As clean renewable energy with strong advantages, hydropower plays an extremely important role in promoting green development and energy allocation patterns. Hydropower project construction is characterized by long duration, large scale, high cost, many participants, and complex construction conditions, and is closely related to the economy, society, and ecological environment, and its construction management mode and construction risk management have become the focus of extensive attention from all walks of life. In this paper, the risk evaluation index system of hydropower engineering EPC project is constructed, and the linear weighted combination method is introduced to determine the comprehensive weights based on the calculation of weights by sequential relationship method and entropy weight method, and the improved fuzzy normal distribution is introduced as the subordinate function distribution of fuzzy evaluation level based on DS evidence theory and fuzzy theory. The risk evaluation model of a hydropower engineering EPC project is also established. Meanwhile, the model was analyzed with hydropower project examples to verify the accuracy and practicality of the model, which can guide hydropower project stakeholders to manage hydropower project risks comprehensively, collaboratively, and efficiently, and provide decision support for hydropower project construction risk management.

The southern Myanmar tin ore district is an important part of the well-known Southeast Asia tin belt (SATB), and hosts numerous economically important primary tin-tungsten ore deposits. However, the timing of formation of these deposits is unclear due to the scarcity of robust age data. The tectonic setting of tin mineralization in this area also needs to be further constrained. Most of the primary tin-tungsten ore deposits in southern Myanmar are typical hydrothermal quartz vein–type, with cassiterite and wolframite as the main ore minerals. Here, we present in situ U–Pb ages of cassiterite and wolframite from nine granite-related hydrothermal Sn–W deposits in southern Myanmar. Cassiterite samples from the Hermyingyi, Thitkhatoe, Thaling Taung, Kalonta, Taungphila, Pagaye, Bawapin, Kanbauk, and Letha Taung deposits yield common lead-corrected weighted mean 206Pb/ 238U ages of 61.6 ± 0.8 Ma, 61.9 ± 0.6 Ma, 60.4 ± 0.9 Ma, 63.0 ± 0.6 Ma, 62.9 ± 0.6 Ma, 69.5 ± 0.5 Ma, 63.6 ± 0.6 Ma, 61.3 ± 0.6 Ma, and 84.9 ± 0.5 Ma, respectively. Wolframite samples collected from these deposits also yield consistent ages with the cassiterite samples. These ages, combined with available tin mineralization ages from other deposits in the western part of the SATB, define three epochs of Sn metallogeny related to three contrasting geodynamic settings: (1) Early Cretaceous (~ 125–110 Ma) mineralization is related to post-collision slab break-off after collision between the West Burma terrane and the Sibumasu-Tengchong terrane; (2) Late Cretaceous to Paleocene (~ 90–60 Ma) mineralization developed in an Andean-type accretionary setting during subduction of the Neo-Tethys oceanic lithosphere; (3) Early Eocene (~ 50–40 Ma) mineralization may have formed in a post-collision setting after the India-Asia collision.

Background: Electroacupuncture (EA) treatment in ischemic stroke has been highlighted recently; however, the specific mechanism is still elusive. Autophagy is considered a new target for cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R), but whether it plays a role of protecting or causing rapid cell apoptosis remains unclear. Studies have reported that the reduction in lysine 16 of histone H4 acetylation coheres with autophagy induction. The primary purpose of the study was to explore whether EA could alleviate I/R via autophagy-mediated histone H4 lysine 16 acetylation in the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rat model.Methods: One hundred and twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups: control group, MCAO group, MCAO+EA group, MCAO+EA+hMOF siRNA group, and MCAO+EA+Sirt1 inhibitor group. EA was applied to “Baihui” (Du20) and “Renzhong” (Du26) at 5 min after modeling and 16 h after the first EA intervention. The structure and molecular markers of the rat brain were evaluated.Results: EA significantly alleviated I/R injury by upregulating the expressions of Sirt1, Beclin1, and LC3-II and downregulating the expressions of hMOF and H4K16ac. In contrast, the Sirt1 inhibitor lowered the increase in Sirt1, Beclin1, and LC3-II and enhanced the level of hMOF and H4K16ac expressions associated with EA treatment. Besides, ChIP assay revealed that the binding of H4K16ac in the Beclin1 promoter region of the autophagy target gene was significantly raised in the MCAO+EA group and MCAO+EA+hMOF siRNA group.Conclusions: EA treatment inhibited the H4K16ac process, facilitated autophagy, and alleviated I/R injury. These findings suggested that regulating histone H4 lysine 16 acetylation-mediated autophagy may be a key mechanism of EA at Du20 and Du26 to treat I/R.

The Hermyingyi W-Sn deposit, situated in southern Myanmar, SE Asia, is a typical quartz-vein type W-Sn deposit. The ore-bearing quartz veins are mainly hosted by the Hermyingyi monzogranite which intruded into the Carboniferous metasedimentary rocks of Mergui Series. According to mineral assemblages and crosscutting relationships, four ore-forming stages are recognized: (1) silicate-oxide stage; (2) quartz-sulfide stage; (3) barren quartz vein stage; (4) supergene stage. Five molybdenite samples from the deposit yield Re-Os model ages ranging from 67.8±1.6 to 69.2±1.6 Ma (weighted mean age of 68.7±1.2 Ma), and a well-defined isochron age of 68.4±2.5 Ma (MSWD=0.18, 2σ). This Re-Os age is consistent with the previously published zircon U-Pb age of the Hermyingyi monzogranite (70.0±0.4 Ma) (MSWD=0.9, 2σ) within errors, which indicates a genetic link between the monzogranitic magmatism and W-Sn mineralization. The new high-precision geochronological data reveal that the granitic magmatism and associated W-Sn mineralization in southern Myanmar took place during the Late Cretaceous (70-68 Ma). The extremely low Re contents (22.9 ppb to 299 ppb) in molybdenite, coupled with sulfide δ34S values in the range of +1.9‰ to +5.6‰ suggest that ore-forming metals were predominately sourced from the crustal-derived granitic magma.

The Shirenzhang tungsten deposit is a classic wolframite-quartz vein-type deposit located in northern Guangdong Province, eastern segment of the Nanling W-Sn polymetallic belt. The ore veins, controlled by the NW-striking fault system, are mainly hosted in the Ordovician metasedimentary rocks and can also be found with less amount in the cupola of the concealed granitic stock, displaying a typical five-floor vertical zonation proposed by the Chinese geologists. The concealed granitic stock mainly comprises two intrusive facies, the porphyritic biotite granite (G1) in the outer zone and the medium- to fine-grained monzogranite (G2) in the inner zone. In this paper, we report new cassiterite U-Pb ages and Pb isotopes of sulfides for the Shirenzhang tungsten deposit, combined with new zircon U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes, elemental geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes of the concealed granitic rocks, with aims to elucidate the origin of the ore-related granites and the link between the tungsten mineralization and granitic magmatism. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating gives the weighted mean ages of 164 ± 2 Ma for G1 and 162 ± 4 Ma for G2, respectively. Cassiterite from the wolframite-bearing quartz vein and the drusy quartz vein yield the weighted mean ages of 164 ± 2 Ma and 160 ± 2 Ma, respectively. These ages suggest that both the granitic intrusion and related W-(Sn) mineralization in the Shirenzhang deposit were initiated during the late Jurassic (ca. 160 Ma). The Shirenzhang granitic rocks are weakly peraluminous highly fractionated I-type granites. Detailed elemental and isotopic data demonstrate that the granitic rocks were derived from partial melting of the Paleoproterozoic basement rocks at a relatively shallow depth of ~30 km triggered by underplating of basaltic magma, and underwent extensive fractional crystallization of hornblende, biotite, feldspar, and monazite and/or allanite. A continental arc setting induced by northwesterly subduction of the paleo-Pacific plate is suggested for the genesis of the Shirenzhang I-type granites. The comparable Pb isotopic compositions of feldspar and sulfides imply that the lead in the ore veins was of magmatic origin. Integrating the spatial-temporal relationship between the ore veins and the concealed granitic rocks with the Pb isotopes from the sulfides and granites, we suggest that the tungsten mineralization is genetically linked with the concealed granitic rocks in the Shirenzhang deposit. Fractional crystallization and melt-fluid interaction may play an important role on the formation of the granite-related tungsten mineralization.

Triassic magmatism in Thailand provides the critical geological record for understanding the evolution of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean. This paper presents zircon U-Pb dating, zircon trace element compositions, elemental geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopes for the newly identified Late Triassic granite intrusions in the Upper Peninsula of Thailand where voluminous Late Cretaceous-Paleogene granite intrusions occur. Zircon U-Pb dating results indicate that the two-mica granites were emplaced at ca. 217–216 Ma. The unaltered two-mica granite samples are high silicic (SiO2 = 74.03–75.06 wt%) and display strongly peraluminous characteristics, with A/CNK ratios of 1.21–1.33 and CIPW normative corundum contents of 2.86–3.88 wt%. They have fractionated REE patterns ((La/Yb)N = 5.64–7.34) and notable negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* = 0.35–0.49), with enrichment of Rb, Th, U, Ta and Pb and depletion of Ba, Nb, Sr and Ti. The two-mica granites can be assigned as the highly fractionated S-type granites. They have negative whole-rock eNd(t) (−13.2 to −12.3) and zircon eHf(t) (−11.5 to −7.4) values with corresponding two-stage Nd and Hf model ages ranging from 1.99 to 2.06 Ga and from 1.72 to 1.98 Ga, respectively, indicating a Paleoproterozoic crustal source. The combined geochemical and isotopic data reveal that these rocks were derived by fluid-absent muscovite melting of metapelite at the middle-upper crustal depths and modified by fractional crystallization. In combination of the results in this study with regional geological data, it can be concluded that the two-mica granites were more likely formed during the post-collisional stage of the Sibumasu-Indochina collision, induced by slab break-off of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean. Based on the integrated consideration of a set of factors, including temporal and spatial proximity, source lithology and source enrichment, redox state, and fractional crystallization coupled with melt-fluid interaction, it is suggested that the ca. 216 Ma two-mica granites exhibit high Sn mineralization potential and could be helpful for exploring the primary Sn deposit of Late Triassic age nearby.

A high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD) method for ethyl carbamate (EC) determination in Chinese soy sauce was developed and used to predict EC precursors, and extraction, derivatization, and chromatographic conditions were optimized systematically. Under optimal conditions, the limit of detection, linear range, and recoveries were 3.91 μg/L, 12.87–274.87 μg/L, and 81.5–95.4%, respectively. The method precision was less than 8.9% (RSD) and no significant difference was found between EC determinations measured by HPLC-FLD and GC/MS. Using the proposed HPLC-FLD method, the EC contents in Chinese soy sauces ranged from not detected to 64.88 μg/L (n = 19). Except for one soy sauce brand, the EC contents in low-salt solid-state fermented (LSF) soy sauces were lower than those in high-salt liquid fermented (HLF) soy sauces and were mainly affected by alcohol content. Moreover, the free ornithine and total arginine contents were significantly correlated with EC content in the soy sauce products. The results of this work provide a foundation for further study of EC formation and inhibition in Chinese soy sauces.

Introduction: Recently, hantaviruses have been discovered in insectivores in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. Imjin virus (MJNV) was first isolated from the lung tissues of Ussuri white-toothed shrew (Crocidura lasiura) from South Korea in 2009. We aim to detect the species and prevalence of insectivore- and rodent-borne hantaviruses in shrews and rodents. Materials and Methods: Shrews and rodents were captured in Jiaonan County of Shandong Province, China, in 2014. RT-PCR was used to amplify viral RNA of Hantavirus species, including insectivore-borne Imjin virus (MJNV), rodent-borne Hantaan virus (HTNV), and Seoul virus (SEOV) from shrews and rodents. Results and Discussion: We found that MJNV infected 10.7% (19/178) of Crocidura shrews, but it infected none of rodents (0/475); we also found that 2 of 178 (1.1%) Crocidura shrews were PCR positive to SEOV. This study indicated that the major animal hosts of Imjin virus are shrews, and rodent-borne SEOV can infect shrews.

Background: Scrub typhus caused by Orientia tsutsugamushi, an obligatory intracellular bacterium, and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) caused by hantavirus are natural-focus infectious diseases prevalent in Shandong Province, China. Both diseases have similar clinical manifestations in certain disease stages and similar epidemic seasons, which caused difficulties for physicians to distinguish them correctly. The aim of this study was to investigate whether misdiagnosis or co-infection of scrub typhus and HFRS existed in Shandong Province. Methods: We analyzed 112 serum samples of clinically diagnosed HFRS patients from 2013 to 2014 in Shandong Province with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Findings: ELISA showed that 56·3% (63/112) and 8·0% (9/112) of clinically diagnosed HFRS patients were IgM antibody positive to hantavirus and O. tsutsugamushi, respectively, suggesting that these IgM antibody positive patients were infected with hantavirus or O. tsutsugamushi. Among the confirmed HFRS patients who were IgM antibody positive to hantavirus, 7·9% (5/63) were also IgM antibody positive to O. tsutsugamushi, suggesting that these patients were co-infected with hantavirus and O. tsutsugamushi. Among the hantavirus IgM antibody negative sera, 8·2% (4/49) of sera were positive to O. tsutsugamushi, suggesting these patients were infected with O. tsutsugamushi. We concluded that a large portion of HFRS patients were co-infected with scrub typhus and some scrub typhus patients were misdiagnosed as HFRS. Interpretations: Due to the different treatments for scrub typhus and HFRS, physicians should carefully differentiate between scrub typhus, HFRS, and co-infection of both diseases for better treatment of patients. To explore the mechanisms of angiogenesis in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) through detecting the levels of angiogenesis-related factors secreted from K562 cells after overexpression and interference of HIF-1α gene in K562 cells.The K562 cells were transfected by lentiviruses carried and interfered HIF-1α gene, then the transtected K562 cells with carried and interfered with HIF-1α gene were enrolled in overexpression and interference groups respectively, at the same time the K562 cells transfected by the empty virus were enrolled in control group. The cells were harvested after culture for 72 hours under normoxid condition. The transfection efficient in 3 groups was detected by fluorescence microscopy; the mRNA expression of HIF-1α gene and angiogenesis-related factors was detected by RT-PCR; the concentration of angiogenesis-related factors in the caltured supernatant was detected by ELISA.The optimal MOI of K562 cells transfected with lentivirus was 10 and the transfection efficiency was about 50%. The positive rate of transfection after screening by puromycin was more than 90%. The mRNA expression of ANG-I, ANG-II, TGF-α and VEGF in the interference group was lower than that in the over-expression group, and the TGF-β1 mRNA expression in the interference group was higher than in the over-expression group. The mRNA expression of ANG-I and VEGF in the interference group was lower than that in the control group. TGF-αdid not could be detected, and the culture supernatant concentration of ANG-I and TNF-α in the interference group was lower than in the over-expression group, while the VEGF concentration in the interference group was higher than that in the over-expression group. All of the above-mentioned differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The positive K562 cells transfected with leutivirus have been harvested by screening with puromycin. The HIF-1α mRNA positively regulates the mRNA expression of ANG-1, ANG-2, TGF-α, VEGF in K562 cells, promotes the antocrine ability of ANG-1 and TNF-α, moreover not stimulates the autocrine of TGF-α, the up-regulation of HIF-1α expression can inhibit the expression TGF-β1 in K562 cells and the autocrine of TGF-β1.HIF-1α对K562细胞血管生成相关因子的影响.通过在K562细胞过表达和干扰HIF-1α后检测K562细胞分泌血管生成相关因子的水平，探讨慢性白血病血管生成的机制.应用携带和干扰HIF-1α基因的慢病毒转染K562细胞，将转染携带和干扰HIF-1α基因的K562细胞分别纳入过表达组、干扰组，同时以空载病毒转染K562细胞纳入对照组。3组细胞在常氧状态下培养72 h后收集细胞，通过荧光显微镜观察3组转染效率，采用RT-PCR法检测HIF-1α和血管相关生成因子mRNA表达水平，ELISA法检测培养上清中血管相关细胞因子的浓度.慢病毒转染K562细胞最佳转染复数（MOI）为10，转染效率为50%左右；经过嘌呤霉筛选后转染阳性细胞达90%以上。干扰组ANG-I、ANG-II、TGF-α和VEGF mRNA表达均低于过表达组，而干扰组TGF-β1 mRNA表达高于过表达组。干扰组ANG-I、VEGF mRNA表达低于对照组；培养上清中未检测到TGF-α，干扰组ANG-I和TNF-α水平低于过表达组，而干扰组VEGF水平高于过表达组；过表达组和干扰组TGF-β1水平均低于对照组，过表达组VEGF水平低于对照组，干扰组VEGF水平高于过表达组和对照组，上述差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.通过嘌呤霉素筛选获得慢病毒转染K562细胞阳性细胞，HIF-1α mRNA正向调控K562细胞ANG-1、ANG-2、TGF-α、VEGF mRNA的表达，促进ANG-I和TNF-α自身分泌的能力，而不刺激TGF-α的自分泌，HIF-1α上调可抑制K562细胞TGF-β1的表达并抑制TGF-β的自分泌.

To investigate the clinical significance of bone marrow microvessel density(MVD) and angiogenesis related factors in multipic myeloma(MM).Twenty cases of MM and 20 cases of simple fracture were selected and enrolled in MM group and control group respectively. The clinical data and results of laboratorial tests were collected; the bone marrow MVD of patients was detected by using the modified plastic-embedded pathologic sections of bone marrow tissue and histochemistry staining, the expression levels of amgiogenesis-related factors including VEGF, TNF-α, HGF, TGF-α, TGF-β1, bFGF, Ang-Ⅰ, Ang-Ⅱ in bone marrow supernatant were detected by ELISA; the mRNA expression levels of above-mentioned cytokines in bone marrow mononuclear cells were detected by real time-PCR; the pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of MVD with VEGF, HGF and bFGF levels.The MVD in MM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P＜0.001); the mRNA expression of VEGF, TGF-α, TGF-β1 and HGF in bone marrow mononuclear cells of MM group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.001); the levels of VEGF, HGF, bFGF and THF-α in bone marrow supernatant of MM group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05), moreover, the MVD positively correlated with levels of VEGF, HGF and bFGF in bone marrow(r=0.488, 0.472 and 0.457).The MVD and levels vessel-related factors in bone marrow supernatant of MM patients increase, among which the levels of VEGF and HGF in bone marrow supernatant are consistant with those mRNA expression level in bone marrow mononuclear cells, moreover, the MVD possitively cerrelates with levels of VEGF, HGF and bFGF in bone marrow supernatant, suggesting that the changes of bone marrow microenvironment vassel-related factors play an important role in angiogenesis and pathogenesis of multiple myeloma.骨髓微血管密度及血管相关生成因子在多发性骨髓瘤中的意义.探讨骨髓微血管密度及血管相关生成因子在多发性骨髓瘤中的临床意义.选取2014年1月到2017年12月就诊于本院就诊的多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者和单纯骨折患者各20例并分别纳入MM组和对照组，收集患者入院基本临床资料，通过改良的塑料包埋骨髓活组织病理切片和免疫组织化学染色检测患者骨髓微血管密度（MVD）；ELISA法检测骨髓上清VEGF、TNF-α、HGF、TGF-α、TGF-β1、bFGF、ANG-Ⅰ、ANG-Ⅱ等血管生成相关因子的水平；real-time-PCR检测骨髓单个核细胞的上述因子mRNA表达水平，pearson相关分析MVD与骨髓上清VEGF、HGF、bFGF水平的相关性.MM组MVD明显高于对照组（P＜0.001），MM组骨髓单个核细胞VEGF、TGF-α、TGF-β1、HGF mRNA表达均明显高于对照组（P＜0.001），MM组骨髓上清VEGF、HGF、bFGF和TNF-α水平均高于对照组（P＜0.05），并且MVD与骨髓VEGF、HGF、bFGF水平呈正相关（r=0.488，0.472和0.457）.MM患者MVD和骨髓上清中血管相关因子水平升高，其中VEGF、HGF水平和骨髓单个核细胞mRNA表达水平一致，并且MVD和骨髓上清VEGF、HGF、bFGF水平呈正相关，提示骨髓微环境血管生成因子的变化在多发性骨髓瘤血管生成和疾病发生中起重要的作用.

The development of an all-inorganic lead-free perovskite nanocrystal is of crucial importance to solve the instability and lead toxicity of organic-inorganic lead hybrid perovskites. Herein, single-layered Cs4CuSb2Cl12 nanocrystals (NCs) with a narrow band gap of 1.6 eV were prepared for the first time via an ultrasonic exfoliation technique. This powerful top-down method was further generalized to synthesize a class of lead-free perovskite (Cs3Bi2X9 and Cs3Sb2X9) NCs. The experimental and theoretical studies revealed that not only inter-layer van der Waals forces but also in-plane chemical bonds played a critical role in the exfoliation process. Specifically, smaller uniform-sized NCs were observed for Cs4CuSb2Cl12 (∼3 nm) as compared to those for Cs3Sb2Cl9 (∼20 nm) although both Cs4CuSb2Cl12 and Cs3Sb2Cl9 exhibited a similar exfoliation energy (∼0.310 J m-2). This can be ascribed to the weaker in-plane chemical bonds of Cu-Cl (2.808 Å) and Sb-Cl (2.924 Å) in Cs4CuSb2Cl12 than the uniform Cl-Sb bond (2.69 Å) in Cs3Sb2Cl9 that allow for an easier exfoliation process. In addition, exfoliation of the Cs4CuSb2Cl12 microcrystal into NCs results in an indirect-to-direct bandgap transition and a reduced electron effective mass, which provides a rapid and steady photoelectrochemical response, demonstrating that Cs4CuSb2Cl12 NCs are a promising candidate for optoelectronic applications.

Owing to different treatments of HFRS and scrub typhus, physicians need pay attention to differentiate them; identify co-infection of HFRS and scrub typhus; and consider administering antibiotics if antiviral treatment alone does not work.

The Akesayi skarn iron (Fe) deposit is hosted by the Huangyangling Group within the Tianshuihai Terrane of the Western Kunlun orogenic belt, Xinjiang, China, and consists of several orebodies that formed along contacts between Miocene syenogranite, diorite porphyry dykes and late Paleozoic carbonate rocks. Manganese-bearing skarn minerals are common within the deposit. The ore-forming process can be divided into five stages: Prograde skarn stage (I), retrograde skarn stage (II), oxide stage (III), quartz-sulfide stage (IV), and carbonate stage (V), with this evolution being typical of Fe skarns. Magnetite, which formed mainly during the retrograde skarn and oxide stages, includes banded (BO), disseminated (DO), and massive (MO) magnetite. Backscattered-electron images indicate that magnetite within the massive ores can be further classified as primary (MO-1) and secondary (MO-2) magnetite. Magnetite within all ore types exhibits a strongly negative correlation between Si and Fe3+ contents, indicating that Si was incorporated into intra-crystalline sites of magnetite by substitution of Si4+ for Fe3+. Positive correlation among Al, Mn, Mg, and Si contents indicate that these elements behaved similarly during magnetite formation. The δ18OV-SMOW values of MO-1 magnetite range from 4.3‰ to 4.7‰, higher than magmatic magnetite (1‰–4‰), while the BO and DO magnetite have lower δ18OV-SMOW values of 1.7‰ to 2.4‰ and 1.8‰ to 2.5‰ respectively. Its anomalous oxygen isotopic composition indicates that most magnetite in the Akesayi Fe deposit precipitated from evolved ore-forming fluids formed by reaction between country rocks and primary magmatic fluids during the early stages of mineralization, with input from meteoric water during the later stages of mineralization. Trace-element patterns indicate that the different types of magnetite share a common source, with variations in the magnetite geochemistry amongst the different ore types of the Akesayi Fe deposit reflecting variations in the extent of fluid-rock interaction, dissolution-reprecipitation, mineral precipitation, temperature, and oxygen fugacity (ƒO2). The different types of magnetite of the Akesayi skarn Fe deposit form distinguishable populations in (Ca + Al + Mn)-(Ti + V) and (Ni/(Cr + Mn))-(Ti + V) discrimination diagrams, with the range of compositions possibly indicating more variable magnetite compositions in skarn deposits than previously thought.

Two Early-Middle Triassic magmatic arc belts occur in the Indochina Block within Thailand, namely the Lampang Volcanic Belt and the Loei-Phetchabun Volcanic Belt, which are about 150 km apart and run parallel to each other. The Lampang Volcanic Belt has been extensively studied and suggested to be induced by eastward Paleotethyan subduction, whereas the Loei-Phetchabun Volcanic Belt has not been well constrained due to the scarcity of geochronological and geochemical data. Here we report a detailed study on zircon U–Pb dating, elemental geochemistry and Sr–Nd isotopes for the Phu Rai diorites recently identified in Loei Province, NE Thailand. The Phu Rai diorites yield Middle Triassic (ca. 239 Ma) emplacement ages. They are calc-alkaline rocks characterized by arc-like trace element patterns and depleted Sr–Nd isotopic compositions ((87Sr/86Sr)i = 0.70371–0.70392; eNd(t) = +1.65 to +2.54). These geochemical and isotopic signatures reveal that the Phu Rai diorites were most likely derived from a depleted mantle wedge metasomatized by subducted sediment-derived melts and slab-derived fluids, and modified by limited degree of fractional crystallization involving clinopyroxene, amphibole and Fe–Ti oxides combined with weak plagioclase accumulation. Based on our results and others from the literature, we suggest the existence of an Early-Middle Triassic (ca. 250–239 Ma) magmatic arc belt in NE Thailand, which is not directly linked to eastward Paleotethyan subduction, but is possibly associated with eastward subduction of the Nan back-arc basin. Specifically, the ca. 239 Ma Phu Rai diorites and ca. 245–241 Ma adakites nearby form a rock association in response to slab break-off at that time, immediately after the initial stage of the Sukhothai-Indochina collision. The occurrence of this rock association could mark not only the cessation of eastward subduction of the Nan back-arc basin but also the initiation of the Sukhothai-Indochina collision.

The Late Cretaceous to Paleogene granitoids occur widespread in the Sibumasu block within Myanmar (SE Asia), which show a close association with tin-tungsten mineralization. However, the precise timing, petrogenesis and tectonic significance of these granitoids are poorly constrained so far. In this study, we present a detailed study on geochronology, elemental and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic geochemistry for the Hermyingyi and Taungphila granites in southern Myanmar, with the aim of determining their petrogenesis and tectonic implications. LA-ICP-MS U–Pb dating of zircon grains from the two granites yield ages of 69–70 Ma, indicating a Late Cretaceous magmatic event. These granitic rocks are weakly peraluminous and belong to the high-K calc-alkaline series. They are both characterized by high SiO2, K2O + Na2O, FeOT/(FeOT + MgO) and Ga/Al ratios and low Al2O3, CaO, MgO, P2O5 and TiO2 contents, enriched in Rb, Th, U and Y, but depleted in Ba, Sr, P, and Eu, suggesting an A-type granite affinity. Moreover, they display prominent tetrad REE patterns and non-CHARAC trace element behavior, which are common in late magmatic differentiates with strong hydrothermal interaction or deuteric alteration. The granites belong to A2-type and probably formed at a high temperature and anhydrous condition. They have zircon eHf(t) values from − 12.4 to − 10.0 and whole-rock eNd(t) values from − 11.3 to − 10.6, with Paleoproterozoic TDM2 ages (1741–1922 Ma) for both Hf and Nd isotopes. Geochemical and isotopic data suggest that these A-type granites were derived from partial melting of the Paleoproterozoic continental crust dominated by metaigneous rocks with tonalitic to granodioritic compositions, without significant input of mantle-derived magma and followed by subsequent fractional crystallization. By integrating all available data for the regional tectonic evolution in SE Asia and adjacent regions, we attribute the formation of the Late Cretaceous A-type granites to a back-arc extension in the hinterland behind the subduction zone, which is induced by the rollback of the flat Neo-Tethyan subducting slab around ca. 70 Ma.

Cretaceous mafic rocks mainly occur along the coast of South China. In comparison, coeval mafic rocks are distributed only sporadically in the inland region, and their petrogenesis and tectonic setting have not been well documented so far. Here we report a detailed study on 40Ar/39Ar dating, elemental geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes for the Yaoling diabases in northern Guangdong, South China. The Yaoling diabases yield a Late Cretaceous (101 ± 1 Ma) 40Ar/39Ar age. These rocks have variable (87Sr/86Sr)i (0.705023–0.709847), relatively uniform eNd(t) (+2.45 to +3.88) and intermediate (206Pb/204Pb)i (18.586–18.692), (207Pb/204Pb)i (15.743–15.764) and (208Pb/204Pb)i (38.300–39.137). These rocks exhibit geochemical affinity to both within-plate and arc magmatism, i.e., relatively high TiO2, Nb and Zr contents, and negative Nb anomalies with (Nb/La)PM of 0.65–0.82. Such dual features indicate that the Yaoling diabases were most likely generated through partial melting of a previously metasomatized lithospheric mantle at a shallow depth (75–85 km), and modified by crystal fractionation. It is likely that the ancient metasomatism may have occurred during the Neoproterozoic oceanic subduction beneath the Cathaysia Block. We suggest that the Yaoling diabases formed in an intraplate extension setting associated with asthenospheric upwelling, possibly in response to the far-field stress that propagated from the paleo-Pacific subduction during the Late Cretaceous (ca. 100 Ma).

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the age of diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and the factors influencing the age of diagnosis in children. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 1691 children who visited in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University for the first time and were definitely diagnosed with ASD between February 2011 and July 2017. A multiple linear regression model was used to identify the factors influencing the age of diagnosis of ASD. RESULTS: The ASD children had a mean age of 35±17 months (range 9-175 months) at diagnosis. Of all 1691 children, the children who received a diagnosis of ASD at the age of 24-35 months accounted for the highest proportion (46.13%, 780/1691), followed by those at the age of ≥ 36 months (33.41%, 565/1 691). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the children who had language disorders or lived in the main urban area or whose parents had a high education level had a younger age at diagnosis than other children (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Most ASD children have an age of 24-35 months at diagnosis. The age of diagnosis of ASD is associated with children's symptoms, living area, and parents' education level.

To explore the changes of CD64 on surface of neutrophils in patients with hematological malignancies combined with bacterial infections.Ninety-seven patients with hematological tumor admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into 2 groups: infection group(50 cases) and noninfection group(47 cases) according to their symptoms, physical sings and blood culture results for microbiologic detection. The CD46 index on surface of neutrophils, serum C- reactive protein (CRP), neutrophil count (NC) and procalcitonin (PCT) level were detected by flow cytometry. After treatment of infection patients, the CD46 index, CRP, PCT and NC were detected again.Before antibacterial treatment of patients, the CD64 index in infection group was significantly higher than that in noninfection group, the CRP, PCT and NC levels in infection group also were higher than those in noninfection group; after antibacterial treatment, the CD64 index, CRP, PCT and NC levels in infection group decresed.The CD64 index in hematologic malignancy patients complicated with bacterial infections significantly increased, after antibacterial treatment these indexes decreases, confirming the value of CD64 in the diagnosis of bacterial infections for patients with hematologic malignancies.

At high frequencies, there is an obvious descending of Fourier spectrum amplitude of ground motion acceleration. This fact could be described by a low0pass filter that is controlled by parameter Kappa (κ). In most regions of the world, there are not sufficient strong ground motion records to evaluate this regional parameter. We try to acquireκvalue from small-earthquake records of the broadband digital seismograph network in North China (36°-43°N, 113°-120°E). Total 1995 records from 28 small earthquakes (Mw=3.5-4.5) recorded at 155 stations of China Earthquake Network during February of 2002 to September of 2012, are analyzed. Theκvalue is acquired from the slope rate of the decay segment of the calculated Fourier spectrum of each record, and the mean value is obtained. The result is analyzed ifκis magnitude, focal depth or distance dependent. For the magnitude-dependence,κvalues of 40 strong ground motion records are also obtained and compared. The result of the paper shows thatκis not magnitude-dependent neither focal depth-dependent. The distance-dependent is not obvious, especially for small earthquake.

Northern Guangdong of South China occurs many large tungsten deposits, including Shirenzhang, Meiziwo and Yaoling quartz-vein type wolframite deposits. In this study, we carried out a detailed study on fluid inclusions and C-H-O-S-Pb isotopic analyses of mineral separates for these three deposits, in order to resolve the origin and evolution of ore-forming fluids and the ore deposition mechanism. The ore veins in these deposits present a similar mineral paragenesis that could be divided into three stages: (I) pre-ore stage, (II) syn-ore stage, and (III) post-ore stage. The pre-ore stage is the magmatic-hydrothermal transition stage, which is marked by fluid exsolution from the highly fractionated granites, accompanied with potassic alteration and greisenization. The syn-ore stage can be further divided into two stages: silicate-oxide stage (stage II-1) that is characterized by significant tin-tungsten mineral deposition, and sulfide stage (stage II-2) that is characterized by abundant sulfide minerals deposition. The post-ore stage is dominated by quartz and fluorite. The three deposits show similar temperature and salinity variations for syn-ore and post-ore stages. In the Shirenzhang deposit, the fluid temperature and salinity range from 239 to 301 °C and 1.4 to 8.7 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-1, from 206 to 256 °C and 1.4 to 7.0 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-2, and from 186 to 236 °C and 1.4 to 8.6 wt% NaCl equiv in stage III. In the Meiziwo deposit, the fluid temperature and salinity range from 242 to 310 °C and 1.1 to 8.6 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-1, from 196 to 252 °C and 1.4 to 8.1 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-2, and from 188 to 234 °C and 1.2 to 7.3 wt% NaCl equiv in stage III. In the Yaoling deposit, the fluid temperature and salinity range from 230 to 304 °C and 1.2 to 9.0 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-1, from 203 to 258 °C and 1.4 to 6.5 wt% NaCl equiv in stage II-2, and from 184 to 231 °C and 1.6 to 8.3 wt% NaCl equiv in stage III. The ore-forming fluids in the three deposits belong to a medium temperature, low-salinity H2O-NaCl system, with trace amounts of volatile components including CO2, CH4 and N2. The C-H-O isotope data (δ13CCO2 = −18.9 to −6.7‰; δ18Owater = +1.1 to +6.3‰; δDH2O = −78 to −55‰) indicate that the ore-forming fluids were mainly magmatic water, which might be modified by fluid-rock interaction and mixing with meteoric water. Sulfur (δ34S = −7.0 to +0.3‰) and Pb isotope data (206Pb/204Pb = 18.531–18.693, 207Pb/204Pb = 15.728–15.753, 208Pb/204Pb = 38.902–39.081) suggest that the ore metal and sulfur are of magmatic origin. The involvement of both organic matter in metasedimentary rocks during fluid-rock interaction and oxidized meteoric water may have been responsible for the negative δ34S and δ13C values. Fluid boiling, fluid-rock interaction and minor input of meteoric water might have been effective factors for the precipitation of wolframite, cassiterite and scheelite. The sulfide precipitation may have resulted from cooling and dilution of magmatic fluids by mixing with meteoric water.

Nowadays, a large quantity of cemented carbide is being consumed, and the amount of scrap cemented carbide is increasing year by year. In this paper, crystal morphology, element content and phase structure of the recycled cobalt powder as well as recycled tungsten carbide powder were characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD. Hardness of the prepared W-Co alloy using recycled cobalt powder and recycled tungsten carbide powder as the raw materials was tested by Rockwell apparatus. Through analysis of these results, the existing problems in recycling of scrap cemented carbide emerged. As for recycling of scrap cemented carbide, the research results can provide theoretical basis for improvement of recycling technology and process control technology.

This research used bagasse as raw material, through xylanase biological treatment process, preparative bagasse dissolving pulp. The optimum process conditions of sulfuric acid pre-hydrolysis were as below: Acid dosage 0.10%, 150°C, 90min. After pre-hydrolysis, cellulose content of the raw materials increased 18.45%, and pentosan decreased 14.49%. The fiber quality analysis showed fiber length and width were reduced, the tiny fiber content was decreased after acid pre-hydrolysis; HPLC analysis showed the optimum acid pre-hydrolysis process which can reduce the inevitable cellulose degradation effectively,hemicelluloses were hydrolyzed furthest at the same time; FTIR spectrum analysis showed acid pre-hydrolysis process can dissolve a lot of hemicelluloses.

EGSB anaerobic reactor is used to treat the papermaking wastewater, and this paper explore the law of its quick start, HRT and operation cost. Results showed that, during the 47 days, at the condition of inlet COD concentration 2000mg/l, HRT 8h, ascending velocity 0.8m/h, gas output 3600L/d, the COD removal rate can reach up to 65%, and the operation cost is 0.75Yuan/t.

By small earthquake records from the Gansu broadband digital earthquake network, five regional source and crustal medium parameters, stress drop Δσ, quality factor parameters Q0 and η, geometrical spreading parameters R1 and R2, are inversed for the Lanzhou area. Envelops of Fourier spectra are adopted as the objective function, the values of those parameters are 34.625bars, 95.665, 0.360, 58.188km and 105.650km, respectively. These values are adopted to calculate Fourier amplitude spectra, and complex spectra are formed by combining with random phase spectra. Acceleration time histories can be simulated, and PGAs on different moment magnitude-distance pairs are obtained previously. Compared with several observed strong ground motion data, the result is lower in the case of Mw=5.0, passes through the data in the case of Mw=6.0 and higher than the record of Mw=7.0. It is adopted in regional seismic zonation. Compared with The Zonation Map of Earthquake Ground Motion Parameters in China (GB18306-2001), the result is close to the map when PGA is lower than 0.2g.

In this paper, a health risk model was used to calculate and analyze the water quality monitoring data of the Yangtze River Basin from 2007 to 2009. The data analysis leads to a conclusion that hexavalent chromium is a major health risk factor of those drinking water sources in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River basin. Based on the health risk analysis, an environment strategy analysis model and the Dynamic Actor Network Analysis (DANA) software were used to study the optimal strategy on the risk management of chromium contamination of those drinking water sources in the Jiangsu Section of the Yangtze River basin.

With accumulation of secondary metabolites vitamin E as the objective, the effects of six components contents in the culture on vitamin E accumulation in wheat embryo callus was studied and the best combination of six components in medium was determined by test optimum. The results showed that the production of vitamin E in B5 medium was the highest at KNO32700mg/L, MgSO4·7H2O 125mg/L, NAA 6mg/L, CaCl2·2H2O 75mg/L, FeSO4·7H2O 13.9mg/L and sucrose 30.0×103mg/L. Vitamin E accumulation varied obviously with sucrose content in the medium, but the influence of magnesium sulfate was not significant.

To investigate the effects of plasma HMGB1, IFN-γ, IL-4 and CD4Twenty-five patients diagnosed as ITP in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, and 20 healthy persons as controls were selected. The ELISA was used to detect the plasma levels of HMGB1, IFN-γ and IL-4 in 2 groups; the flow cytometry was used to detect the expression level of TLR4 on the surface of CD4Before treatment, the plasma HMGB1 level in ITP group was significantly higher than that in control group (t=4.259, P0.01), while after treatment it significantly decreased and close to level in control group (t=1.267, P0.05). The plasma IFN-γ level detected in ITP group before and after treatment was not significantly different from level in control group (P0.05), while the IL-4 level in ITP group before treatment was significantly lower than that in control grup (t=2.107, P0.05), but the IL-4 level in ITP group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (t=2.107, P0.05). The plasma IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in ITP group before treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (t=5.436, P0.01), but it obviously decreased and was slightly lower than that in control group after treatment. The expression level of TLR4 in ITP group before and after treatment was all significantly lower than that in control group (P0.01). The HMGB1 level in ITP group was directly proportional to the CD3The HMGB1 and TLR4 expression levels in ITP patients are higher, and clinical therapy can relieve the disease by targetly control in HMGB1 and TLR4 expression.

In order to guarantee the security of flood discharge and energy dissipation of reservoir spillway, in this paper, visual simulation of flood discharge is studied combining closely with a reservoir extension project. Based on the data sources collected by traditional data acquisition methods and modern information capture means, key techniques such as modeling of spillway, dynamic simulation of the flow and texture mapping and other corresponding methods are put forward. Then visual simulation of flood discharge for reservoir spillway is realized. This study provides an analysis platform, which is safe, economic, intuitive, easy to operate and repeatable, for simulation of spillway flood discharge in reservoir projects. It also provides a scientific and effective theoretical foundation and technical support for the engineering design, management and decision-making.

In this paper an old mining goaf in Henan province is studied with the application of 3D nonlinear finite element method. The excavation and backfilling construction and water conveyance operation of the canal upper the old mining goaf is analyzed. Simulation results show that after the grouting strengthening, no layers exceed corresponding strength limit under both canal construction and operation conditions, meanwhile the surface movement and the size of the deformation are within the scope of the standard and won’t affect the construction and safety operation of the canal.

This study evaluated the feasibility of the mixed material as matrix of eco-toilet and the temporal change of pH value, T-N, T-P, T-K, organic matter and total reduction rate of dry weight in the compost. The mixed material of beanstalk and sawdust with a volume ratio of 1:1 can be used as reaction matrix of on-site composting-type eco-toilet to improve the microbial treatment of human feces. The human feces and urine could be composted to organic fertilizer rich in elements N, P and K. Change of pH in the toilet was divided two phases: changing phase (7.1-8.8) and stable phase (8.4-8.5). T-N, T-P and T-K contents increased with gradual input of feces and urine. Organic matter content decreased from 82.8% to 71.7% and the total reduction rate of dry weight increased gradually from 62.9% to 92.2%. Compost produced in the toilet could be used as organic fertilizer with the optimal concentration ratios for different plants.

The effect of Na and Si content on vitamin E accumulation in a wheat embryo callus culture was studied. Mathematical models were established to describe the growth kinetics and accumulation of vitamin E for the wheat embryo callus cells. With vitamin E accumulation as the objective, the best combination of Na and Si addition in the medium was selected through an optimum test. The results showed that the optimal production of vitamin E in Gamborg’s B5 medium was at the 0.80 mg/L NaH2PO4•H2O and 0.00%(w/w) H2SiO3. The degree of fit of the kinetics model of vitamin E accumulation was 99.11%, whereas the degree of fit of the kinetics model of cell growth was 98.68%, with a nonlinear relation. The beneficial elements Na and Si affected vitamin E accumulation in the wheat germ callus medium and the influence of Si was more significant than that of Na.

This article took Industrial Park of Recycle Economy in Tongling as the subject, and assessed its current recycle economy development. In the same time, the symbiotic web among ‘Water-Steam-Energy’ in the park was established in this article, and the redesigned industrial park was reassessed according to its consumptions of material and energy. The result shows that the ‘Water-Steam-Energy’ symbiotic web can remarkably promote the recycle economy development, with the reduction of direct input, the accretion of resource productivity and the promotion of resource recycle utilization.
