The civil aircraft spare parts support network is a necessary medium for the main manufacturer to provide customers with aviation materials. The rationality of its construction is conducive to improving the service quality of the main manufacturer and the customer's operational capability. Based on the Kriging method,a qualitative and quantitative combination method is proposed for weighing the location factors of the civil aircraft spare parts support network. The location factors are sorted and classified,and the data requirements for quantitative analysis of the location are obtained. The aircraft material support network site selection is weighed,and then the importance of site selection factors is evaluated. The validity and applicability are verified by comparing the proposed method with analytic hierarchy process,response surface method and Monte Carlo method. The results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the importance of site selection factors and lay a foundation for the construction of civil aircraft aviation materials support network.

The structure of aircraft technical publications is an important way to improve the efficiency of technical publications production and product market competitiveness of aviation manufacturers.Based on S1000D standard,the structural design idea of MA 700 aircraft technical publication is put forward in this paper.The overall flow of the structured method is given,the detailed process of each step of the structured method is discussed,the structuring standards and business rules decision methods are specifically discussed and examples as well as principles for generating and maintaining data management requirement list(DMRL)are given.The results show that the process and methods proposed in this paper can help to guide structuring,improve the usability and readability,benefit the normalization,standardization,and internationalization of MA 700 aircraft technical publications,support the construction and publish of MA 700 aircraft interactive electronic technical publication(IET P)system based on S1000D.

Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) is a globally significant economic crop. However, its widely cultivated varieties are highly susceptible to white rot disease. To elucidate the mechanisms of resistance in grapevine against this disease, we utilized time-ordered gene co-expression network (TO-GCN) analysis to investigate the molecular responses in the grapevine varieties 'Guifeimeigui' (GF) and 'Red Globe' (RG). An assessment of their resistance demonstrated that GF is highly resistant to white rot, whereas RG is highly susceptible. We conducted transcriptome sequencing and a TO-GCN analysis on leaf samples from GF and RG at seven time points post-infection. Although a significant portion of the differentially expressed genes related to disease resistance were shared between GF and RG, the GF variety rapidly activated its defense mechanisms through the regulation of transcription factors during the early stages of infection. Notably, the gene VvLOX3, which is a key enzyme in the jasmonic acid biosynthetic pathway, was significantly upregulated in GF. Its upstream regulator, Vitvi08g01752, encoding a HD-ZIP family transcription factor, was identified through TO-GCN and yeast one-hybrid analyses. This study provides new molecular insights into the mechanisms of grapevine disease resistance and offers a foundation for breeding strategies aimed at enhancing resistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The pursuit of a sustainable environment is a common goal for many nations; however, achieving this has become increasingly difficult due to country‐specific risks, often referred to as country risk. Despite its importance, the relationship between country risk and environmental outcomes is still in its early stages of exploration. This study aims to bridge this gap by examining the influence of country risk on India's ecological footprint within an asymmetric empirical framework, while accounting for economic growth and coal energy consumption. Utilizing the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) estimator, the analysis covers data from 1984 to 2018. The findings reveal that positive changes in economic and financial risk contribute to environmental improvement by significantly reducing the ecological footprint, whereas negative changes in these risks lead to an increase in ecological footprint. Additionally, positive changes in political risk, economic growth, and coal energy usage exacerbate the ecological footprint, while reductions in coal energy use and political risk lead to environmental benefits. Based on these outcomes, policymakers are encouraged to establish a clear risk benchmark and reduce the ecological footprint by fostering economic growth in a sustainable manner. Governments should also prioritize strong support for green technology investments and ensure stability across political, economic, and financial sectors to promote long‐term environmental sustainability. The impact of karst collapses on railway engineering spans the entire lifecycle of railway construction and operation, with train loads being a significant factor in inducing such collapses. To study the dynamic response characteristics of subgrades in karst areas and to select appropriate monitoring points and indicators for long-term effective monitoring, a numerical simulation method was employed to analyze the vibration response characteristics of the subgrade. A three-dimensional finite element model coupling the high-speed train, ballastless track, and subgrade foundation was established to study the vibration responses of subgrades when the train passes over a subgrade with an underlying soil hole and one without a soil hole. The results indicate that when there was a soil hole, both the dynamic displacement amplitude and vibration acceleration amplitude decreased, while the dominant frequency slightly increased, with the dominant frequency being higher at locations closer to the soil hole. The vibration response at the soil hole location showed significant attenuation, with the attenuation coefficient of dynamic displacement amplitude being higher than that of the vibration acceleration amplitude. Monitoring points were arranged at positions 0 m to 10 m from the toe of the slope, with vertical dynamic displacement, vertical vibration acceleration, the dominant frequency of vertical vibration acceleration, and corresponding amplitude selected as monitoring indicators. These indicators effectively reflect whether soil holes exist within the subgrade and help identify the locations of defects. This study summarizes the dynamic response characteristics of subgrades in karst areas under different conditions, providing a basis for the design and monitoring of railway subgrades in regions prone to karst collapse. Coniella vitis is a dominant phytopathogen of grape white rot in China, significantly impacting grape yield and quality. Previous studies showed that the growth and pathogenicity of C. vitis were affected by the environmental pH. Arrestin-like protein PalF plays a key role in mediating the activation of an intracellular-signaling cascade in response to alkaline ambient. However, it remains unclear whether palF affects the growth, development, and virulence of C. vitis during the sensing of environmental pH changes. In this study, we identified a homologous gene of PalF/Rim8 in C. vitis and constructed CvpalF-silenced strains via RNA interference. CvpalF-silenced strains exhibited impaired fungal growth at neutral/alkaline pH, accompanied by reduced pathogenicity compared to the wild-type (WT) and empty vector control (CK) strains. The distance between the hyphal branches was significantly increased in the CvpalF-silenced strains. Additionally, CvpalF-silenced strains showed increased sensitivity to NaCl, H2O2, and Congo red, and decreased sensitive to CaSO4. RT-qPCR analysis demonstrated that the expression level of genes related to pectinase and cellulase were significantly down-regulated in CvpalF-silenced strains compared to WT and CK strains. Moreover, the expression of PacC, PalA/B/C/F/H/I was directly or indirectly affected by silencing CvpalF. Additionally, the expression of genes related to plant cell wall-degrading enzymes, which are key virulence factors for plant pathogenic fungi, was regulated by CvpalF. Most previously studies had considered that plant fungal disease spread widely and quickly by airborne fungi spore. However, little is known about the release dynamics, aerodynamic diameter, and pathogenicity threshold of fungi spore in air of the greenhouse environment. Grape gray mold is caused by Botrytis cinerea; the disease spreads in greenhouses by spores in the air and the spore attaches to the leaf and infects plant through the orifice. In this study, 120 μmol/L propidium monoazide (PMA) were suitable for treatment and quantitation viable spore by quantitative real-time PCR, with a limit detection of 8 spores/mL in spore suspension. In total, 93 strains of B. cinerea with high pathogenicity were isolated and identified from the air samples of grapevines greenhouses by a portable sampler. The particle size of B. cinerea aerosol ranged predominately from 0.65–3.3 μm, accounting for 71.77% of the total amount. The B. cinerea spore aerosols were infective to healthy grape plants, with the lowest concentration that could cause disease being 42 spores/m3. Botrytis cinerea spores collected form six greenhouse in Shandong Province were quantified by PMA-qPCR, with a higher concentration (1182.89 spores/m3) in May and June and a lower concentration in July and August (6.30 spores/m3). This study suggested that spore dispersal in aerosol is an important route for the epidemiology of plant fungal disease, and these data will contribute to the development of new strategies for the effective alleviation and control of plant diseases. The introduction of strain InxGa1-xAs channel with high In content increases the confinement of the two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) and further improves the high-frequency performance of InGaAs/InAlAs/InP HEMTs. The effect of InxGa1-xAs channel with different In contents on electron irradiation tolerance of InP-based HEMT structures in terms of 2DEG mobility and density has been investigated. The experiment results show that, after the same high electron irradiation dose, the 2DEG mobility and density in InP-based HEMT structures with strain InxGa1-xAs (x＞0.53) channel decrease more dramatically than that without strain In0.53Ga0.47As channel. Moreover, the degradation of 2DEG mobility and density becomes more severe as the increase of In content and strain in the InxGa1-x As channel. The research results can provide some suggestions for the design of radiation-resistant InP-based HEMTs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
