The rapid development of digital finance in China has subtly influenced many aspects of social and economic development. However, agricultural enterprises can hardly enjoy the same digital dividend as traditional enterprises because of special attributes such as internal and external resource constraints, environmental constraints and cyclicality. To clarify the relationship between digital finance and digital transformation of agribusiness, and also to explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of digital finance, we use the “Peking University Digital Finance Index” to evaluate the micro impact of digital finance on the digital transformation of agribusiness. The results show that there is a “transition period” in which digital finance contributes to the digital transformation of agribusinesses, i.e., the two show a U-shaped non-linear relationship. This effect still exists after considering endogeneity and a series of robustness tests. In addition, further research determined that financing constraints and financial risk are the key paths through which digital finance affects the digital transformation of agribusinesses. Effective financial regulation weakens the U-shaped relationship between digital finance and agribusiness digital transformation and is an important means of attenuating the negative impact of digital finance. Overall, we provide a micro explanation for the accelerated popularization of digital finance in emerging markets, which is urgently needed for most agribusinesses seeking high-quality development.

This paper studies a novel learning observer-based fault-tolerant tracking control strategy for a hypersonic vehicle attitude system with external disturbance, parameter uncertainty and actuator faults. Without obtaining the prior knowledge of lumped disturbance, a novel learning observer combined with the barrier function is first proposed to estimate the attitude angular velocities and reconstruct lumped disturbance accurately and quickly. By introducing the estimation value into the controller design process, a backstepping fault-tolerant tracking controller is developed to solve the attitude tracking problem of hypersonic vehicle. The stability of the hypersonic vehicle faulty attitude system using the observer-based fault-tolerant control method is analyzed by Lyapunov framework. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the fault-tolerant control scheme is proved by comparing with different existing observer and control strategy through numerical simulations.

Taking the “One Million-Mu (666 km2)” Plain Afforestation (Phase I) Project (Phase I afforestation) in Beijing city as an example, we monitored the growth status of planted forest using long-term remote sensing images, and evaluated the impacts of afforestation on land use change and vegetation growth. We found there is a large space for improvement regarding the ecological benefits of the project. Moreover, we found forest patches with decreasing greenness after the afforestation were mainly converted from farmland with high greenness and low heterogeneity in terms of the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). This implies that those farmland patches are inappropriate for afforestation. According to the results from Phase I afforestation and the impact of urbanization on green space, we constructed a series of spatial variables and generated a suitability map for the next “New Round of One Million-Mu (666 km2) Afforestation project” (Phase II afforestation). We then modeled the spatial distribution of Phase II afforestation based on the derived suitability map. This study is crucial for the scientific evaluation of afforestation projects for space planning (e.g., urban green space planning). The evaluation and modeling framework built in this study can be used to support the decision making and policy implementation of afforestation projects in China.

Using data from three rounds of the China Household Finance Survey (CHFS) in 2015, 2017 and 2019, this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of the action of intellectual property protection on farm household entrepreneurship, based on institutional theory. It is found that: an inverted U-shaped relationship is shown between IPR protection and farm household entrepreneurship, but combined with the results of further research on farm household entrepreneurship performance, there is a positive effect of IPR protection and entrepreneurship performance. This indicates that excessive IPR protection, although limiting the number of entrepreneurship, boosts high-quality entrepreneurship; regional investment plays a mediating role between IPR protection and farm household entrepreneurship; and the results for IP protection and farmer opportunity entrepreneurship are the same as the baseline regression but have no significant effect on farmer initiative entrepreneurship, suggesting that IP protection more often increases farmers’ access to entrepreneurship. The above findings expand the application of “protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation” in farmers’ entrepreneurship and provide ideas for the implementation of intellectual property to promote, enrich and strengthen agriculture.

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2 (HIPK2) on pulmonary fibrosis and the probable mechanisms.We constructed a mouse model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis and up-regulated the expression of HIPK2 in the lung by in vivo transfection. Lung tissues were collected for the detection of mesenchymal markers (α-SMA, collagen I, collagen III) and the expression of β-catenin as assessed by RT-PCR, western blot, and immunohistochemistry. Mouse lung fibroblasts (MLFs) with upregulation or downregulation of HIPK2 were successfully constructed and XAV939 was used to downregulate β-catenin expression. Then, we evaluated the activation of MLFs and the Wnt/β-catenin pathway under various conditions.The results showed that in the bleomycin-induced mouse model group, the lung alveolar structure was severely damaged, the amount of collagen fibers was increased in alveolar speta, and the expression of HIPK2 in the fibrotic area was found to be reduced. After upregulating HIPK2 in the lungs of the mouse fibrosis model we found that pulmonary fibrosis was attenuated and the expression of β-catenin and mesenchymal markers was reduced. The upregulation of HIPK2 inhibited the proliferation and migration of MLFs induced by TGF-β1, promoted apoptosis of MLFs, and reduced the expression of mesenchymal markers and β-catenin. Meanwhile, downregulation of HIPK2 promoted the proliferation and migration of MLFs, inhibited apoptosis, and promoted mesenchymal markers and β-catenin expression. XAV939 treatment of MLFs silencing HIPK2 inhibited their proliferation and activation via silencing HIPK2, promoted apoptosis, and reduced interstitial markers and β-catenin expression.HIPK2 can attenuate bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin pathway in mouse lung fibroblasts.

This paper analyzes the impact of the instability brought about by the change of directors on the risk of corporate debt default from the perspective of the fusion of old and new directors. Combining Ab-sorptive Capacity Theory and Embeddedness Theory, on the one hand, analyzes the threshold effect of the hard integration of directors on corporate debt default risk from the proportion of new directors; on the other hand, through the proportion of the number of well-integrated people, and from the perspective of ability-based role matching and cultural-based group matching between new and old directors, it is judging the individual and interactive effects of director soft fusion quality on firm debt default risk. Through the above two perspectives, we comprehensively judge the independent and interactive effects of directors’ smooth integration quality on corporate debt default risk and consolidate. The study found that the proportion of new directors positively correlates with the increase in the risk of corporate debt default. The weakening of the threshold effect shows that the hard integration of the number of new directors alone will reduce instability due to the increase in the number of new directors, thereby reducing the risk of corporate debt default. Regarding the smooth integration of directors, the role matching between old and new directors has a rejuvenating contribution to corporate debt default risk and has a significant threshold effect. At the same time, group matching positively correlates with corporate debt default risk but has no threshold effect. After the interaction between the two, group matching contributes to debt default risk.

Background Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been consistently reported to be involved in the progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In this study, we aimed to identify aberrantly expressed lncRNAs in NSCLC, in order to explore new therapeutic targets for NSCLC. Methods Two pairs of NSCLC and adjacent normal tissues were first analyzed by RNA sequencing. The expressions of LINC00702 in 40 pairs patient samples and in 4 NSCLC cell lines was measured by quantitative real-time PCR. Putative target miRNAs of LINC00702 were predicted by the bioinformatics tools. The effect of LINC00702 on tumor growth in vivo was evaluated. Results LINC00702 was significantly down-regulated in patients with NSCLC, which was correlated with tumor size and metastasis. In addition, overexpression of LINC00702 markedly suppressed proliferation and metastasis in NSCLC cells via inducing apoptosis in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, bioinformatics and luciferase reporter assays demonstrated that LINC00702 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) for miR-510 in NSCLC, and upregulated its target gene PTEN. Conclusion Our results indicated that LINC00702 modulated the expression of PTEN gene by acting as a ceRNA for miR-510 in NSCLC. Therefore, LINC00702 may serve as a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with NSCLC.

OBJECTIVE: Anthracosis is defined as deposition of black pigments in the bronchial mucosa or lung parenchyma. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical features of patients with coexisting anthracosis and interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). METHODS: A total of 335 ILDs patients who underwent bronchoscopy at the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University were included in our study. We enrolled 71 patients who diagnosed with anthracosis by bronchoscopy. The clinical presentations, radiographic features, and bronchoscopic findings of the patients were reviewed. RESULTS: Compared with the non-anthracosis group, biomass exposure (48, 67.6% vs. 153, 53.9%, p=0.041), the median pressure of carbon dioxide before six-minute test (42.00 mmHg vs. 40.00 mmHg, P=0.001), the mean peak expiratory flow (115.21 ±23.55 %predicted vs. 104.20±26.17%pre-dicted, P=0.048), the mean level of triglyceride (1.79±1.27 mmol/L vs. 1.51 ±0.74 mmol/L, P=0.034) were significantly increased and the mean oxygen saturation after six-minute test (95.49 ±2.72% vs. 96.56 ±1.27%, P=0.028), the mean cardiac ejection fraction (61.22±2.07% vs.62.08±2.89%, P=0.019) were significantly decreased in the anthracosis group. However, we didn’t find significant difference between the two groups in lymph node calcification (p=0.620) and lymphadenectasis (p=0.440). CONCLUSIONS: Biomass smoke is a risk factor for anthracosis. Anthracosis produce a bad effect on the oxygenation, cardiac function and lipid metabolism in ILDs patients. The ILDs patients should decrease the exposure of biomass.

Since investors have diverse risk motives for green investments, this paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) and simulation to accurately evaluate the efficiency of green portfolios from the perspective of investors’ subjective risks and accordingly provide suitable investment selection strategies. On the one hand, the paper integrates investors’ risk preferences with efficiency evaluation models under the framework of behavioral finance, and then constructs a green portfolio efficiency evaluation model based on cumulative prospect theory on the basis of defining green portfolio efficiency. On the other hand, by bringing realistic Chinese stock data into the evaluation model and solving it with the help of large number iteration and DEA, the trends of frontier movements and selection options of green portfolios under the influence of different risk preferences are obtained and analyzed. The empirical simulation reveals that: (1) if investors’ risk aversion at return rises, it will not only reduce the expected prospective value of the green portfolio, but also shift down and flatten the frontier of the green portfolio, indicating that investors will tend to reduce their risk-tolerant attitude and prefer a conservative strategy under the same value condition. (2) If investors increase their risk-seeking in the case of losses, this will raise the expected prospect value of the green portfolio and lead to an inward and steeper green portfolio frontier, suggesting that, given equal value, investors prefer to increase their risk-taking capacity and use aggressive strategies in the hope of turning the profit around. (3) The efficiency results of green portfolios are very sensitive to changes in investors’ risk preferences, suggesting that investors need to select and match green portfolios with their own risk appetite levels. The above findings enrich and expand the risk types and evaluation models in previous green investment studies from the perspective of investors’ subjective risk.

In spite of the unique advantages of minimally invasive treatment, laparoscopic surgery is not recommended in T4 colon cancer patients with the concern of technical feasibility and suboptimal oncologic outcomes. We used the database of our center to reevaluate laparoscopic surgery's value in T4 colon cancer and compared with open surgery in both short- and long-term outcomes.We conducted a retrospective and propensity score-matched study of pathological T4 colon cancer patients who received laparoscopic surgery or open surgery from March 2011 to August 2015.A total of 411 pathological T4 colon cancer patients were identified. Propensity score matching (PSM) resulted in 86 patients in laparoscopic group and 86 patients in open group. Our study showed longer operation time, less blood loss and less length of postsurgical stay compared with open surgeries (167 ± 56 min vs. 111 ± 50.1 min, P 0.001; 72 ± 61.5 mL vs. 113 ± 113.9 mL, P = 0.004; 7.3 ± 2.1 days vs. 7.9 ± 2.1 days, P = 0.046, respectively). 7 (8.2%) patients underwent conversions to open surgery. 5-years of DFS and OS showed no statistic difference between the two groups. The 1-, 3-, and 5-years OS rates were 89.4%, 77.5% and 73.2% for laparoscopic surgery and 95.2%, 82.7% and 73.9% for open surgery (P = 0.618). The 1-, 3-, and 5-years OS rates were 89.5%, 77.2% and 61.7% for laparoscopic surgery and 91.7%, 75.3% and 66.8% for open surgery (P = 0.903).Our analysis demonstrates that there is no statistic difference in short- and long-oncologic outcomes in our center and it is a reliable evidence to support the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in T4 colon cancer patients. Still, considering the lack of randomized controlled trails, conducting large prospective multi-center population-based studies is not only required, but also pressing.

The present study investigated the intervention efficacies of rosiglitazone (ROS) and retinoin (RET) on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. A total of 48 rats were randomly divided into the control group (group C), the model group (group M), the dexamethasone group (group D), the ROS group (group R), the RET group (group W) and the ROS + RET group (group L). Group M and the treatment groups were intratracheally injected with 5 mg/kg bleomycin, while group C was injected with saline. The lungs of rats in each group were inspected using high resolution computed tomography (HRCT), lung tissue hematoxylin and eosin staining and Masson staining; furthermore, lung L-hydroxyproline (Hyp) content and the concentration of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) serum of each group were also determined. The fibrosis score, Hyp content and TGF-β1 concentration of each treatment group were significantly lower when compared with group M (P0.05). Findings from the present study conclude that ROS and RET are able to suppress bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis with improved efficacies when compared with dexamethasone; furthermore, the combination of these two pharmacological agents may exert synergistic effects.

Objective. To investigate the role of CXXC5 and the CD40/CD40L pathway in lung fibrosis. Methods. (1) We constructed mouse models of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis and transfected them with a CXXC5 overexpression vector to evaluate the severity of pulmonary fibrosis. (2) Mouse lung fibroblast (MLF) models stably overexpressed or knockout of CXXC5 vector were constructed. After transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) stimulation, we examined the proliferation and apoptosis of the MLF model and evaluated the expression of mesenchymal markers and the CXXC5/CD40/CD40L pathway. Results. (1) Compared with other groups, the overexpressed CXXC5 group had less alveolar structure destruction, thinner alveolar septum, and lower Ashcroft score. (2) In bleomycin-induced mice, the expression of CD40 and CD40L increased at both transcriptional and protein levels, and the same changes were observed in α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and collagen type I (Colla I). After upregulation of CXXC5, the increase in CD40, CD40L, α-SMA, and Colla I was attenuated. (3) Stimulated with TGF-β1, MLF proliferation was activated, apoptosis was suppressed, and the expression of CD40, CD40L, α-SMA, and Colla I was increased at both transcriptional and protein levels. After upregulation of CXXC5, these changes were attenuated. Conclusion. CXXC5 inhibits pulmonary fibrosis and transformation to myofibroblasts by negative feedback regulation of the CD40/CD40L pathway.

This study aims to investigate the effects of TRB3 on the EMT and MAPK signaling pathways in a bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model. TRB3 adenovirus vector with green fluorescent protein (GFP) and TRB3-siRNA adenovirus vector were constructed for overexpression and down-regulation of TRB3, respectively. The pulmonary fibrosis mouse model was induced by bleomycin, and then treated with adenovirus on the next day. Context: Previous studies have reported that caveolin-1 (Cav-1) is associated with lung fibrosis. However, the role of Cav-1 expression in pirfenidone-treated idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is unknown. Objective: This study investigated Cav-1 expression in pirfenidone-treated IPF, and compared the effects of pirfenidone with acetylcysteine and prednisone on IPF. Materials and methods: Rat IPF model was established by endotracheal injection of 5 mg/kg bleomycin A5 into the specific pathogen-free Wistar male rats. Pirfenidone (P, 100 mg/kg once daily), prednisone (H, 5 mg/kg once daily) and acetylcysteine (N, 4 mg/kg 3 times per day) were used to treat the rat model by intragastric administration for 45 consecutive days, respectively. The normal rats without IPF were used as the controls. After 15, 30 and 45 days of drug treatment, lung histopathology was assessed. The present study reports the sequenced genome of Bacillus licheniformis CGMCC 2876, which is composed of a 4,284,461 bp chromosome that contains 4,188 protein-coding genes, 72 tRNA genes, and 21 rRNA genes. Additional analysis revealed an eps gene cluster with 16 open reading frames. Conserved Domains Database analysis combined with qPCR experiments indicated that all genes in this cluster were involved in polysaccharide bioflocculant synthesis. Phosphoglucomutase and UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase were supposed to be key enzymes in polysaccharide secretion in B. licheniformis. A biosynthesis pathway for the production of polysaccharide bioflocculant involving the integration of individual genes was proposed based on functional analysis. Overexpression of epsDEF from the eps gene cluster in B. licheniformis CGMCC 2876 increased the flocculating activity of the recombinant strain by 90% compared to the original strain. Similarly, the crude yield of polysaccharide bioflocculant was enhanced by 27.8%. Overexpression of the UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase gene not only increased the flocculating activity by 71% but also increased bioflocculant yield by 13.3%. Independent of UDP-N-acetyl-D-mannosamine dehydrogenase gene, flocculating activity, and polysaccharide yield were negatively impacted by overexpression of the UDP-N-acetylglucosamine 2-epimerase gene. Overall, epsDEF and gtaB2 were identified as key genes for polysaccharide bioflocculant synthesis in B. licheniformis. Increasing evidence indicates that inflammation plays a vital role in tumorigenesis and progression. However, the prognostic value of inflammatory biomarkers in colorectal cancer (CRC) has not been established. In this study, a retrospective analysis was conducted in patients with CRC in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC) between April 1, 2007 and April 30, 2014, and 5,336 patients were identified eligible. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), and albumin/globulin ratio (AGR) were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to calculate the 5-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). Cox regression analysis was performed to assess the prognostic factors. Nomograms were established to predict OS and DFS, and Harrell's concordance index (c-index) was adopted to evaluate prediction accuracy. As results, the 5-year OS was 79.2% and the 5-year DFS was 56.0% in the cohort. 3062 Background: With the proven success of PD-1 and PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies, exploiting antibody based immune checkpoint strategies has potential to reduce disease burden and improve patient survival outcome. IBI318, as a first-in-class anti-PD-1/PD-L1 bispecific antibody, could provide more potent anti-tumor activity and more durable response. Here we report preliminary results from an ongoing phase 1a/1b study of IBI318 in advanced tumors. Methods: In the dose escalation of Phase 1a, patients with advanced and/or refractory solid tumors or hematological malignancies were enrolled to receive IBI318. Dose escalation was from 0.3 mg to 600 mg (8 cohorts) via an accelerated titration followed by a modified toxicity probability interval-2 design with a 28-day dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) observation period. Patients without DLT will receive IBI318 every two week (Q2W). Tumor assessments were performed every 6 weeks. Results: As of Jan 10, 2020, 15 pts who had failed at least one line of treatment had been enrolled (1 pt each in 0.3 mg, 1 mg, 3 mg and 10 mg; 3 pts in 30 mg; 3 pts in 100 mg, 3 pts in 300 mg and 2 pts in 600 mg) for dose escalation and received at least 1 dose of treatment. Median duration of treatment was 6.1 (range: 2.1-24.7) weeks. IBI318 had been well tolerated with no DLT from 0.3mg to 300mg group. 11 of 15 pts had treatment related AEs (TRAEs) and the most common (≥10%) TRAEs were pyrexia (20.0%, G1/2) and infusion-related reaction (20.0%, G1/2). 1 patient in 300 mg had an immune-related AE (G2 arthritis). No ≥G3 TRAE had been observed. 12 pts had at least one on-study tumor assessment. 3 of 9 pts receiving dose level ≥10mg had achieved partial response (1 confirmed, 1 pending confirmation and the other PD after the first PR scan). A total of 10 pts discontinued treatment due to disease progression (8) and AE (2, G4 lung infection and G4 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, both were not related to treatment). Conclusions: IBI318 has shown an acceptable safety profile. Preliminary efficacy results are promising in advanced cancer patients. The study is currently ongoing at dose level of 600 mg Q2W. Background Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a disease characterized by chronic airway infection with a high incidence and poor prognosis. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aspergillus fumigatus are pathogens commonly found in CF patients. Clinically, these two microorganisms often coexist in the airway of CF patients. Combined infection with P. aeruginosa and A. fumigatus results in worsening lung function and clinical condition. Methods In this review, we focus on the mutual inhibition and promotion mechanisms of P. aeruginosa and A. fumigatus in CF patients. We also summarized the mechanisms of the interaction between these pathogenic microorganisms. Results P. aeruginosa inhibits A. fumigatus growth through the effects of phenazines, the quorum sensing system, iron competition, bacteriophages, and small colony variants. P. aeruginosa induces A. fumigatus growth through volatile organic compounds and subbacteriostatic concentrations of phenazines. A. fumigatus interferes with P. aeruginosa, affecting its metabolic growth via phenazine metabolic transformation, gliotoxin production, and reduced antibiotic sensitivity. Discussion Coexistence of P. aeruginosa and A. fumigatus can lead to both mutual inhibition and promotion. In different stages of CF disease, the interaction between these two pathogenic microorganisms may shift between promotion and inhibition. A discussion of the mechanisms of P. aeruginosa and A. fumigatus interaction can be beneficial for further treatment of CF patients and for improving the prognosis of the disease.

The aim of the present study was to investigate whether the expression of tribbles pseudokinase 3 (TRB3) is involved in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and to examine the possible mechanisms. The expression of TRB3 in murine alveolar type II epithelial cells (MLE‑12 cells) following transforming growth factor β1 (TGF‑β1) stimulation was assessed using various techniques, including western blot and reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain reaction assays. Some bioflocculants composed of extracellular polymeric substances are produced under peculiar conditions. Bacillus licheniformis CGMCC2876 is a microorganism that secretes both extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) and poly-gamma-glutamic acid (γ-PGA) under stress conditions. In this work, SWATH acquisition LC-MS/MS method was adopted for differential proteomic analysis of B. licheniformis, aiming at determining the bacterial stress mechanism. Compared with LB culture, 190 differentially expressed proteins were identified in B. licheniformis CGMCC2876 cultivated in EPS culture, including 117 up-regulated and 73 down-regulated proteins. In γ-PGA culture, 151 differentially expressed proteins, 89 up-regulated and 62 down-regulated, were found in the cells. Up-regulated proteins involved in amino acid biosynthesis were found to account for 43% and 41% of the proteomes in EPS and γ-PGA cultivated cells, respectively. Additionally, a series of proteins associated with amino acid degradation were found to be repressed under EPS and γ-PGA culture conditions. Transcriptional profiling via the qPCR detection of selected genes verified the proteomic analysis. Analysis of free amino acids in the bacterial cells further suggested the presence of amino acid starvation conditions. EPS or γ-PGA was synthesized to alleviate the effect of amino acid limitation in B. licheniformis. This study identified a stress response mechanism in the synthesis of macromolecules in B. licheniformis, providing potential culture strategies to improve the production of two promising bioflocculants.

In this paper we propose the double auction allocation models for computational grids, and two double auction algorithms for resource allocation: Single Price Double Auction algorithm (SPDA), and Multiple Attribute Double Auc- tion algorithm (MADA). The fairness and comprehensive performance are introduced into the traditional double auction models to evaluate impact of price, speed and storage of grid resource. The results show that MADA algorithm is better from both resource's and user's perspective providing high resource utilization. The results also highlight how a resource user can improve his performance using multi-attribute characteristics.
