In this paper, the structural and kinematic analysis of the mechanism of a municipal waste pressing system is made. The mechanism works in four phases. Two of the phases represent the operation itself, and two phases are for bringing the mechanism into pressing position. For the modules of which the actuation mechanism is constituted, kinematic calculation procedures have been drawn up, procedures that have been accessed by a main computing program. The results obtained were transposed graphically in the form of diagrams to give a clearer picture of the kinematic parameters of the mechanism elements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper had as main objective the comparison of new technological solutions for degraded grassland using a grasslands regeneration machine and a trailed vindrover, with the conventional technologies. The grasslands regeneration machine performs several operations in one pass, as follows: soil tillage in narrow strips, direct seeding of an herb seed mixture into the vegetal cover and light compaction of the soil over the seeds for a proper contact, in order to obtain a good germination. The trailed vindrover is designed to the harvest and conditioning forage technology, running in a single pass operation of mowing, crushing and left on the ground to dry naturally. Experimental researches were carried out in two locations, namely National Institute of Research-Development for Machines and Installations designed for Agriculture and Food Industry- INMA Bucharest and Grasslands Research-Development Station- SCDP Vaslui, in the agricultural year 2014. For each technological link the following parameters were determined: fuel consumption per hour, fuel consumption per surface unit, hourly working capacity and labor consumption. Analyzing the comparative diagrams, it was observed that total average values of parameters obtained in the two locations in spring and late summer by applying the new technological variants were smaller than the ones obtained by applying conventional technologies. The new technological solutions for regeneration of degraded grasslands involve less fuel and labor consumption, being more environmentally friendly than conventional technologies used so far. In this paper is studied, based on the calculation model of plansifter SPP 618 A, the influence of the elastic suspending rods on the circular movement described by the plansifter. The operating regime of the plansifter must transmit to the material an adequate relative motion that should meet the requirements of a good separation. Thus, each grid point of the plansifter must describe a circle of radius equal to the eccentricity between the vertical long axis of the plansifter and the short axis of the counterweights. For usual construction of plansifters, the radius of the described circle has the value of r = 45 mm. Based on the calculation model, we determined the own pulsations, the stiffness of the suspending system and thus the radius of the circle described by the movement of the plansifter. This study was conducted in order to establish dependencies between dimensions of elastic rods and materials they are made of and the radius of the circle described by the movement of the plansifter. In the present paper it has been studied a horizontal mixer with a revolutionary kneading arm which is not treated in its domain. The purpose of this paper is to determine a mathematical model for the energetic kneading process of the studied mixer and the specific medium kneading resistance Km, for multiple types of flour mixed with different quantities of water. În această lucrare este studiată, pe baza modelului de calcul al sitei plane SPP 618 A, influenţa tijelor elastice de suspendare asupra mişcării circulare descrise de sita plană. Regimul de funcţionare al sitei trebuie să asigure materialului o mişcare relativă corespunzătoare care să îndeplinească cerinţele unei bune separări. Astfel, fiecare punct al sitei plane trebuie să descrie un cerc de rază egală cu excentricitatea dintre axul lung vertical al sitei plane şi axul scurt al contragreutăţilor. Pentru construcţii uzuale de sită plană raza cercului descris are valoarea r = 45 mm. Pe baza modelului de calcul au fost determinate pulsaţiile proprii, rigiditatea sistemului de suspendare şi, implicit, raza cercului descris de mişcarea plan circulară a sitei. Acest studiu a fost realizat în vederea stabilirii unei dependenţe între dimensiunile şi materialele din care sunt confecţionate tijele elastice şi raza cercului descris de mişcarea sitei plane. În prezenta lucrare s-a studiat un mixer orizontal cu un braţ de frământare revoluţionar care nu se regăseşte în literatura acestui domeniu. În această lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele obţinute la testarea în laborator a două tipuri de mecanisme pentru reglarea normei de însămânţare a maşinilor de regenerat pajişti, în aceleaşi condiţii de lucru. Cercetările experimentale s-au desfăşurat pe o instalaţie automatizată, care simulează viteza de lucru a maşinii, colectează, măsoară şi afişează cantităţile de seminţe. Au fost determinaţi şi comparaţi următorii indici calitativi de lucru: abaterea în raport cu media probelor, gradul de neuniformitate a distribuţiei pe lăţimea de lucru şi normele de însămânţare. This paper presents the laboratory tests of the two types of mechanism for seed rate adjustment of grassland drills, in the same working conditions. Tests were conducted on an automated installation, which simulates the working speed of the drill, collects, measures and displays seed quantities. The main quality work indices as: the deviation in relation to the average of samples, the unevenness degree of seeds distribution on the grassland drill working width and seeding rate, were determined and compared. The paper presents the results of experimental tests of deep soil loosening machine EAA - 220 in order to determine the following qualitative indexes: soil loosening degree, working depth, working width and soil levelling degree. Experimental tests were performed at INMA Bucharest (during 2012, 2013 and 2014) where the average humidity of soil was u = 29.9% and average resistance necessary to penetrate the soil of 2840.5 kPa. Mechanical vibrations occur in any system where there are motors for driving mechanisms or inertial elements elastically supported. The presence of mechanical vibrations is generally harmful because of their effects. Depending on the complexity of the machine, characterized by the distribution of weight and flexible system configuration, the parameters of vibration isolation can be determined only on the basis of a model able to reproduce the dynamic behavior of the machine. An important component of modern society is represented by renewable energy. This type of energy can be obtained through energetic plant processing, wind energy, solar energy, etc. Taking into consideration the potential of energetic plants regarding ensuring a sustainable future from an energetic point of view, this paper presents a review on the way in which mechanical properties influence the processing stage. Considering that the equipment used for this process is in continuing development, knowing the energetic plant stem mechanical properties is a major component in creating and developing these machines. Energetic plant mechanical properties are important data for mathematical modelling of the processes to which the stems are subjected to. Studying shearing resistance, compression/stretching resistance, cutting resistance, as well as the elasticity module, we can see that all the data lead to creating an adequate design for the equipment. There were performed experimental researches on vibration of a conical sieve with vertical axle equiangularly suspended by three thin elastic cables both at upper and lower part. The sieve driving was made by a driving mechanism with oscillating slide way through a connecting arm rigidly fixed at conical sieve edge and spherically articulated at the mechanism rod. The paper presents the components of acquisition program and describes the vibrations parameters for several geometrical and functional variants of driving mechanism. Results presented and utilization method of LabView program can be a model for the researchers studying vibrations of equipment working surfaces from agriculture and food industry. Choosing the functional and constructive characteristics of the equipment on the technological flow of a milling plant is influenced primarily by the physical properties of grist intermediate products. In the paper are presented the results of experimental researches concerning the physical properties of grist (the coefficient of static friction - on three types of surfaces, angle of natural slope, bulk density, density, specific surface, porosity) at plansifter compartment of the reduction roller mill for a milling plant of 4.2 t/h from Romania. Romania's strategic objective of EU integration imposes, among others, policies that ensure the implementation of community requirements on the free movement of products, which is based on an open market economy, based on competition and economic and social cohesion. Agricultural productivity (main economic branch through its impact on the society and environment) is influenced by technological level of applied work, sowing work occupying a very important place in these technologies. This paper presents a method for testing the hoeing plants sowing machines with the help of a stand equipped with laser sensors that measure the time interval between the fall of two seeds which it transforms in space and which it compares to the reference area calculated by a specialized software after entering the input data (density, distance between rows, number of holes on the disk, speed). In industrial mills grinding and sifting operations are complementary and their characteristic equipments form a technological passage. Technological flow for turning of wheat into flour comprises two main phases: coarse grinding (grist breakage) and fine grinding (grist reduction). After breakage of wheat seeds and wheat seed parts, intermediate grit products are directed to the reduction phase. In the paper is analyzed the flow (circulation) of grist products in the reduction technological phase in a milling plant with capacity of 4.2 t/h. For this phase, the milling plant is equipped with six technological passages, having six plansifter compartments in which products grinded with smooth cylinders are divided on fractions with particles of different sizes, while extracting flour and bran. Fractions (semolina and dust) are returned to the grinding process. Also, in the paper is presented the particle size distribution comparative results of each fraction obtained at plansifter compartments of one and two reduction roll. Is made a discussion on the size limits between is falling particles of each fraction, as well as their visual appearance (endosperm/shell content, shape and size of particles, the amount of flour extracted). In the paper are presented the theoretical and experimental researches results regarding the particle size characteristics variation of grist coming from breakage phase of wheat seeds on the milling plant technological flow of 100 t / 24h capacity, along with constructive parameters of grinding rolls. The dynamical study of oscillatory motion in the horizontal plane of a conical sieve with vertical axis, suspended in three points, is presented in this paper. The sieve is suspended with three elastic cables, in three points, at the top and at the bottom. The differential equations of the sieve motion in polar coordinates have been determined with Lagrange's equations. The trajectory of the sieve joint point to the acting mechanism was graphically drawn. Analyzing the trajectory of a point on the sieve, some qualitative assessments on material motion on the sieve, in separation process, can be done. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the paper it is presented the flow diagram of the wheat breakage phase in a milling plant with the capacity of 4.2 t/h, as well as the experimental results of the granulometric analysis of the grist from the plane sifter compartment of the Second Break. It is presented the particle size distribution of the grist that comes from the grinding rolls, but also the five grist fractions in which it is divided into plane sifter compartment of respective passage. Experimental data obtained for the particle size distributions of grist fractions were tested by computer regression analysis, with known distribution laws: Schuhman, Rosin-Rammler, Gauss and log-normal, determining the values for the equations coefficient and the correlation coefficient R².
