A case study was conducted to examine corrective action and defiance/ attacking-the-accuser, two methods of crisis communication responses. P rint news coverage in relation to ' Super Size Me' and 'Wal-Mart: The High Cost of low Price, ' film documentaries that charged wrongdoings of McDonald Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores Inc, were studied. Findings of the case study are discussed.
