The rapid market changes and strong product individualization create the need for great flexibility of manufacturing management on new foundations, such as the Industry 4.0 model. Digital manufacturing is the basis for Industry 4.0, that have the following dimensions: (i) digital manufacturing based on advanced digital-oriented technologies, (ii) smart products (advanced manufacturing mode and new characteristics), and (iii) smart supply - chain (procurement of raw materials and delivery of finished products). Bidirectional exchange of information in collaborative manufacturing, using it exchange also for digital platforms of design of the innovative products. In this paper we are showing developed model of one Serbian digital factory model for Quality 4.0 (Q 4.0) , especially in workshop as a part of ERP/MES model.

Basics: Industry 4.0 is a realized reality, which already today has a growing application in medicine and dentistry. So, at this moment, its application is especially important in the fight against covid-19. Aim of the paper: The purpose of this review paper is to understand the role of Industry 4.0 in the field of medicine and dentistry and to identify research directions, including future applications, especially for covid-19. Material and method: A detailed analysis of papers on Industry 4.0 in medicine, dentistry and related fields was performed and possible applications and directions of research were identified, especially for covid-19.Result: Through this review study, we identified different technologies, opportunities and research status of Industry 4.0 in the field of medicine, dentistry and covid-19 pandemic, through 19 areas of application. We can say that Industry 4.0 will become an essential part of tomorrow's smart factory of medical and dental devices. Conclusion: Industry 4.0 shows a wide range of possibilities for the production of newly adapted implants (medical and dental) and innovative tools and instruments for the field of medicine and dentistry. This model enables the creation of a digital clinic and digital office, with a complete system of medical and dental monitoring, which meets the individual requirements of the patient, thus creating the industry of medicine and dentistry with optimization of treatment time and costs. In the future, Industry 4.0 will create new capabilities and innovative protocols for the treatment and care of patients, both in medicine and dentistry.

For a long time, and especially today, the energy crisis has been a limiting factor for the growth and development of the world economy. On the other hand, improving the reliability and readiness of energy production systems is becoming a first class priority for research and development institutions around the world. Therefore, the process of production, transport, distribution and usage of energy is increasingly becoming a very important part of smart systems, whose basic framework is Industry 4.0. Thus, starting from the analogies between industrial manufacturing and mining (i.e. “ore production”), the concept of smart mining is developed. This model has three dimensions: (i) application of advanced digital technologies (Cloud Computing and Internet of Things) with automated Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Adaptive Manufacturing Processes (depending on working conditions) and Control of Manufacturing Processes (with optimal resource usage); (ii) Smart Maintenance of CPS (for machinery and equipment); and (iii) Smart Supply Chains (procurement of materials and spare parts / delivery of final products). Deeper analyses have shown that most of the Industry 4.0 elements could be applied with some modifications in mining (there are 45 in total, and analyses have shown that 32 of them can be successfully applied in smart mining) – which was the starting point for the ERP model presented in this paper. The developed ERP model has three main parts: a virtual part based on the Cloud Computing model (SaaS model) and usage of Internet of Things to connect different business processes (procurement, sales, management, finance, warehousing, downtime monitoring etc.), the manufacturing part (coal production in open-pit mine) and the technology process part (monitoring and maintenance of auxiliary machinery). This paper presents the developed and partially implemented ERP model for Industry 4.0 in smart mining at one surface coal mine in the Republic of Serbia.

Introduction Models of excellence are considered a practical tool in the field of management that should help a variety of organizations, including dental, to carry out the measurement of the quality of provided services, and so define their position in relation to excellence. The quality of healthcare implies the degree within which the system of healthcare and health services increases the likelihood of positive treatment outcome. Objective The aim of the present study was to define a model of excellence in the field of dental healthcare (DHC) in the Republic of Serbia and suggest the model of DHC whose services will have the characteristics of outstanding service in the dental practice. Methods In this study a specially designed questionnaire was used for the assessment of the maturity level of applied management regarding quality in healthcare organizations of the Republic of Serbia. The questionnaire consists of 13 units and a total of 240 questions. Results The results of the study were discussed involving four areas: (1) defining the main criteria and sub-criteria, (2) the elements of excellence of DHC in the Republic of Serbia, (3) the quality of DHC in the Republic of Serbia, and (4) defining the framework of the model of excellence for the DHC in the Republic of Serbia. The main criteria which defined the framework and implementation model of excellence in the field of DHC in Serbia were: leadership, management, human resources, policy and strategy, other resources, processes, patients' satisfaction, employee's satisfaction, impact on society and business results. The model had two main parts: the possibilities for the first five criteria and options for the other four criteria. Conclusion Excellence in DHC business as well as the excellence of provided dental services are increasingly becoming the norm and good practice, and progressively less the exception., Uvod Modeli izvrsnosti se smatraju praktičnim alatom u oblasti upravljanja koji treba da pomogne različitim organizacijama, pa i stomatološkim, da same izvrše merenje nivoa kvaliteta pruženih usluga i tako definišu gde se nalaze u odnosu na izvrsnost. Kvalitetna zdravstvena zaštita podrazumeva stepen u kojem sistem zdravstvene zaštite i zdravstvena usluga povećavaju verovatnoću pozitivnog ishoda lečenja. Cilj rada Cilj istraživanja bio je da se definiše model izvrsnosti za oblast stomatološke zdravstvene zaštite (SZZ) u Republici Srbiji i predloži model organizacije SZZ čija će usluga imati odlike izvrsne usluge u stomatološkoj praksi. Metode rada Za ovo istraživanje korišćen je posebno sačinjen upitnik za ocenu nivoa zrelosti primenjenog upravljanja kvalitetom u zdravstvenim organizacijama u Republici Srbiji. Upitnik se sastojao od 13 celina i 240 pitanja. Rezultati Rezultati istraživanja su razmatrani u četiri oblasti: 1) definisanje glavnih kriterijuma i podkriterijuma; 2) elementi izvrsnosti za SZZ u Republici Srbiji; 3) kvalitet u SZZ Republike Srbije; i 4) definisanje okvira modela izvrsnosti za SZZ u Republici Srbiji. Glavni kriterijumi koji su definisali okvir i primenu modela izvrsnosti u oblasti SZZ u Srbiji bili su: liderstvo, upravljanje ljudskim resursima, politika i strategija, ostali resursi, procesi, zadovoljstvo pacijenata, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, uticaj na društvo i poslovni rezultati. Model je imao dve osnovne celine: mogućnosti za prvih pet kriterijuma i mogućnosti za ostala četiri kriterijuma. Zaključak Izvrsnost u poslovanju SZZ, kao i izvrsnost pruženih stomatoloških usluga, sve više postaje pravilo i dobra praksa, a sve manje izuzetak.

Standardization processes in business systems are expanding intensively primarily through the global development of standards relating to different management systems within individual organizations (quality, environment, safety, laboratory, etc.). The essential question put forward in their application is how to design and application. There exist different approaches in dealing with this problem and the paper discusses the application QM in laboratory, used ISO 17025 and 15189 standards. The paper also includes the results of detailed analysis those standard. .

Business excellence models have a long history of development of sixty years. Today, the business excellence model can be essentially classified as world's most famous models/awards for excellence (Japanese, American and European), the most popular national models of excellence (the Australian, British, German, French), as well as models of excellence companies (Siemens, Philips, Toyota). In the world today there are about 120 models of excellence. The best way to improve quality of health organizations that have systems of quality management is by application of the concept of total quality (TQM). This approach ensures the improvement of overall performance of health organizations, primarily the internal organization including management, resources, processes and human resources, health services and performance of business results. The market requires high quality products and services to improve the quality of life, or TQM excellence models in all areas of social subjects operations. It is a process that never ends, and knowing the nature of man who was never satisfied with achieved, that is main driving force for social development. We are witnesses today that some countries are introducing awards to organizations which succeeded in implementation of TQM and models of excellence for quality achievement. The development of a model of business excellence (BE) for dental health care is the main subject of the current study. The aim of this study is to present and analyze the existing criteria for product excellence and based on that, to define criteria for models of excellence for dental health care in Serbia., Istorija razvoja modela poslovne izvrsnosti duga je šezdeset godina. Oni se u osnovi mogu klasifikovati na: najpoznatije svetske modele - nagrade za izvrsnost (japanski, američki i evropski), najpoznatije nacionalne modele izvrsnosti (australijski, britanski, nemački, francuski) i kompanijske modele izvrsnosti (Siemens, Philips, Toyota). Danas u svetu postoji oko 120 modela izvrsnosti. Najbolji način za unapređenje kvaliteta zdravstvene organizacije jeste primena koncepta 'upravljanja ukupnim kvalitetom'. Ovaj pristup obezbeđuje unapređenje celokupnog poslovanja zdravstvene organizacije, prvenstveno interne organizacije, koja uključuje rukovodstvo, resurse, procese, kadrove, zdravstvene usluge i primenu poslovnih rezultata. Na tržištu se zahteva visok kvalitet proizvoda i usluga radi poboljšanja kvaliteta življenja, odnosno koncepta upravljanja ukupnim kvalitetom preko modela izvrsnosti poslovanja svih subjekata društva. To je proces bez kraja, poznavajući prirodu čoveka, koji nikada nije zadovoljan postignutim, što je osnovna pokretačka snaga razvoja društva. Svedoci smo da neke države uvode priznanja za organizacije koje su u određenom periodu napravile relevantan uspeh u primeni koncepta upravljanja ukupnim kvalitetom, odnosno u ostvarivanju modela izvrsnosti u postizanju kvaliteta. Ovde se istražuje razvoj modela poslovne izvrsnosti za oblast stomatološke zdravstvene zaštite. Cilj rada bio je da se predstave i analiziraju kriterijumi za model izvrsnosti, te na osnovu toga definišu kriterijumi modela izvrsnosti za stomatološku zdravstvenu zaštitu u Republici Srbiji.

The objective of this paper is to discuss the feature-based inspection planning on CMM in a wider context, within a digital manufacturing concept. The digital manufacturing implies development of digital models of all elements of the manufacturing chain, in order to provide their digital verification. STEP standard as an enabler of feature-based manufacturing is presented along with its application protocols, considering design, planning, manufacturing and inspection of prismatic parts. The case study on the feature-based CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAI model in a manufacturing SME is shown to depict the position of CAI in this concept as well as its practical achievements. This is followed by the research recommendations for the improvement of the presented model.

International audience; In this paper, we investigate the use of the scalability property of RMS to reduce the energy cost during the production. The corresponding optimization problem is a new Bilevel Optimization problem which combines a line balancing problem with a planning problem. A heuristic based on a simulated annealing algorithm and a linear program is proposed. An illustrative example is presented to highlight the potential of this new approach compared to the cost obtained with a classic production line.

International audience; The design of innovative offers involves deep collaboration between the provider and the customer to create higher value than in traditional offers. Product-Service Systems (PSS) are bundles of products and services and constitute innovative offers designed to fit complex customer needs. The academic literature on PSS development has a strong focus on the provider perspective, and only a few works address customer involvement in the process of value co-creation. This paper proposes a methodological framework composed of a customer view and a provider view, highlighting the interface between them, in which value co-creation takes place. The proposed framework aims at supporting the collaboration process between the customer and the provider during the entire PSS development. The framework has been built within a R&D project in a French company called Vibratec.

International audience; Reconfigurable manufacturing systems (RMS) emerged in literature during the last two decades with the aim to respond to the rapid increase in product demand and variations. The implementation of such solutions in the industry is very recent and remains difficult. In this article, an analysis of the industrial requirements and challenges involving four key aspects of RDSS (reconfigurability, digitalization, servitization and sustainability) is based on semi-structured interviews conducted with representatives from the industry. Further, the identified requirements and challenges are compared to those extracted from an extensive literature review. The findings of the comparison are divided into technology and organization oriented issues and show a strong interconnection of the four key aspects: Digitalization offers possibilities for the implementation of sustainable systems, servitization creates the possibility for companies to achieve more flexibility through reconfigurable systems and the further development of RMS offers more possibilities for digitalization and thus a better adaptation to current requirements.

Part 1: Advanced Modelling, Simulation and Data Analytics in Production and Supply Networks; International audience; After disasters occurred, many refugees have to suffer a lot. To relieve this detrimental situation, various commodities are distributed to the pre-determined warehouses. However, the initial multi-commodity distribution may be imperfect, which results in some warehouses having surplus commodities compared to other unmet warehouses. Hence, it is necessary to rebalance commodities among those warehouses. Because of the uncertain environment after a disaster, the demand is usually uncertain. To plan this multi-commodity rebalancing process appropriately, it is usually assumed that the collected data are uncontaminated. However, this assumption can be easily violated due to the uncertain environment or human error, which results in the biased estimation of the solution. In this study, we propose a strategy for remedying the difficulties associated with data contamination so that a set of robust decisions are obtained. Through a case study, we show that the proposed strategy facilitates effective decision-making in the multi-commodity rebalancing when the data contamination is involved.

International audience; Production ramp-up is a critical step in product life cycle as it could lead to either success or failure of product introduction into the market. The criticality of this step is owed to several factors including the uncertainty underlying this step regarding both expected costs and benefits, and thus to the complexity of decision-making. In order to enlighten decision makers particularly in multi-variant production contexts, this paper elaborates on an analytical model supporting cost-benefit analysis of production ramp-up strategies. The model takes into account capacity planning decisions and learning curves in determining cost-benefit estimates. The model is illustrated and discussed through a keyrings manufacturing process.
