We have been conducting the electric heating-linked DC microgrid demonstration experiment aiming at local production for local consumption of renewable energy resources since 2018. The generated power is supplied to the cottage where the staff live by the DC 360V feeder. In this paper, we propose new autonomous distributed method of charge and discharge control of storage batteries that balance supply and demand of DC power. This method is formulated as an optimization problem with the objective function of maximizing the operation duration when the DC microgrid operates in independent operation. Firstly, the outline of the demonstration experiment will be explained. Next, the outline of the DC voltage control method and the simulation evaluation results using the real data from the site will be explained.

At present, energy consumption all over the world is increasing, and various approaches to energy issues such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are in progress. In Japanese manufacturing industry, the introduction of factory Energy Management System (EMS) and the improvement of production equipment are being carried out in order to reduce energy consumption. Accordingly similar considerations are also important issues for production scheduling. In this paper, based on the assumption that renewable energy and EMS will eventually be introduced in the future, we focus on factories and utility companies, and at the same time, try to realize a scheduling method that improves energy efficiency with keeping production performance, and evaluate it by computational experiments.

近年，デジタルカメラの普及と画像処理技術の発達に伴い，複数枚の画像から広範囲を撮影したパノラマ画像を容易に取得できるようになった．特に，全周パノラマ画像は，撮影者から見た周囲状況の表現に優れる特性があることから，市街地の道案内や，3Dシミュレーションなどと非常に親和性が高い．また，Google Street Viewなどのパノラマビューシステムの普及も相まって，その活用範囲は飛躍的に拡大している．しかし，大衆の目に触れるサービスに利用されるパノラマ画像に映っている人物や車両は，周囲状況の把握には不要な情報であり，プライバシー保護の観点からも好ましくない．そこで，本研究では，デジタルカメラの動画撮影機能を用いて，フリーハンドで撮影した動画像から切り出したフレーム画像の移動体領域を特定し，移動体を背景に補完した全周パノラマ画像を生成する手法を提案する．まず，動画像の各フレームに特徴点を生成する．次に，それらを用いて画像間の対応点を取得し，基準画像に重なるように位置あわせを行う．そして，補正した画像列から移動体領域を特定する．最後に，移動体抽出画像の移動体領域を背景領域に補完しながら円筒面に投影することによって移動体を除去した全周パノラマ画像を生成する．

近年，デジタルカメラの普及と画像処理技術の発達に伴い，パノラマ画像を容易に撮影できるようになった．パノラマ画像は，広範囲の風景を一枚の画像で表現でき，建物や道路などの構造物を容易に把握できることから，建設業務の進捗記録や成果品に利用されるなど，需要も飛躍的に高まっている．しかし，施工時や完成時の構造物に関係のない重機や作業員がパノラマ画像に映り込んでいては，正確な進捗管理や精緻な品質検査を実現する上で好ましくない．そこで，本研究では，デジタルビデオカメラを用いてフリーハンドで撮影したデジタル動画像の時系列特性を利用して，複数の時系列デジタル画像から背景に最も適した画像を見出し，結果的に移動体を除去した平面パノラマ画像を自動生成する手法を提案する．まず，デジタル動画像から取得したフレーム画像に対して位置あわせを行う．次に，補正後のフレーム画像から STV（Spatio Temporal Volume）を生成する．最後に，STVのEPI（Epipolar Plane Image）から背景画素を推定することで，移動体を除去した平面パノラマ画像を生成し，本研究手法の有効性とパノラマ画像の有用性を確認する．

Recently, the government of Japan has been working on creating a society in which people enjoy participating in sports whenever, wherever, and at any age. To create such a society, there needs to be more players of all kinds of games. However, at present, more than half the public and private gyms in Japan lack instructors. In this research, we focused on the game of tennis doubles and have developed a system for improving tactics using a digital video camera even when no instructors are available. The position of each player when stroking the ball is obtained to track the player and the ball in a dynamic image. A tactic that is right for the situation and based on the positional relations of each player is presented to both the offensive and defensive side. This system can be used to encourage more people to learn to play tennis even when they cannot learn from an instructor and to build a lifelong sports society.

Recently, the way to manage working hours has become an issue with the increase in the death rate from overwork. The Labor Standards Law doesn't provide the way to manage working hours, though it makes it obligatory to manage working hours. In general, it is impossible to strictly manage working hours because a worker manually manages his/her own working hours. Therefore, biometric authentication technology using face images is receiving attention. However, the existing technology using face images is unsuitable for time and attendance management because it requires the person to turn his/her face to the camera, taking time and effort. Therefore, we propose a method of managing time and attendance of workers without making the person conscious of the camera. In this research, firstly we extracted a frontal face image by tracking the face in a film. We then identified the individual using the frontal face image. Finally we output time and attendance information for each individual based on the result of identification.

Energy consumption in Japan has been increasing year by year. In particular, energy consumption of the civilian sector and the transportation sector have doubled since the first oil crisis. Recently, energy saving activities, such as the power peak-cut or power peak-shift for the purpose of reducing electricity bills, is carried out. On the other hand, in the demand side of electric power, research and development for the active utilization batteries in electric vehicles (EV) and plug-in hybrid EV (PHEV) is advancing. The mechanism, such as Vehicle to X (Grid, Home, Factory) and X to Vehicle, has been studied to supply power to the facility or receive power from the facility using battery mounted on EV and PHEV. In this research, we have studied the method that the power demand is reduced in the facility by using a battery mounted on EV and PHEV in consideration of the time when EV and PHEV connects to a charger, the time when EV and PHEV disconnects from a charger, and the battery charge when EV and PHEV leaves the facility. We examine the validity of the proposal method with the simulation. As a result, it was confirmed that it can be reduced the power consumption by controlling discharge of the battery mounted on EV and PHEV that is connected to the charger when the unit price of buying electric power is high or power demand is peaking. Also, we compared the proposal method and the general charging method that is implemented in the charger. It was confirmed that it can be reduced the required electricity bills to secure the battery charge when EV and PHEV leaves the facility by about 37% per one vehicle.

Recently, there has been an increase in research of system that measures traffic flow of people with the use of image processing technique. However, there is a demand for establishment of a method to accurately measure congested people flow without limiting the camera position — which is the dilemma of the existing researches. Therefore, in this research, with the use of cluster analysis, we have developed a people flow measurement system that can function even in the case of congested situation where there are no spaces between people.
