A sample of 1039 Chinese college students (Mage = 19.49, SD = 1.14, 53.32% males) were investigated with Online Risky Behavior Scale (ORBS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI), Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). The results showed that: (1) There is a significant positive correlation among online risky behavior, sleep quality, rumination and anxiety, and (2) Online risky behavior could not directly affect sleep quality, but it can affect sleep quality through the mediation of rumination and anxiety. The chain mediating effects includes three paths: The mediating role of rumination, the mediating role of anxiety, and the chain mediating role of rumination and anxiety after controlling for gender, grade, major, and network usage time. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how online risky behavior affects sleep quality and provide important practical guidance for improving sleep quality.

Thermostable strains isolated from intestine of catfish were screened for their antagonism activity against Edwardsiella ictaluri, the causative agent of enteric septicemia of catfish (ESC) and red head disease. Four thermostable strains were selected, and their antagonistic activity against E. ictaluri was compared. Adhesion to zebrafish larvae was determined as CFU/larva after exposure for 30min. The isolate Yab4 was found to be highly adhesive and was identified as Bacillus altitudinis based on a phylogenetic tree constructed using 16S rDNA and gyrB sequences. After 28d of feed supplementation with B. altitudinis Yab4, the growth performance of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference observed between the two groups. Moreover, the innate immune indexes including alkaline phosphatase, lysozyme, and total proteins in serum increased significantly, and the expression levels of immune genes including IL-1β, TNF-α, and NF-κB p65 elevated significantly as well. Most importantly, the survival rate of the yellow catfish fed with B. altitudinis Yab4 supplementation reached 60%, marking a 35% increase compared to the control group when challenged with E. ictaluri HSN-1 infected intraperitoneally. This demonstrates that the potential of B. altitudinis Yab4 as a novel Bacillus probiotic to defend against E. ictaluri in catfish aquaculture through feed supplementation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Vibrio harveyi is a major bacterial pathogen that causes disease in aquaculture animals worldwide. Although V. harveyi consistently harbors a range of traditional virulence genes, it remains unclear which specific genes are crucial for virulence at different infection stages. Dual RNA-seq is a cutting-edge RNA sequencing technology that is ideal for investigating the gene expression patterns of pathogens within the host, which is highly effective in identifying key virulence genes. In previous artificial infection experiments, we have identified the liver of hybrid grouper (♀ Epinephelus polyphekadion × ♂ E. fuscoguttatus) as the main target organ for pathogenic V. harveyi GDH11385 during the initial infection phase. To further explore the key virulence factors of V. harveyi at the early stage of infection, the liver of the hybrid grouper infected with strain GDH11385 was analyzed here by dual RNA-seq. The transcriptome data were compared with that of in vitro cultured bacteria. The results showed that 326 and 1140 DEGs (differentially expressed genes) were significantly up- and down-regulated, respectively, at 4 h post-infection (hpi). Further pathway enrichment analyses revealed that these up-regulated DEGs in vivo were mainly enriched in siderophore biosynthesis and transport, type VI secretion system (T6SS), flagellar assembly, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, and ribosome. Notably, all genes involved in the metabolism and utilization of vibrioferrin (a carboxylate class of siderophore produced by Vibrio), and most of the genes within one of three T6SSs, were significantly up-regulated in vivo. This indicates that siderophore-dependent iron competition and T6SS-mediated delivery of virulence factors are vital for the successful colonization of V. harveyi at the early stage of infection. In order to follow with the trend of miniaturization narrow frame and fine wiring structure, the TFT-LCD tends to develop for large margin of design and high real substrate utilization rate. The passivation layer deposit parameters were changed to decrease the size of via hole which connected the pixel electrode and drain electrode were studied on the previous articles. In this paper, based on the previous data, via hole etch process optimization were studied, and finally to get further improvement in hole size to meet the trend of miniaturization and narrow frame on TFT-LCD panel. The main parameters (power, pressure, gas ratio, etch rate ratio) to minimize via hole by etching process through the experiments design were studied. A solution to further minimize the via hole size about 10% ~ 20% which refered to previous study was found. The array yield test and process stability test were evaluated. Finally, one better solution to minimize via hole size was obtained and applied into mass production. Therefore, the products quality was improved also. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The setup of vertical axis wind power generator rotor system is built. The homopolar radial active magnetic bearing and the axial active magnetic bearing with the function of suspension and brake synchronously are designed and manufactured. The main design process and configuration parameters are presented. Stability ranges of the control parameters of the active magnetic bearings are tested, the mode frequencies and modal damps of the system are obtained by experimental modal analysis, and the brake function of the axial active magnetic bearing is verified. The results show that the first critical speed of the system is far above the operating rotation speed, there is no resonance when the system is in motion. On the other hand, the axial active magnetic bearing can meet the brake demand and reduce the size and cost of the system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A mathematical model of Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB)-flexible rotor system is built in the paper. Supporting characteristic of AMB, unbalanced stationary responses of the system under control with different parameters and the influences of control parameter variation on system stability in rotating state were analyzed, and variable parameter control strategy based on rotation speed was put forward. The experimental setup for 5 DOF active magnetic bearing-rotor systems was established. The signal of the rotation speed was introduced into the digital controller, different control parameters were adopted in different rotation speed section, and dynamic characteristics of the system with variable parameter control strategy were investigated. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the variable parameter control strategy can meet requirements of low-frequency and high-frequency dynamic characteristics of the system synchronously, thus reducing unbalance vibration of the rotor effectively, and making for stably passing the critical speed of the rotor system.
