Bu çalışmada 2005:M1-2021:M10 dönemine ait aylık veriler kullanılarak Türkiye’de BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi ile döviz kuru arasındaki asimetrik ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda sanayi üretim endeksi ile döviz kurunun BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi üzerindeki etkisi doğrusal olmayan ARDL yaklaşımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan sınır testi analizine göre, değişkenler arasında doğrusal olmayan eşbütünleşme ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen uzun dönem bulgularına göre, döviz kurunda meydana gelen artışların BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi’nde meydana getirmiş olduğu etki, döviz kurunda meydana gelen azalışların BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi üzerindeki etkisinden daha düşük çıkmıştır. Yani döviz kurunda meydana gelen herhangi bir azalma, BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi’ni daha fazla etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla, Gıda ve İçecek sektör endeksinin döviz kurundaki dalgalanmaların etkisi altında olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, yapılan Wald testi sonucuna gore, hem kısa hem de uzun dönemde döviz kuru ile BIST Gıda ve İçecek Endeksi arasında asimetrik bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir., In this study, the asymmetric relationship between the ISE Food and Beverage Index and Turkey's exchange rate was examined using monthly data for the period 2005:M1-2021:M10. In this context, the effect of the industrial production index and the exchange rate on the ISE Food and Beverage Index was analyzed with the non-linear ARDL approach. According to the boundary test analysis, a non-linear cointegration relationship was found between the variables. According to the long-term findings, the effect of the increases in the exchange rate on the ISE Food and Beverage Index is lower than the effect of the decreases in the exchange rate on the ISE Food and Beverage Index. In other words, any decrease in the exchange rate affects the ISE Food and Beverage Index more. Therefore, it has been concluded that the Food and Beverage sector index is influenced by fluctuations in the exchange rate. In addition, according to the results of the Wald test, an asymmetrical relationship was determined between the exchange rate and the ISE Food and Beverage Index in the short and long term.

With this understanding, the service of today's businesses within the framework of ethical rules is subject to certain rules and penal sanctions. In this respect, the Ahi system has a business ethics structure that can be applied in today's business life. Same time; It is one of the important elements of the ahi-order system that the producer can present the goods produced by taking into account moral, economic and social values. In this study; Considering the size of the values possessed by the Ahi organization, which left its mark on Turkish history, it is emphasized that the financial support of the producer against the financial crises that he has experienced in some periods and the applicability of this process in today's organizations. In this framework, it is aimed to evaluate the obligation of protecting the producer and finding financial resources in the Ahi system. It is seen that the Ahi System supports the producer's obligation to provide funds at the point of exit from financial crises through mutual aid funds called "Middle Fund". Funds accumulated as loans in the chest and cash money set aside for aid were followed in separate accounts. The cash accumulated in the middle chests was given to the tradesmen who needed money or who wanted to develop their art and trade with 1% interest. Today, it can be said that this process is carried out through capital and money market institutions. Bu çalışmada; Türk tarihine damgasını vuran Ahilik teşkilatının sahip olduğu değerlerin boyutu dikkate alınarak, üreticinin bazı dönemlerde yaşamış olduğu finansal krizlere karşı fon desteğinin sağlanması ve bu sürecin günümüz örgütlerinde uygulanabilirliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çerçevede, ahilik sisteminde üreticinin korunması ve finansal kaynak bulma yükümlüğünün değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ahilik Sisteminin, üreticinin finansal krizlerden çıkış noktasında fon temin etme yükümlülüğüne “Orta Sandık” adı ile ifade edilen yardımlaşma sandıkları aracılığıyla destek verdiği görülmektedir. Sandıkta kredi olarak biriktirilen fonlar ve yardım yapmak için ayrılan nakdi paralar ayrı hesaplarda takip edilmekteydi. Orta sandıklarda biriken nakitler, para gereksinimi olan ya da sanat ve ticaretini geliştirmeyi talep eden esnaflara %1 oranında nema ile verilmekteydi. Günümüzde bu sürecin sermaye ve para piyasası kurumları aracılığıyla yerine getirildiği söylenebilir.

Amaç – Hizmet sektöründe önemli bir yere sahip olan BIST Turizm Endeksi ile döviz kuru arasında uzun dönemli bir ilişkinin bulunup bulunmadığının tespit edilmesi ve turizm endeksinin döviz kuruna karşı duyarlılığının tespit edilmesi önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmada, döviz kuru ile turizm endeksi arasındaki uzun dönemli nedensellik ilişkisinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem – Çalışmada, 2003:M1-2022:M3 dönemine ait BIST Turizm Endeksi ve Dolar Kuru aylık verileri kullanılmıştır. Öncelikle serilerin birim kök içerip içermediği PP ve ADF birim kök testleri dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir. Seriler arasındaki uzun dönem ilişki ARDL sınır testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Nedensellik ilişkisini ölçmek amacıyla da Granger Nedensellik testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular – ARDL sınır testi sonuçlarına göre, değişkenler arasında uzun dönemli bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Granger Nedensellik testi sonuçlarına göre ise, döviz kuru ile BIST Turizm Endeksi arasında çift yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, bu iki değişkenin birbirlerinin nedeni olduğunu ifade etmek mümkündür. Tartışma – Döviz kurundaki değişimin turizm faaliyetlerini veya gelirlerini artırıp azalttığını söylemek yanlış olmayacaktır. Ulaşılan sonuç, literatürdeki çalışmalardan bazılarının ulaştıkları sonuçlarla benzerlik göstermektedir. Turizm sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin ve politika yapıcıların, planlamalarında döviz kurlarındaki değişimleri göz önünde bulundurmaları gerektiği ifade edilebilir. Purpose – It is important to determine whether there is a long-term relationship between the ISE Tourism Index, which has an important place in the service sector, and the exchange rate, and to determine the sensitivity of the tourism index to the exchange rate. In the research, it is aimed to reveal the long-term causality relationship between the exchange rate and the tourism index. Design/Methodology/Approach – In the study, monthly data for the period 2003:M1-2022:M3 for Turkey were used. First of all, whether the series contains a unit root was analyzed by considering the PP and ADF unit root tests. The long-term relationship between the variables was analyzed with the ARDL limit test. In order to measure the causality relationship, Granger Causality test was applied. Findings – According to the ARDL limit test results, a long-term relationship was determined between the variables. According to the Granger Causality test results, a bidirectional causality relationship was determined between the exchange rate and the ISE Tourism Index. Accordingly, it is possible to state that these two variables are the cause of each other. Discussion - It would not be wrong to say that the change in the exchange rate increases or decreases tourism activities or revenues. The result obtained is similar to the results of some of the studies in the literature. It can be stated that businesses and policy makers operating in the tourism sector should consider the changes in exchange rates in their planning.

Bu çalışmada, hisse senedi fiyatları, döviz kuru ve konut fiyatları arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi Türkiye özelinde ampirik olarak analiz edilmiştir. 2013:M3 – 2022:M1 dönemine ait aylık veriler kullanılarak, BIST100 endeksi, BIST İnşaat endeksi, USD/TL kuru ve Konut Fiyat endeksi arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Seçilen değişkenler arasındaki ilişki Granger Nedensellik testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgulara göre, BIST100 endeksi ile konut fiyat endeksi arasında, BIST İnşaat endeksi ile konut fiyat endeksi ve dolar kuru ile konut fiyat endeksi arasında çift yönlü nedenselliğin varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Dolar kuru ile BIST100 endeksi arasında, dolar kuru ile İnşaat endeksi arasında, BIST100 endeksi ile İnşaat endeksi arasında nedensellik ilişkisine rastlanmamıştır. Konut fiyatlarını etkilemek isteyen politika yapıcıların dolar kuru ve hisse senedi fiyatlarını da göz önünde bulundurması gerektiği ifade edilebilir. In this study, the causal relationship between stock prices, exchange rates and house prices has been empirically analyzed in Turkey. The causality relationship was investigated with 107 monthly data covering the period 2013:M3 – 2022:M1 using BIST100 index, BIST Construction index, USD/TL rate and Housing Price index. The relationship between the selected variables was analyzed by Granger Causality analysis. According to the findings, bidirectional causality was found between BIST100 index and housing price index, between BIST Construction index and housing price index, and between dollar exchange rate and housing price index. No causal relationship was found between the dollar rate and the BIST100 index, between the dollar rate and the Construction index, and between the BIST100 index and the Construction index. It can be stated that policy makers who want to affect housing prices should also consider the dollar rate and stock prices.

Stock prices are affected by many economic and political factors. Interest rate, one of the macroeconomic indicators, is one of the important factors that are thought to affect share prices in the stock market. Central banks determine the interest rates of short-term loans given to banks and borrowing from banks. Through this interest rate, it aims to affect the general level of prices. A change in the interest rate changes the cost of borrowing and thus affects the firms’s profitability and ability to pay dividends. Again, change in interest rate can affect the opportunity cost of equity investments and this in turn affects stock prices. In this study, it is aimed to determine whether the interest rate decisions taken by the CBRT Monetary Policy Committee cause abnormal returns on stock prices. In Borsa Istanbul, the existence of abnormal returns with the effect of interest rate changes was investigated by event study method. Using 131-month data between May 2010 and March 2021, the presence of abnormal returns around the date of 30 meetings, when the decision to change the interest rate, was tested on the BIST100 index. As a result, it has been determined that interest rate change decisions have a very low effect on the BIST100 index. Although the effect on the index was observed within five days after the date of the interest rate increase/decrease decision, it was observed that this effect remained very weak. Hisse senedi fiyatları ekonomik ve politik birçok faktörün etkisini taşır. Makroekonomik göstergelerden faiz oranı, borsadaki hisse fiyatlarını etkilediği düşünülen önemli faktörlerdendir. Merkez bankaları, bankalara verdiği kısa vadeli borçların ve bankalardan yaptığı borçlanmanın faiz oranlarını kendisi belirler. Bu faiz oranı aracılığıyla, fiyatlar genel seviyesini etkilemeyi amaçlar. Faiz oranındaki bir değişiklik borçlanmanın maliyetini değiştirir ve dolayısıyla firmaların kârlılığı ile temettü ödemesi yapma kabiliyetini etkiler. Yine faiz oranındaki değişiklik, özkaynak yatırımlarının fırsat maliyetini etkileyebilir ve bu da sonuç olarak hisse senedi fiyatlarını etkiler. Bu çalışmada, TCMB Para Politikası Kurulu tarafından alınan faiz kararlarının hisse senedi fiyatları üzerinde anormal getiri ortaya çıkarıp çıkarmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Borsa İstanbul’da, faiz oranı değişikliğinin etkisi ile anormal getirilerin varlığı olay çalışması (event study) yöntemiyle araştırılmıştır. Mayıs 2010-Mart 2021 dönemleri arasında 131 aylık veriler kullanılarak, faiz oranı değişikliği kararının alındığı toplam 30 toplantı tarihi etrafında anormal getirilerin varlığı BIST100 endeksi üzerinde test edilmiştir. Sonuçta, BIST100 endeksi üzerinde faiz değişiklik kararlarının çok düşük bir etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Faiz artırma/düşürme karar tarihinden sonraki beş gün içerisinde endeks üzerinde etkisi görülse de bu etkinin çok zayıf kaldığı görülmüştür.

Ernst Brücke was one of the most influential figures in Sigmund Freud's life and work. Freud studied under him for around six years during his student years, and he never turned his back on Brücke's fundamental teachings. Brücke was a member of the strictly materialist and reductionist movement called the School of Helmholtz. This article will interpret how this physiological movement influenced Freud's psychoanalysis and how its understanding of science was embedded in Freud's theory. Bu çalışmada 2003:01-2022:03 dönemlerine ait veriler kullanılarak dolar (USD/TRY Alış) kurunun BIST Ticaret Endeksi (XTCRT Açılış) ile aralarındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla değişkenler arasındaki eşbütünleşme ilişkisi için ARDL (Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag) sınır testi ve ardından değişkenler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi için de Granger nedensellik testi uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda değişkenler arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisi bulunmuştur. Ayrıca elde edilen nedensellik testi sonuçlarına göre, döviz kurundan BIST Ticaret Endeksine doğru tek yönlü bir Granger nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda BIST Ticaret Endeksi ile USD kuru arasında uzun dönemli ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kısa dönemde ise döviz kurlarında meydana gelen bir artışın ilgili BIST sektör endeksini negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda döviz kurlarında yaşanan oynaklığın maliyetleri etkileyebileceği buna istinaden de kârlılığın etkilenebileceği ve hisse senetlerine yansıyacağı düşünülmektedir. Yapılan nedensellik testi sonucu değer kazanan yerel para cinsinin ihracatçılara zarar verdiğinin, dolayısıyla bu çeşit şirket hisselerinin nispeten az arzu edilir duruma geleceğinin ileri sürüldüğü mal piyasası teorisinin geçerli olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between countries' R&D expenditures and financial development and economic growth. For this purpose, annual data for the period 2003-2020 of 7 countries in the Developing Economies Class in Europe were used. As dependent variables, stock market indices and growth rates, which represent the highest share in countries representing financial development, and the share of countries' R&D expenditures in GDP are used as independent variables. As a method, Westerlund cointegration test, AMG and MGE coefficient estimators were used. As a result of the cointegration test, it is seen that there is a cointegrated relationship between the variables in the long run. As a result of coefficient estimators, positive impact of R&D expenditures on financial development in Hungary, Turkey, Romania and Ukraine; It is seen that it has a negative effect in Russia, Bulgaria and Poland. In addition, it was concluded that R&D expenditures had a positive effect on growth in Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey and Hungary.

It is extremely important to provide sex education to individuals with intellectual disabilities because they do not know where, when, and in which situations their sexual behavior is appropriate or not, and because they cannot control their sexuality. This study aimed to examine the effect of the Sex Education Program for Families of Adults with Intellectual Disabilities (ZACEP) on the knowledge level of families of adults with intellectual disabilities and their attitudes towards their children’s sexual development and sex education. The research adopted a single group pre-test and post-test model, one of the experimental research models. The sample consisted of nine mothers. The effectiveness data of the study were collected through the Parental Sex Education Attitude Scale. SPSS packet program was used for data analysis. The pretest and posttest items were first analyzed with descriptive statistics, then frequency, percentage, and maximum-minimum values were calculated. The t-test analysis for dependent samples is required to compare the pretest and posttest scores of a single group. However, due to the number of participants (N=9), the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, which is the nonparametric equivalent of t-test, was used. Research findings showed that the ZACEP did not affect the mothers' attitudes towards the sexuality of adults with intellectual disabilities. Besides, the ZACEP did not affect parents' attitudes towards sexuality at item level.

Geliştirilen yöntemin analitik performansı kabul edilebilir düzeydedir. R2 değerleri 0,9989'dan yüksek ve tayin limitleri 1,17 ?g g-1'den küçüktür. Geliştirilen mikroekstraksiyon yönteminin uygulanabilirliği ve doğruluğu için iki farklı konsantrasyon (10–50 ?g g-1) acı biber, kırmızı toz biber, kimyon ve sumak baharatlarına eklenmiştir. The aim of this study was to investigate the opinions of teachers of the hearing-impaired children about serving as a special education teacher. The research was designed as a descriptive case study within the framework of qualitative research methods. Two criteria that the participants to be included in the study should have were determined as follows: graduating from universities’ hearing-impaired teaching programs and serving as a special education classroom teacher in schools affiliated to the MNE. The participants consist of 51 teachers meeting the specified criteria. Semi-structured interviews were held with 5 of the participants, and data were collected from 46 of them through an open-ended questionnaire. Given the pandemic period conditions we currently experience, the e-interviews were conducted using Zoom, while open-ended questionnaires were collected via Google Forms. Descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the research data. The descriptive analysis process consists of four stages: creating a thematic framework, processing of data according to the thematic framework, identification of findings, and interpretation of findings. Study findings revealed that the fact that teachers serve out-of-field they graduated from led them to feel insufficient in terms of professional knowledge and competency. Besides, it was observed that they failed to provide sufficient benefit to the students, they had difficulties communicating with families, they failed to cooperate with the school administrators or other colleagues and could not find the necessary support. The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that started in December 2019 led to the closure of schools on a global level, and implementation of strict social distancing measures has led to rapid and prevalent changes in conventional forms of education and instruction. In this period where distance education is preferred in education processes, the education technology competencies of teachers have gained importance. In this context, this study aimed to determine the education technology competencies of special education teachers. The descriptive study included 114 special education teachers. The data were collected by using the “Education Technology Competencies Scale for Teachers” and analyzed by using the SPSS 25 package software. The maximum total score that could be obtained in the scale that was used in the study is 190. It was determined that, with the mean score of 155.27, the participants of this study had an education technology competency level of 81.72%. In this study which investigated the technological competencies of special education teachers, no significant difference was found based on the participants’ gender, professional experience or areas of teaching. Considering the items in the dimensions of the scale, it was found that the male teachers were more competent in terms of technical knowledge on technology, while the female teachers used the technological knowledge they had more effectively in classes, instruction and materials, as well as in communication with both students and parents. Ülkemiz uzun yıllar koalisyon hükümetleri ile yönetilmiş ve bu hükümetlerin birçoğunun yaşam süreleri oldukça kısa olmuştur. Sık hükümet değişimleri özellikle ekonomi politikalarının sürdürülmesini engellemektedir. Ayrıca hükümet değişiklikleri, hisse senedi piyasalarında doğrudan bir etkiye sahiptir. Hisse senetleri alternatiflerine göre daha riskli yatırım araçlarıdır. Bu nedenle yatırımcıların hisse senedi fiyatlarını ve getirilerini etkileyen faktörleri yakından takip etmeleri gerekmektedir. Literatürde, seçim tarihleri etrafındaki günlerde hisse senetleri üzerinde anormal getiriler elde edildiği ortaya konmuştur. In the literature, it is indicated that there are abnormal returns in shares the days closer to general elections. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the relation between ISE 100 return index and the political elections between 1990 and 2015. In the relevant period, there were eight deputies general elections, four local elections, three referendums and one presidential election. Using the event study method, it has been found that abnormal returns are obtained in the ISE 100 index in the days around the political election dates.

Bu çalışmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin duygusal zekaları, sosyal görünüş kaygıları ve umutsuzluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında eğitimlerine Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi'nde devam eden 274'ü kadın, 90'ı erkek, toplamda 364 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Duygusal Zeka Özelliği Ölçeği – Kısa Formu, Sosyal Görünüş Kaygısı Ölçeği ve Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Toplanan veriler bağımsız örneklem t-Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans analizi, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre umutsuzluk üzerinde fakülte, sınıf, ebeveynlerin eğitim düzeyi anlamlı fark oluşturmazken; erkeklerin umutsuzluk düzeyi, kadınlardan anlamlı şekilde daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Yapılan Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyon Analizine göre duygusal zeka ile alt boyutları ve sosyal görünüş kaygısı arasında negatif ve anlamlı; sosyal görünüş kaygısı ve umutsuzluk arasında pozitif ve anlamlı; duygusal zeka ile alt boyutları ve umutsuzluk arasında negatif ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Yapılan Çoklu Regresyon Analizi sonuçlarına göre duygusal zeka ve alt boyutları ile sosyal görünüş kaygısı, umutsuzluğu anlamlı şekilde yordamaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: duygusal zeka, sosyal görünüş kaygısı, umutsuzluk In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence, social appearance anxiety and hopelessness levels of university students. The sample of the study consists of 274 female, 90 male, totally 364 students who continue their education in Hasan Kalyoncu University in 2018-2019 academic year. In this study, Emotional Intelligence Feature Scale - Short Form, Social Appearance Anxiety Scale and Beck Hopelessness Scale were used. Data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. Data were analyzed by independent samples t-Test, One Way Analysis of Variance, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests. According to the results of the research, the education level of the parents, faculty and class did not make a significant difference on hopelessness; hopelessness level of men was significantly higher than women. According to the Pearson Moment Product Correlation Analysis, there was a negative and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and sub-dimensions and social appearance anxiety; positive and significant between social appearance anxiety and hopelessness; a negative and significant relationship was found between emotional intelligence and its sub-dimensions and hopelessness. According to the results of Multiple Regression Analysis, emotional intelligence and its sub-dimensions and social appearance anxiety have predicted hopelessness significantly.Key words: emotional intelligence, social appearance anxiety, hopelessness 84

Dünya ekonomisinin büyük çoğunluğunu elindebulunduran işletmelerin sosyal, eğitim, sağlık ve çevre gibi alanlardagönüllülük esasına göre yaptıkları sosyal sorumluluk faaliyet ve projeleri,sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasını önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu nedenlesosyal sorumluluk kavramı, dünyada sürdürülebilir kalkınma kavramınınyükselmesi ile eş zamanlı olarak önem ve popülerlik kazanmıştır. Sosyalsorumluluk kavramı ve uygulamalarının sürdürülebilir gelişmeye olumlu yöndekatkılarda bulunduğunun anlaşılması üzerine işletmeler bu kavrama her geçen gündaha çok önem vermektedir. Bu önem doğrultusunda çalışmanın amacı, sosyalsorumluluk kavramını inceleyerek ilgili çevrelere yönelik farkındalıkoluşturmaktır. Bu kapsamda sosyal sorumluluk konusuyla ilgili literatürtaraması yaparak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuştur., Voluntary social responsibilityactivities and projects by businesses that hold the vast majority of the worldeconomy in areas such as social, education, health and environment, have asignificant impact on achieving sustainability. For this reason, the concept ofsocial responsibility has gained importance and popularity simultaneously withthe rise of the concept of sustainable development in the world. This conceptis more and more important to businesses on the understanding that socialresponsibility concept and practices contribute to sustainable developmentpositively. The aim of working towards this importance is to examine the socialresponsibility concept and to raise awareness for the relevant circles. Withinthis context, a conceptual framework has been established by searching therelated literature about social responsibility.

Objective: The prevalence of hypertension in childhood and adolescence is gradually increasing. We aimed to in­vestigate the blood pressure (BP) values of children aged 7-18 years. Methods: This study was conducted in a total of 3375 (1777 females, 1598 males) children from 27 schools. Blood pressures of children were measured using sphyg­momanometer appropriate to arm circumference. Results: A positive relationship was found between sys­tolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and the body weight, height, age and body mass index (BMI) in male and female children. SBP was high­er in males than females after the age of 13. DBP was higher in males than the females after the age of 14. The mean annual increase of SBP was 2.06 mmHg in males and 1.54 mmHg in females. The mean annual increase of DBP was 1.52 mmHg in males and 1.38 mmHg in fe­males. Conclusion: In this study, we identified the threshold val­ues for blood pressure in children between the age of 7 and 18 years in Erzurum province. It is necessary to com­bine and evaluate data obtained from various regions for the identification of BP percentiles according to the age, gender and height percentiles of Turkish children.

İş piyasasında muhasebe bilimi ve muhasebecilik mesleği, sahip olduğu önemi ve taşıdığı değeri uzun yıllar olduğu gibi günümüzde de korumaya devam etmektedir. Muhasebenin bu değeri korumasında hiç şüphesiz muhasebecinin (Uzman kişinin) önemli bir rolü bulunmaktadır. Muhasebe meslek mensubunun üstlendiği rolün yerine getirilmesinde, ona bilgi ve becerisiyle destek sağlayan “ara eleman“ diye adlandırılan kişilerin payı büyüktür. İşte bu ara elemanların yetiştirilmesi Ticaret Meslek Liselerinin görev alanları içine girmektedir. Bu liselerde muhasebe eğitimi alan öğrenciler, Muhasebe meslek mensuplarına ara eleman görevini sağlayabilecekleri gibi kanunda belirtilen şartları yerine getirmeleri halinde bizzat muhasebeci olabilmektedirler.Bu çalışmada, Ticaret Meslek Lisesi öğrencilerinin işletmelerdeki Beceri Eğitimi uygulaması aracılığıyla iş bulma olanakları incelenmeye çalışılmış ve Ticaret Meslek Liseleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu liselerdeki muhasebe eğitiminin aşamaları ve okutulan dersler analiz edilmiştir. Erzurum il genelinde muhasebe eğitimi alan ve son sınıfta Beceri Eğitimi uygulaması yapan öğrenciler üzerinde bir anket çalışması yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, 2010-2011 eğitim öğretim yılı birinci döneminde ve yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplam 235 öğrenciye yönelik uygulanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen veriler frekans analizine tabi tutulmuş, veriler yüzde yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş ve elde edilen verilere göre yorumlamalar yapılmıştır., Accountancy scholarship and accountancy profession are going on preserving their importance and their value in present day as in long years. Undoubtedly, accountant (expert) has an important role in preserving that value. The group called “transition staff” supporting it with its knovledge and talent has a good proportion in carrying out the role of accountancy profession members. And educating that transition staff is one of the missions of Trade and Profession High Schools. The students educated in thase high schools can serve not only as tronsition staff but also as accountant in person in case they have the conditions given in law. In this paper, job finding oppurtunities of vocational school students will be studied by training in business skills and there are general informations about vocational schools. Stages of accounting lectures and other lessons were analyzed in these schools. A survey study was conducted on students of general accounting and those who trained in business skills in province of Erzurum. The study was conducted face to face with 235 students in fall semester of 2010-2011. The datas gained from survey were analyzed by frequency analysis and evaluated percentage method. At the end there is a comment about datas.

Objective: The aims of this study are to determine the rate of hepatitis A seropositivity in pediatric patient not studied before in Kars, assess the relation of hepatitis A seropositivity with seasons, compare the seropositivity rate with the other parts of our country and contribute to epidemiological studies. Methods: The study was performed between 01.01.2012 – 31.06.2014 on children aged between 0-18 years old, tested for anti-HAV IgG with different complaints and tested for HAV IgM due to suspected hepatitis A, who had admitted to Kafkas University Faculty of Medicine and Kars State Hospital by ELISA method. 1065 patients tested HAV IgG and 1481 patients tested HAV IgM were studied retrospectively. The results were analyzed by using chi-square trend analysis according to the age groups, gender, and seasons. Results: The anti-HAV Ig G and anti-HAV IgM seropositivity rates were found to be 66.3% (706/1065) and 42.7% (633/1481), respectively. Seasonal anti-HAV IgM positive rates were detected as 2.4% in December-February, 3% in March-May, 8.5% in June-August, and 21% in September-November. Conclusion: There is no previous study showing hepatitis A seropositivity in Kars and it’s around. In our region, HAV seropositivity has seasonal differences and is detected highly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of lymphoscintigraphy imaging in the evaluation of lower extremity lymphedema.Technetium-99m-labeled nanocolloid was injected subcutaneously in the first web spaces of both feet of 123 patients (M/F: 43/80, mean age 57.5±13.1 years, range 16-78 years) who had clinical evidence of lower extremity swelling with suspicion of lymphedema, and were referred for routine lymphoscintigraphy. Lymphoscintigraphy scan was started as dynamic viewing followed by static whole body imaging at 10 minute, 1 hour and 4 hours after injection.Eighty-seven patients had lymphedema. Patients who had lymphedema were divided into two groups according to their scintigraphy findings: Group I included 58 patients without uptake in the popliteal nodes, and group II included 29 patients with positive popliteal nodes. The rate of popliteal node visualization was higher in patients with dermal backflow as compared to those without dermal backflow (p0.001). The duration of lymphedema was also longer in patients with dermal backflow and popliteal nodes (p0.004).Lymphoscintigraphy is a reliable, easily applied and well-tolerated objective method to diagnose lower extremity lymphedema. Uptake by popliteal lymph nodes and the presence of dermal backflow on lymphoscintigraphy, which is performed for evaluation of the lower limb lymphedema, were important signs indicating longer disease duration and higher severity of lymphatic dysfunction.Amaç: Bu çalışmada alt ekstremite lenfödeminin değerlendirilmesinde lenfosintigrafik bulguların öneminin araştırılması amaçlandı. Yöntem: Klinik olarak alt ekstremite şişliği ve lenfödem şüphesi mevcut olan, lenfosintigrafi için yönlendirilen 123 hastanın (E/K: 43/80, yaş ortalaması 57,5±13,1, yaş aralığı 16-78) her iki ayak birinci ve ikinci parmaklar arasından ciltaltına Tc-99m-nanokolloid enjekte edildi. Enjeksiyonun hemen ardından dinamik lenfosintigrafik görüntüleme başlatıldı, daha sonra 10. dk, 1. ve 4. saatlerde statik tüm vücut görüntülemeler yapıldı. Bulgular: Seksenyedi hastada lenfödem mevcuttu. Lenfosintigrafik tarama bulgularına gore lenfödemli hastalar iki gruba ayrıldı: Grup 1 popliteal lenf nodu gözlenmeyen 58 hastayı, grup 2 popliteal lenf nodu tutulumu gözlenen 29 hastayı içermekteydi. Popliteal lenf nodları dermal geri akım olan hastalarda olmayanlara gore daha fazla gözlendi (p0,001). Lenfödem süresi, dermal geri akım ve popliteal lenf nodu gözlenen hastalarda daha uzundu (p0,004). Sonuç: Alt ekstremite lenfödeminin tanısında lenfosintigrafi güvenilir, kolay uygulanan ve iyi tolere edilen objektif bir görüntüleme tekniğidir. Lenfosintigrafide popliteal lenf nodu tutulumu ve dermal geri akım varlığı, lenfatik disfonksiyonun ciddiyetinin ve daha uzun süreli hastalık mevcudiyetinin önemli işaretlerindendir.
