The purpose of this research is to examine thesis and articles related to mind mapping in Turkey from various perspectives. This study, which involves descriptive content analysis, was designed using a qualitative research method. The studies included in the research were determined by criterion sampling. As a result of the analyses, it is observed that the most studies in the field are conducted in the science and technology area. The most commonly used research method in the studies is quantitative, the most commonly used research design is experimental design, and the most commonly used sampling method is non-probability sampling method. According to the analyses, the most preferred education level/stage in the studies is the middle school level. The most commonly used data collection tool is the test technique. The most frequently obtained result in the examined studies is "increase in academic achievement," and the most commonly presented recommendation is "providing in-service training on mind mapping for teachers and teacher candidates". 9. THE EFFECT OF 5E LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENTS' ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: A META-ANALYSIS STUDY.

The 5E learning model, which is based on the Constructivist approach, is restored to in many fields, especially in science education. The aim of this research is to carry out a meta-analysis of the studies on the effect of the 5E learning model on academic achievement. Studies conducted between 2017 -2021 and meeting the criteria determined were included in the study pool. The descriptive features of the obtained data, the sample number of the experimental and control groups, the arithmetic mean and standard deviation data were coded. In addition, the course and teaching level in which the 5E model was applied were taken as moderator variables. The findings showed that the 5E learning model greatly affected academic achievement according to the random effects model. When examined in terms of moderator variables, the effect size did not differ significantly according to the teaching level in which the 5E model was applied, while the effect level differed significantly according to the course in which the model was applied. Yapılandırmacılığın epistemolojik ve ontolojik görüşlerinin postmodernizmin görüşleri ile uyumlu olması, yapılandırmacı öğrenme yaklaşımının postmodernizmin eğitimdeki izdüşümü olduğu şeklinde değerlendirmelerin yapılmasına neden olmuştur. Bu nedenle yapılandırmacı eğitim anlayışının daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için postmodernizmin anlaşılması gerekir. Postmodernizmi anlayabilmek için de modernizmi anlamak gerekir. Hem modernizmin hem de postmodernizmin kendine özgü bilgi, varlık ve ahlak anlayışları vardır. Her iki görüşe dayalı bilim, toplum, sanat gibi birçok insan etkinliği hakkında görüşler ileri sürülmüştür. Bu çalışmada yapılandırmacı eğitim, modern ve postmodern görüşlere dayalı olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ilk olarak modernizmin ve postmodernizmin eğitim bağlamında bilgi ile ilgili görüşleri, bilim tarihi ve bilim felsefesi perspektifinde incelenmiştir. Daha sonra modernizm ve postmodernizmin eğitim ve öğrenme ile ilgili görüşleri ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak yapılandırmacı öğrenme yaklaşımı incelenmiştir. / Epistemological and ontological aspects of constructivism are compatible with aspects of postmodernism. Hence, it can be concluded that constructivism is the reflection of postmodernism on education. From this point, to understand the constructivist educational view, it is need to understand postmodernism. To understand postmodernism, modernism should be understood. Both modernism and postmodernism have their own knowledge of information, existence, and morals. Based on these views, a lot of ideas and opinions have been claimed about science, society, art and other human activities. In this study, the constructivist education was examined based on the views of modernism and postmodernism. In this paper, ideas of modernism and postmodernism about education have been examined from the point of science history and philosophy of science. Moreover, perspectives of modernism and postmodernism about education and learning have been depicted. Finally, constructivist learning approach has been examined.

Bu çalışmada Çevre Eğitimi (ÇE) adı altında Türkiye’de yapılan ve Türkiye’deki hakemli dergilerde basılan 52 alan yazın araştırması ve 55 lisans üstü tez incelenmiştir. Benzer çalışmalar mevcut olsa da bu çalışmada incelenen araştırmaların yöntemleri, konuları, veri toplama yaklaşımları ve önerileri dışında, çalışmaların kuramsal çerçeveleri ve bulguları arasındaki bağları da irdelenmiştir. ÇE teriminin ülkemizdeki popülerliği artmakla birlikte Türk Eğitim sistemine damgasını vuran yapılandırmacılık ÇE çalışmalarını da etkilemiştir. Cinsiyete göre çevreye karşı duyarlılık, uygulanan mekân dışı öğretimin eğitime olumlu katkısı, yapılandırmacı yaklaşıma övgü vb. sonuçları araştırma bulgularında sıklıkla görmekteyiz. Ancak bu çalışmalardaki kuramsal çerçeve eksikliği, neden-sonuç ilişkisine ışık tutmamakta ve nasıl sorusunu yanıtsız bırakmaktadır. Bu araştırmada ise sıklıkla kullanılan yapılandırmacılığın ya da kuramsal çerçeve eksikliğinin indoktrinasyon olup olmadığı tartışılmaktadır. Umulan bu araştırmanın farklı akademik çevrelerde verimli bir tartışma kapısı açmasıdır.

For this purpose, 6 geometry textbooks written by Salih Zeki at middle school level were examined. Document analysis method was used in the research. In order to determine whether the textbooks have a constructivist character, 11 criteria have been determined and books have been analyzed based on these criteria. Ülkemizde eğitim yaklaşımı uzun yıllardır davranışçı modele göre şekillenmiş,2004 yılından itibaren ise yapılandırmacı yaklaşımın esas alındığı ders programlarıuygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bunun bir uzantısı olarak 2005 yılından itibaren ilköğretimve liselerde okutulan DKAB derslerinin programları yapılandırmacı yaklaşıma göreyeniden hazırlanmıştır. Yapılandırmacı yaklaşımın temel becerileri arasında eleştireldüşünme önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Eleştirel düşünme becerisinin kazanılabilmesiiçin ders programları, öğrenme ortamı, sınav sistemi, öğretmen ve öğrenci faktörlerigibi unsurların uygun hale getirilmesi gerekmektedir.Bu çalışmada yapılandırmacı anlayış ve eleştirel düşünme arasındaki ilişki programlarve uygulama düzeyinde ele alınacak, eleştirel düşünme bağlamında yapılandırmacılığıngerektirdiği programın yapısı, öğrenme ortamı, sınav sistemi, öğretmen veöğrencinin hangi özellikleri taşıması gerektiği ile mevcut durum tartışılacak, her biriiçin öneriler sıralanacaktır. Araştırmanın amacı, din öğretiminin daha çok uygulamaboyutuyla ilgilidir. Öneriler, din öğretimi merkezli olmakla birlikte genel sorunlarayönelik de yapılacaktır. Ana dili öğretimi, ilköğretim süreciyle başlayan okul türü öğrenmede bütün derslerin başarısını etkileyen bir süreçtir. Bu süreçte, öğrencilerin dilsel becerilerini geliştirmeye dönük uygulamalardan yararlanılır. Türkçe eğitiminin başat amacı, öğrencilerin okuyup dinlediklerini anlamaları ve düşündüklerini söz ve yazı ile anlatabilmeleridir. Başka bir deyişle öğrencilerin anlama ve anlatma becerilerin metin çözümlenmesi ve değerlendirilmesiyle geliştirilmesidir. Uygulamalarda, öğretimin temel gereçleri olan öğretici ve yazınsal nitelikli metinler kullanılır. Bu yönüyle metin türlerin seçimi ve hazırlanması çok önemlidir. Bu nedenle Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılacak öğretim programının ve metinlerin nitelikli olması gerekmektedir. Ana dili öğretimi olan Türkçenin başarıyla yürütülmesi ilk elde çok iyi düzenlenmiş bir programla ve bu programa bağlı kalınarak hazırlanmış Türkçe ders kitaplarıyla gerçekleştirilebilir. 2004-2005 öğretim yılında bilindiği gibi Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB), ilköğretim programlarının yapısında değişiklik yapmıştır ve yapılandırmacı yaklaşıma göre hazırlanmış programları uygulamaya koymuştur. Bu programa uygun olarak da eğitim-öğretim sürecinde yeni ders kitapları hazırlanmıştır. Ders kitapları, eğitimin amaçlarına ulaşmak için öğrencinin öğrenme yaşantılarına kaynaklık eden öğretim araç ve gereçlerinden biri, hatta birçok durumda tek öğretim aracıdır. Bu çalışmada da Türkçe dersi öğretim programı ve beşinci sınıf Türkçe ders kitabı incelenmiştir. İncelenen öğretim programı ve metinler ışığında sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Bu araştırmada ülkemizde matematik eğitimi alanında 5E ve 7E Öğrenme Modelleri‘ne yönelik gerçekleştirilmiş tezlerin ve makalelerin genel eğilimlerini ve sonuçlarını ana hatlarıyla ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla 2008 yılından 2022 yılına kadar ulaşılan 45 lisansüstü tez ve 18 makale üzerinden PRISMA Protokolü adımları takip edilerek sistematik incelemeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Makale ve lisansüstü tezler; yayımlanmış oldukları yıllara, yayım dillerine, anahtar kelimelerine, ele aldıkları öğrenme döngüsü türlerine, konularına, öğrenme alanlarına, araştırma yöntem ve desenlerine, tercih edilen örneklem gruplarına, örneklem büyüklüklerine ve sonuçlarına göre incelenmiştir. Ayrıca lisansüstü tezler incelenirken, üretildikleri üniversiteler ve danışman unvanları; makaleler incelenirken ise makalenin yayınlandığı dergi yazar sayılarına ilişkin sınıflandırmalara da yer verilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, en fazla lisansüstü tezin 2019 yılında, en fazla makalenin ise 2019 ve 2021 yıllarında yayımlandığı, yayınların büyük bir kısmının Türkçe olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen 45 lisansüstü tezin büyük kısmının yüksek lisans tezlerinden oluştuğu, lisansüstü tezlerin Gazi Üniversitesinde daha fazla üretildiği saptanmıştır. Yayınlarda en sık 5E Öğrenme Döngüsü Modeli, 5E Öğrenme Modeli, 5E Modeli, Matematik Eğitimi, Matematik Öğretimi, Tutum ve Yapılandırmacı Öğrenme Kuramı ve Cebir anahtar kelimelerinin kullanıldığı; örneklem gruplarının ise genellikle ortaokul 6. ve 7. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluştuğu saptanmıştır. Yayınlarda 5E Öğrenme Modeli‘nin daha fazla kullanıldığı; en sık sayılar ve işlemler, geometri ve ölçme ve cebir öğrenme alanlarına ait konuların yoğun olarak ise kesirler, çokgenler, doğal sayılar, cebirsel ifadeler, denklemler, çember ve daire, dönüşüm geometrisi, ders planı hazırlama, özdeşlikler ve modele yönelik görüş belirleme konularının çalışıldığı; tezlerde genellikle nicel, makalelerde ise nitel yöntemin daha fazla kullanıldığı; nicel yönteme ait tezlerde deneysel desenin, nitel yönteme ait tezlerde ise durum çalışması ve eylem araştırması desenlerinin daha çok tercih edildiği; yayınların sonuçlarına göre analiz edildiğinde; modellerin gerek duyuşsal, bilişsel ve sosyal alanlarda öğrencilere olumlu katkılar sağladığı, katılımcıların modellere ilişkin olumlu görüşler bildirdiği, bunun yanında olumsuz görüşler bildiren katılımcıların da olduğu, ilaveten öğretmenlerden ve öğretmen adaylarından birçoğunun konuya ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin sınırlı ya da düşük seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir., In this study, it is aimed to outline the general trends and results of the theses and articles on learning cycles in the field of mathematics education in Türkiye. For the purpose, systematic examinations were carried out by following the steps of the PRISMA Protocol on 45 graduate theses and 18 articles accessed between 2008 and 2022. Articles and graduate theses were examined according to their years of publication, languages of publication, keywords, types of learning cycles, topics, learning areas, research methods and designs, preferred sample groups, sample sizes and generalized results. In addition, while examining the graduate theses, the universities and supervisor titles; while examining the articles, the classification of the journal in which the article was published and the number of authors were also included. In the analysis of the publications, descriptive content analysis and content analysis have been used. According to the results of the study, it was observed that the most graduate theses were published in 2019, the most articles were published in 2019 and 2021 and most of the publications were in Turkish. It was determined that the analyzed articles generally had two authors. It was determined that most of the 45 graduate theses examined consisted of master theses and that graduate theses were produced more at Gazi University. It was found that the most frequently used keywords in the publications were 5E Learning Cycle Model, 5E Learning Model, 5E Model, Mathematics Education, Mathematics Teaching, Attitude, Constructivist Learning Theory and Algebra; the sample groups in the studies generally consisted of middle school 6th and 7th grade students. The most frequently used in the publications is the 5E Learning Model; the most frequently studied topics belonging to the learning areas of numbers and operations, geometry and measurement and algebra, intensively studied topics are fractions, polygons, natural numbers, algebraic expressions, equations, circle, transformation geometry, lesson plan preparation, identities and determining opinions about the model. Quantitative method is generally used more in theses and qualitative method is used more in articles; experimental design is preferred more in theses belonging to qualitative method; when the publications are analyzed according to their results, it is seen that models provide positive contributions to students in both affective, cognitive and social areas; participants reported positive views on models but there are also participants who reported negative views; in addition, it has been determined that most of the teachers and teacher candidates have limited or low levels of knowledge on this subject.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’de zihin haritalama ile ilgili yapılan tez ve makaleleri çeşitli açılardan incelemektir. Betimsel içerik analizinin yapıldığı bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenerek desenlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına giren çalışmalar ölçüt örnekleme ile belirlenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda alan dağılımında en çok çalışmanın fen ve teknoloji alanında yapıldığı görülmektedir. Araştırmalarda en çok kullanılan araştırma yöntemi, nicel; en çok kullanılan araştırma deseni, deneysel desen; en çok kullanılan örnekleme yöntemi, olasılık dışı örnekleme yöntemidir. Analizler sonucunda araştırmalarda en çok tercih edilen eğitim düzeyi/kademesi ortaokul kademesidir. Veri toplama aracı olarak en çok test tekniğinin kullanıldığı görülmüştür. İncelenen çalışmalarda en fazla elde edilen sonuç, “akademik başarıda artış”; en sık sunulan öneri ise “öğretmen ve öğretmen adaylarına zihin haritalama ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim verilmesidir.” Yapılan çalışma sonucunda ulaşılan bulgular doğrultusunda geliştirilen önerilere yer verilmiştir. The purpose of this research is to examine thesis and articles related to mind mapping in Turkey from various perspectives. This study, which involves descriptive content analysis, was designed using a qualitative research method. The studies included in the research were determined by criterion sampling. As a result of the analyses, it is observed that the most studies in the field are conducted in the science and technology area. The most commonly used research method in the studies is quantitative, the most commonly used research design is experimental design, and the most commonly used sampling method is non-probability sampling method. According to the analyses, the most preferred education level/stage in the studies is the middle school level. The most commonly used data collection tool is the test technique. The most frequently obtained result in the examined studies is “increase in academic achievement,” and the most commonly presented recommendation is “providing in-service training on mind mapping for teachers and teacher candidates”. Suggestions developed in line with the findings obtained as a result of this study are included.

Bu çalışmada, modern fizik konularındaki temel bazı kavramların yapılandırılmasında ve modern fizik eğitiminin sınıf içi uygulamalarında karşılaşılan sorunları, paydaşların görüşlerine başvurarak ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanmıştır. Paydaşlar şeklinde anılan deneyimli fizik öğretmenleri (FÖ), 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında bir devlet üniversitesinin eğitim fakültesinde fizik öğretmenliği lisans programında okuyan, modern fizik ve kuantum fiziği derslerini aynı üniversitenin fen edebiyat fakültesinde aldığını belirten, araştırma sırasında halen kuantum mekaniğinin kavramsal tarihi seçmeli dersine devam eden son sınıf öğrencisi öğretmen adayları (ÖA) ve üniversite sınavlarına hazırlanan ortaöğretimden henüz mezun öğrenciler (MÖ) ile yarı yapılandırmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştirFÖ Türkiye’nin farklı sosyoekonomik ve kültürel coğrafyalarında, farklı türdeki ortaöğretim kurumlarında çalışarak deneyim kazanmış fizik öğretmenleridir. FÖ ile yapılan görüşmelerde güncellenen fizik öğretim programlarının uygulamaya getirdiği avantajlar ve sınırlıklar, öğrenci tutumlarının ve ölçme değerlendirme durumlarının öğrenme motivasyonuna etkileri, modern fizik kavramlarının günlük hayatla ilişkilendirilmesinde yaşanan sorunlar, teknolojik gelişmelerin sınıf içi uygulamalara katkılarıyla ilgili görüşleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır.ÖA 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında bir devlet üniversitesinin eğitim fakültesinde fizik öğretmenliği lisans programında okuyan, modern fizik ve kuantum fiziği derslerini aynı üniversitenin fen edebiyat fakültesinde aldığını belirten, kuantum mekaniğinin kavramsal tarihi seçmeli dersine devam eden son sınıf öğrencisi öğretmen adaylarıdır. ÖA ile yapılan görüşmelerde orta öğretimde ve yüksek öğretimde modern fizik konularıyla ilgili deneyimleri, kavramları hatırlama durumları, sınıf içi uygulamalarla ilgili görüşleri ve önerileri, kavramlar arasında ilişkilendirme yapabilme durumları, öğretmenin sınıf içi uygulamalardaki rolüne ilişkin görüşleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. MÖ bir Anadolu lisesinden 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında mezun olan, herhangi bir lisans programına yerleşmemiş, yüksek öğretim kurumlar sınavına (YKS) hazırlanan ortaöğretim mezunu öğrencilerdir. MÖ ile yapılan görüşmelerde modern fizik konularını yapılandırırken yaşadıkları sorunlar, bazı kavramların akılda kalıcılığını artırmak için kullandıkları hatırlama stratejileri, çoklu duyusal öğrenme etkinliklerinin sınıf içi uygulamalarda yaygınlaştırılmasına dönük beklenti ve önerileri, kimya dersi ile ortak yürütülen konu ve kavramları hatırlama durumlarındaki avantajlar ortaya çıkarılmıştır.Paydaş yanıtlarından elde edilen kategoriler ve temalar, ortak ve farklı yanlarıyla ele alınarak karşılaştırılmış, alanyazındaki diğer çalışmaların sonuçlarıyla desteklenen veya farklılaşan yönleriyle sunulmuştur. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the problems encountered in the structuring of some basic concepts in modern physics and in the classroom practices of modern physics education by referring to the opinions of the stakeholders. Experienced physics teachers (FÖ), referred to as stakeholders, who studied in the physics teaching undergraduate program at a state university in the 2020-2021 academic year, stated that they took modern physics and quantum physics courses in the science and literature faculty of the same university, and still took the conceptual history of quantum mechanics elective course during the research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with pre-service senior teachers (ÖA) and students who have just graduated from secondary education (MÖ) who are preparing for university exams.FÖ are physics teachers who have gained experience by working in different types of secondary education institutions in different socioeconomic and cultural geographies of Turkey. In the interviews with FÖ, the advantages and limitations of the updated physics curriculum, the effects of student attitudes and assessment and evaluation situations on learning motivation, the problems experienced in associating modern physics concepts with daily life, and the contributions of technological developments to classroom practices were revealed.ÖA are the last year student teacher candidates who are studying in the physics education undergraduate program at the education faculty of a state university in the 2020-2021 academic year, who stated that they learned modern physics and quantum physics courses in the science and literature faculty of the same university, and who attend the elective course on the conceptual history of quantum mechanics. In the interviews with ÖA, his experiences on modern physics in secondary and higher education, the situations of remembering the concepts, his views and suggestions about in-class applications, the ability to make associations between concepts, and the views of the teacher on the role of the teacher in classroom practices were revealed.MÖ are secondary school graduate students who have graduated from an Anatolian high school in the 2021-2022 academic year, have not been placed in any undergraduate program, and are preparing for the univesity exam (YKS). During the interviews with MÖ, the problems they experienced while structuring modern physics subjects, the recall strategies they used to increase the memorability of some concepts, their expectations and suggestions for the dissemination of multi-sensory learning activities in classroom practices, and the advantages in remembering the subjects and concepts carried out jointly with the chemistry course were revealed.Categories and themes obtained from stakeholder responses were compared with their common and different aspects, and presented with aspects that were supported or differentiated by the results of other studies in the literature.

34. 5E MODELİNİN HÜCRE BÖLÜNMESİNİN ÖĞRETİMİNDE ÖĞRENCİ BAŞARISINA ETKİSİ.

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of the learning environment in conformity with 5E model of the constructivist learning theory in the teaching of cell division to the achievement of students by comparing it with the traditional learning environment. In the 2015-2016 school year, the students who are studying in Erzurum province, Pasinler district, Pasinler middle school 8A and 8C classes constitute the sample of the research. The control group which is trained by the traditional method and the experimental group which is educated by the 5E model consist of 23 students. The classes are divided into random experiment and control groups. The application lasted 10 weeks. In the analysis of the data, Independent and Dependent Two Sample T Test and Mann Whitney U-Test were used. Analysis of the research data was done with SPSS 21.0 package program. The achievement average achieved in the experimental group in which the 5E model based on constructivist approach is applied is higher than the achievement average achieved in the control group in which traditional teaching is applied. - Abstract
The current study investigated the elementary school classroom teachers' opinions about constructivist learning environments. The current study employed the mixed method. The study was conducted with the participation of randomly selected classroom teachers working in state elementary schools in the district of Bagcılar in İstanbul. As the data collection tools in the study, "Constructivist Learning Environment Scale" developed by Tenenbaum et al. (2001) and adapted to Turkish by Fer and Cırık (2006), a personal information form and 6 open-ended questions developed by the researchers were used. In the analysis of the collected data, SPSS program package, NVivo 11 and content analysis method were used. The findings of the analyses revealed that the classroom teachers' opinions about constructivist learning environment do not significantly vary depending on gender, year of graduation from university, socio-economic conditions of the environment where their school is located, whether they have undergone in-service training about constructivist learning approaches; yet, they vary significantly depending on professional experience and the grade levels in which they are teaching. Teachers' professional experiences are effective in the process of recognizing the learners' needs in their classrooms and constructing teaching-learning designs suitable for these needs. It was understood that the fourth year students attach more importance to discussions and negotiations and sharing of opinions in terms of establishing constructivist environments in their classes. It was concluded from the face-to-face interviews conducted with the classroom teachers that their professional competencies are at the desired level; therefore, they experience difficulties in implementing constructivist approaches and they cannot take their desired benefits from in-service training programs they have participated in. The constructivist learning classrooms organized by teachers adapting to constructivist learning approach are gaining greater importance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Studies conducted between 2017 -2021 and meeting the criteria determined were included in the study pool. The descriptive features of the obtained data, the sample number of the experimental and control groups, the arithmetic mean and standard deviation data were coded. In addition, the course and teaching level in which the 5E model was applied were considered as moderator variables. The findings showed that the 5E learning model greatly affected academic achievement according to the random effects model. When examined in terms of moderator variables, it was seen that the effect size did not differ significantly according to the teaching level in which the 5E model was applied, while the effect level differed significantly according to the course in which the model was applied. Some suggestions were made based on the research findings., Yapılandırmacı yaklaşımı temel alan 5E öğrenme modeli, başta fen bilimleri olmak üzere birçok alanda uygulanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı 5E öğrenme modelinin akademik başarı üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen çalışmaların meta-analizini yapmaktır. 2017-2021 yılları arasında yapılmış, belirlenen ölçütlere uygun olan araştırmalar çalışma havuzuna dâhil edilmişidir. Elde edilen verilere ait tanımlayıcı özellikler, deney ve kontrol gruplarına ait örneklem sayısı, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma verileri kodlanmıştır. Ayrıca 5E modelinin uygulandığı ders ve öğretim kademesi moderatör değişken olarak ele alınmıştır. Meta-analiz sonucunda 5E öğrenme modelinin akademik başarı üzerine etkisinin rastgele etki modeline göre geniş düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Moderatör değişkenler açısından incelendiğinde 5E öğrenme modelinin uygulandığı öğretim kademesine göre etki büyüklüğünün anlamlı olarak farklılaşmadığı görülürken, modelin uygulandığı derse göre etki düzeyinin anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Araştırma bulgularına dayalı olarak bir takım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this research is to present the thesis, article, symposium statement and book chapter researches studied in the discipline of music education in Turkey by using the cooperative learning method, and to analyze these researches in terms of publication year, publication type, method, cooperative learning technique, sampling group, and examine the results obtained comprehensively. The study carried out using the general survey model in Turkey and whose full text was reached were taken into consideration in this analysis. In the research, document analysis technique was used as a data collection tool. The data obtained were analyzed with a descriptive analysis approach and evaluations were made for the utilization of cooperative learning method in the field of music education. As a result of the research, it has been presented that a total of 23 researches were conducted, the first of which was in 1995, using the cooperative learning method in music education in Turkey and the most studies were carried out in the type of articles. It has been observed that studies were mostly designed according to the experimental model, more than half of the studies were performed at the undergraduate level with respect to applied teaching level, using primarily Jigsaw and Co-Learning cooperative learning techniques. In the studies carried out using the cooperative learning method in music education, it has been concluded that the cooperative learning method has the most positive effects on the students' acquisition of social skills. Working together (positive addiction) for group success is the most common social skill in the researches. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the cooperative learning method in music education has positive effects on students' performance, academic achievement, attitudes towards the lesson and music. Structured Abstract: Introduction: The utilization of cooperative learning methods together with active learning methods in educational environments and scientific studies are increasing worldwide. The fact that the cooperative learning model is a model that can be successfully applied in different age groups, different grade levels, different courses and teaching subject areas makes it more used than other active learning methods. The researches using the cooperative learning method reveals that this method provides many benefits to students academically, socially and psychologically compared to traditional methods. When the relevant literature is examined, it is seen that although there have been many studies on cooperative learning in different disciplines in our country since the 1990s, the number of studies using the cooperative learning method in the field of music education is limited. The aim of this research is to present the thesis, article, symposium statement and book chapter researches studied in the discipline of music education in Turkey by using the cooperative learning method, and to analyze these researches in terms of publication year, publication type, method, cooperative learning technique, sampling group, and examine the results obtained comprehensively. Theoretical Framework: Cooperative learning is a learning process where students help each other learn in an academic subject by being divided into heterogeneous and mixed groups of 2-6 students in order to achieve a common goal, group success is rewarded in different ways, students develop positive addictive on their groupmates through group work, communication and social skills are improved (Slavin, 1995; Watson, 1992; Açıkgöz, 1992; Gömleksiz, 1993; Doymuş vd., 2005). The first study on cooperative learning in Turkey was conducted by Açıkgöz in 1987, “Collaboration? Contest?” is research. Subsequently, the research conducted and published by Açıkgöz in the 1990’s enabled the cooperative learning method to be recognized in our country and allowed researchers from different disciplines to conduct researches in this field (Açıkgöz, 1992, p. 151). Method: In this study, the general survey model, which is one of the survey model types, was used in order to examine how and at what level the cooperative learning method is used in terms of various variables in the music education. The general survey model is the survey studies that carried out on the whole population or a sampling group in order to reach a general judgment about the universe in a universe consisting of many elements (Karasar, 2016; p.111). In the research, document analysis technique was used as a data collection tool. Document analysis is a data collection process, also known as documentary scanning, that includes the processes of finding, examining, taking notes and evaluating relevant sources for a specific purpose. The data obtained were analyzed with a descriptive analysis approach and evaluations were made for the use of cooperative learning method in the music education. In this study, criterion sample method was used to determine the sampling group. Criterion sampling is a sampling method in which observation units can consist of people, objects, events or situations with certain qualifications and criteria and units that meet the criteria determined for the sample group are taken into the sample group (Büyüköztürk vd., 2016; p. 92). The sample of this research consists of 23 studies in total, including domestic studies in Turkey. Findings: In Turkey, the first research carried out using the cooperative learning method in the music education is a doctoral thesis conducted in 1995. It is observed that between the years 1991-2000, 5 studies were carried out using the cooperative learning method in the music education, 3 studies were carried out between 2001-2010, 15 studies were carried out between 2011-2020 and a total of 23 researches were carried out. There was no study in 2021 and 2022. Researchers have conducted studies in the highest number (10) of thesis types. It is seen that 14 of the 23 studies conducted using the cooperative learning method in the music education were carried out using the experimental design with pretest-posttest control group. In addition, all 5 doctoral theses were designed according to the experimental model. In the studies, in terms of cooperative learning techniques, Jigsaw-I and Co-Learning techniques were used with a maximum of 7 studies. The student teams achievement divisions (STAD) technique was used in 5 studies. When the sampling group in which the studies carried out using the cooperative learning method in the field of music education are examined, it is seen that 12 studies are at the undergraduate level, 6 studies are at the secondary school level, 5 studies were applied to students at primary education level. It is noteworthy that no research has been conducted on high school students. When the results of the research conducted in the field of music education using the cooperative learning method were examined, it was concluded that the cooperative learning method was the most effective in terms of gaining social skills on the study groups. Working together (positive addictive) for group success is the most common social skill in researches. In terms of musical performance, 11 studies revealed that cooperative learning was effective on performance, while in two study there wasn’t difference between the experimental and control group. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that the cooperative learning method was effective on the academic achievement of the study groups in 6 studies and on the attitudes of the study groups in 10 studies. When the attitude theme was examined, it was concluded that positive attitude towards the lesson was observed in 5 studies, positive attitude towards music was observed in 3 studies, and there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in attitude towards the lesson in 1 study. Results: As a result of the research, it has been presented that a total of 23 researches were conducted, the first of which was in 1995, using the cooperative learning method in music education in Turkey and the most studies were carried out in the type of articles. Genel tarama modeli kullanılarak yürütülen bu araştırmada, yurtiçinde gerçekleştirilen ve belirlenen kriterleri sağlayan araştırmalar çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak doküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, betimsel analiz yaklaşımıyla incelenerek müzik eğitimi alanında işbirlikli öğrenme yönteminin kullanımına yönelik değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, ülkemizde, müzik eğitiminde işbirlikli öğrenme yöntemi kullanılarak ilk olarak 1995 yılında olmak üzere toplam 23 araştırma yapıldığı, en çok makale türünde çalışmalar gerçekleştirildiği ortaya konulmuştur. Bu araştırmaların, çoğunlukla deneysel modele göre tasarlandığı, uygulanan öğretim kademesine göre yarıdan fazlasının lisans düzeyinde uygulandığı, en fazla Birleştirme-I (Jigsaw) ve Birlikte Öğrenme işbirlikli öğrenme tekniklerinin kullanıldığı gözlenmiştir. Müzik eğitiminde işbirlikli öğrenme yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmalarda, işbirlikli öğrenme yönteminin öğrencilerin en çok sosyal beceriler kazanma üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Grup başarısı için birlikte çalışma (olumlu bağımlılık) kazanımı, araştırmalarda en fazla elde edilen sosyal beceridir. Araştırma sonucunda, müzik eğitiminde işbirlikli öğrenme yönteminin öğrencilerin performans, akademik başarı, derse ve müziğe yönelik tutumları üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. - Abstract
In this study the effect of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) practices on pre-service science teachers' beliefs on nature of science, their attitudes towards scientific research and constructivist approach has been examined. The research has been conducted during the fall semester of the 2016-2017 academic year within the scope of the Science and Technology course which have been given at the STEM Training Laboratory of faculty of education in a university. Twenty four pre-service teachers who have attended to department of science education of the faculty of education have taken part in this study. The study is a quantitative study and the research has been conducted according to a single group pretestposttest model from experimental design. For the analysis of the data, t-test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation have been used for dependent and independent groups. The findings which have been obtained in the light of the research, it has been statistically found that the STEM practices have a positive effect on the pre-service teachers' beliefs on nature of science and the constructivist approach. However, it has been found that there is no significant difference on attitudes towards scientific research. In short, it can be said that STEM practices have a positive effect on the pre-service teachers' beliefs on nature of science and constructivist approach. Türkiye’de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın diğer branşlarda gerçekleştirmiş olduğu program değişikliği çerçevesinde 2006 yılında ilköğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlâk Bilgisi (DKAB) dersi öğretim programı hazırlanmış ve uygulamaya konmuştur. Yeni hazırlanan programda eğitimsel açıdan yapılandırmacı yaklaşım, çoklu zeka ve öğrenci merkezli öğrenme; dinbilimsel olarak da dinin temel bilgi kaynakları dikkate alınarak İslam’ın kök değerleri çerçevesinde “mezheplerüstü ve dinler açılımlı” anlayış olarak ifade edilebilecek bir yaklaşım benimsenmiştir. Bu çalışmada 2006 yılında hazırlanan ve 2007-2008 eğitim öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan İlköğretim DKAB Öğretim Programı, temele aldığı yaklaşımlar bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir. Eğitimdeki yeni gelişmelere paralel olarak diğer derslerin programlarında gerçekleştirilen yenilikleri yansıtmaya çalışan DKAB programı ile ilgili şu tespitler yapılabilir: Programın temele aldığı yaklaşım olan yapılandırmacılığa göre din öğretiminin nasıl olabileceği noktasında bazı problemler söz konusudur. Bu çerçevede DKAB programı amaçlar/kazanımlar ile içeriği bağlamında yapılandırmacı yaklaşımın temel özellikleri ile tam olarak örtüşmemekte, bununla birlikte öğrenme öğretme süreci ve ölçme değerlendirme boyutunda büyük oranda yapılandırmacılıkla uyumlu gözükmektedir.

- Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to determine the levels of metacognition about constructivism of philosophy group teacher candidates'. In accordance with this aim, "scale of metacognition about constructivist learning theory" which was developed by Yeşilyurt (2013) was used in this study. The research was applied on 95 philosophy group teacher candidates. Study is a research in type of survey. Collected datas were analyzed and interpreted by using SPSS programme. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of reliability of the scale that applied was found .916. Means of the items about the factors in the scale and general mean of the scale was considered in analyzing the datas. In the study, the levels on metacognition about constructivism of philosophy group teacher candidates' was found in the range of 3.41-4.20 meanly 'I am quite aware'. At the end of the study collected findings were discussed with the studies about philosophy group teachers in the related literature. Finally, the points that must be considered in training of philosophy group teacher candidates were presented as proposals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
