The article examines the nature of the effect of the digital economy and artificial intelligence on the participants of the school educational process. The study deploys a Likert scale questionnaire, focused interview, and IBM SPSS Statistics 22 as the main instruments. The authors determine the status of a teacher in the AI-teacher system and identify the nature of AI's influence on the students and communication within the teacher-student-teacher system. Support is provided for the hypothesis suggesting that the effect of the digital economy and AI on the participants of the school educational process (teachers and students) is complex and controversial and causes the differences in the teachers' positions depending on their age, working experience, and the subject of specialization. The primary advantage of the article is the identification of stable relationships in the teacher-student-teacher system developing with the help of AI. The study indicates the teacher's advantage over AI in teaching technique and social influence, as well as the negative effect of AI on students' health. For the first time, the authors examine the nature of role changes in the AI-teacher system in the context of a global pandemic. The danger of AI replacing teachers with the help of teachers themselves is identified. The acquired results may be used by theorists and practitioners for further development of the foundations of the system of education and human interaction with AI in the digital economy.

This study aimed to identify the feasibility and expediency of gamifying activities in higher education institutions, for which an original methodology was used. However, gamification is complex and carries a high degree of risk in achieving organizational efficiency. It is therefore advisable to adopt a fragmented approach and selectively gamify individual processes and features, focusing on educational and research activities. When introducing gamification, top management should provide conceptual and regulatory support and HR specialists coordination. Using a distribution model of managerial functions for gaming activities and determining priorities, taking the use of artificial intelligence into account, is shown to be expedient.

The relevance of the research is conditioned by the need to win the competition struggle by certain organizations and area in general. Education has recently become very popular for the training of highly professional staff. However, achieving this goal is possible by means of creation of favorable working and learning conditions, maintaining health of the teaching staff and students. Therefore, the present article has the purpose to reveal the issues of monitoring of working conditions and the nature of their influence on the health of students and academic staff of Russian State Social University (RSSU). The main approach, implemented in the study has been the system one, giving the opportunity to study the problem in the logical relationship. Also, there has been used the method of comparative analysis, based on the comparison of the results of content analysis of documentary data of the university and sociological survey. The paper reveals the nature of the impact of working conditions on the health of students and teaching staff. There is a dependence of the increase in the incidence of the academic staff and the duration of the university renewal. Scientific and methodological recommendations for the formation of working and learning conditions, favorable for health of students and professors have been working out.

The relevance of the article is conditioned by the exceptional importance of the social infrastructure for the development of the state, society and each individual. Social infrastructure ensures the development of the municipal unit, satisfaction of the basic needs and interests of the population, creation of the conditions for its subsistence and reproduction. In this connection, the paper aims at analysis of the main challenges and tendencies in the functioning of the social infrastructure of the Russian territories, the factors of its development. The major method of research is jury of opinion--the leaders of local authorities, that has allowed to consider the main resources and restrictions of their activities for the development of social infrastructure in the modern Russian conditions. The article includes the analysis of factors, determining the effectiveness of the development of social infrastructure of municipal units in the Russian Federation. The work discloses the financial-and-economic and political factors, limiting the development of territorial social infrastructure. The article proves that the socio-cultural factors can serve as resources of formation of investment attractiveness of the territory, the development of social infrastructure. The results of the research can be used in the activity of public authorities in drafting of regulations, the practice of local government, contributing to the development of social infrastructure.

Every organization wants to be successful and have desire to get constant progress. Motivation is one of the most important factors that can help us achieve organizational goals. Human motivation can be seen as a never-ending process due to the uncertainties of the business environment. The main aim of this study is to examine and introduce the motivational characteristics, problems, and opportunities of Bulgarian and Hungarian agricultural organizations based on our own research. The research was conducted by using a quantitative method by means of a questionnaire survey as the main source of getting the primary data. Although our research does not allow conclusions to be drawn across for the whole agricultural sector, it can be generally concluded that salaries and working conditions have a strong motivational effect on agricultural workers in both countries. Furthermore, the study also showed that the majority of employees satisfied with job security and their work. For the first time, a comparative analysis of the motivation of agricultural workers in Bulgaria and Hungary was carried out, which allows a more systematic look at the problem of motivation in agriculture. The present research aims to identify the characteristics of satisfaction with the quality of life in employees of Russian enterprises: elected trade unionists, trade union members, and non-union workers. Methods used in the study include a questionnaire, detailed focused interviews, participant observation, and content analysis with further data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. An original version of the questionnaire has been constructed using the Likert scale. Results: The mass dissatisfaction of all categories of workers with received salary is revealed. The results indicate that the level of workers' satisfaction with the quality of life depends on their affiliation with trade unions and participation in the organization of trade union activity. Satisfaction with the quality of life in employees of Russian enterprises is largely dependent on their status, membership in a trade union, and the geographical location of the enterprise. Moreover, the level of non-union workers' satisfaction with various aspects of the quality of life is generally higher than that of trade union members. For the first time, the authors comprehensively study the problems of enterprise employees' satisfaction with the quality of life from the standpoints of elected trade unionists, regular union members, and non-union workers. The practical implications of the study are found in the possibility of improving the effectiveness of social partnership and workers' satisfaction with the quality of life. The main advantage of the study lies in the identification of a stable relationship: the longer the employee's working experience, the more they are dissatisfied with the value of their work at the enterprise; satisfaction with wages depends on the employee's status and the duration of their work at the present enterprise. The article discusses the issues of increasing the efficiency of intangible incentives for an educational organization. The purpose of the research was to reveal the nature of the impact of intangible incentives on employees of an educational organization in the context of digitalization of society. The impact of the pandemic on the assessment of intangible staff incentives was also discussed. The main research methods were a questionnaire based on the Google Form platform and a focus group in a remote format. The peculiarity of the research was the identification of respondents' opinions in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic. In the course of the research, it was established that in the conditions of digitalization and epidemiological crisis both new methods of intangible incentives and traditional ones are actively used in universities. The technologies of their application more often satisfy teachers. The most relevant issue was the stability of a teacher's work place through an employment contract for a longer period than a year. This creates a sense of stability, respect and professional recognition, which increases teachers' resistance to stressful situations. The traditional methods of intangible incentives were in special demand for state and departmental awards. The article examines the nature of the impact of social control on the effectiveness of the youth personnel policy through studying the nature of awareness of employees about the changes in the organization and satisfaction with the system of involving young people in social control under the corporate governance, and the development and the implementation of effective youth policy. The study was conducted using a set of sociological methods: questionnaire survey, using the Google Forms online service and the SPSS Statistics software package 23 with the aim of constructing a regression model; analysis of documents; expert survey. Based on the results of the conducted empirical research, it was turned out that social control has a complex and direct effect on the effectiveness of the youth personnel policy. Effective implementation of the youth personnel policy in the system of managing organizations in the context of social control is possible only in case of their full awareness of all the elements of the youth personnel policy. The main conditions of the implementation of the youth personnel policy are: an effective system of informing the personnel about the changes occurring in the organization; involvement of young people in active participation in social control under the corporate governance, and the development and implementation of effective youth policy. The results of the regression analysis made it possible to determine how much the change of the satisfaction of young specialists involved into the system of attracting young people to active participation in the vital activity of the state affects the level of their satisfaction with the system of attracting young people to active participation in social control and the life of the organization. With the aid of the regression model, it can be proposed a variant of forecasting growth or reducing the level of citizens' satisfaction with the system of attracting young people to active participation in social control and the life of the organization under the system changes of attracting young people to active participation in the vital activity of the state.
