1. Current Status of Green Hydrogen Production Technology: A Review.

Abstract

As a clean energy source, hydrogen not only helps to reduce the use of fossil fuels but also promotes the transformation of energy structure and sustainable development. This paper firstly introduces the development status of green hydrogen at home and abroad and then focuses on several advanced green hydrogen production technologies. Then, the advantages and shortcomings of different green hydrogen production technologies are compared. Among them, the future source of hydrogen tends to be electrolysis water hydrogen production. Finally, the challenges and application prospects of the development process of green hydrogen technology are discussed, and green hydrogen is expected to become an important part of realizing sustainable global energy development. 5. Design and Testing of a Prototype ASIC for the MTPC Readout at CSNS Back-n White Neutron Source

Abstract

In this article, a prototype application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for the multipurpose time projection chambers (MTPCs) at back-streaming white neutron source is presented. The ASIC integrates 16 readout channels and is fabricated in a 0.18- $\mu \text{m}$ CMOS process. Each channel consists of a charge sensitive amplifier (CSA), a pole-zero cancellation (PZC), two bridged-T shapers, a baseline holder, and a fully differential output buffer. It provides the selectable charge ranges of 2 and 10 pC, the programmable peaking times from 110 ns to $1 \mu \text{s}$ , and an adjustable output common-mode voltage from 0.7 to 1.25 V. The ASIC has already been tested, and all the results meet the requirements. In the case of 100-pF input capacitance, 2-pC charge range, and 1- $\mu \text{s}$ peaking time, it features a maximum integral nonlinearity (INL) of 0.48% and an equivalent noise charge (ENC) of 0.749 fC, which makes the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at full-scale input over 2600. In particular, a crosstalk rejection ratio of 63 dB is obtained in this prototype ASIC using the baseline holder circuit in each channel to generate references for single-ended to differential conversion and isolate noise as well as crosstalk from the reference path.

Abstract

Flexible strain sensors have received intensive attention owing to their wide application prospects in human activities monitoring, skin-mountable electronics, and intelligent robotic systems. Combining the synergistic effect of three-dimensional (3D) hybrid conductive networks and the serpentine-shaped sensing layer fabricated by engineering graphene nanoplates/carboxyl-functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes/silicone rubber (GNPs/MWCNTs/SR), a new type of flexible strain sensors is established with high sensitivity, stretchability, ultra-low detection limit, and excellent dynamic response characteristics demonstration. The facile preparation approach, plausible mechanism of tensile strain perception, and specific performance indexes of the integrated devices are elaborated effectively. The achieved strain sensors exhibit high sensitivity (GF = 6.3–2675.5) with measuring strain up to 100%, an ultra-low strain detection limit of 0.05%, a rapid response time (~46 ms), and the outstanding durability as well as stability over 2000 cycles. Importantly, such flexible strain sensors are utilized and successfully attached to different joints of the human body for motions monitoring implementation in real-time, enabling to be applied for various engineering applications in the microstrain-detection field. The highly sensitive, and stretchable flexible strain sensor developed by serpentine-shaped film of a GNPs/MWCNTs/SR poises as a prospective candidate for wearable applications in real-time and high accuracy human motions detection, advanced human-machine interface, and intelligent robots.
