Customer relationship management (CRM) became one of the marketing practices that is assumed to bring success to companies in recent years. Therefore, the present research aims to identify the level of development of CRM in the top ten consumer goods companies as ranked at world level in 2021. Different models describe components of the CRM and the present research uses the theoretical framework proposed by Sin et al. (2005) that comprises four CRM dimensions: key customer focus, CRM organization, knowledge management and technologybased CRM. The methodology employed includes documentary research based on the public information available on the websites of the selected companies. Two types of analyses are conducted, descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. On overall, the dimension that is the most visible is the key customer focus, while the dimension that is the least visible is CRM organization. The results reveal that CRM is present in all top ten companies, but at different levels of development. US companies are more oriented towards CRM than companies originating from other countries. In this paper, we review the general background of big data, and focus on data generation and data analysis. Then, we examine the several representative applications of big data, including enterprise management, Internet of Things, online social networks. Coaches are well placed to support athletes with an eating disorder, however it is unclear the quality of training and resources available to upskill coaches in this area. This web-based content analysis was undertaken to determine the type and source of online education resources currently available to coaches to help identify, prevent, manage and refer on for eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. Few reputable online resources were identified in the current review. This highlights the need for more comprehensive education and training resources aimed at coaches and organisations to assist in the identification and management of eating disorders and disordered eating.

This paper reveals a webometric study on the Institutional Digital Repositories (IDR) of SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) Countries. The SAARC countries include eight countries i.e. Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. In this study, a selected search engine is used to find out the number of link webpages in each IDR in with different types of links. The search engine has been used to search and collect data. The data collection method extensively makes use of five special key words like site:URL/site Address, link:URL/site Address, link:URL/site Address AND site:URL/site Address, link:URL/site Address NOT site:URL/site Address and link:URL/site Address AND NOT site:URL/site Address from selected search engine. Background: Eating disorders (ED) and disordered eating (DE) are highly prevalent in athletes. Coaches can play a role in the prevention of EDs and DE behaviours and are well placed to support athletes with an ED. However, coaches feel under-qualified and lack time and resources for supporting athletes and it is unclear the quality of training and resources available to upskill coaches in this space. Therefore, a web-based content analysis was undertaken to determine the type and source of online education resources currently available to coaches to help identify, prevent, manage and refer on for ED/DE behaviours. Methods: Three major search engines were searched using a combination of the following terms: (1) DE or ED resource and (2) coaches or sport. Included websites were specific for DE/EDs in athletes; targeted at coaches or sporting organisations; written in the English language; and published by a reputable site. Results: Twenty four out of 600 websites met inclusion criteria. The main reasons for exclusion were irreputable sites and websites not targeting coaches. The majority of included webpages were from professional bodies (n = 17) and targeted coaches (n = 24) and sporting organisations (n = 15), with an average quality rating of 4.2 out of 6. All websites provided educational resources but none provided official training. The most common topics discussed on these websites was ED/DE signs and symptoms (n = 17), and the effects of ED/DE on performance, mental and physical health (n = 11). Conclusion: Few reputable online resources were identified in the current review. There is a need for more comprehensive education and training resources aimed at coaches and athletic organisations to help prevent, identify, manage and refer on for ED/DE behaviours. Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI) is the most common form of childhood visual impairment. Yet it remains the least well understood by parents and professionals alike. There is an urgent need to provide a bridge between academic knowledge concerning CVI, and to give a practical understanding of the condition to those affected, parents, carers, and professionals alike so that a common language can be shared between patients, their carers and professionals. The wide ranging manifestations of CVI, and the lack of accessible well recognised terms to describe it, render it difficult to understand how someone with their own unique form of CVI actually “sees”. However, with graded progressive explanation, knowledge can be gained, leading to an understanding of the visual effects of CVI from the perspective of those affected. The current position of limited understanding of the condition presents a major challenge for health and education professionals: How does one bring about the requisite CVI literacy, to render the subject accessible to families, affected children and adults, and the public?One way of doing this is by means of a plain language, multi-media resource, hosted on a publicly available website, driven by a partnership of adults with CVI, parents of children with the condition and experienced professionals from around the world, including those from the vision sciences and education. Within this context, we have explored the website resource of the not-for-profit organisation CVI Scotland (https://cviscotland.org/). This comprises a growing body of CVI knowledge created for teaching, sharing, learning and developing knowledge and understanding. By analysing anonymised data concerning the activity of 80,000 users from 170 countries, we have examined where the users who are accessing the website come from, what users are seeking in terms of information, how they have accessed the website, and what devices they use. The results are interpreted though frequency analysis and linear regression. Based on this analysis several recommendations are made in terms of disseminating information about CVI to members of the public as well as developments to enhance the website itself. To our knowledge this is the first study to examine the use of a website dedicated to CVI using Google analytics.

The concept of digital marketing as targeted and interactive marketing of goods and services which is directed to improve the operating mechanism of sales of products through the application of different digital technologies has been considered. Working process with information, necessary for improvement of content of the website and optimization of sales propositions has been shown. The main indicators of web analytics, including its analytical cycle have been considered in detail. The fundamental objectives, tools and services of web analytics, allowing to organize effectively its work, have been determined.

The present study is concerned with Web analysis of library webpages of national institutes in West Bengal, India, in order to know the types of e-resources and online library services provided by those libraries during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study explores the significant initiatives taken by the libraries on online library support services being offered to meet the requirements of the library patrons during the lockdown. The researcher visited the selected library webpages of said institutes for collecting relevant information with the help of Google Search Engines between March 2021 and April 2021. It is clear from the study that any library user can easily access the libraries of IIM, Kolkata; ISI, Kolkata; IIT, Kharagpur; IIEST, Shibpur; and NUJS, Kolkata, through their library homepages. The remaining eight institute library webpages are accessed through the institute websites. A major finding is that the IIT library provided maximum information on online library support services on their library webpage, with 24 points (out of 30 points), thus ranking first, followed by ISI with 16 points ranking second, and both IIM and NUJS with 12 points ranking third. The main purpose of this study is to highlight the types of e-resources and online library services provided by libraries of national institutes in West Bengal during the COVID-19 pandemic, based on a Web analysis of the contents available on their library webpages. Many research organization have been developing institutional repositories (IRs) to increase their researches impact, but in Indonesia there is only one research organization’s IR i.e. Indonesian Institute of Sciences (Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia/LIPI) Institutional Repository. Therefore, the study of this IRs is very important to encourage research organizations to develop their IRs. This study analyzed the quality and self-archiving facilities of LIPI and world best IRs website based on Webometrics ranking. The method used web analysis on content, features and policies. The result showed that best quality IRs has a mandatory regulations to deposit researcher’s scientific work as well as a clear policy on the type of content, copyrights, and access. These IRs also provide informative features and services to supporting researcher’s self-archiving as well as facilitating public to access the web.

Yükseköğrenimde dünyada yaşanan dinamizm, ülkemizdeki üniversite eğitim süreçlerini de etkilemektedir. Türkiye'de 60 yılı aşkın bir geçmişe sahip olan iletişim eğitiminin dünyada ve ülkemizde farklı biçimlerde uygulamaları gözlemlenmektedir. Çalışmanın temel sorunsalı iletişim fakültelerindeki eğitim yapısının günümüz yükseköğrenim eğilimleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmada, yükseköğrenim sistemine kayıtlı 48 üniversitenin iletişim fakültelerinin eğitim yapıları incelenmiştir. İletişim eğitiminin genel yapısının yükseköğrenim trendleri bağlamında incelendiği çalışmada, iletişim eğitiminin yükseköğrenimin güncel eğilimlerinin oldukça uzağında olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

As scholars take greater interest in analyzing digital content, they are being presented with novel methodological challenges. Among these challenges are dealing with the volume and mutable nature of digital content and especially online content. The present work discusses a computational approach for "freezing" and analyzing aspects of a large volume of "liquid" content using an accessible combination of free software running on consumer hardware. The strengths and limitations of this approach are illustrated through an examination of the method employed in an analysis of more than 125,000 snapshots of the homepages of 21 news organizations over two months. This article analyzes the use of Internet as a space of campaign in Brazil during the last election period, in 2014. The object are the websites of the three main candidates for presidency: Dilma Rousseff (PT), Aécio Neves (PSDB) and Marina Silva (PSB). This research also follows other studies conducted inside and outside Spain, with a traditional method that analyses how the pages are structured and what are its main features. The proposal developed during this analysis modernizes the original methodology, applying for the most recent Brazilian case study, and observes the development of the pages from the three main candidates in Brazil, through a quantitative and qualitative analysis of their web pages. The study presents as theoretical starting point the discussion on the modernization of election campaigns: with advances and new possibilities, the websites have advanced on structural terms, offering various interactive features to citizens and going beyond political information, moving towards transparency and participation. The results of this analysis indicate areas of the websites presenting significant advances - such as daily updates - while on others areas it was used whit the traditional model of Web 1.0. Institutional websites are sources of content and a space that brings together users and institutions with common interests and objectives. This article offers a cybermetric analysis of the design of the websites of the biomedical research centres of Castile and León, which contributes to the study of one of the main foundations that underpin the information society, i.e. the access to information through such websites. This quantitative study reveals some of the communication tools implemented in this type of websites. This study is based on the evaluation of these websites' topological measures, properties and positioning values. This article presents a method for quantitative content analysis of news online. The research design is based on a triangulation approach, using qualitative and quantitative measures combined with automated computer-assisted analysis. Used to perform a content analysis of the online news output of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation [NRK] from 2009, this approach revealed that methodologies designed for measuring broadcasting news content do not suffice in the online news environment. Online research methods need to be redesigned to account for the medium-specific news features on the internet. Computer-assisted coding methods can contribute depth and scale to such an analysis, as it can extract and assemble detailed data on large quantities of articles. Using a combination of automatic coding methods with established content analysis for television news, this article presents a new design for quantitative content analysis of news online. This study used both the Bradford's Law and the Lotka's Law in the traditional bibliometrics to explore the web users' behavior on Wiki Websites. In addition, by doing a case study for the "Taiwan Baseball Wiki", a digital archive website which was independently developed by Taiwan, this research discussed both the distribution of the web pages and the productivity of the editors on this Wiki Website. The research results show: (1) The distribution of the web-page editing frequency is highly consistent with the Bradord's Law and the Bradford- Zipf's Law. (2) Most editing work concentrates on a few web pages. For example, the first 2% of the core pages received 25% editing regarding the number of times; nearly half of the editing boiled down to 8.8% web pages, etc. (3) For the web-page productivity, the first half segment of the Lotka distribution, which covered about 90% of the editors, is closed to a straight line. It shows the number of edited web pages versus the percentage of editors have about 1.5th power inverse proportionality. (4) For the editing frequency productivity, the first half segment of the Lotka distribution, which covered about 90% of the editors, is also closed to a straight line. On the basis of image processing technology and characteristics of web pages, a new web segmentation method - iterated shrinking and dividing is proposed in this paper. Dividing conditions and concept of dividing zone are introduced, based on which web page image is divided into visually consentaneous sub-images by shrinking and splitting iteratively. First, the web page is saved as image that is preprocessed by edge detection algorithm such as Canny. Then dividing zones are detected and the web image is segmented repeatedly until all blocks are indivisible. This method can be used to analyse the web pages such as detecting similar visual layout. Analysis of interactivity in Web sites is an important extension of a long tradition of analyzing content of media messages. But both interactivity and online analysis of content and features offer unique challenges to researchers. This study develops and tests a tool for measuring interactivity in the context of health-related Web sites. The tool was flexible enough to distinguish among multiple types of interactivity and powerful enough to show differences in interactivity based on domain type. The article highlights a new approach in which the Web is modeled as an asymmetric Hopfield Net. Each neuron in the network represents a Web page and the connections between neurons represent the hyperlinks between Web pages. A simulation study was conducted to compare the proposed model with traditional Web search algorithms. The results showed that the proposed model performed more efficiently and effectively in searching for domain-specific Web pages.
