Stamped amphorae and their stamps on them have been the subject of scientific studies for more than a century, and the stamped amphorae found in both archaeological excavations and museum collections have been evaluated and brought to the literature. The three complete stamped Rhodian amphorae registered in the Güray Museum inventory are the subject of this study. The aim of the study is to date the amphorae and to determine the eponyms and fabricants on the stamps on their handles. In this study, on the first amphora, the eponym Aratophanes I and the month Artamitios and the fabricant Aristokles II; on the second the eponym Aleximachos and the month Thesmophorios and the fabricant Bromios; on the last one, the eponym Timodikos and the month Sminthios and the fabricant Nysios were detected together. In this study, new eponym-fabricant associations, which were not previously identified, were detected and the use of fabricant and eponym matrices/dies together was revealed. Thus, new contributions have been made to the understanding of the Rhodian amphora stamping system and its chronology.

The aim of the study is to examine the innovation perceptions of the managers of tennis clubs operating in Istanbul according to dependent and independent variables. Questionnaire form and Sports Innovation Scale (SIS) were used as data collection tools in the study. The scale, which has three sub-dimensions, is consisted of a total of 30 statements. In each sub-dimension, there are 10 statements about "sport innovation in clubs", "challenges of innovation in sports in sports clubs" and "strategies to facilitate the acceptance of sports innovation in clubs". It has been checked whether the data obtained in the study had a normal distribution. Of the tennis managers participating in the research, 28.8% are female, 71.2% are male. It has been determined that the "Challenges of Innovation in Sports" sub-dimension scores of tennis clubs operating on the European side were significant compared to the sub-dimension scores of tennis clubs operating on the Anatolian side (Mean±sd: 32.7± 9.9; 38.7±10.0. p<0.05). It has been observed that the "Challenges of innovation in sports" sub-dimension scores (Mean±sd: 33.6 ± 10.4; 38.8± 9.6 p<0.05) of the managers who work as coordinators in tennis clubs were significant compared to the coaches. It is thought that the concept of innovation in sports will contribute to the field in new researches performed with employees, managers, athletes and fans in different disciplines and sports branches. Kutadgu Bilig which written by Yusuf Has Hacib, is one of the oldest examples of written Turkish cultural heritage. Kutadgu Bilig is the subject of research in many fields such as history, literature, philosophy, administration, politics, religion, education and linguistics. It's known that Turkish states have a successful administration tradition in history. In Kutadgu Bilig, the importance of individual, knowledge, ethics and justice values in the Turkish state administration is expressed in the best way. Kutadgu Bilig which is a classic work in Turkish culture and administration history, contains instructive elements that will appeal to readers of all periods. The work presents an administrative philosophy that reveals principles that can be shown as the basis of a good administrator and administration. For this reason, it's thought that the work should be taken as a valuable treasure for today's managerial life and it's aimed to be re-discussed in the 21st century world. This article discusses a research study on the conflict resolution skills of female administrators in educational organizations. The study collected data from 20 participants through interviews to explore the types of conflicts experienced in schools, the solutions adopted by female administrators, and the positive and negative effects of their approach compared to male administrators. The survey research model, a quantitative research method, was employed, for this study, and a simple random sampling method was used in the selection of the sample. The samples oil' the research consisted of 197 managers, o3 of whom were women and 154 were men. In the findings obtained in the research, there were no significant differences in the techef logicril leabesship views of primahy school edministrators in terms of gender educational background, age, and yeass of service variables. In terms of the variable of the residential area where primyry' school admmistrafors serve, a significant difference was found, in the sub-dimension of systematic, development; however, no significant differences were reached in the of her sub-dimensions. Significant differences were aloo fiunnd in their viewh on the awareness of educational technology resources variable in the sub-dimensions of digital age learning culanre and systematic, development, while no signiaicant differences were hound, in the other sub-dimensions. In this research, it was concluded that school administrators consider themselves to be at an intermediate level in terms of technological leadership self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to examine technopark-industry-university collaborations and the opinions of technopark managers, company managers who own companies in technoparks, and university employees regarding this collaboration. The study group of this research, designed with a case study, which is one of the qualitative research methods, consists of four technopark managers, four company managers who own companies in technoparks, and four academician who cooperate with technoparks. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the content analysis method and four themes were obtained. These themes are: the difficulties experienced by technopark managers in technoparks, factors that facilitate the activities of entrepreneurs in technoparks, the actions of academics in the process of cooperation with technoparks, and the effects of technopark-university-industry cooperation on the country's economy. It has been determined that the codes that make up the first theme, the difficulties experienced by managers in technoparks, are the tiringness of the bureaucratic process length, the need for professionalism in psychological process management, the need for instant decision-making at times, the difficulties that may be experienced in providing coordination, ensuring continuous monitoring of the technology, ensuring control of the flexibility limit, and adjusting the dose of discipline. It was determined that the codes that constitute the second theme, which is the theme of factors facilitating the activities of entrepreneurs in technoparks, include incentive and exemption advantages, consultancies offered to improve the shortcomings of companies, provision of space and infrastructure support, technopark supports and marketing support for the projects offered by entrepreneurs. The third theme, the responsibilities of academics in the process of cooperation with technoparks, was composed of risk management, adaptation to commercialization activities, selection of students with entrepreneurial spirit, and academic obligations codes. The fourth and last theme, the codes containing the theme of the effects of technopark-university-industry cooperation on the country's economy, consists of providing an employment environment, contributing to the production of high value-added products, preventing brain drain, encouraging the use of domestic technology with new initiatives, and understanding and strengthening the place of deep technology in national defense. When management and management departments are mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is composed of upper levels. The neglected management positions of middle-level managers, who are both employees and managers in terms of their positions, constitute the scope of this study. With this study, it is aimed to look at the manager and managerial skills from the perspective of middle management. It is possible for middle-level managers to evaluate their managerial skills from two different perspectives, since they can both observe their managers as subordinates and because they are managers. In the study carried out for this purpose, the data were obtained through interviews conducted through semi-structured interview form with 24 Institute/Faculty/School Secretaries working in academic units at universities. According to the findings, the participants expect their top managers to be fair the most and state that they should be equipped with human relations skills. Middle-level managers, including themselves, emphasize the need for strong communication and again focus on human relations skills. In addition, they think that they are blocked, but they state that this obstacle is caused by themselves. This study, which was conducted to examine the relationship between the self-efficacy perceptions of teachers working in vocational and technical high schools and their perceptions of 21st century skills towards school principals, was carried out on the basis of the exploratory sequential mixed design, which is one of the mixed research designs. In the quantitative dimension of the study, 610 teachers working in MTL located in K.Maraş province were included by criterion sampling method. The qualitative study group consists of 24 teachers selected by purposive sampling method. In the study, data were collected using the "Educational Manager 21st Century Skills Scale", "21st Century Skills Self-Efficacy Perception Scale" and an interview form. The data obtained from the scales were tested by t-test, ANOVA test and correlation analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Based on the research findings, the following conclusions were reached; While a significant difference was found in both scales according to both gender and seniority, no significant difference was found according to graduation status. In the analysis of qualitative findings, teachers' opinions supporting these findings were frequently encountered. As a result of the correlation analysis, a positive and significant relationship was found between both scales. There are some qualifications that managers should have such as being able to influence and direct employees in order to achieve managerial goals, organizing the resources of the organization by bringing them together in the most efficient way, planning and organizing them, setting future-oriented goals and objectives by ensuring the coordination of employees, and exhibiting an effective and efficient management. Managers engage in different behaviors according to the way they use their power and perceive the environment while performing the tasks assigned to them. Accordingly, interviews were conducted with 19 small business managers in Gaziantep province. Within the scope of the research, the data were obtained through a semi-structured interview form and these data obtained were transferred to the MAXQDA 2022 program. Based on the findings obtained through content analysis, three themes were formed: the theme of manager behavior, the theme of factors affecting manager's behavior positively, and the theme of factors affecting manager's behavior negatively. And as result, the participants emphasized the code of giving importance to quality/customer satisfaction the most in the theme of small business managers' behaviors. In addition, it was determined that the participants in the research prioritized the concept of "personnel".According to our research, it has been determined that the participants, especially teamwork, have a positive effect on the managerial behaviors, and staff disagreements/indifference of the staff to the work are the leading factors that negatively affect the managerial behavior. In the research, it was also examined whether there was a difference in the opinions of the managers according to the experience. It has been determined that the executive group, which has more than 20 years of experience, attaches importance to customer satisfaction, risk taking, ambition, and encouragement. “What kind of management do we want?” which is one of the most ancient questions sought to be answered in the historical process. Although the question has been answered in different ways, it has gained a multidimensional and multilateral appearance today. The problem of managing and being governed by the popular human model Homo economicus, produced consciously or unconsciously by the current world order, has now emerged more clearly. One of the most important perspectives formulated for the solution of the problem is humanistic management. The aim of this research is to try to draw a humanistic descriptive framework that can offer an enriching/different point of view regarding the concept of “management” by taking into account the analogies in the stories of Mawlana Celaleddin-i Rumi’s Masnavi. In the study, in which all the stories in the Masnavi were accepted as samples, the document analysis approach, one of the qualitative research methods, was used, and the findings were obtained and evaluated in accordance with the principles of content analysis and descriptive analysis. As a result of the examinations, it was determined that 51 stories were directly or indirectly related to directing. Since more than one value judgment is emphasized in a story, the most remarkable messages that can best represent each story are used as codes. In addition, among the stories emphasizing the same value, the more comprehensive and explanatory story was preferred. As a result, a total of 32 code expressions determined in the context of humanistic management were gathered under 7 themes. These themes are: Evaluation Perspective, Action Psychology, Management Philosophy, Relationship Orientation, Managerial Incentive Tools, Acquisitive Behaviors and Managerial Qualifications. Bu araştırmanın amacı okullarda yöneticilerin kayırmacı tutum ve davranışları konusundaki öğretmen görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Amphorae are stamped by production centers, especially in the Aegean Region. Stamps, which are epigraphic evidence, provide the date of the layer or context they were found by determining the origin of the amphorae and reveals the commercial relations between the production and consumption centers. There are many amphorae in the Edirne Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography. These amphorae are recorded in various ways in the inventory of the museum. It was determined that only five of the amphorae in the museum collection were stamped. This article aims to classify the stamped amphorae according to their production centers, to give a date to the stamped amphorae and to analyze the inscriptions on the stamps.In this study, seven stamps on five amphorae with preserved double handles were examined. Three of these stamps are Thasos and four are Rhodes. Only two of the Rhodesian stamps have been resolved. As a result of our investigations, it was determined that these stamped amphorae belonged to Thasos and Rhodes. The stamps have the names of the eponym and the producer, ethnicon and symbol. The date of the stamps that can be read within the scope of this article is determined by the names of the eponyms and producers. It is understood that the stamped amphorae here are generally from between the 4th – 2nd centuries BCE.

This research aims to determine the level of servant leadership perceptions of primary school teachers about school administrators and to find out whether they vary according to demographic factors. In this researc. The research is made with a total of 208 primary school teachers working in public primary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the Küçükçekmece District of Istanbul in the 2020-2021 academic year. Within the scope of the research, demographic information form is used in addition to the servant leadership scale. "Servant Leadership Scale" improved by Aslan and Özata (2011) includes 3 dimensions and 14 questions. "Servant Leadership Scale" is categorized as empowerment, service and vision. To analyze the data, SPSS 26.00 program is used. T test, standard deviation, arithmetic mean are used in the analysis of the data. According to the consequences of the analysis of the data, it was determined that the perceptions of the classroom teachers about the school administrators are at a high level. It is determined that the empowerment sub-dimension of Servant leadership perception is high: Service subdimension is moderate and Vision sub-dimension is high. Primary school teachers' perceptions of servant leadership about school administrators are viewed according to the variables of gender, educational status, marital status, and graduation status. Primary school teachers' perceptions of servant leadership differ considerably according to the variables of graduation status and educational status. The considerable difference that emerged is for the benefit of those who graduated from other faculties and graduates. Primary school teachers' perceptions of servant leadership do not show a statistically substantial difference according to gender and marital status. As a conclusion, in-service trainings on servant leadership behaviors can be given to school administrators and it can be suggested to increase their education levels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study, the expectations of generation Z from the business life and the expectations of the managers from generation Z were examined. The aim of the study is to determine what generation Z individuals, who are currently at university, want before they enter business life, to determine what managers expect from this new generation, and thus to reveal the points where these two generations, who will work in the same environment, can meet in minimum common. In addition, the effect of the developing Pandemic conditions on the expectations of the Z generation from business life was also examined to make the study up-to-date. There are many generational studies in the literature. This intergenerational study's being specific that reveals what generation Z expects only from business life and managers, and what managers expect from this generation, reveals the difference and importance of the study. In the study, data were obtained from a limited number of people by interviews due to Pandemic conditions. In the light of these data, what generation Z understands from work, their expectations from their future business life and their managers and the effect of Pandemic conditions on their business life expectations, how managers define generation Z, their expectations from this generation, what they think they will change in business life, and their belief in their potential to meet the expectations of this generation has been revealed.
