Due to its high hardness and low friction coefficient, hard chromium plating layer is commonly utilized to enhance the wear resistance of mechanical components, thereby prolonging their service life. However, the unique mesh structure of these layers detrimentally impacts air tightness and corrosion resistance, limiting their application scope. In this paper, methodology and current research for improving this mesh structure were comprehensively analyzed and summarized. The mesh structure of the chromium layer, which was affected by factors such as pretreatment, composition of electroplating solution, plating parameters, additives and flexible technology, was reviewed. The application of post-processing methods such as rolling, diamond ultra precision rolling and hole sealing, to improve the mesh structure in solving practical engineering problems was reviewed. The research progress on the preparation of reticulated composite chromium layers using co-deposition technology and the introduction of laser surface texture technology for the design of mesh microstructure of chromium plating layers was reviewed.

In order to improve the surface hardness of titanium alloy and enhance its wear resistance to satisfy the requirements of weight reduction and high temperature resistance of the new generation of aviation actuation system components，the processes of titanium alloy chemical nickel-plating and stainless steel CMT (cold metal transition welding technology) cladding SCu6180 (aluminum bronze) was studied.And the wear-resistance of the friction pairs with different strengthening states was tested by ring-block friction and wear test under simulated working conditions.Results showed that when low-pressure blowing fine sand+hydrofluoric acid activation was adopted as the pre-treatment，the chemical nickel-plating layer had good adhesion.After a heat treatment at 399 ℃in vacuum furnace，the hardness could reach 906 HV1 N，the friction coefficient between the chemical nickle-plating layer and stainless steel friction pair decreased from 0.79 to 0.32，the friction coefficient between the chemical nickle-plating layer and the stainless steel friction pair with surface cladding SCu6180 anti-friction coating was only 0.12，and the wear amount was reduced by two orders of magnitude.Besides，the engineering application of engine vector actuation components was realized.

Background: Traditional Chinese Medicine Astragalus was commonly used to assist chemo-drug treatment in clinical cancer patients. However, whether Astragalus injection (AGI) reverses drug resistance remains unclear. Therefore, a meta-analysis is necessary to assess the effect of AGI on resistance reversement in cancer patients. Method: The studies presenting tumor response rates in cancer patients receiving chemo-drugs treatment in combination with AGI were systematically searched from six common scientific databases until February 2024. The relative risks (RRs) indicating the tumor response rate, 1-year survival rate, and quality of life improvement in clinical patients among two groups were calculated in metan package. The pooled RRs with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to explore the effect of AGI on enhancing drug sensitivity in terms of tumor response, 1-year survival rate and quality of life improvement in cancer patients. Result: Fifty-one studies were included for meta-analysis following a thorough screening process that adhered to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 4613 patients were enrolled in all included trials. Results obtained indicated that AGI significantly enhanced the sensitivity of cancers to chemo-drugs with pooled RRs (95% CI) of 1.25 (1.18, 1.32), prolonged the 1-year survival rate of patients with pooled RRs (95% CI) of 1.34 (1.14, 1.57), improved the quality of life with pooled RRs (95% CI) of 1.61 (1.34, 1.93). Similarly, Astragalus's main component, astragaloside polysaccharides (APS), also enhances drug sensitivity in clinical cancer patients. Conclusion: Our findings demonstrated that AGI had the ability to resensitize cancers to chemo-drugs and improve the quality of life of cancer patients. With the development of sharing economy and the advocacy of green travel, shared bicycles came into being and are rapidly popularized in major cities. Due to the large number of mountains in Chongqing, the popularity of bike sharing is not very high. However, as a frontier municipality with numerous colleges and universities, its future market is considerable. However, the popularity of bike sharing will also bring many problems, especially in vehicle management. If not handled properly, it will affect traffic and travel. In this paper, the problem of parking location for shared bicycles is studied, and it is suggested that the shared bicycles operating enterprises should build a fixed parking location. By analyzing the influencing factors of location selection and establishing relevant indicators, the feasibility of scientific location selection is verified based on an example of heuristic algorithm with the goal of minimizing the cost of capital consumption on the premise of ensuring the convenience of users. The experimental results show that the algorithm is effective.

Background: Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory dermatological condition in humans, and its pathogenesis remains unclear. However, the development of rosacea is suspected to be related to Demodex, a microscopic commensal organism that resides in or near hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Although Demodex is known to be a host-specific, obligate commensal organism, it is currently difficult to be cultured in vitro to parasitize and infect other animal hosts. Therefore, direct evidence for a pathogenic role of Demodex in rosacea is currently lacking. Summary: As circumstantial evidence, non-invasive skin-detecting techniques have shown abnormally elevated numbers of Demodex in rosacea patients. Increased cytokine levels such as IL-10, IL-8, and IL-12p70 have been observed in human sebocytes following the Demodex challenge, and acaricides have been found to be effective in rosacea therapy, all point to a close relationship between Demodex and rosacea. Based on these findings, we conducted a comprehensive literature review to summarize the current state of knowledge, research insights, and clinical treatment recommendations for Demodex-associated rosacea, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes.
