Use dermoscope to identify inflammatory dermatoses with facial erythema as the main feature and other atypical clinical manifestations. By reviewing the clinical data and dermoscopic images of outpatients in our hospital, four diseases of rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis were screened out, and their dermoscopic characteristics were obtained: Rosacea is a diffuse distribution of polygonal blood vessels on a red or purple background; SD is an atypical vascularity on a yellow-red background with an oil-drop reddish halo around the hair follicle. Contact dermatitis is linear blood vessels and pleomorphic blood vessels in a light red background; AD is punctate blood vessels and spherical blood vessels under a light red background with a visible scaly distribution. Honeycomb pigmentation can be seen in seborrheic dermatitis and contact dermatitis. Combined with relevant clinical reports, the application of dermoscope in clinical diagnosis and treatment are discussed.

The ultrasound-assisted synthesis of lutein disuccinate from all-trans lutein (AL) and succinic anhydride (SA) was investigated in this study. Triethylamine was used as the catalyst. Based on the single-factor experiments, a 7-level-3-factor uniform design and response surface analysis were further employed to evaluate the effects of the selected variables including molar ratio of SA/AL, reaction time and ultrasonic power on the yield of lutein disuccinate. The results indicated that the data were adequately fitted into a second-order polynomial model; the molar ratio of SA/AL significantly affected the synthesis of lutein disuccinate, whereas reaction time and ultrasonic power did not. Based on ridge max analysis, the optimum condition for lutein disuccinate synthesis was predicted to be the molar ratio of SA/AL 265.3:1, ultrasonic power 300 W and reaction time 131.6 min with the lutein disuccinate yield of 80.53 ± 0.18%, which give a 43.8% increase compared with the traditional method, and also significantly shorten the reaction time.

With the development of information and automation techniques, dynamic voltage problems are once again in the spotlight. As an important custom power device, DVR is powerful in solving these power quality problems. In order to propel the further study of DVR, the main methods and achievements of DVR in control strategy of inverter and rectifier, are surveyed in this paper after investigating a large amount of DVR references in conferences and science periodicals. After introducing the operation principles and structures of DVR, the paper emphasizes on the latest study results. Abundant charts and figures are employed to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of control strategies in DVR. Meanwhile the application future of DVR in power system and several problems which need to solve are proposed.
