organic food consumption ,consumer’s attitude ,decision making process ,Agriculture - Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the association between socio-demographic variable and attitudes of respondents from Serbia and Croatia towards organic food. Consumers around the world have a positive attitude towards organic food without particular differences between various socio-demographic variables. However, the level of organic food consumption is low - organic farming covers 1% of agricultural land. High price and low income of respondents represent the basic limiting factors. The economic factor is especially important for the markets of Serbia and Croatia. Also, a lack of information and trust in the organic production and organic certificates constitute part of the decision in purchase. Therefore, manufactures of organic products needs marketing activities to build a recognizable brand and develop trust among consumers. Also, consumers have shown a high degree of self-awareness in making decisions about the purchase of organic products, which makes brand communication at the point of sale very important.

EUROSCEPTICISM , *POLITICAL attitudes , *DEMOGRAPHIC change & politics , *SOCIOECONOMICS - Abstract
The recent spread of Euroscepticism has largely been limited to criticism of the actions, inefficiencies, or credibility of EU institutions, while the issue of leaving or not joining the EU is still out of focus for the vast majority of the European population. With the exception of the United Kingdom, which withdrew from the EU, Serbia is the only country where the majority of the population does not want to join the bloc. This paper is dedicated to researching the causes of this phenomenon and measuring their impact on the current additional increase in resistance to the EU among the population of Serbia. This paper presents the results of a survey organised by the authors in Serbia in 2020. MANOVA and the Generalised Linear Model (GLM) were used to analyse the impact of different demographic and socio-economic characteristics, as well as the influence of the national attachment of respondents to their attitude towards EU membership. The results showed that Euroscepticism was on the rise due to a weakening expectation of economic benefits of EU membership and a strengthening of national attachment, including concerns over the loss of national sovereignty, under increased EU pressure on Serbia to give up disputed Kosovo territories. POWER (Social sciences) ,INDUSTRIAL relations ,RISK aversion ,HUMAN resources departments ,LABOR market - Abstract
The aim of the research was to examine and analyze the relationship between social and demographic variables and respondents' opinions on the relationship of managers to the organization and other employees. Also the aim was exploring the relationship employees have with their superiors, as well as respondents' opinions on the possible impact of the "power distance" and "risk and uncertainty avoidance" dimensions on the processes of creating and developing mutual relations. The research was conducted on the territory of the Republic of Serbia in the last quarter of 2020 on a sample of a total of 140 respondents. The methods used for the statistical data processing were descriptive statistics methods and single and multi-factor analysis using the ANOVA. The results of the research indicate that managers in the organizations in which the respondents are employed are more task-oriented than people-oriented and that they do not have a daily exchange with employees. Also, of the total number of respondents in this survey, more than half of respondents believe that it is difficult to develop independent entrepreneurship in the Republic of Serbia, two thirds of respondents worry about safety and duration of employment, and the same percentage believe that most employees in Serbia do not resign from work for the fear of not finding the same or similar job in their profession. Furthermore, the results of this research indicate that the labor market in the Republic of Serbia has qualified human resources that are able to respond to the demands of the modern digital environment. INNOVATIONS in business ,ORGANIZATIONAL change ,GLOBALIZATION ,QUANTITATIVE research ,QUALITATIVE research - Abstract
Over the past few decades, psychological approaches to leadership supported by quantitative research have emerged. However, these approaches often show narrow perspectives. As a result, in this decade new multidiscipline approaches to leadership with broader perspectives and qualitative research methodologies have been developed, but only a few scholars have as yet managed to conduct studies within this framework. Recent research has shown that imagination, inspiration, innovativeness, ability of improvisation, spontaneity, presentation, relationship and flexibility are among the most required attributes in leadership. What type of leadership styles will enable the development of innovations and speed up the implementation of added values in the company? What is the magical formula for anticipating business in the future? All these are questions in which managers and leaders in the profit and non-profit sector are looking for valuable answers. Business is no longer a rational process in which decisions are made only on the basis of exact facts, knowledge and information. Innovative leadership believes in the power of human creativity. Only those leaders who can respond creatively to the everyday unexpected situations in the future will survive and last. This paper is the result of deeper analyze of the role of innovative leadership in the process of organizational change, as well as a qualitative research - in depth interviews with thirty Millennials' leaders on the topic of creativity, value, integrity and purpose, teamwork conducted from September till November 2017 in the Republic of Serbia. 14. Cause of recession in publishing companies in Serbia

editorial concept of newspapers ,media marketing ,electronic newspapers ,printed media - Abstract
The paper highlights issues pertaining to evaluation of the balance between the electronic and the printed form of an identical newspaper product. Of particular importance for the printed media is the phenomenon that the newspapers are facing competition from a product with identical contents produced by the same publisher. The Global Economic Crisis has affected all ventures and has negatively impacted on the respective national economies worldwide, accelerating the folding of many newspapers who contributed to the process with inadequate editorial concepts that chose to ignore the technical and technological advancement and its implications. Notwithstanding the global dimension of the recession of publishing companies, the local variety of the phenomenon is identical to its international mould. Initially, the phenomenon was attributed to the ownership structure according to which there are practically no local printed media with the exception of offshore companies whose owners are not publicly known. However, if the consequences of recession on the local newspapers are compared with its consequences on the newspapers in other economies where multinational global capital is not present in the same ratio, the rate of the spreading of recessive trends can also be attributed to the rate of events typical for the media business sphere that did not occur with the emergence of electronic business, but rather in accordance with the nature of the media as a specific business venture sphere.

MASS media , *READERSHIP , *SENSORY perception , *OPINION (Philosophy) , *TABLOID newspapers - Abstract
Media shape the reality perceived by readership. The readership receives information from the media in the form in which the readers tend to pass them on as their own opinions. Despite the increasing danger of such reality, no research into the perception on tabloid editions has been conducted locally. The aim of this research was to verify if there are laws in the perception on tabloids concerning the characteristics of certain segments of population. The research thus established the correlation between the increase of negative attitudes to tabloids and the higher education level in respondents. Another expectation made in initial hypotheses being of greater social significance was an extremely high level of agreement in the opinion that tabloids represent a low form of culture, that their reporting is distasteful and that they should not be trusted. The theoretical framework and the results obtained through research may be of great significance for both the media and other participants in the advertising industry - advertisers and advertising agencies. The scientific contribution of this paper is in the initial data obtained by the researchers pertaining to the readership (respondents) perception of tabloids in RS, which regard the fields of sociology, media and advertising.
