Peripheral nerve injury (PNI) exists widely and seriously affects patients' daily lives. However, the effect of nerve repair is still limited, and only 50% of patients can recover useful functions. To overcome these obstacles, collagen-coated poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) conduits loaded with CBD-IGF-1 were designed and tested in vitro and in vivo. The physical characterization of the conduit was tested by scanning electron microscopy, and the static water contact angle, release rate, and nerve regeneration ability of the conduit were verified in a rat sciatic nerve injury model. The results showed that the PLGA/col/CBD-IGF-1 conduit had a rough surface and good hydrophilicity. CBD-IGF-1 could be released slowly from the PLGA/col/CBD-IGF-1 conduit. In the in vivo experiment, gait analysis and electrophysiological evaluation showed that the sciatic functional index and electrophysiological parameters were best in the group treated with the PLGA/col/CBD-IGF-1 conduit. The pathological examination results for the sciatic nerve and gastrocnemius muscle in the group treated with the PLGA/col/CBD-IGF-1 conduit were better than those in the other three groups. In short, this study demonstrated the beneficial effects of CBD-IGF-1 in nerve regeneration. The PLGA/col/CBD-IGF-1 conduit has therapeutic potential for use in the treatment of PNI.

A NaOH-mediated sustainable synthesis of functionalized quinoxalines is disclosed via redox condensation of o-nitroamines with diols and α-hydroxy ketones. Under optimized conditions, various o-nitroamines and alcohols are well tolerated to generate the desired products in 44-99% yields without transition metals and external redox additives.

Beijing, as the capital of China, suffers severe subsidence caused by groundwater withdrawal. In this paper, the SBAS-InSAR technique was used to detect surface deformations in the Beijing plain. 47 scenes Envisat ASAR images obtained during June 2003 to August 2010, and 24 Radarsat-2 images obtained during November 2010 to December 2013 were employed to retrieve vertical deformation characteristic over this area. The deformation magnitude, evolution process and spatial distribution of representative targets that occurred during 11 years were retrieved. The vertical surface displacement rates during two periods were validated via leveling observations, which have an RMSE =1.15mm/a, which indicates that the two types of subsidence matched very well. The interferometric results revealed that the subsidence during the two periods show similar special distributions and have an uneven spatial-temporal trend. The scope and deformation rates of funnels continuously increased with from 2003 to 2013. Meanwhile, multiple expressways and urban ring roads spanned the subsidence funnel with sharp deformation rate, and showed different subsidence properties along their paths. Additionally, the spatial and temporal correlation analyses between the deformation measurements and the dynamic variation of groundwater pumping was also performed to explore the response relationship.

A series of unsymmetrical NNN′ ruthenium(II) complexes supported by a tridentate bipyridyl imidazoline ligand with variable steric hindrance (2a–c; R1 = tBu, iPr, or Bn) and electronic effect (2d–h; R2 = H, CH3, OCH3, Br, or NO2) were prepared. The molecular structures of ligands 1f and 1g, and Ru complex 2a were further determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The catalytic activity of these eight complexes for α-alkylation of nitriles with alcohols was evaluated, which could be controlled by the substituents on the imidazoline moiety. Ru complex 2h bearing a strong electron-withdrawing group (R2 = NO2) demonstrated the highest catalytic activity, with alkylated nitriles achieved in up to 97% yield.

Background We examined changes in hepatitis B core-related antigen (HBcrAg) during the four sequential phases of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection: hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive chronic infection (EPCI) and hepatitis (EPCH), followed by HBeAg-negative chronic infection (ENCI) and hepatitis (ENCH). We compared the performance of serum HBcrAg, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), and HBV DNA in predicting EPCH and ENCH. Methods We enrolled 492 consecutive patients: 49 with EPCI, 243 with EPCH, 101 with ENCI, and 99 with ENCH. HBcrAg was detected by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassays. HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassays. HBV DNA was detected by real-time PCR. Predictive performance of HBcrAg, HBsAg, and HBV DNA was evaluated using ROC curves. Results Areas under ROC curves (AUCs) of HBcrAg, HBsAg, and HBV DNA for predicting EPCH were 0.738, 0.812, and 0.717, respectively; optimal cutoffs were ≤1.43×10⁵ kU/mL, ≤1.89×10⁴ IU/mL, and ≤3.97×10⁷ IU/mL, with sensitivities and specificities of 66.3% and 77.6%, 65.0% and 93.9%, and 60.5% and 79.6%, respectively. AUCs of HBcrAg, HBsAg, and HBV DNA for predicting ENCH were 0.887, 0.581, and 0.978, respectively; optimal cutoffs were >26.8 kU/mL, >2.29×10² IU/mL, and >8.75×10³ IU/mL, with sensitivities and specificities of 72.7% and 95.1%, 86.9% and 39.6%, and 89.9% and 92.1%, respectively. Conclusions HBsAg and HBV DNA were the best predictors of EPCH and ENCH, respectively. HBcrAg is an important surrogate marker for predicting EPCH and ENCH.

A series of platinum and palladium pincer complexes supported by achiral 1,3-bis(2′-imidazolinyl)benzene-based NCN ligands have been prepared via direct C2 metalation. Meanwhile, ligand precursor 3b and Pt(II) complex 4b were characterized by crystallographic studies, which reveals that the platinum atom in 4b adopts a distorted-square-planar geometry. The Pd(II) pincer complexes 5b was found to be an efficient catalyst for Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of aryl bromides and phenylboronic acid under air. In the presence of 0.5 mol% of Pd(II) 5b in DMF/K3PO4·3H2O for 8 h, the corresponding biaryl products could be obtained in 24–99% yields.

The design and easy fabrication of biocompatible and antifouling coatings on different materials are extremely important for biotechnological and biomedical devices. Here we report a substrate-independent biomimetic modification strategy for fabricating a biocompatible and antifouling ultra-thin coating. Cell membrane antifouling phosphorylcholine (PC) and/or mussel adhesive catechol (c) groups are grafted at the amino-ends of an 8-armed poly(ethylene glycol). The PC groups are introduced by grafting a random copolymer bearing both PC and active ester groups. The modified 8-arm PEGs (PEG-2c-23PC, PEG-6c-23PC and PEG-8c) anchor themselves onto various substrates from aqueous solution and form cell outer membrane mimetic surfaces. Static contact angle, atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) measurements confirm the successful fabrication of coatings on polydopamine (PDA) precoated surfaces. Real-time interaction results between proteins/bacteria and the coatings measured by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique suggest excellent anti-protein adsorption and short-term anti-bacteria adhesion performance. The long-term bacteria adhesion, platelet and L929 cell attachment results strongly support the SPR conclusions. Furthermore, the cell membrane mimetic and mussel adhesive protein mimetic PEG-2c-23PC shows hardly any toxicity to L929 fibroblasts, and the coating surface demonstrates the best anti-biofouling performance. This PDA-assisted immobilization of PC and/or catechol modified multi-arm PEGs provides a convenient and universal way to produce a biocompatible and fouling-resistant surface with tailor-made functions, which hopefully can be expanded to a wider range of applications based on both structure and surface superiorities.

Intrinsic hydrophobicity of polymeric biomedical devices generally causes adverse complications (i.e. thrombosis formation). In this study, biomimetic surface modification is conducted on different hydrophobic substrates (PP, PET and PTFE) by physisorption and subsequent UV induced chemical crosslinking of a ternary methacrylate copolymer bearing phosphorylcholine (PC), cholesteryl (Chol) and azidophenyl (Az) side groups, poly(MPC-co-CMA-co-AzMA) (PMCA). X-ray photoelectron spectrophotometer (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and water contact angle (WCA) measurements are used to monitor the changes in chemical composition, morphology and wetting behavior of the polymeric substrate surfaces before and after surface modification. The protein adsorption and platelet adhesion experiments are also performed to assess its antifouling properties. The results show that the synergistic contribution of physical anchor of Chol groups and chemical crosslinking of Az moieties leads to the formation of a highly crosslinked cell outer membrane mimetic coating with relatively uniform and dense nano-granular surface textures. The resultant PMCA modified surface exhibits greatly enhanced hydrophilicity due to the enrichment of hydrophilic phosphorylcholine moieties on the outer layer of PMCA coating. Particularly, compared with poly(MPC-co-CMA) (PMC) and poly(MPC-co-AzMA) (PMA) coatings, PMCA coating possesses good surface stability and interfacial adhesion performance. It provides the polymeric substrates with significantly improved antifouling property. The amounts of proteins and platelets adsorbed or adhered on PMCA modified surfaces could be reduced by at least 85% and 97% after incubation for 48 h, respectively. It offers a facile way to fabricate robust antifouling surface for the improvement of the biocompatibility of polymeric biomedical devices.

A series of palladium(II) and nickel(II) complexes based on unsymmetrical chiral (imidazolinyl)aryl NHC ligands are reported. The new ligand presursors 3a–g were prepared from commercially available 3-bromobenzoic acid, in which the carboxyl and bromo functionalities were converted to chiral imidazoline and NHC moieties, respectively, in three steps. Treatment of 3a–g with Pd(OAc)2 in dimethylacetamide in the presence of NaOAc, followed by addition of LiCl, gave the seven palladium(II) pincer complexes 4a–g via direct aryl C–H activation. Likewise, the six nickel(II) pincer complexes 5a–f were obtained by reacting 3a–f with anhydrous NiCl2. All of the ligand precursors and pincer complexes are bench-stable and were fully characterized. The absolute configurations of palladium complexes 4a,c and 5e were further determined by X-ray diffraction. Finally, Pd pincer complex catalyzed asymmetric Friedel–Crafts alkylation and aza-Morita–Baylis–Hillman reactions were briefly assessed.

Methanesulfonate (MSA−), found in substantial concentrations in the atmosphere, is expected to enhance aerosol nucleation and the growth of nanoparticles, but the details of methanesulfonate clusters are poorly understood. In this study, MSA− was chosen along with ammonia (NH3) or three common amines and water (H2O) to discuss the roles of ternary homogeneous nucleation and ion-induced nucleation in aerosol formation. We studied the structural characteristics and thermodynamics of the clusters using density functional theory at the PW91PW91/6-311++G(3df,3pd) level. The analysis of noncovalent interactions predicts that the amines can form more stable clusters with MSA− than NH3, in agreement with the results from structures and thermodynamics; however, the enhancement in stability for amines is not large enough to overcome the difference in the concentrations of NH3 and amines under typical atmospheric conditions. In addition, the favorable free energies of formation for the (MSA−)(NH3/amines)(H2O)n (n = 0–3) clusters at 298.15 K show that MSA− could contribute to the aerosol nucleation process with binding NH3/amines and H2O up to n = 3. There are strong temperature and humidity dependences for the formation of complexes; higher humidity and temperature promote the formation of larger hydrates. Finally, for the (MSA−)(NH3/amines)(H2O)n clusters, the evaporation rates were determined to further investigate the atmospheric implications.

A novel 2,3-indole-diene synthon was designed and synthesized, and was first applied to a stereoselective inverse-electron-demand Diels–Alder reaction to construct tetrahydrocarbazoles. In the presence of chiral secondary amines, a variety of enantioenriched, multifunctionalized tetrahydrocarbazole derivatives were obtained in good yields (up to 83%) with excellent stereoselectivities (up to >20 : 1 dr, 98% ee).

Defatted walnut meal protein was hydrolyzed using alcalase to yield tyrosinase inhibitory peptides. After separation by ultrafiltration and Sephadex G-25, the fraction with the highest tyrosinase inhibitory activity was identified using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and 606 peptides were obtained. Then, molecular docking was used to screen for tyrosinase inhibitory peptides and to clarify the theoretical interaction mechanism between the peptides and tyrosinase. A peptide with the sequence Phe-Pro-Tyr (FPY, MW: 425.2 Da) was identified and the synthesized peptide inhibited tyrosine monophenolase and diphenolase with IC50 values of 1.11 ± 0.05 and 3.22 ± 0.09 mM, respectively. The inhibition of tyrosinase by FPY was competitive and reversible. Good stability of FPY toward digestion was observed in an in vitro gastrointestinal digestion simulation experiment. These results indicated that FPY can be used as a potential tyrosinase inhibitor in the food, medicine, and cosmetics industries.

In this paper, we propose that the contrast features of octave spectrum can be used to show spectral contrast features of some music clips. It shows the relative spectral distribution rather than average spectrum. From the experiment, it can be seen the method of spectral contrast features has a good performance in classification of music styles. Another comparative experiment shows that the method of spectral contrast features can better distinguish different music styles than the method of MFCC features that commonly used previously in the classification system of music styles.

A crosslinkable zwitterionic copolymer PMBT was coated onto the surfaces of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane (PP-HFM) oxygenator and its connecting tubes. The PMBT copolymer coating on the oxygenator circuit formed a cell outer membrane mimetic surface with excellent stability. The hemocompatibility of the PMBT copolymer coated PP-HFM oxygenator circuit was evaluated by animal extracorporeal circulation. The concentrations of clotting components fibrinogen and platelet in the blood were almost unchanged during the circulation through the PMBT copolymer coated oxygenator circuits. By contrast, the concentrations of fibrinogen and platelet were significantly reduced to 52% and 56% respectively in the uncoated oxygenator group due to adsorption and thrombogenesis of the blood during 2 h circulation. Moreover, concentration of activation marker beta-thromboglobulin for platelet in the blood was remarkably lower in the PMBT group than the uncoated control group ( p Statement of Significance Although a number of studies have reported the fabrication of zwitterionic phosphorylcholine coated oxygenators to resist the adsorption and activation of blood components and eliminate heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, none of them have fabricated stable and densely assembled film, especially with crosslinkable amphiphilic random copolymer described in our manuscript. The novel features of our work include: • The first study of fabricating crosslinked and densely assembled zwitterionic copolymer coating on surfaces of a commercial oxygenator system. • The first study on hemocompatibility of both the PMBT coated and the bare commercial PP-HFM oxygenator circuits by animal extracorporeal circulation. • Much better hemocompatibility was measured on the PMBT coated oxygenator circuit compared with the bare and other polymer coated oxygenator systems.

We measured the concentrations of selected persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as parent and halogenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs and HPAHs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in indoor dust (ID) and indoor cockroach samples collected from Shenzhen, South China. Biota-dust accumulation factors (BDAFs) were computed and utilized to quantify targeted pollutant bioaccumulation in ID and cockroaches. Generally, halogenated compounds have higher BDAFs when compared to non-halogenated compounds. There are significant differences ( p p > 0.5) suggesting no significant relationship exists for PAHs between ID and cockroaches. Mussel inspired polydopamine (PDA) coating has been proven to be a simple and effective method for surface modification of biomaterials. However, the adhesive functional groups remaining on the surface of PDA coating may promote the attachment of nonspecific proteins and microorganisms and hinder anti-biofouling performance. In this study, the PDA coating formation process is monitored in real-time by a sensitive surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique at different pH values, initial dopamine concentrations and deposition times. The coating morphology is observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Nonspecific protein adsorption, platelet and fibroblast cell adhesion, as well as bacteria attachment on the PDA coatings of different thicknesses are measured to evaluate their anti-biofouling performance. Thickness-dependent biofouling of the PDA coatings is demonstrated by the accumulation of adhesive functional groups within the PDA matrix. In order to reduce the biofouling, we treat the PDA coating by FeCl3 coordination, NaIO4 oxidation, heating in air and grafting with a phosphorylcholine copolymer bearing active ester groups. The modified surfaces are characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy measurements. Interestingly, all the treatments help to resist protein adsorption significantly. More excitingly, the simple grafting strategy with a phosphorylcholine copolymer can resist more than 99% of platelet, fibroblast, and bacteria cell attachment, 98% of bovine serum albumin and 95% of bovine plasma fibrinogen adsorption on the PDA coating. These results may find applications in the vast area of surface antifouling, especially for most biomedical devices.

Medicinal insects have been widely used to cure human diseases for ages. Nevertheless, knowledge about the toxic chemicals accumulated in medicinal insects and their effects on human health was insufficient. In the present study, sixteen priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and nine halogenated PAHs (HPAHs) were determined in farmed medicinal cockroaches to address this issue. Total concentrations of PAHs in young nymphs, old nymphs, and adults ranged from 162 to 1025, 252 to 967, and 267 to 1168 ng/g, respectively. Levels of the sum of HPAHs varied from 0.84 to 9.17, 1.86 to 5.21, and 1.01 to 8.60 ng/g for young nymphs, old nymphs, and adults, respectively. The daily intake and excess cancer risk of PAHs and HPAHs were calculated for people who take cockroach-related drugs. Our results indicated that females and children have slightly higher exposure levels from the perspectives of gender and age, respectively. The estimated excess cancer risk of PAHs and HPAHs were both lower than the priority risk level (10-4), indicating a low potential carcinogenic risk with the medicinal cockroach consumption.

Obesity has been reported to be associated with many diseases. However, common obesity-induced biological processes have not been evaluated across these diseases. We identified genes associated with obesity and obesity-related diseases, and used them to construct protein‒protein interaction networks. We also analyzed gene ontology (GO) in those genes overlapping between obesity and disease. Our work identifies gene modules common to obesity and obesity-related diseases, which can provide a basis for understanding the process of how obesity induces disease.

Hollow fiber membranes (HFMs) based artificial lungs require a large blood-contacting membrane surface area to provide adequate gas exchange. However, such a large surface presents significant challenges to hemocompatibility. For improving the hemocompatibility, amphiphilic and cell outer membrane mimetic 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) copolymers containing 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (TSMA) and/or n-butyl methacrylate (BMA) units, poly(MPC-co-BMA-co-TSMA) (PMBT) and poly(MPC-co-BMA) (PMB) were coated on a commercial polypropylene (PP) HFM. Dynamic contact angle, ATR-FTIR and XPS results showed that both the PMB and PMBT phospholipid polymer coatings are stable in water, but only the crosslinked PMBT coating can resist the dissolution by ethanol or SDS aqueous solution. Protein adsorption, platelet adhesion and whole blood contact experiments showed significant improvement in hemocompatibility after being coated with the PMBT. Moreover, oxygenation experiments indicated that the blood compatible coating could resist blood permeance and did not hinder the gas exchange. Overall these findings revealed improved hemocompatibility which can be realized through crosslinkable phospholipid polymer coating, enabling more stable and more biocompatible HFMs respiratory assist devices.

Applying the method of source rocks pyrolysis to analyze 19 pieces of coal measure source rocks of Shanxi-Taiyuan group in Huanghua Depression, the results show that the level of organic matter abundance of coal measures hydrocarbon source rock in Shanxi-Taiyuan group of Well Wanggu 1 is the poor. Using monadic linear regression method to analysis the data of S2 and TOC, the results show that the type of the mudstone organic matter in the Shanxi - Taiyuan group belongs to III, the type of coal sample organic matter in Shanxi-Taiyuan group belongs to I. Due to the data of samples in the Shanxi group is less, the results of the coal sample in Shanxi group are only for reference. According to the data of Tmax, the most of the coal measures hydrocarbon source rocks in Shanxi - Taiyuan group are in the maturity stage, several samples are in the high maturity stage.

Control over cell-material surface interactions is the key to many new and improved biomedical devices. In this study, we present a simple yet effective surface modification method that allows for the surface reconstruction and formation of cell outer membrane mimetic structure on coatings that have significantly increased hemocompatibility. To achieve this, a phosphorylcholine end-capped poly(butylene succinate) (PBS-PC) was synthesized and dip-coated on coverslips. The surface structure of the amphiphilic PBS-PC film was reconstructed by heating in a vacuum oven to obtain the less hydrophilic surface and by immersing in hot water to obtain the more hydrophilic surface. Significant changes in the surface element concentration were observed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis and changes in surface wettability were measured by sensitive dynamic contact angle technique. Scanning electron microscope images showed different morphologies of the reconstructed surfaces. Interestingly, the reconstruction between the less hydrophilic and more hydrophilic surfaces is reversible. More importantly, both the reconstructed surfaces are stable in room condition for more than 6 months, and both the surfaces show significant improvement in hemocompatibility as revealed by protein adsorption and platelet adhesion measurements. This reversible surface reconstruction strategy and the interesting results may be significant for fabricating stable and hemocompatible surfaces on differently shaped biomedical devices.

The construction of main shaft No.2 in Wutong coal mine is the key project of energy expansion and technological innovation. It started in December 2008 and jointed commissioning in the end of July 2010.Engineering capacity,a tight schedule and the difficulty of construction are the tough points. So if according with conventional construction methods,the project would have difficulty in completing on schedule.After repeated demonstration ,the researches of Wutong coal mine break the routine. The construction technology of segmented parallel operations is adopted to accelerate the construction schedule.This technology not only makes main shaft No.2 in advance of two months to complete construction and installation works, but also achieves difficult precisely through in both upper and lower segments.Totally plane error is only 80mm in through point.The project hits a good example for future wellbore rapid construction.

3D modeling of city has become a hot research topic in the field of GIS, it has very important significance in terms of urban construction, management and planning. Building model is an important sector of 3D city model, after analyzing the traditional algorithm of building modeling, a combined algorithm based on CSG and SketchUp is proposed in this paper. Using CSG model, the regular buildings are constructed firstly, then using SketchUp software, the irregular buildings are constructed. Finally, all building models are combined into a continuous building. The paper uses parts of the actual data to verify the feasibility of this modeling approach in the paper.

The backward blasting of the mine technology and stoping technology will lead to a long time of blasting, high labor intensity and low production efficiency, which also cause roof collapse and the blast of fly rock, support fall and overthrowing the chain-trigger, which cause a larger hidden of production. Through using the mechanical mining technology of the high yielding and efficiency of kaolin, which fundamentally improve the working conditions of workers and safety working condition, will laid the foundation for the increasing of production and efficiency. The production has been promoted from 250-300t/d to 550-650t/d now, which the efficiency is increasing more than 120%. Meanwhile, the optimal of blasting parameters is benefit to roof control after blasting, which can improve the efficiency of blasting, reduce the unit consumption of dynamite, which can save about 0.115kg/ m3; and reduce the intensity of the workers and the damage of the support. This construction technique can provides a reference significance for safe and efficient construction of the mine under similar geological conditions.

Very soft layer of gravel geological conditions in the mine construction has a serious impact on the efficient construction of the mine safety and personnel safety. Because the mining area where has no big development experience of the construction, the construction and development of mining face many difficult technical problems. For this passage we did some research by super support ,temporary support and permanent support technology for this problem, Ahead of the pipe roof support, U- shaped steel and backplane as the temporary support and reinforced concrete support as the permanent support of the roadway, the roadway can be passed the layer of the gravel easily. The construction technology can provide reference for the safe and efficient construction of the similar geological conditions.

The efficiency of our rock roadway is generally not high, January footage is generally around 60m, which greatly affected the normal mine production mining to succeed. Optimize the blasting parameters, support technology and strengthen the construction organization and management measures is to solve the Rock Lane embrasure low utilization rate, blasting the poor, loop footage and low problem. The experiments show that: the three new mines using the above measures, the rock roadway construction speed from the original 60 m per month to 120 m / month, improve efficiency of 100% quality and efficient excavation of the rock roadway to reach the test purpose. Of the success measures and methods to provide reference for other similar mine rock roadway quality and efficient construction.

We had the digital analysis study on side slope stability in order to deduce the calculation process of side slope safety factor with Janbu method and calculate the side slope safety factor of Jianshan iron mine, and put forward the effective management measures ,which achieved the ideal result

The strength of gravel soil of Yili’s First Mine in different water contents was studied by multifunction static and dynamic triaxial test machine. The results show that （1）The yield limit decreases with the increasing of water content under steady confining pressure, and the greater the confining pressure, the greater the yield point of its axial in the same moisture conditions. （2）The expansion becomes into contraction with increasing moisture content. （3）Strength index of gravel soil becomes smaller with the increase of moisture content. The relationship between friction angle and water contents is . And the relationship between cohesion (or bite force) and water contents is . The results provide a theoretical basis for shaft design and construction of Yili’s First Mine.

Two kinds of biomembrane mimetic polymers P(MPC-co-SMA) and P(MPC-SMA-TSMA) were synthesized with acrylate monomers 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC), stearyl methacrylate (SMA) and 3-(methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane (TSMA) by free radical copolymerization in solution with AIBN as initiator. The phosphorylcholine containing copolymers were dip-coated on cover glasses. The hydrophilicity, stability and surface structure of the coatings were measured by dynamic contact angles (DCA) in water. It was found that the coating surfaces were amphiphilic. The P(MPC-SMA-TSMA) coating was more stable than the P(MPC-co-SMA) one in aqueous environment due to crosslinking and grafting. The biocompatibility of the coatings was evaluated by platelet adhesion and protein adsorption. The copolymer P(MPC-SMA-TSMA) can be simply coated on a surface to fabricate a stable biomimetic coating with excellent hemocompatibility.

The Composite based on CIIR and variable sulfur/accelerator ratio were prepared by compounding and vulcanizing process. Tensile properties and dynamic mechanical properties of CIIR were studied. The results indicate that tensile strength and loss factor are influenced by sulfur/ accelerator ratio. Tensile strength and modulus are improved with increasing sulfur/accelerator ratio while loss factor decrease with increasing sulfur/ accelerator ratio.

This paper proposes a framework which focuses on thoroughly resolving functional dependency among components and enabling “Delay Adaptation”. This framework introduces an “Adaptation Table” to describe components’ interfaces and their interactions. Since functional dependency comes from the interactions among components, this “Adaptation Table” makes the dependency under control, a support toolkit is also developed. At last, the analysis of a case shows that the framework achieves the result that we expect in great measure.
