvoda i tehnologija izrade podrazumevaju primenu CAD/CAE/CAM tehnologija, koje se realizuju u računarskom okruženju, sa ciljem da se proizvod i proces modeluju, simuliraju i optimizuju pre izrade u realnom okruženju. U skladu sa tim, obrazovni sistem ima odgovoran zadatak da studioznim proučavanjem pojedinih područja potpomaže širenje znanja i studente pripreme za aktivnosti koje ih u praksi očekuju. Obrazovni cilj predmeta “CAD/CAE/CAM i CIM sistemi” je sticanje osnovnih znanja iz računarom integrisane proizvodnje, kroz prikaz karakterističnih modela, izučavanje pojedinih podsistema kao što su automatske fleksibilne tehnološke strukture, upoznavanje sa programskim sistemima za automatizovano projektovanje proizvoda, programskim sistemima za proračune i analize, sistemima za automatizovano programiranje NUMA kao i načinima povezivanje pojedinih podsistema u jedinstveni CIM sistem. Materija izložena u publikaciji razmatra samo problematiku automatizacije projektovanja proizvoda i njihove tehnologije izrade, a prezentovana je u okviru pet poglavlja: 1-Osnove projektovanja i automatizacije postupaka projektovanja, 2-Računarom podržano projektovanje proizvoda (CAD sistemi), 3- Proračuni i analize primenom računara (CAE sistemi), 4-Računarom podržana proizvodnja (CAM sistemi) i 5-Verifikacija programa za obradu na virtuelnim mašinama alatkama. Osnovni cilj publikacije je da se budućim inženjerima olakša razumevanje i primena CAD/CAE/CAM sistema u obrazovanju i praksi.

Operacija obrade glodanjem sa tri numerički upravljane ose često u savremenim uslovima obuhvata izradu površina čija topologija utiče na pojavu različitih opterećenja u sistemu pomoćnog kretanja mašine alatke. Kao rezultat toga, dobijaju se obrađene površine sa netačnostima uzrokovanim između ostalog geometrijom oblika koji se izrađuje i uticajem veličine pomeranja u pojedinim osama u svim segmentima putanje alata. Cilj rada je ispitivanje grešaka koje nastaju pri obradi pojedinih složenih oblika. Analiza oblika je realizovana u dve faze: softverski poređenjem geometrije obradka sa oblicima koji se dobijaju putanjom alata, kao i fizički skeniranjem obrađenih površina kontaktnom metodom i poređenjem dobijenog oblaka tačaka sa modelom izradka., Milling process on three axis milling machine very often includes making a surfaces whose topology affect to appear different problems in motion systems of machine tools. As a result of the aforementioned problem, the produced surfaces have inaccuracies, which are caused by produced shape geometry and impact of moving, along the individual axis in all segments of the tool path.The aim of this paper is to examine the occur errors during the processing of complex shape. Shape analysis is realized along the two phases: comparing the CAD model and geometry obtained by tool path simulation, as well as comparing point cloud got by phisical scaning produced part with CAD model.

Primary goals of trends of digitalization in the Industry are increasing of efficiency, productivity and quality of product. As a basic unit of modern manufacturing industry, numerical controlled machine tools have important role in industrial digitalization. Their improvement trough implementation of digitally connected components and subsystems enables a creation of an adaptive mechatronic system which can be a part of connected production system. This paper describes some of the key and desired characteristics of Machine Tool 4.0 such as Cyber-physical Machine Tools, vertically and horizontally integrated machine tools and more intelligent, autonomous and safer machine tools.

U radu se razmatra problematika ponašanja cilindrično valjkastih ležaja za uležištenje glavnih vretena mašina alatki i osovinskog sklopa vučenih vozila na železnici. Za definisano konstrukciono rešenje uležištenja sklopa glavnog vretena izvršena su eksperimentalna ispitivanja toplotnog ponašanja čime su provereni i potvrđeni rezultati računarskog modelovanja (2D i 3D). U prvom poglavlju polazi se od značaja cilindrično valjkastih ležaja za uležištenje sklopova glavnih vretena i osovinskog sklopa vučenih vozila na železnici. Konstrukcioni parametri valjkastih ležaja opisani su i objašnjeni u drugom poglavlju. U trećem poglavlju izvršen je pregled stanja u oblasti u dva pravca: ponašanje sklopova glavnih vretena i osovinskih sklopova na železnici. Literaturni izvori su grupisani na one koji se bave problematikom statičkog, toplotnog ponašanja i oštećenjima ležaja. Matematički modeli za analizu statičkog, toplotnog ponašanja, veka ležaja kao i programsko rešenje za određivanje veka ležaja dati su u okviru četvrtog poglavlja. Prikazan je opšti algoritam ponašanja cilindrično valjkastih ležaja, kao i agoritmi statičkog, toplotnog ponašanja i veka ležaja. Dati su modeli za određivanje nelinearne krutosti u radijalnom pravcu za valjkaste ležaje. Na osnovu Ševalove teorije rasporeda opterećenja razvijen je nelinearni model generisanja toplote u ležaju. U petom poglavlju izvršeno je računarsko modelovanje statičkog i toplotnog ponašanja sklopa glavnog vretena uležištenog cilindrično valjkastim dvoredim ležajem. Analizirani su modeli dvodimenzionog i trodimenzionog sklopa glavnog vretena i određene su vrednosti temperature na vrhu vretena. Veličina konačnih elemenata imala je zanemarljiv uticaj na rezultate toplotnog ponašanja. U okviru ovog poglavlja ukazuje se na činjenicu da je predikcija toplotnog ponašanja mašine alatke uslovljena ponašanjem odgovarajućih sklopova, a posebno sklopa glavnog vretena. Najvažniji pravci razvoja mašina alatki su: intenzivno povećanje režima obrade u cilju obrade savremenih materijala, unapređenje mehaničke strukture mašina, modularnost upravljačkih sistema i uključivanje u industrijski koncept Interneta stvari (Industry Internet of Things). U skladu sa tim se sve više primenjuju i savremene metode obrazovanja inženjera proizvodnog mašinstva i operatera na mašinama. Ove metode obuhvataju primenu različitih softverskih rešenja od simulatora prilagodljivih konfiguracija mašina pa do kompleksnih računarskih sistema baziranih na veštačkoj inteligenciji, kao i intenzivnu primenu modularnih edukacionih i industrijskih mašina alatki. Primena savremenih metoda edukacije učenika srednjih škola, polaznika različitih programa prekvalifikacije kao i visokoobrazovanih kadrova u oblasti mašinske industrije je od ključnog značaja za njihovo brzo uključivanje u savremenu proizvodnju. U radu se prikazju savremene metode edukacije u oblasti numerički upravljanih mašina alatki i neki od rezultata višegodišnjeg iskustva autora u njihovoj primeni u Republici Srbiji., The continuous development of technologies and society is enabled by intensive developments improvement of production technologies. This applies in particular to the development of machine tools as a basis of industrial technological systems of today. The main directions of improvement of machine tools are extensively increased cutting data necessary for the processes of cutting modern materials, improving the structure of the machine, a modular control systems and integration into the industrial concept of the Internet of Things (Internet of Things Industry). In line with these improvements are created new trends and methods of production engineering education of engineers and operators on the machines. Those trends include the use of various software solutions of the simulator machine configuration adaptable to complex computer systems based on artificial intelligence, as well as intensive implementation of modular educational and commercial machine tools. The application of modern methods of education of high school students, students of various programs and retraining of highly educated personnel in the field of production engineering is crucial for their rapid integration into modern production. The paper describes modern methods of education in the field of machine tools and years of experience of the author on their application in the Republic of Serbia.

Development of modern machine tools basically is directed on improvement of kinematic structures and exploitation characteristics. As a result of this in last two decades industry more and more uses machine tools based on parallel and hybrid kinematics with significant increasing of speed of main and movement and feederate. In order to provide more efficient exploitations of these machines, reduce of the preparation time of production, increase of the safety of users and machines is necessary application of software for simulation and verification programs. This paper presents the concept of modern technological preparing of manufacturing in the case of the definition of virtual machine tools based on conventional - serial and hybrid kinematics, simulation of machining and verification of programs for machining of characteristic workpiece.

У првом, уводном поглављу представљени су циљеви истраживања, хипотезе и примјењена методологија истраживања. У овом поглављу дат је приказ досадашњих истраживања у сљедећим областима: пројектовање виртуалних машина алатки, савремене методе моделовања и симулације у идентификацији понашања машина алатки примјеном метода коначних елемената, те примјена редукција реда модела у пројектовању машина алатки. У другом поглављу дате су теоријске основе методе редукције реда модела. При анализи система који имају велики број чворова (под велики број чворова се подразумјева 105 - 106 чворова, па и више) вријеме потребно за извођење симулација, али и потребне карактеристике рачунара на ком се изводи анализа могу представљати значајан проблем, поготово првим фазама процеса пројектовања када су честе измјене пројектоване структуре. Технике редукције реда, односно редукције броја степени слободе МКЕ модела, подразумјевају да се системи добијени примјеном метода коначних елемената замјене редукованим системима, (системима првог реда), који са довољном тачношћу описује динамичко понашање посматраног система. Након што се систем преведе у простор стања, даље се врши модална редукција, гдје се на бази утврђених критеријума селектује потребан број модова. У овом поглављу за рангирање модова користе се два критеријума: појачање у максимуму и појачање на нултој фреквенцији, односно критеријум балансираних редукција. У оквиру трећег поглавља описана је процедура извођења експерименталне модалне анализе и утврђивања модалних параметара, релативног коефицијента пригушења, сопствених фреквенција осциловања, модалне масе, модалне крутости, вискозног пригушења и облика осциловања. Приказани су принципи аквизиције података при извођењу експерименталне модалне анализе и дат приказ кориштене аквизиционе и мјерне опреме. На примјеру греде константног кружног попречног пресјека приказан је аналитички начин утвррђивања модалних параметара на основу Ојлер – Бернулијеве теорије греда, те модална анал, U prvom, uvodnom poglavlju predstavljeni su ciljevi istraživanja, hipoteze i primjenjena metodologija istraživanja. U ovom poglavlju dat je prikaz dosadašnjih istraživanja u sljedećim oblastima: projektovanje virtualnih mašina alatki, savremene metode modelovanja i simulacije u identifikaciji ponašanja mašina alatki primjenom metoda konačnih elemenata, te primjena redukcija reda modela u projektovanju mašina alatki. U drugom poglavlju date su teorijske osnove metode redukcije reda modela. Pri analizi sistema koji imaju veliki broj čvorova (pod veliki broj čvorova se podrazumjeva 105 - 106 čvorova, pa i više) vrijeme potrebno za izvođenje simulacija, ali i potrebne karakteristike računara na kom se izvodi analiza mogu predstavljati značajan problem, pogotovo prvim fazama procesa projektovanja kada su česte izmjene projektovane strukture. Tehnike redukcije reda, odnosno redukcije broja stepeni slobode MKE modela, podrazumjevaju da se sistemi dobijeni primjenom metoda konačnih elemenata zamjene redukovanim sistemima, (sistemima prvog reda), koji sa dovoljnom tačnošću opisuje dinamičko ponašanje posmatranog sistema. Nakon što se sistem prevede u prostor stanja, dalje se vrši modalna redukcija, gdje se na bazi utvrđenih kriterijuma selektuje potreban broj modova. U ovom poglavlju za rangiranje modova koriste se dva kriterijuma: pojačanje u maksimumu i pojačanje na nultoj frekvenciji, odnosno kriterijum balansiranih redukcija. U okviru trećeg poglavlja opisana je procedura izvođenja eksperimentalne modalne analize i utvrđivanja modalnih parametara, relativnog koeficijenta prigušenja, sopstvenih frekvencija oscilovanja, modalne mase, modalne krutosti, viskoznog prigušenja i oblika oscilovanja. This chapter provides an overview of current research in the following areas: design of virtual machine tools, modern methods of modelling and simulation in identifying the behaviour of machine tools using the finite element method, as well as the use of model order reduction in the design of machine tools. The second chapter provides a theoretical bases for model order reduction. In analysing systems that have a large number of nodes (a large number of nodes alludes to 105 - 106 nodes, or more) the following can present significant problem: time required to perform the simulation and necessary characteristics of the computer on which the analysis is performed, especially in the early stages of the process design when changes of designed structure are frequent. Model order reduction techniques, i.e. reduction of the number of degrees of FEM model freedom, imply that the systems obtained by using the finite element method are replaced by the one (the first order system) that describes the dynamic behaviour of the observed system with sufficient accuracy. Once the system is converted to state space, modal reduction continues whereby on the basis of established criteria required number of modes are selected. In this chapter the following criteria are used for ranking modes: DC gain / peak gain, and the balanced reduction. Third chapter shows procedures of performing experimental modal analysis and determining the following parameters: relative damping ratio, natural frequencies, modal mass and stiffness and viscous damping coefficient. Интензиван развој крајем осамдесетих, током деведесетих година 20. века и посебно после 2000. година, а који је дефинитивно успоставио и нову област истраживања у производном инжењерству под називом интелигентни технолошки системи, указује на позитиван тренд у правцу остваривања нових производних технологија у 21. веку. У времену када је аутоматизација производње готово достигла свој тренутни максимум, технолошка миграција од флексибилних ка интелигентним технолошким системима и задовољавање све већих потреба глобалног тржишта остварује се новим, мултидисциплинарним приступом, базираним на примени напредних биолошки инспирисаних парадигми 21. века. Пројектовање технолошких процеса, терминирање технолошких процеса, као и терминирање транспортних средстава су међу три најважније функције интелигентних технолошких система. Варијантност у погледу технолошких операција обраде дела, као и у погледу алтернативних производних ресурса (машина алатки, алата, оријентација алата), утиче на то да највећи број делова у савременим технолошким системима може имати више алтернативних технолошких процеса обраде. Process planning, scheduling and scheduling of internal transport systems (mobile robot) belong to most important functions of intelligent manufacturing systems. A variety of manufacturing operations together with a variety of alternative manufacturing resources (machine tools, cutting tools, tool access directions, etc.) provide that most jobs in the modern manufacturing systems may have a large number of alternative process plans. For that reason, obtaining an optimal process plan according to all alternative manufacturing resources as well as alternative operations has become a very important task in flexible process planning problem research. As process planning, scheduling function also belongs to NP hard (non deterministic polynomial problem) which means that time exponentially increases with the increase of alternative machine tools, tools and TADs. Therefore, development of biologically inspired algorithms for optimization of proposed functions is the main focus of research efforts in this thesis. The doctoral dissertation is related to the implementation of three methodologies for conceptual design of intelligent manufacturing systems: axiomatic design theory is used for conceptual design of material transport which includes transport of raw material, goods and parts; inventive principles of TRIZ methodology are used as effective tool to define, analyze and solve integration problems at the conceptual design phase and multi-agent methodology is used to facilitate integration of manufacturing functions. У раду jе приказана анализа геометриjе резног дела машинског урезника са правим жлебовима и модел за предикциjу сила и момента процеса урезивања навоjа. Поред постављања аналитичког модела, урезници су моделирани у CAD пакету са главним параметрима из екстерне базе података. Геометриjа резног алата jе детаљно дефинисана у геометриjском систему коjи укључуjе сет гео- метриjских параметара коjи дефинишу апсолутне и релативне позициjе свих елемената у обрадном систему. Да би се одредили односи међу угловима коjи дефинишу геометриjу алата, одређене су матрице ориjентациjе за различите координатне системе урезника. Постављен jе линеарни модел између сила реза- ња и површине пресека струготине коjу представља производ дебљине резаног слоjа и ширине обраде. Усвоjени линеарни модел сила резања обухвата две компоненте, компоненте резања у зони смицања и компоненте коjе настаjу у зони резања а описуjу се као ивичне силе. Дефинисани су коефициjенти резања за комбинациjу материjала обратка ˇC4320 и материjала алата од брзорезног челика ˇC9780. Предложени модел за предикциjу сила и момента машинског урезника укључуjе ефекте геометриjе главних и помоћних сечива. Приказани су резултати експерименталне верификациjе обраде урезивања навоjа у отвору, стандардним урезницима са три права жлеба коjи су упоређени са предикова- ним вредностима сила и момената., The paper presents cutting tools geometry analysis of the active part of straight fluted taps and a model for predicting the tapping forces and torque. In addition to setting the analytical models, the taps are modelled in CAD package with the main parameters from the external database. The geometry of the cutting tool is defined in detail in the geometry system, which includes a set of geometric parameters that determine the absolute and relative positions of all elements in the machining system. To derive the relation between the angles that define the geometry of the tools, the orientation matrices for coordinate systems of taps are defined. Cutting forces are expressed as linear functions of uncut chip thickness and width of cut and include both the forces due to shearing and the edge forces at the flank of the cutting edge. The cutting coefficients for material combination of the workpiece (16MnCr5) and tool (HSS-E, EMo5Co5) were identified using the orthogonal cutting mechanics. Proposed model for prediction the tapping forces and torque of the machine tap, in addition to the effects of the major cutting edges, includes an action from minor cutting edges too. Results of experimental verification of through hole tapping with three straight fluted standard taps are presented and comparison with the predicted values of the proposed procedures is shown.

Primena virtuelnih prototipova u savremenim uslovima projektovanja proizvoda predstavlja znatno efikasnije brže i jeftinije sredstvo za izbor elemenata strukture, optimizaciju konstrukcije kao i verifikaciju kinematskih i dinamičkih mogućnosti mašina alatki. U radu je prezentovana primena virtuelnog prototipa koji je korišćen u procesu projektovanja mašine alatke čija je kinematska struktura bazirana na O-X hibridnom mehanizmu.

The application of computer technologies based on enhanced geometric interpretation of the product in terms of virtual prototype is considered as the basis for product development in the XXI century. This enables integrated development of products that includes the conception, design, optimization, production planning and the manufacture of machine tool as a product of complex mechatronic structure. This paper describes the configuration of the new machine tool with a hybrid kinematic structure based on the original O-X glide mechanism, which includes analyses of kinematics, workspace, virtual prototype simulation and planning of the control system for the management and programming.

U okviru istraživanja na predmetnoj disertaciji prikazana je analiza stanja i pravci razvoja u oblasti simultanog projektovanja proizvoda i tehnoloških procesa. Detaljnije su opisane tehnike CAD/CAPP integracije na bazi tehnoloških tipskih formi i vještačke inteligencije. Na bazi ovih analiza razvijen je model simultanog projektovanja proizvoda i tehnoloških procesa. Na osnovu modela sistema, razvijen je programski sistem za simultano projektovanje proizvoda i tehnoloških procesa. Prikazani su rezultati primjene razvijenog sistema na primjeru hidraulične prese za ugaono savijanje lima, kao proizvoda, i hidrauličnog cilindra, kao dijela proizvoda. Disertacija obuhvata i moguće pravce budućeg istraživanja., The research in this dissertation encompassed state-of-the-art and future development in the field of simultaneously product and process planning design. Technics of CAD/CAPP integration based at manufacturing features and artificial intelligence are described in detail. Based on this analysis it was developed a model of simultaneously product and process planning design. Based on this model, program system for simultaneously product and process planning design was developed. Case studies were presented at the example of hydraulics press brake for sheet metal bending, as products, and hydraulics cylinder, as part of the product. In dissertation it was also suggested directions of future investigation in this field.

Развој обрадних система нове генерације и супер брзих персоналних рачунара је допринео све чешћој употреби машинских делова са скулпторским површинама у инжењерству. Развијени поступци обраде скулпторских површина лоптастим глодалом су били полазна основа за формирање аналитичких модела за анализу и оптимизацију пројектоване путање алата што представља и основни циљ истраживања у овој дисертацији. Анализом могућности комерцијалних CAD/CAM система са становишта обраде скулпторских површина глодањем су уочени недостаци истих чиме је указано на могући простор за побољшања и квалитетнија решења. Систематизованим прегледом параметарског описа различитих типова кривих и површина и одговарајућим диференцијалним рачуном над њима је створена основа за имплементацију истих у развијеном софтверском систему. Истраживањем је такође, обухваћена изградња различитих модела за оптимизацију процеса обраде скулпторских површина базираних на различитим критеријумима оптимизације као што су: максимална храпавост обрађене површине, силе резања и равномерност храпавости обрађене површине. Због непостојања података за усвојену комбинацију материјала и геометрије алата и метеријала припремка развијен је механистички модел за предикцију компонената силе глодања који је подразумевао експериментално одређивање скупа коефицијената резања. За овако развијене моделе у дисертацији је развијен off-line метод вишекритеријумске оптимизације путање алата на бази учитаних CAD модела изратка и припремка. Методи су имплементирани у оквиру софтверског решења које омогућује аутоматско/интерактивно пројектовање технологије обраде за НУМА која од корисника не захтева велико искуство у CNC технологији. Машинском обрадом делова на бази управљачких кодова добијених из развијене апликације показан је квалитет пројектованог система за процес off-line оптимизације путање алата. Метролошком анализом на НУММ је показано да је обрада извршена у оквиру дозвољеног одступања чиме је потврђена тачност генерисања тачака л, The development of new generation manufacturing systems and super fast personal computers contributed to an increased use of mechanical parts with sculptured surfaces in engineering. The methods developed so far for machining of sculptured surfaces with ball end mill were used as the basis for constructing analytical models for analysis and optimization of the projected tool path, which represents the main research goal of this thesis. The commercial CAD/CAM system analysis of machining capabilities of sculptural surfaces by milling provided more insight into its limitations, pointing towards possible areas for improvement and finding more appropriate solutions. Using a systematic exploration of parametric descriptions for different types of curves and surfaces, and applying appropriate differential calculations, the basis for their implementation was created in the developed software system. The research also included the construction of different models for machining optimization of sculptural surfaces, based on various optimization criteria such as: maximum surface roughness, cutting forces and uniformity of surface roughness. A mechanistic model for the prediction of cutting force components, which included experimental determination of a set of cutting coefficients, was developed due to the lack of existing data for the adopted combination of material and tool geometry, as well as the material of the workpiece. For these models, an off-line method was developed for multi-criteria tool path optimization based on the loaded CAD models of the machined part and the workpiece.
